技术领域
本发明涉及汽车安全扣,尤其是涉及一种带温度检测和无线传输的智能汽车安全扣。
背景技术
据相关统计,每年夏天,因为被留在车内而被车内高温引发中暑死亡的小孩,欧洲范围平均是每年 20
个,而在美国,这个数字是每年 38
个,中国虽然没有统计,却时常有媒体报道,绝对的数字并不算多,但是考虑到背后代表的是一条条鲜活生命的消失,特别对我国计划生育家庭来说,简直可以说是毁灭性的打击。发生这种事情,绝大部分都是因为家长粗心大意引起的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带温度检测和无线传输的智能汽车安全扣。
本发明设有转接扣、温度传感器、安全扣扣合检测开关、中央微处理器、无线通信模块、系统供电电源模块;温度传感器、安全扣扣合检测开关、中央微处理器、无线通信模块、系统供电电源模块设在转接扣上,转接扣一端用于插入汽车座椅安全扣中,转接扣另一端用于插入汽车座椅安全带;温度传感器的温度检测信号输出端接中央微处理器的输入端,安全扣扣合检测开关的安全扣检测信号输出端接中央微处理器中央微处理器的输入端,中央微处理器的报警信号输出端接无线通信模块的输入端,无线通信模块的输出端通过无线通信方式发出报警信号,由通信终端接收;系统供电电源模块为系统提供供电电源。
所述中央微处理器可采用单片机。
所述无线通信模块,包括但不限于433M、2.4G公用无线频道,手机短信模块,手机2G、3G、4G等移动网络模块。
本发明的转接扣一端用于插入汽车座椅安全扣中,转接扣另一端用于插入汽车座椅安全带;转接扣上带有温度传感器、安全扣扣合检测开关、中央微处理器、无线通信模块、系统供电电源模块等功能的智能化微电子电路。
本发明结合了温度检测和无线传输功能,极易使用和安全可靠,一旦发生小孩误留车内且车内温度上升到报警温度,可立即通过无线信号(可以是433公用频道、手机短信、2G、3G或4G等移动网络信号)向车内的报警终端和已注册所有手机号码发送报警信息,吸引路人和家长的注意,将事故发生的风险大大降低。

参见图1,本发明实施例设有转接扣(在图1中未画出)、温度传感器1、安全扣扣合检测开关2、中央微处理器3、无线通信模块4、系统供电电源模块5;温度传感器1、安全扣扣合检测开关2、中央微处理器3、无线通信模块4、系统供电电源模块5设在转接扣上,转接扣一端用于插入汽车座椅安全扣中,转接扣另一端用于插入汽车座椅安全带;温度传感器1的温度检测信号输出端接中央微处理器3的输入端,安全扣扣合检测开关2的安全扣检测信号输出端接中央微处理器中央微处理器3的输入端,中央微处理器3的报警信号输出端接无线通信模块4的输入端,无线通信模块4的输出端通过无线通信方式发出报警信号,由通信终端接收;系统供电电源模块5为系统提供供电电源。
所述中央微处理器可采用单片机。
所述无线通信模块,包括但不限于433M、2.4G公用无线频道,手机短信模块,手机2G、3G、4G等移动网络模块。
本发明的转接扣一端用于插入汽车座椅安全扣中,转接扣另一端用于插入汽车座椅安全带;转接扣上带有温度传感器、安全扣扣合检测开关、中央微处理器、无线通信模块、系统供电电源模块等功能的智能化微电子电路。
以下给出本发明的工作原理:
本发明需配合汽车安全带和原装座椅安全扣使用,平时插在座椅安全扣中,座椅无人时安全带是不系的,中央微处理器通过安全扣扣合检测开关得知无人使用,则不会进行工作,进入省电模式;一旦座椅有人使用且系好安全带,中央微处理器立即进入工作模式,通过温度传感器不间断检测当前环境温度(即车内温度),一旦温度达到设定的报警温度如35℃,则立即启动无线通信模块向车内报警终端(可发出高分贝报警声吸引周围人员注意)或已注册的所有手机(可运行APP发出报警声)发送报警信息,寻求成人的帮助从而避免惨剧的发生。

- 带温度检测和无线传输的智能汽车安全扣,其特征在于设有转接扣、温度传感器、安全扣扣合检测开关、中央微处理器、无线通信模块、系统供电电源模块;温度传感器、安全扣扣合检测开关、中央微处理器、无线通信模块、系统供电电源模块设在转接扣上,转接扣一端用于插入汽车座椅安全扣中,转接扣另一端用于插入汽车座椅安全带;温度传感器的温度检测信号输出端接中央微处理器的输入端,安全扣扣合检测开关的安全扣检测信号输出端接中央微处理器中央微处理器的输入端,中央微处理器的报警信号输出端接无线通信模块的输入端,无线通信模块的输出端通过无线通信方式发出报警信号,由通信终端接收;系统供电电源模块为系统提供供电电源。
- 如权利要求1所述带温度检测和无线传输的智能汽车安全扣,其特征在于所述中央微处理器采用单片机。
