背景技术
当今社会,老龄化进程加快,老年人的身体饱受各种疾病的折磨。而年轻人因为生活压力的不断增加,需要外出工作,无法时常陪在老人身边。因此,人们对老人独自在家出现意外的情况越来越关注。为了杜绝这种意外情况的发生,针对老年人身体状况的家庭监护已经迫在眉睫。此外,许多慢性病患者也需要长期进行家庭监护。再者,随着经济发展和社会进步,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,健康意识也越来越强,因而日常的保健和健康监护正在成为许多人生活中必不可少的部分,尤其是比如孕妇、婴幼儿、亚健康状态的人等更需要进行必要的健康监护。
目前,大体存在两类用于人体健康监护的设备,一种是常规的医疗监护仪器,比如医院中病房常用的针对心脏、大脑等器官的各种监测仪器;另一种是新近出现可穿戴设备和智能手机等用来监测人的生理参数的各种便携式智能装置。上述这些设备对于家用监护而言都存在一些问题。前者属于医院使用的专业设备,布线纷繁凌乱且设备操作复杂,通常只能由经过专业学习或培训的医护人员进行操作或在其指导下使用,而普通人很难单独进行操作和使用;而且其成本较高,普通家庭难以承受;另外,这种医疗监护仪器直观上给人感觉似乎是专用于重症病人的仪器,容易给监护对象造成心理压力和紧张情绪,一定程度上可能影响监测数据的准确性。后者尽管具备一定的便携性,但是对于普通人、尤其是老年人或某些功能退化的患者而言,这些智能设备(比如智能手机)通常功能冗佘、操作复杂,使用极其不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够克服上述缺陷的健康监护电视。
本发明利用普通家庭中都需要的电视,进行适当改进,在不影响电视的常规功能的情况下,将人体健康监护功能融合到普通电视中,从而得到一种具有健康监护功能的电视。具体而言,本发明的主要原理在于,在普通电视的基础上,增加生理参数采集装置(比如心率传 感器、血压传感器等等)和中央处理器,前者用于采集人体的各种生理参数,而后者用于对所采集的生理参数进行处理并基于此生成健康监护信息,同时控制电视的输出装置(包括视频和音频输出装置,比如电视屏幕和扬声器)将健康监护信息直观地展示给用户,让其轻松得知自己的身体情况,增强了用户体验。进一步地,还可以增加网络通信功能,将得到的健康监护信息传送到网络服务器中的数据库,使得其他人(比如医生或家属)可通过联网终端(手机或者电脑等)实时了解家中监护对象的身体状态。另外,健康监护信息可以包括针对相应身体状况的处理建议,从而在面对紧急情况时,使用户能够从容地采取适当的应对措施,避免情况进一步恶化。
根据本发明的一个方面,提出了一种健康监护电视,该健康监护电视包括:生理参数采集装置,其用于采集监护对象的生理参数;中央处理器,其用于依据所采集的生理参数生成健康监护信息;以及信息展示装置,其用于向用户输出所述健康监护信息。其中,信息展示装置可以包括电视屏幕和电视扬声器中至少一种,并且健康监护信息可以包括所采集的生理参数。
显然,采用根据本发明的健康监护电视进行家庭健康监护可以取得如下有益效果:利用普通家庭常用的电视赋予健康监护功能,即添加了中央处理器和生理参数采集装置,让诸如病患或老年人之类的监护对象通过直观的可视和/或可听信息轻松地得知自己的身体情况。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,该健康监护电视进一步可以包括存储器,用于存储与所采集的生理参数对应的正常生理参数值以供与实际采集的生理参数进行比较。此外,存储器还可以用于存储所采集生理参数以供后续健康监控时进行比较以便用户了解监护对象身体状况演变进程,尤其是病患的病情变化趋势,以利于进一步据此制定或更改治疗方案。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,中央处理器被设置成将所采集的生理参数与所存储的相应正常生理参数值进行比较分析并将比较分析结果作为健康监护信息的一部分。这样,有利于用户进一步得知监护对象确切而详实的身体状况,比如是否处于正常水平。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,中央处理器进一步可以被设置成根据所述比较分析结果而将监护对象的身体状况按照 健康程度进行分级并给出相应处理建议,同时将这些信息作为健康监护信息的一部分。这样,用户可以在了解监护对象健康程度的同时针对不同情况采取相应措施进行应对。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,进一步包括网络接口,其用于与网络服务器进行连接以便将所述健康监护信息传输至网络数据库中,以利于医生或家属可通过网络方式在显示终端(手机或者电脑)实时了解家中老人身体状态。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,进一步包括具有人脸识别功能的摄像头,其用于识别不同的监护对象,从而分别进行监护,以避免不同对象数据的混淆。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,进一步包括指令输入装置,其中所述中央处理器进一步被设置成根据用户经指令输入装置输入的指令来控制健康监护电视,从而利于用户根据自身情况或喜好来控制电视的健康监护过程。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,指令输入装置包括遥控器和语音输入装置中至少一种。通过不同的指令输入装置的使用,可以丰富用户体验并且可以针对不同类型的监护对象实现更适合的指令输入方式,比如视力障碍的对象显然更适合采用语音输入装置。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,所述生理参数采集装置包括体温传感器、心率传感器、心电图传感器、血压传感器、血氧传感器、血糖传感器和脉搏波传感器中至少一种。从而,有利于用户全方位了解监护对象的身体状况。
在根据本发明的健康监护电视的一个实施例中,所述中央处理器与所述生理参数采集装置通过无线方式连接。例如该无线连接方式可以包括蓝牙、Zigbee、红外连接。

一般地,图1所示的生理参数采集装置101可以是任何可以感测人体各项生理参数(比如体温、心率、血压等等)的传感器。于是,生理参数采集装置101可以包括例如体温传感器、心率传感器、心电图传感器、血压传感器、血氧传感器、血糖传感器和脉搏波传感器等等中的一种或多种。这些传感器可以采用现有技术的可穿戴的传感器或便携式传感器。

例如,可以基于一定的分级标准(如生理参数阈值)对身体状况进行分级或初步评估结果,并参照医学常识给出建议。具体而言,例如,可以设定两个阈值,以此为界限将参数值划分为三个区间,落入各个区间的参数值对应相应的分级信息。例如,假设生理参数为体温,则可以设定两个体温阈值:t1=37.2℃和t2=38℃,当测得的体温值t<=t1时,正常,建议保持;当t2=>t>t1时,低烧,建议物理降温,多喝水;而当t>t2时,高烧,建议服用退烧药并/或及时就医。当然,需要指出,上面的实例仅仅是为了说明的目的给出,并不是限制本发明。事实上,身体状况的分级标准对不同类型的监护对象而言往往是不尽相同的。比如,与青年人相比,老年人的血压一般情况下偏高,因而在设定分级标准时,可能要适当考虑上述因素而将老年人的分级标准(如血压阈值)稍微提高。
图4示意性示出根据本发明另一个实施例的健康监护电视的工作 方法流程图。与图3相比,图4所示的健康监护电视的工作方法还包括比较分析和进行分级的步骤以及针对不同分级信息执行的不同处理措施。如图4所示,分级信息例如可以包括:正常状态和非正常状态,而相应的建议可以分别为:继续保持、服药或就医和服用速效药物并/或报警抢救。需要指出的是,上述分级信息也可以采用其他分级方案,比如更精细地划分为健康、亚健康、不健康和危险状态,并且可以结合医疗知识给出更精确、合理的建议措施。
上文所述的非正常状态按照程度递增顺序可以包括多个级别,比如,如图4所示,可以包括一级、二级和三级,其中在分级信息首次被确定为非正常状态的情况下,该非正常状态被限定为非正常状态一级;当处于非正常状态一级时,健康电视的电视屏幕或扬声器以视频(比如黄色提示框)或语音形式提示监护对象注意轻度休息并服用对应的药物进行治疗,并且以预定间隔(比如每隔30分钟)重复比较分析和分级步骤达预定次数,例如3次,如果3次重复之后所得分级信息仍然为非正常状态,则非正常状态变换为非正常状态二级;如果分级信息变为正常状态,则信息展示装置输出脱离非正常状态信息;
当非正常状态为非正常状态二级时,健康监护电视以更显著的方式(比如红色提示框)提示注意卧床休息并服用对应的药物缓解症状,同时以预定间隔(比如每隔30分钟)重复比较分析和分级步骤达预定次数,例如3次,如果3次重复之后分级信息仍然为非正常状态,则将非正常状态变换为非正常状态三级;如果分级信息变为正常状态,则信息展示装置输出脱离非正常状态信息;
当非正常状态为三级时,健康监护电视不再显示电视节目且通过信息展示装置展示明显的危险标志和报警信息,比如电视屏幕以危险的标志接连提示,而电视扬声器音量自动调节到最大以呼救的形式引起邻居的关注,同时可以触发遥控器上预设的一键报警功能,监护站或者医院以及家人可以通过网络收到监护对象处于极度危险状态的信息,从而促使急救医生和/或家人迅速赶到现场进行抢救。
在上述实施例中,非正常状态被再次细分为例如三个级别:一级、二级和三级,这是按照药物是否能够抑制非正常状态以及起效时间而进行的划分,目的是在不能判定危险程度的情况下,利用这种动态分级方法处理非正常情况,这样能够在不延误病情危重的监护对象抢救 的前提下,对危险程度较轻的情况(例如,可通过自行药物治疗缓解的一级或二级状况)进行更恰当的处理以避免浪费更多的公共医疗资源和更多人的时间。
当然,依照不同类型的监护对象及其实际情况,图4所示的非正常状态也可以依据其他标准进行分级或者不进行分级。例如,对于某些极度危险突发性疾病而言,比如急性心肌梗塞、脑出血等等,如果相应的生理参数指标异常,必须立即发出警报并送医院抢救而不能再进行如4所示的分级处理,否则后果不堪设想。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的特定实施例,但是对于本领域技术人员而言,可以在不脱离本发明的情况下在其更宽的方面做出若干改变和修改,因此,所附权利要求书应当在其范围内包含所有这样的改变和修改,如同落入本发明的真实精神和范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种健康监护电视,其特征在于,包括:
    生理参数采集装置,其用于采集监护对象的生理参数;
    中央处理器,其用于依据所采集的生理参数生成健康监护信息;以及
    信息展示装置,其用于向用户输出所述健康监护信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述信息展示装置包括电视屏幕和电视扬声器中至少一种,并且所述健康监护信息包括所采集的生理参数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,进一步包括存储器,其用于存储与所采集的生理参数对应的正常生理参数值,其中所述中央处理器被设置成将所采集的生理参数与所存储的相应正常生理参数值进行比较分析并将比较分析结果作为健康监护信息的一部分。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述存储器还用于存储所采集生理参数以供后续健康监控时进行比较以便了解监护对象身体状况演变进程。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述中央处理器进一步被设置成根据所述比较分析结果而将监护对象的身体状况进行分级并给出相应处理建议,并且所述健康监护信息包括该分级和处理建议信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,进一步包括网络接口,其用于与网络服务器进行连接以便将所述健康监护信息传输至网络数据库中。
  7. 根据权利要求3或5所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,进一步包括具有人脸识别功能的摄像头,其用于识别不同的监护对象,从而分别进行监护。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,进一步包括指令输入装置,其中所述中央处理器进一步被设置成根据用户经指令输入装置输入的指令来控制健康监护电视。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述指令 输入装置包括遥控器和语音输入装置中至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述生理参数采集装置包括体温传感器、心率传感器、心电图传感器、血压传感器、血氧传感器、血糖传感器和脉搏波传感器中至少一种。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述中央处理器与所述生理参数采集装置通过无线方式连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的健康监护电视,其特征在于,所述无线连接方式包括蓝牙、Zigbee、红外连接、WIFI。
  13. 一种根据权利要求1所述的健康监护电视的工作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    通过生理参数采集装置采集监护对象的生理参数;
    通过中央处理器依据所采集的生理参数生成健康监护信息;以及
    通过信息展示装置输出健康监护信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成健康监护信息的步骤包括:将所采集的生理参数与存储器中预先存储的相应正常生理参数值进行比较分析,使得所述健康监护信息包括比较分析结果。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成健康监护信息的步骤还包括:根据所述比较分析结果将监护对象的身体状况进行分级并给出相应建议,使得所述健康监护信息包括分级信息和建议信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分级信息包括:正常状态和非正常状态。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述非正常状态按照程度递增顺序包括多个级别。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述分级信息首次被确定为非正常状态时,将该非正常状态限定为非正常状态一级,并且所述方法还包括:以预定间隔重复确定分级信息,若停留在非正常状态达预定次数,则非正常状态级别自动升高一级,以此类推,直至非正常状态级别达到最高级或分级信息变为正常状态为止;以及
    当分级信息变为正常状态时,所述健康监护信息包括脱离非正常状态信息;
    当非正常状态达到最高级时,所述健康监护信息包括明显的危险标志和报警信息。
