Description

可感应人体距离的气流产生装置及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于气流产生装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置及其控制方法。
背景技术
气流产生装置可以利用电动机驱动扇叶旋转,来达到使空气加速流通功能。气流产生装置主要由扇头、风叶、网罩和控制装置等部件组成。扇头包括电机、前后端盖和摇头送风机构等。电机的工作原理是:通电线圈在磁场中受力而转动。电能转化为机械能,同时由于线圈电阻,因此不可避免的有一部分电能要转化为热能。现有技术中的气流产生装置,其不便于用户的使用。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了 一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置及其控制方法,其可以随人体与气流产生装置之间的距离调节转速,使人体在不同距离均可以感受均匀的风速,便于用户的使用。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是: 一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,包括底座、固定连接于底座的连接杆、固定连接于所述连接杆的风扇本体,所述风扇本体包括罩体、设置于所述罩体内的电机和扇叶,所述扇叶固定连接于所述电机的转轴,所述罩体的正面设置有用于感应人体的距离感应器,所述罩体内设置有用于根据所述距离感应器所感应的人体距离对所述电机的转速进行调节的调节模块,调节模块与所述电机之间电连接,所述距离感应器为雷达式距离感应器。
具体地,所述距离感应器设置有至少两个。
本发明所还提供了一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置的控制方法,用于控制上述的可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,包括以下步骤,距离感应器感应人体与风扇本体的距离,在设定的距离范围内,所述距离感应器所感应人体的距离变近,通过调节模块降低电机的转速,所述距离感应器所感应人体的距离变远,通过调节模块提高电机的转速;当所述距离感应器所感应人体的距离超出设定的距离范围,通过调节模块关闭所述电机。
有益效果
本发明提供的 一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置及其控制方法,其通过设置有用于根据所述距离感应器所感应的人体距离对所述电机的转速进行调节的调节模块,气流产生装置可以随人体与气流产生装置之间的距离调节转速,使人体在不同距离均可以感受均匀的风速,用户体验效果佳,便于用户的使用。

如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,包括底座1、固定连接于底座1的连接杆2、固定连接于所述连接杆2的风扇本体3,所述风扇本体3包括罩体、设置于所述罩体内的电机4和扇叶5,所述扇叶5固定连接于所述电机4的转轴,所述罩体的正面设置有用于感应人体的距离感应器6,所述罩体内设置有用于根据所述距离感应器6所感应的人体距离对所述电机4的转速进行调节的调节模块7,调节模块7与所述电机4之间电连接,所述距离感应器6为雷达式距离感应器6。距离感应器6感应人体与风扇本体3的距离,在设定的距离范围内,所述距离感应器6所感应人体的距离变近,通过调节模块7降低电机4的转速,所述距离感应器6所感应人体的距离变远,通过调节模块7提高电机4的转速;当所述距离感应器6所感应人体的距离超出设定的距离范围,通过调节模块7关闭所述电机4。气流产生装置可以随人体与气流产生装置之间的距离调节转速,使人体在不同距离均可以感受均匀的风速,便于用户的使用。
具体地,所述距离感应器6设置有至少两个,以提高距离感应的精度。
本发明还提供了一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置的控制方法,如图1、图2所示,用于控制上述的可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,包括以下步骤,距离感应器6感应人体与风扇本体3的距离,在设定的距离范围内,所述距离感应器6所感应人体的距离变近,通过调节模块7降低电机4的转速,所述距离感应器6所感应人体的距离变远,通过调节模块7提高电机4的转速;当所述距离感应器6所感应人体的距离超出设定的距离范围,通过调节模块7关闭所述电机4,利于节能。
本发明实施例提供的 一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置及其控制方法,其可以随人体与气流产生装置之间的距离调节转速,使人体在不同距离均可以感受均匀的风速,便于用户的使用。

  1. 一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,包括底座、固定连接于底座的连接杆、固定连接于所述连接杆的风扇本体,所述风扇本体包括罩体、设置于所述罩体内的电机和扇叶,所述扇叶固定连接于所述电机的转轴,其特征在于,所述罩体的正面设置有用于感应人体的距离感应器,所述罩体内设置有用于根据所述距离感应器所感应的人体距离对所述电机的转速进行调节的调节模块,调节模块与所述电机之间电连接,所述距离感应器为雷达式距离感应器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,其特征在于,所述距离感应器设置有至少两个。
  3. 一种可感应人体距离的气流产生装置的控制方法,其特征在于,用于控制如权利要求1或2所述的可感应人体距离的气流产生装置,包括以下步骤,距离感应器感应人体与风扇本体的距离,在设定的距离范围内,所述距离感应器所感应人体的距离变近,通过调节模块降低电机的转速,所述距离感应器所感应人体的距离变远,通过调节模块提高电机的转速;当所述距离感应器所感应人体的距离超出设定的距离范围,通过调节模块关闭所述电机。
