Description
DESCRIPTION
A TYPE OF LED TUBE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention is related to an air, fan or gas cooled LED tube wrapped on a cylinder and illuminating 360 degrees, which is developed for use in the cinema, television, or photography sector for the purpose of general illumination inplaces such as homes, offices, etc.
PRIOR ART
Human beings have beenin continuous development from their existence. In this development they meet their needs from nature. The most important needs from thesenatural sources are light sources such as the moon and sun. Light is indispensable for humans in order to efficientlyuse their sight capability.
However, human beings meet their need forlight by making use of the natural light sources such as the moon and sun, and they tried to illuminate their life with the light coming from a fire. Especially after inventingpermanent settlements, human beings provided light with lamps by producing light from electricity in order to provide light for indoor spaces any time they required.
Together with the rapid improvement in technology, the need for light increased and lamps become indispensablebybeing used every time. However, today glow filament, and florescent illumination types are used, whichcause a waste of energy. Then the problem raised by the use of energy for providing light is deficiency compared by the claim for use.
It is clearly observed that the consumption of energy to be used economical and
to obtain light at the same amount is the partof the illumination sector that needs to be developed.
Despite the development of LED illumination glass bulbs, since the development of long tube type illumination is required, LEDbulbs cannot be mounted on these spaces or devices such as televisions etc., and all the systems are compulsorily changed or LEDillumination is waived.
At the same time, however some kinds of LED tubes have been developed, the most important deficiency of these present tubes is their illuminating at certain angles and their limited direction of use.
Some of the products available in the market may seem similar to the present invention; however these products do not have a different structure tothe available LEDplates; namely they are formed by combining single file LEDplates side by side in the form of a pentagon or hexagon etc. Hence each LEDis a separate source. There is noLEDtube available in one-piece that can illuminate 360 degrees at the same time. DEFINITION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention removes the disadvantages mentioned in the prior art.
The present invention is related to an air, fan or gas cooled LED tube wrapped on a cylinder and illuminating 360 degrees, which is developed for use in the cinema, television, or photography sector for the purpose of general illumination inplaces such as homes, offices, etc.
In the present invention, as more LEDscan be placed on the cooler cylinder straight or diagonally, obtaining more light power and a greaterlight angle is provided. The tube, which is capable of 360 degrees lighting in the present invention, has been developed due to the deficiency of present tubes that are unable to light every direction over360 degrees.
In the present invention, due to the diagonal wrapping of the LEDpart on the tube, integration of light isprovidedby extra blending ofthe beam and mixing of the light. In the present invention, the cooling plane comprised in the system prevents the risk of overheating of the LEDs, which have been wrapped in one piece in a whorl.
In the present invention, the tube can be produced and used in circular or other polygonal shapes in order to be used in changeable industrial illumination and living spaces.
In the present invention, due to the connection points at the ends of the tubes, illumination at the desired length can be provided without corruption.
