随着宽带技术和智能终端的发展，电视桌面上的桌面项的内容越来越丰富，例如，系统推荐内容、影视栏目内容、影视专题内容、游戏、教育等第三方应用，以及用户自己安装的一些应用等。不同的桌面项都会在电视桌面占用一个内容进入的入口，因而智能电视的桌面一般会有多个。

本文提供一种智能电视的桌面显示方法及装置，以解决当用户感兴趣的桌面项不在电视桌面的主桌面上时，需要在多个桌面之间进行切换后才能访问到感兴趣的桌面项的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种智能电视的桌面显示方法，所述智能电视的桌面显示方法包括：
接收主桌面访问指令；
根据所述主桌面访问指令，从偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项；所述偏好记录用于记录用户在预设时间段内访问除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项的偏好信息；
将所选取的桌面项的第一参数信息加载到所述主桌面的预设位置。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行描述。需要说明的是，在不冲突的情况下，本申请中的实施例及实施例中的各种方式可以相互组合。
经研究发现，用户感兴趣的桌面项往往是有限的几个，且感兴趣的桌面项可能没有放置在电视桌面的主桌面上，此时，用户往往需要在多个桌面之间进行切换后才能访问到感兴趣的桌面项，操作过程非常繁琐。
本发明实施例提供一种智能电视的桌面显示方法，如图1所示，示出了根据本发明第一实施例的智能电视的桌面显示方法的流程示意图，该方法包括以下步骤：
S10、接收主桌面访问指令；
智能电视的桌面一般可以有多个，其中可以有一个主桌面，所述主桌面用于展示在智能电视启动后最先展示给用户的桌面项。不同桌面上的桌面项互不相同，所述桌面项可以是影视栏目、影视专题、系统应用、第三方应用、系统推荐等。所述主桌面上的桌面项可默认最先展示给用户，在用户想要访问除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上的桌面项时，需要从所述主桌面切换到其他桌面上。
所述访问指令可以包括所述主桌面的桌面标识和链接等信息。
S20、根据所述主桌面访问指令，从偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项；所述偏好记录用于记录用户在预设时间段内访问除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项的偏好信息；
所述偏好记录可包括桌面项的标识、图标、链接、偏好度等信息。所述偏好记录可以是根据用户对于桌面项的喜好预先设置的，也可以是根据存储的除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项在预设时间段内的访问记录处理获得。除所述主桌面外的其他桌面可以只包含一个桌面，也可以包含多个桌面。

所述访问记录可包括桌面项对应的标识、图标、链接、访问参数等信息，其中，所述访问参数可以为访问次数、访问时长等。在用户点击所述主桌面上的桌面项图标时，不会记录所述桌面项的访问信息；在用户浏览除所述主 桌面外其他桌面上的桌面项并点击一个桌面项图标时，会获取所述桌面项对应的标识、图标、链接、访问参数等信息并存储。
所述预设数量可以是一个正整数，其取值取决于所述主桌面的预设位置上所能展示的桌面项的个数。所述预设位置可以是在所述主桌面上预先设置的一个展示区域，所述展示区域可以有多个桌面项展示位，所述桌面项展示位用于显示桌面项的图标，且在用户点击所述桌面项图标时，跳转到所述桌面项图标对应的链接上。
所述主桌面的预设位置上展示的桌面项可以是除所述主桌面外其他桌面上桌面项的一个副本，因而所述预设位置上展示的桌面项可以不属于所述主桌面的桌面项。因而，用户在访问所述主桌面的预设位置上展示的桌面项时，也可以获取所述桌面项对应的标识、图标、链接、访问参数等信息并存储。
在接收到所述主桌面访问指令后，可根据所述访问指令跳转到所述主桌面的链接页面，此时，将从所述偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项，用于加载所述选取的预设数量的桌面项的相应信息到所述主桌面的预设位置上。

基于第一实施例提出根据本发明第二实施例的智能电视的桌面显示方法，在本第二实施例中，所述偏好记录是根据存储的除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项在预设时间段内的访问记录处理获得。如图2所示，所述偏好记录的获得包括以下步骤：
S01、将当前偏好记录中信息更新到备份偏好记录；
在当前时间为所述预设时间段的起始时间点时，即当开始根据当前偏好记录中信息更新所述备份偏好记录时，更新方式可以为用当前偏好记录中信息替换当前备份偏好记录中所有信息，或者用当前偏好记录中信息与当前备 份偏好记录中信息进行合并后再存储；在此之后，可判断所述备份偏好记录中记录的桌面项的数量是否小于所述预设数量，在所述备份偏好记录中桌面项的个数小于所述预设数量时，可在电视桌面的预设桌面项中选择与所述备份偏好记录中的桌面项不同的桌面项，并将所选择出的桌面项的相应参数信息添加到所述备份偏好记录，以保证所述备份偏好记录中有足够数量的桌面项可用于选取并加载到所述主桌面的预设位置。
S02、根据除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项在预设时间段内的访问记录中的多个访问参数信息，获取所述访问记录中多个桌面项中每个桌面项的偏好度；
根据预设时间段内所述访问记录中的多个访问参数信息，获取所述访问记录中多个桌面项中每个桌面项的偏好度可以有以下方式，但不仅限于以下方式：
1、根据访问参数中的访问时间点信息，统计预设时间段内所述访问记录中多个桌面项中每个桌面项的访问次数，按照访问次数从高到低的顺序依次给相应的桌面项赋予一个偏好度，其中，访问次数越高的桌面项的偏好度越高；
2、根据访问参数中的访问时长，计算所述访问记录中多个桌面项中每个桌面项的平均访问时长和访问总时长，然后结合预设的平均访问时长权重系数和访问总时长权重系数计算多个桌面项中每个桌面项的综合访问时长，其中，所述综合访问时长越大的桌面项的偏好度越高；
3、根据多个访问参数信息及预设的参数权重系数，计算多个桌面项中每个桌面项的综合分值，其中，所述综合分值越高的桌面项的偏好度越高。
S03、按照所述偏好度从高到低的顺序，将对应的桌面项的第二参数信息依次更新到所述偏好记录。
所述第二参数信息可包括桌面项的标识、图标、链接、偏好度。
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示方法，只记录除电视桌面的主桌面之外的其他桌面上桌面项的访问信息，并根据所述访问信息获得用户偏好的桌面项信息，保证了所述主桌面的预设位置上展示的桌面项不与所述主 桌面上的桌面项重复。
基于第二实施例提出根据本发明第三实施例的智能电视的桌面显示方法，在本第三实施例中，上述步骤S20包括：
在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量大于或等于预设数量时，按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，依次选取预设数量的桌面项。
在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量大于或等于预设数量时，表示所述偏好记录中的桌面项的个数多于所述主桌面的预设位置所能展示的桌面项的个数。由于所述偏好记录是按照桌面项偏好度从高到低的顺序记录桌面项的信息，因而，只需按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，依次选取预设数量的桌面项即可。
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示方法，在进入所述主桌面时，根据所述偏好记录中记录的用户对于桌面项的偏好信息，从所述偏好记录中自动选取用户偏好的桌面项，以加载所述桌面项的相关信息到所述主桌面的预设位置上，实现了电视桌面上用户偏好桌面项的智能化展示。
基于第二实施例提出根据本发明第四实施例的智能电视的桌面显示方法，在本第四实施例中，如图3所示，上述步骤S20包括：
S21、在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时，计算预设数量与所述偏好记录中桌面项数量的差值；
S22、按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，从所述偏好记录中选取所有的桌面项，然后从所述备份偏好记录中按照所述备份偏好记录的记录顺序，依次选取数量等于所述差值的桌面项；其中，从所述备份偏好记录中选取的桌面项不同于所述偏好记录中的桌面项。
在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时，表示从所述偏好记录中不足以选取到预设数量的的桌面项，此时，可先从所述偏好记录中选取出所有的桌面项，然后从所述备份偏好记录中按照所述备份偏好记录的记录顺序，依次选取数量等于所述差值的桌面项，且从所述备份偏好记录中选取的桌面项不同于所述偏好记录中的桌面项。
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示方法，采用备份偏好记录以保 证在当前偏好记录数据异常或数据不足时，仍能够选取到合适的偏好桌面项。
基于上述任一实施例提出根据本发明第五实施例的智能电视的桌面显示方法，在本第五实施例中，所述智能电视的桌面显示方法还包括：
在首次启动电视桌面进入主桌面时，加载预设桌面项的第一参数信息到所述主桌面的预设位置。
所述预设桌面项可以是预先配置的能够展示在所述主桌面预设位置上的默认桌面项，用于在首次启动电视桌面或在所述备份偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时使用。
可以想象，为了实现用户在主桌面快捷访问自己偏好的桌面项，可以设置电视遥控器的焦点默认落在所述主桌面预设位置的第一桌面项展示位上，如此，便可在电视桌面启动后，用户通过遥控器一键进入自己偏好的桌面项。
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示方法，在电视桌面首次启动且所述偏好记录及备份偏好记录中数据均为空的情况下，在所述主桌面的预设位置展示预设的桌面项，保证了所述主桌面的预设位置上所要展示的内容不为空。

3、根据多个访问参数信息及预设的参数权重系数，所述获取单元402计算多个桌面项中每个桌面项的综合分值，其中，所述综合分值越高的桌面项的偏好度越高。

参照图6，基于第二实施例提出根据本发明第四实施例的智能电视的桌面显示装置，基于上述图4所示的实施例，所述选取模块200包括：
计算单元201，设置为：在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时，计算预设数量与所述偏好记录中桌面项数量的差值；
选取单元202，设置为：按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，从所述偏好记录中选取所有的桌面项，然后从所述备份偏好记录中按照所述备份偏好记录的记录顺序，依次选取数量等于所述差值的桌面项；其中，从所述备份偏好记录中选取的桌面项不同于所述偏好记录中的桌面项。
在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时，表示从所述偏好记录中不足以选取到预设数量的的桌面项，此时，所述选取单元202可先从所述偏好记录中选取出所有的桌面项，然后从所述备份偏好记录中按照所述备份偏好记录的记录顺序，依次选取数量等于所述差值的桌面项，且从所述备份偏好记录中选取的桌面项不同于所述偏好记录中的桌面项。
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示装置，通过采用备份偏好记录保证了在当前偏好记录数据异常或数据不足时，仍能够选取到合适的偏好桌面项。
参照图7，基于上述任一实施例提出根据本发明第五实施例的智能电视的桌面显示装置，基于上述图4所示的实施例，所述智能电视的桌面显示装置还包括：
初始模块500，设置为：在首次启动电视桌面进入主桌面时，加载预设桌面项的第一参数信息到所述主桌面的预设位置。
所述预设桌面项是预先配置的能够展示在所述主桌面预设位置上的默认桌面项，用于在首次启动电视桌面或在所述备份偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时使用。
可以想象，为了实现用户在主桌面快捷访问自己偏好的桌面项，可以设置电视遥控器的焦点默认落在所述主桌面预设位置的第一桌面项展示位上，如此，便可在电视桌面启动后，用户通过遥控器一键进入自己偏好的桌面项。
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示装置，在电视桌面首次启动且所述偏好记录及备份偏好记录中数据均为空的情况下，在所述主桌面的预设位置展示预设的桌面项，保证了所述主桌面的预设位置上所要展示的内容不为空。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现，所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中，所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件、处理器等)执行，在执行时，包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地，上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现，这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块，或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现，它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上，也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时，可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器，磁盘或光盘等。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解，可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。本申请的保护范围以权利要求所定义的范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提出的智能电视的桌面显示方法及装置，通过记录用户访问桌面项的访问参数信息获得用户偏好的桌面项信息，并在用户访问电视桌面的主桌面时，根据所述偏好的桌面项信息自动选取合适的偏好桌面项，并 将所述偏好桌面项加载到所述主桌面的预设位置，使用户不用通过繁琐地切换桌面即可便捷地访问到自己偏好的桌面项，提升了电视机桌面显示的智能化水平。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能电视的桌面显示方法，所述智能电视的桌面显示方法包括：
    接收主桌面访问指令；
    根据所述主桌面访问指令，从偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项；所述偏好记录用于记录用户在预设时间段内访问除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项的偏好信息；
    将所选取的桌面项的第一参数信息加载到所述主桌面的预设位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能电视的桌面显示方法，其中，所述偏好记录是根据存储的除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项在预设时间段内的访问记录处理获得；所述偏好记录的获得包括：
    将当前偏好记录中信息更新到备份偏好记录；
    根据除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项在预设时间段内的访问记录中的多个访问参数信息，获取所述访问记录中多个桌面项中每个桌面项的偏好度；
    按照所述偏好度从高到低的顺序，将对应的桌面项的第二参数信息依次更新到所述偏好记录。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能电视的桌面显示方法，其中，所述根据所述主桌面访问指令，从偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项包括：
    在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量大于或等于预设数量时，按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，依次选取预设数量的桌面项。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的智能电视的桌面显示方法，其中，所述根据所述主桌面访问指令，从偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项包括：
    在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时，计算预设数量与所述偏好记录中桌面项数量的差值；
    按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，从所述偏好记录中选取所有的桌面项，然后从所述备份偏好记录中按照所述备份偏好记录的记录顺序，依次选取数量等于所述差值的桌面项；其中，从所述备份偏好记录中选取的 桌面项不同于所述偏好记录中的桌面项。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的智能电视的桌面显示方法，所述智能电视的桌面显示方法还包括：
    在首次启动电视桌面进入主桌面时，加载预设桌面项的第一参数信息到所述主桌面的预设位置。
  6. 一种智能电视的桌面显示装置，所述智能电视的桌面显示装置包括：
    接收模块，设置为：接收主桌面访问指令；
    选取模块，设置为：根据所述主桌面访问指令，从偏好记录中选取预设数量的桌面项；所述偏好记录用于记录用户在预设时间段内访问除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项的偏好信息；
    加载模块，设置为：将所选取的桌面项的第一参数信息加载到所述主桌面的预设位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能电视的桌面显示装置，所述智能电视的桌面显示装置还包括更新模块，所述更新模块包括：
    更新单元，设置为：将当前偏好记录中信息更新到备份偏好记录；
    获取单元，设置为：根据除所述主桌面外的其他桌面上桌面项在预设时间段内的访问记录中的多个访问参数信息，获取所述访问记录中多个桌面项中每个桌面项的偏好度；
    所述更新单元还设置为：按照所述偏好度从高到低的顺序，将对应的桌面项的第二参数信息依次更新到所述偏好记录。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能电视的桌面显示装置，所述选取模块还设置为：
    在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量大于或等于预设数量时，按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，依次选取预设数量的桌面项。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的智能电视的桌面显示装置，其中，所述选取模块包括：
    计算单元，设置为：在所述偏好记录中桌面项数量小于预设数量时，计 算预设数量与所述偏好记录中桌面项数量的差值；
    选取单元，设置为：按照所述偏好记录中记录的桌面项的顺序，从所述偏好记录中选取所有的桌面项，然后从所述备份偏好记录中按照所述备份偏好记录的记录顺序，依次选取数量等于所述差值的桌面项；其中，从所述备份偏好记录中选取的桌面项不同于所述偏好记录中的桌面项。
  10. 如权利要求6-9任一项所述的智能电视的桌面显示装置，所述智能电视的桌面显示装置还包括：
    初始模块，设置为：在首次启动电视桌面进入主桌面时，加载预设桌面项的第一参数信息到所述主桌面的预设位置。
