- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컨텐츠 매니저는 선택된 상기 배경에 대한 배경 유형 정보를 상기 광고 제공부에 제공하며,상기 광고 제공부는 상기 배경 유형 정보를 이용하여 선택된 상기 배경에 표현할 수 있는 상기 광고 정보를 제공하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 시스템.
- 3D 모델 분석부에서 3D 모델을 분석하고, 상기 3D 모델에 대한 분석 정보를 생성하는 제1 단계;광고 제공부에서 상기 3D 모델에 대한 상기 분석 정보를 이용하여 광고 정보를 생성하고 제공하는 제2 단계;배경 제공부에서 상기 광고 정보에 해당하는 광고를 템플릿으로 표현한 배경을 제공하는 제3 단계; 및컨텐츠 매니저에서 상기 광고를 표현한 상기 배경에 상기 3D 모델을 배치한 컨텐츠를 제공하는 제4 단계;를 포함하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 제1 단계에서 상기 3D 모델의 분석은 상기 3D 모델에 대한 3D 이미지 파일과 상기 3D 이미지 파일에 정의된 메타 정보를 이용하여 수행하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 단계는,상기 3D 모델의 3D 이미지를 이용하여 상기 3D 모델에 포함된 적어도 일부에 대한 형상, 모양 및 색채 중 하나 이상 포함하는 3D 모델의 모델 특성 정보와 상기 3D 모델에 종속되며 상기 3D 모델과 구분되는 문자, 그림, 상기 형상, 상기 모양 및 상기 색채 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 부속물 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 이미지 정보를 분석하는 단계; 및상기 3D 모델에 정의된 메타 정보를 분석하는 단계; 및상기 이미지 정보와 상기 메타 정보를 상기 분석 정보로서 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서,상기 모델 특성 정보는 상기 3D 모델에 대한 종류, 성별, 피부색, 헤어 스타일, 체형, 키 및 포즈 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서,상기 부속물 정보는 상기 부속물의 종류, 상표, 상품, 모델 및 디자인 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
- 제14 항 또는 제15 항에 있어서,상기 메타 정보는 상기 3D 모델에 대한 촬영 위치, 촬영 장소, 촬영 시간, 촬영자명 및 피사체명 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 제2 단계는 상기 배경에 대한 유형 정보를 이용하여 상기 배경에 표현할 수 있는 상기 광고 정보를 생성하고 제공하는 3D 모델을 이용하는 광고 방법.
