一种根据虹膜插入广告时的信息提示方法以及广告推送系统,所述方法包括:记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签(S101);统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签(S102);当用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签(S103);当检测到所述虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告,并向用户推送专利信息(S104)。通过监控用户虹膜和该虹膜对应的电影,从而自动识别出该虹膜对应的用户的兴趣,从而实现自动推送相关广告,增强了广告投放的精确度。

Description

本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种 根据虹膜插入广告时的信息提示方法和广告推送系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 广告推送方法和广告推送系统 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了 一种 根据虹膜插入广告时的信息提示方法 ,目的在于 针对于当前系统对用户兴趣自动识别的缺陷,特提出一个解决方案,以便于系统在用户兴趣自动识别方面更加主动和智能化的基础上能够更精确的投放广告,同时 保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种 根据虹膜插入广告时的信息提示方法,包括以下步骤:
记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签;
统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签;
当与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签;
当检测到所述虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 广告推送系统 ,包括:
记录单元,用于记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签;
统计单元,用于统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签;
兴趣自动识别单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述统计单元的输出端连接,用于在与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签;
广告推送单元,其输入端与所述兴趣自动识别单元的输出端连接,用于在检测到虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述广告推送单元的输出端连接,用于在广告推送单元向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告时,向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过监控用户虹膜和该虹膜对应的电影,从而自动识别出该虹膜对应的用户的兴趣,从而实现自动推送相关广告,增强了广告投放的精确度,同时保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

在步骤 S101 中 记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签。
在本实施例中,可在电影《喜洋洋灰太狼》上,将'儿童'预设为其对应标签,在电影《京剧:智取威虎山》上,将'老人'预设为其对应标签。
在本发明实施例中,使用到了虹膜识别技术。
虹膜是位于眼睛黑色瞳孔和白色巩膜之间的圆环状部分。它由相当复杂的纤维组织结构构成,包括很多相互交织的类似于斑点、细丝、冠状、条纹等等细节特征。而人与人之间不可能存在同样的虹膜,就连一个人的左右眼的虹膜都不会相同,虹膜的这些特征在每个人出生前就以随机组合方式确定下来了,并且不会随着人的成长而变化。
目前虹膜识别技术已经较为成熟,所以在一些头戴式的视觉成像装置中可以实现系统自动识别用户虹膜。
在步骤 S102 中,统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签。
该统计方式可以用户播放相关影视资源的时间,或用户点播相关影视资源的次数。
此外,现有技术已经实现,根据虹膜来解锁、对应相关频道排序等方案,所以用户在使用的过程中,技术上可以实现将虹膜与所点播的内容对应记录在系统中形成计算机可以自动识别的数据。
在步骤 S103 中,当在与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签;
这样就使得系统自动识别了用户点播影视资源的关注点和兴趣点。
在步骤 S104 中,当检测到所述虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
这样就形成了广告内容和电影内容,进一步和用户兴趣点匹配的广告投送方案,且该投送方案能针对于用户个体进行投放。
该发明通过监控用户虹膜和该虹膜对应的电影,从而自动识别出该虹膜对应的用户的兴趣,从而实现自动推送相关广告,增强了广告投放的精确度,同时保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

记录单元 21 ,用于记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签;
统计单元 22 ,用于统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签;
兴趣自动识别单元 23 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述统计单元 22 的输出端连接,用于与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签;
广告推送单元 24 ,其输入端与所述兴趣自动识别单元的输出端连接,用于在检测到虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告;
信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述广告推送单元 24 的输出端连接,用于在广告推送单元向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告时,向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签;统计单元 22 统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签;兴趣自动识别单元 23 与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签,广告推送单元 24 在检测到虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告,同时,信息推送单元 25 向用户推送专利信息 .

  1. 一种根据虹膜插入广告时的信息提示方法 ,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签;
    统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签;
    当与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签;
    当检测到所述虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种 广告推送系统 ,其特征在于,所述 广告推送系统 包括:
    记录单元,用于记录电影所对应的标签以及广告所对应的标签;
    统计单元,用于统计与特定的虹膜对应的用户点播的电影所对应的标签;
    兴趣自动识别单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述统计单元的输出端连接,用于在与所述特定虹膜对应的用户点播带特定标签的电影的次数大于用户点播带其他标签的电影的次数超过一定阈值时,将所述特定标签设定为该虹膜所对应的用户的兴趣标签;
    广告推送单元,其输入端与所述兴趣自动识别单元的输出端连接,用于在检测到虹膜对应的用户点播电影时,向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告;
    信息推送单元,其输入端与所述广告推送单元的输出端连接,用于在广告推送单元向该虹膜对应的用户推送具有与所述兴趣标签相同的广告时,向用户推送专利信息。
