Le procédé permet d'obtenir une souscription de l'utilisateur plus précise, et des statistiques d'heure de visualisation de l'utilisateur peuvent faciliter la planification du fournisseur de contenu/fournisseur de réseau sur la base du trafic du réseau, et aider à réduire les coûts d'exploitation.
