Description

显示装置、遥控装置、显示系统和节目推送方法 技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及一种显示装置、遥控装置、显示系统和节目推送方法。
背景技术
电视等节目播放设备已经在人们生活中被广泛使用。作为一项常用功能,“节目收藏”功能可以使用户将自己喜爱的节目标签存储起来,并在收藏菜单或者开机画面中方便地打开并观看,极大地提升了用户体验。
但是,对于用户而言,获取包括收藏节目的个性化节目信息的操作流程可能会非常繁琐。例如,由于同一家庭中不同成员的个性化节目信息通常会不加以区分地存储在一起,所以任一家庭成员在使用“节目收藏”功能时都无法快速而精确地筛选到自己的收藏节目,而且还会涉及到用户的隐私安全问题。另一方面,为每一用户设立单独的账户虽然可以较好地解决上述问题,但是注册、首次登陆、自动登陆、切换登陆以及退出登陆等操作均容易让用户感到厌烦,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供一种显示装置、遥控装置、显示系统和节目推送方法,可以简化用户获取个性化节目信息的操作流程,提升用户体验。

例如,为了实现操作用户的指纹特征信息的获取,第一获取模块11可以包括设置在用户操作区域(例如按键区域、按钮区域、触控区域等)内部和/或周围的指纹识别单元。该指纹识别单元可以基于现有的光学指纹识别技术、电容式指纹识别技术、超声波式指纹识别技术或者射频指纹识别技术实现,该指纹识别单元例如包括与手指接触的表面电极、硅芯片或者硅芯片阵列、背光源或者超声波发生器等,同时还可以包括用于进行指纹特征信息提取的计算单元,本领域技术人员均可以参照现有技术进行设置,本公开对此不做限制。
例如,在得到操作用户的指纹特征信息之后,查找模块12可以通过有线网络或者无线网络连接访问对应的服务器,并在服务器中查找与该指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识,该查找过程具体可以包括显示装置的标识的确认、目标用户身份标识的筛选、指纹特征信息与用户身份标识的匹配等。在得到用户身份标识之后,第二获取模块13也可以通过有线网络或者无线网络连接服务器以获取与该用户身份标识对应的个性化节目信息。当然,在服务器中同时存储有指纹信息库以及个性化节目信息库的情况下,查找模块12和第二获取模块13的功能可以在显示装置对该服务器的同一次访问中实现,本公开对此不做限制。
例如,显示装置10可以包括用于存储指纹特征信息、用户身份标识和个性化节目信息的本地存储器,从而上述查找模块12查找用户身份标识的过程和上述第二获取模块13获取个性化节目信息的过程均可以在该本地存储器中进行。在显示装置10的网络连接可用时,本地存储器和服务器中的指纹特征信息、用户身份标识和个性化节目信息可以相互同步;而在例如显示装置不包括网络连接功能的情况下,仅基于本地存储器也可以实现上述个性化节目信息的获取。
例如,本实施例中的显示装置可以为:显示面板、电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。可以理解的是,该显示装置例如具有播放节目的功能。例如,本公开实施例的显示装置为电视机,可以在用户按键操作的同时自动完成指纹识 别、身份认证和个性化节目信息的获取等流程,可以提升用户的观看体验。
例如,本公开实施例通过将用户的指纹特征信息与用户的个性化节目信息加以关联,可以在用户几乎感知不到的情况下自动完成用户的身份认证以及个性化节目信息的获取,极大地简化了用户获取个性化节目信息的操作流程。而且,本公开实施例可以实现同类型设备的使用共享,也就是同一用户可以在不同设备上(例如设置在不同地点的不同设备)均方便地获取到自己的个性化节目信息;另外,指纹识别作为一种安全认证方式,可以在用户的使用过程中保障其隐私安全。
例如,某一用户在家中使用电视机的过程中,该电视机可以将该用户的指纹特征信息和个性化节目信息对应地上传到服务器中。从而,当该用户在其他地方使用另一台电视机(例如,同类型的电视机)时,该电视机会自动地按照上述流程采集用户的指纹特征信息,并从服务器中获取该用户的个性化节目信息,为该用户提供个性化服务。可以理解的是,例如,在电视机仅在本地存储器中存储指纹特征信息和个性化节目信息的应用场景下,该用户可以通过便携式存储器来存储上述信息,并在使用另一台同类型电视机前通过安装该便携式存储器来得到个性化服务。而且从中可以看出,上述过程中指纹特征信息充当了用户的密钥,可以在用户的使用过程中保障其隐私安全。
例如,在获取上述个性化节目信息之后,该显示装置可以据此进行节目的推送。例如,如图1所示,该显示装置10可以还包括推送模块15,该推送模块15用于根据第二获取模块13得到的个性化节目信息向用户推送相对应的节目(比如该用户累计观看时间最长的节目、该用户手动收藏的节目、或者该用户在上次使用时最后观看的节目等)。由此,该显示装置可以在用户进行常规操作的同时向操作用户推送其喜好节目,有利于提升用户的使用体验。
例如,作为上述第一获取模块11的一种具体的示例,图2是本公开一个实施例中一种第一获取模块的结构示意图。参见图2,上述第一获取模块11可以具体包括以下结构:设置于至少一个按钮区域内的指纹检测单元11a,用于在感测到触摸动作时生成指纹检测信号;处理单元11b,用于接收并处理来自上述指纹检测单元11a的指纹检测信号,以得到上述指纹特征信息。
例如,上述至少一个按钮区域可以包括开关按钮区域、音量升高按钮区 域、音量降低按钮区域、频道切换按钮区域、确定按钮区域、取消按钮区域或者返回按钮区域。例如,图2中以开关按钮区域A1为例示出了上述指纹检测单元11a的设置方式。设置在开关按钮区域A1内的指纹检测单元11a可以基于任意一种指纹识别技术,在感测到触摸动作时生成包含用户指纹信息的指纹检测信号;而处理单元11b可以与指纹检测单元11a相连以接收指纹检测信号,并基于相应的指纹识别技术实现指纹特征信息的提取。例如,开关按钮区域A1是用户使用该显示装置时必须触摸的区域,因此利用上述结构可以在用户开机后自动完成指纹识别、身份认证以及个性化节目信息的提取,从而可以向用户提供相应的个性化服务,提升用户的使用体验。
例如,作为一种用户身份标识的建立方式示例,如图1所示,该显示装置10还包括存储模块14。该存储模块14用于在上述查找模块查找不到上述用户身份标识时将上述第一获取模块11得到的指纹特征信息上传至上述服务器和/或存储至本地存储器,以建立相应的用户身份标识。举例来说,当某用户首次使用该显示装置时,该显示装置的安全性设置可以设定为允许陌生用户使用。在该用户开机后,第一获取模块11已经获取到该用户的指纹特征信息,从而存储模块可以存储该指纹特征信息并建立相应的用户身份标识。该用户的使用过程中,显示装置可以根据该用户的访问记录生成个性化节目信息,并在该用户下次开机启动时由推送模块推送相应的节目。

例如,基于上述结构,该遥控装置可以在用户接触到上述至少一个按钮区域时采集用户的指纹特征信息,并将该指纹特征信息发送给上述显示装置的第一获取模块11,以实现显示装置对操作用户的指纹特征信息的获取。例如,该遥控装置30可以与上述显示装置10配套使用。由此,本公开一个实施例中提供一种显示系统1,如图4所示,该显示系统1包括上述任意一种的遥控装置30和上述任意一种的显示装置10。例如,在上述显示装置10为电视机的情况下,该遥控装置30可以为该电视机的遥控器。
需要说明的是,当有多个用户对遥控装置和显示装置先后进行操作时,用户认证标识可以以最后一个进行操作的用户为准,从而确保所确定的个性化节目信息对应于当前操作用户。另外,视安全性设置的不同,遥控装置可以还包括用于在检测到操作用户发生改变时向显示装置发送消息,以使显示装置隐藏或消除其他用户的用户信息的报警模块,以保护用户的隐私安全。当然,该报警模块也可以设置在上述任意一种显示装置中。

例如,本公开实施例所提供的遥控装置可以进行指纹特征信息的采集和发送,从而可使用户在使用遥控装置操作显示装置(比如使用遥控装置开机,或者使用遥控装置切换节目或者调整音量)时,显示装置可以自动进行上述个性化节目信息的获取,有利于进一步提升用户体验。

例如,作为一种更具体的示例,图5是本公开一个实施例中一种电视的启动流程示意图。参见图5,在用户触摸开关按钮区域时,该区域内的指纹检测单元可以生成指纹检测信号,并在电视启动后由处理单元进行指纹特征信息的分析、提取和校正。接下来,查找模块12可以将得到的指纹特征信息 与存储在本地存储器或者云端服务器中的指纹特征信息进行比较,确定用户身份标识是否与已认证用户相匹配。在确定用户身份标识与已认证用户相匹配后,第二获取模块13可以获取相应的个性化节目信息,以使推送模块在已认证用户模式下向用户推送其喜爱节目所在的频道。而在身份信息不与任一已认证用户相匹配时,存储模块可以将指纹特征信息存储至本地存储器或者云端服务器,以在指纹信息库中建立相应的用户身份标识,并进入普通用户模式,推送模块可以推送随机的电视频道。
例如,图6是本公开另一实施例中一种遥控装置50的结构示意图。参见图6,该遥控装置50包括:设置于至少一个按钮区域内的指纹检测模块51,用于在感测到触摸动作时生成指纹检测信号;处理模块52,用于接收并处理来自上述指纹检测模块51的指纹检测信号,以得到指纹特征信息;查找模块53,用于在服务器和/或本地存储器中查找与上述处理模块52得到的指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识;发送模块54,用于将上述查找模块53得到的用户身份标识发送给显示装置,以使该显示装置根据该用户身份标识获取用户的个性化节目信息。
例如,上述指纹检测模块51和处理模块52可以与图3所示的指纹检测模块31和处理模块32具有相同或相似的结构,而查找模块53可以与图1所示的查找模块12具有相同或相似的结构,在此不再赘述。可以看出,本公开实施例中的遥控装置可以完成上述显示装置中的指纹识别和用户身份认证的流程,因而具有相对应的结构与功能,在此不再赘述。
例如,上述至少一个按钮区域包括下述的任意一种或多种:开关按钮区域、音量升高按钮区域、音量降低按钮区域、频道切换按钮区域、确定按钮区域、取消按钮区域、返回按钮区域。基于此,用户可以在操作常用按钮区域的同时完成指纹特征信息的采集,以实现用户身份的实时认证。
例如,如图6所示,该遥控装置50可以还包括存储模块55,该存储模块55用于在上述查找模块53在服务器和/或本地存储器中查找不到与所述第一获取模块得到的指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识时将上述处理模块52得到的指纹特征信息上传至上述服务器和/或存储至本地存储器,以建立相应的用户身份标识。
与图6所示的遥控装置对应,图7是本公开另一实施例中一种显示装置 60的结构框图。参见图7,该显示装置60包括:
接收模块61,用于接收来自遥控装置的用户身份标识;其中,上述用户身份标识与指纹特征信息相互对应,由上述遥控装置在服务器和/或本地存储器中根据上述指纹特征信息查找得到;上述指纹特征信息由上述遥控装置对指纹检测信号进行处理后得到;上述指纹检测信号由上述遥控装置在至少一个按钮区域内感测到触摸动作时生成;
第二获取模块62,用于根据上述接收模块得到的用户身份标识获取用户的个性化节目信息。
例如,第二获取模块62与图1所示的第二获取模块13可以具有相同或相似的结构,在此不再赘述。可以看出,相比于图1所示的显示装置,本公开实施例所提供的显示装置可以通过遥控装置来获取用户身份标识,而后续流程可以与图1所示的显示装置一致。例如,该显示装置60可以还包括推送模块63,该推送模块63用于根据上述第二获取模块62得到的个性化节目信息向用户推送相对应的节目(比如该用户累计观看时间最长的节目、该用户手动收藏的节目、或者该用户在上次使用时最后观看的节目等)。由此,该显示装置可以在用户进行常规操作(如开机、切换频道、调整音量等等)的同时向操作用户推送其喜好节目,有利于提升用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的显示装置可以为:显示面板、电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。可以理解的是,该显示装置应具有播放节目的功能。由此,本公开的一个实施例中提供一种显示系统2,如图8所示,该显示系统2包括图6所示的任意一种遥控装置50,以及图7所示的任意一种显示装置60。例如,本公开实施例中的显示装置为电视机,遥控装置为电视机的遥控器,用户按键操作遥控器的同时自动完成指纹识别、身份认证和个性化节目信息的获取等流程,可以提升用户的节目观看体验。
例如,本公开实施例提供的显示装置和/或遥控装置包括处理器和存储器。
例如,如图9所示,显示装置80包括存储器81和处理器82。
例如,如图10所示,遥控装置90包括存储器91和处理器92。
在本公开的实施例中,处理器可以处理数据信号,可以包括各种计算结 构,例如复杂指令集计算机(CISC)结构、结构精简指令集计算机(RISC)结构或者一种实行多种指令集组合的结构。在一些实施例中,处理器也可以是微处理器,例如X86处理器或ARM处理器,或者可以是数字处理器(DSP)等。
在本公开的实施例中,存储器可以保存处理器执行的指令和/或数据。例如,存储器可以包括一个或多个计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品可以包括各种形式的计算机可读存储介质,例如易失性存储器和/或非易失性存储器。所述易失性存储器例如可以包括随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或高速缓冲存储器(cache)等。所述非易失性存储器例如可以包括只读存储器(ROM)、硬盘、闪存等。在所述计算机可读存储介质上可以存储一个或多个计算机程序指令,处理器可以运行所述程序指令,以实现上文所述的本公开实施例中(由处理器实现)期望的功能。在所述计算机可读存储介质中还可以存储各种应用程序和各种数据,例如所述应用程序使用和/或产生的各种数据等。
例如,本公开实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:显示面板,存储器,一个或多个处理器,以及一个或多个模块,所述一个或多个模块被存储在所述存储器中并且被配置为由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个模块包括指令:获取指纹特征信息;查找与所述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识;以及根据所述用户身份标识获取个性化节目信息。
例如,图11是本公开一个实施例中一种节目推送方法的流程图。参见图11,该方法包括:
步骤701:获取操作用户的指纹特征信息;
步骤702:查找与上述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识(例如,在服务器和/或本地存储器中查找与上述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识);
步骤703:根据上述用户身份标识获取用户的个性化节目信息;
步骤704:根据上述个性化节目信息向用户推送相对应的节目。
例如,该方法可以由本公开实施例提供的显示装置、遥控装置或其组合来实现,因而可以包括相应的具体流程,在此不再赘述。
例如,本公开实施例通过将用户的指纹特征信息与用户的个性化节目信息加以关联,可以在用户几乎感知不到的情况下自动完成用户的身份认证以及个性化节目信息的获取,极大地简化了用户获取个性化节目信息的操作流 程。而且,本公开实施例可以实现同类型设备的使用共享,也就是同一用户可以在不同显示装置上均方便地获取到自己的个性化节目信息;另外,指纹识别作为一种安全认证方式,可以在用户的使用过程中保障其隐私安全。
作为一种示例,上述步骤701:获取操作用户的指纹特征信息,可以具体包括未在附图中示出的下述步骤:
步骤701a:接收来自遥控装置的指纹特征信息。
例如,上述指纹特征信息由上述遥控装置对指纹检测信号进行处理后得到;上述指纹检测信号由上述遥控装置在至少一个按钮区域内感测到触摸动作时生成。
例如,指纹特征信息可以来自于用户所操作的遥控装置,从而该方法可以在用户进行常规操作(如开机、切换节目、调整音量等等)的同时完成指纹特征信息的获取。
作为另一种示例,上述步骤701:获取操作用户的指纹特征信息,可以具体包括未在附图中示出的下述步骤:
步骤701b:在至少一个按钮区域中的任意一个被触摸时生成指纹检测信号;
步骤701c:处理该指纹检测信号,以得到指纹特征信息。
例如,指纹特征信息也可以来自于用户在按钮区域内的操作,基于此,可以直接通过用户的操作基于指纹识别技术获取用户的指纹特征信息。
例如,如图11所示,该方法还可以包括下述步骤:
步骤705:在服务器和/或本地存储器中查找不到上述用户身份标识时,将上述指纹特征信息上传至上述服务器和/或存储至本地存储器,以建立相应的用户身份标识。
例如,当某用户首次使用显示装置时,该显示装置的安全性设置可以设定为允许陌生用户使用。在该用户开机后,上述步骤701中已经获取到该用户的指纹特征信息,从而上述步骤705可以存储该指纹特征信息并建立相应的用户身份标识。该用户的使用过程中,显示装置可以根据该用户的访问记录生成个性化节目信息,并在该用户下次开机启动时由上述推送模块推送相应的节目。
在本公开的描述中需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”等指示的方位或 位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,被配置为获取指纹特征信息;
    查找模块,被配置为查找与所述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识;
    第二获取模块,被配置为根据所述用户身份标识获取个性化节目信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述查找模块被配置为在服务器和/或本地存储器中查找所述指纹特征信息对应的所述用户身份标识。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    接收单元,被配置为接收所述指纹特征信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    设置于至少一个按钮区域内的指纹检测单元,被配置为在被触摸时生成指纹检测信号,并发送所述指纹检测信号;
    处理单元,被配置为接收并处理来自所述指纹检测单元的所述指纹检测信号,以获取所述指纹特征信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示装置,还包括:
    存储模块,被配置为当所述查找模块查找不到与所述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识时,上传所述指纹特征信息,以建立相应的用户身份标识。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的显示装置,还包括:
    推送模块,被配置为根据所述个性化节目信息推送相对应的节目。
  7. 一种遥控装置,包括:
    设置于至少一个按钮区域内的指纹检测模块,被配置为在被触摸时生成指纹检测信号,并发送所述指纹检测信号;
    处理模块,被配置为接收并处理来自所述指纹检测模块的指纹检测信号,以获取指纹特征信息;
    发送模块,被配置为向显示装置发送所述处理模块获取的所述指纹特征信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的遥控装置,其中,所述至少一个按钮区域包括以下任意一个或多个区域:开关按钮区域、音量升高按钮区域、音量降低按 钮区域、频道切换按钮区域、确定按钮区域、取消按钮区域、返回按钮区域。
  9. 一种显示系统,包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的显示装置,以及如权利要求7或8所述的遥控装置。
  10. 一种遥控装置,包括:
    设置于至少一个按钮区域内的指纹检测模块,被配置为在被触摸时生成指纹检测信号,并发送所述指纹检测信号;
    处理模块,被配置为接收并处理来自所述指纹检测模块的指纹检测信号,以获取指纹特征信息;
    查找模块,被配置为查找与所述处理模块得到的指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识;
    发送模块,被配置为发送所述查找模块查找到的所述用户身份标识。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的遥控装置,其中,所述查找模块被配置为在服务器和/或本地存储器中查找与所述处理模块得到的指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的遥控装置,还包括:
    存储模块,被配置为当所述查找模块查找不到与所述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识时,上传所述指纹特征信息,以建立相应的用户身份标识。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的遥控装置,其中,所述至少一个按钮区域包括以下任意一个或多个区域:开关按钮区域、音量升高按钮区域、音量降低按钮区域、频道切换按钮区域、确定按钮区域、取消按钮区域、返回按钮区域。
  14. 一种显示装置,包括:
    接收模块,被配置为接收来自遥控装置的用户身份标识;
    第二获取模块,被配置为根据所述接收模块接收到的用户身份标识获取个性化节目信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,还包括:
    推送模块,被配置为根据所述个性化节目信息推送相对应的节目。
  16. 一种显示系统,包括如权利要求10-13中任一项所述的遥控装置,以及如权利要求14或15所述的显示装置。
  17. 一种节目推送方法,包括:
    获取指纹特征信息;
    查找与所述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识;
    根据所述用户身份标识获取个性化节目信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的节目推送方法,还包括:根据所述个性化节目信息推送相对应的节目。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其中,所述获取指纹特征信息包括:
    接收所述指纹特征信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其中,所述获取指纹特征信息包括:
    生成指纹检测信号;
    处理所述指纹检测信号,以获取所述指纹特征信息。
  21. 根据权利要求17-20任意一项所述的方法,还包括:
    当查找不到所述用户身份标识时,上传所述指纹特征信息,以建立相应的用户身份标识。
  22. 一种显示装置,包括:
    显示面板;
    存储器;
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    一个或多个模块,其被存储在所述存储器中并且被配置为由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个模块包括指令:
    获取指纹特征信息;
    查找与所述指纹特征信息对应的用户身份标识;以及
    根据所述用户身份标识获取个性化节目信息。
