所述感应模块设置有轻触信号采集单元和滑动碰触信号采集单元,所述感应模块设置有压力传感器、速度传感器。由压力传感器、速度传感器感应使用者发出的动作,将其转化为压力信号、速度信号,压力信号、速度信号经处理后按一定规则分配给轻触信号采集单元和滑动碰触信号采集单元。所述第一信号是所述轻触信号采集单元采集的轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号采集单元采集的滑动碰触信号的组合,并且所述第一信号至少包括所述轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号中的一个;所述第二信号是所述轻触信号采集单元采集的轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号采集单元采集的滑动碰触信号的组合,并且所述第二信号至少包括所述轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号中的一个。所述第一信号可以只是所述轻触信号或所述滑动碰触信号。所述第一信号也可以是首先轻触信号,然后滑动碰触信号,最后在轻触信号,排序组合还可以为其他能实现的组合。所述第二信号同理。
所述控制模块设置有信号获取单元、第一控制单元和第二控制单元,所述信号获取单元获取所述第一信号,所述第一控制单元控制所述LED灯108;所述信号获取单元获取所述第二信号,所述第二控制单元控制所述喇叭106。所述控制模块根据所述信号对可控硅控制极相位角进行调节。控制电路板实现对LED灯108、喇叭106使用状态调控的方式。
感应模块作为一个输入端,通过对压力与速度的检测采集信号提供给控制模 块,以实现最终对LED灯108、喇叭106使用状态的控制。
当第一信号为轻触信号时,第一控制单元控制LED灯108开闭;当第二信号为轻触信号时,第二控制单元控制喇叭106开闭。此时控制模块根据从感应模块获取的信号同时同步控制LED灯108和喇叭106。
当第一信号为按照预设规则A转化形成的滑动碰触信号时,第一控制单元控制LED灯108的亮度按照预设规则A变化;当第二信号为按照预设规则B转化形成的滑动碰触信号时,第二控制单元控制喇叭106的强度按照预设规则B变化。此时控制模块根据从感应模块获取的信号可以分别控制LED灯108和喇叭106。
当第一信号为按照预设规则C转化形成的滑动碰触信号时,第一控制单元控制LED灯108的亮度按照预设规则C变化,第二控制单元控制喇叭106的强度按照预设规则C变化。此时控制模块根据从感应模块获取的信号可以同时控制LED灯108和喇叭106,但可能1)LED灯108的亮度按照预设规则C逐步变亮、喇叭106的强度按照预设规则C逐步变强;2)LED灯108的亮度按照预设规则C逐步变亮、喇叭106的强度按照预设规则C逐步变弱;3)LED灯108的亮度按照预设规则C逐步变暗、喇叭106的强度按照预设规则C逐步变强;4)LED灯108与喇叭106的其他变化形式。
以上三段中的表述仅为可能的感应模块与控制模块对LED灯108及喇叭106的控制形式之一。轻触信号不一定表示开闭。LED灯108变化的形式也不一定为亮度的逐步变化,喇叭106变化的形式也不一定为强度的逐步变化。
如图3-8所示,LED台灯音响包括底座300、支撑架200、灯罩100、LED灯108、喇叭106,所述支撑架200的两端分别连接于所述底座300和灯罩100,所述LED灯108和喇叭106设置在所述灯罩100内,所述LED台灯音响还设置有感应环103和控制电路板104。所述感应模块是所述感应环103,所述控制模块是所述控制电路板104。
所述控制电路板104与LED灯108、喇叭106连接,所述感应环103采集信 号,所述控制电路板104获取信号控制LED灯108、喇叭106。所述控制电路板104、所述感应环103与设置在所述底座300内的第一电路板303通过第一导线201电性连接,所述感应环103与所述控制电路板通过第二导线105连接。
由于采用感应环103同时调控LED灯108、喇叭106的使用状态,直接取代传统开关,操作舒适、手感极佳、控制精准且没有机械磨损。节约金属材料,尤其对于LED台灯音响这种小电器而言机械结构的要求大大减少,简化了LED台灯音响的结构装置、节省了空间占有。
所述LED台灯音响还包括连接杆102,所述连接杆102一端与所述灯罩100连接,所述感应环103设置在所述连接杆102和灯罩100之间。感应环设置在连接杆和灯罩之间,充分利用空间。所述连接杆102的一端形成凸环112,所述感应环103套设在所述凸环112上。所述凸环112上间隔设置有卡扣122,所述灯罩100的一端设置有与所述卡扣122对应的扣位,所述灯罩100与连接杆102经旋转卡入连接,简单结构,连接稳固。
所述LED灯座107设置于所述喇叭固定座109底部的定位圈内,所述喇叭106设置在所述喇叭固定座109中间定位圈的喇叭高度安放支撑点上,所述控制电路板104设置在所述喇叭上。
所述灯罩100的横截面为圆形,所述灯罩100为横截面沿着轴线方向逐渐变大的喇叭状结构,所述LED灯108、喇叭106设置在喇叭固定座109上,所述喇叭固定座109由所述灯罩100一端的喇叭固定座插入圈扣入所述灯罩100配合连接。灯罩100结构横截面由其顶部向下逐渐增大,使重心下移,增加放置稳定性。灯罩100内可放置LED灯座107及喇叭106以保护它们,节约空间,减小LED台灯音响占用体积。
所述第一导线201一端与所述底座300内的第一电路板303连接,另一端通过盖帽101、所述连接杆102进入灯罩100与所述控制电路板104连接。所述第一导线201设置在所述支撑架200内,所述第一导线201、支撑架200分别卡入支撑固定连接块202的固定槽内。支撑架200连接底座300与灯罩100,确定第 一导线201的连线路径。第一导线201安放于固定槽内得以卡紧,支撑架200也通过放入固定槽内而获得加强自身强度的作用。
所述底座300包括底座第一部分301、底座第二部分302,所述底座第一部分301和底座第二部分302上设置有固定所述支撑架200一端的结构。底座第一部分301、底座第二部分302合扣起来构成底座300外壳,底座第一部分301上设置有支撑架200固定卡扣,底座第二部分302设置有支撑架避空位置、支撑架固定骨位,对支撑架200的固定位置进行了限位。
所述支撑架200由五金支撑杆压片通过支撑架盖板固定螺丝孔固定在所述底座第二部分302。底座第二部分302设置有支撑架盖板固定螺丝孔,支撑架盖板固定螺丝孔与五金支撑杆压片上的压片固定螺丝孔对应,支撑架200的一端便固定于底座300上。
所述底座300上设置有音频接口、内置电池和充电接口。内置电池可方便LED台灯音响的随时随地使用。充电接口与对应充电设备连接可对LED台灯音响充电。音频接口与音频产品如Mp3、Mp4、电脑、手机等接入播放音乐。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED台灯音响的控制方法,其特征在于,所述LED台灯音响设置有感应模块和控制模块,所述感应模块与所述控制模块信号连接,所述控制模块与所述LED台灯音响的LED灯、喇叭连接,所述感应模块采集信号,所述控制模块获取所述信号控制所述LED灯、所述喇叭:所述感应模块采集第一信号,所述控制模块控制所述LED灯;所述感应模块采集第二信号,所述控制模块控制所述喇叭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED台灯音响的控制方法,其特征在于,所述感应模块设置有轻触信号采集单元和滑动碰触信号采集单元,所述感应模块设置有压力传感器、速度传感器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED台灯音响的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一信号是所述轻触信号采集单元采集的轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号采集单元采集的滑动碰触信号的组合,并且所述第一信号至少包括所述轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号中的一个;所述第二信号是所述轻触信号采集单元采集的轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号采集单元采集的滑动碰触信号的组合,并且所述第二信号至少包括所述轻触信号和所述滑动碰触信号中的一个。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一所述的LED台灯音响的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制模块设置有信号获取单元、第一控制单元和第二控制单元,所述信号获取单元获取所述第一信号,所述第一控制单元控制所述LED灯;所述信号获取单元获取所述第二信号,所述第二控制单元控制所述喇叭。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的LED台灯音响的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制模块根据所述信号对可控硅控制极相位角进行调节。
  6. 一种LED台灯音响,包括底座、支撑架、灯罩、LED灯、喇叭,所述支撑架的两端分别连接于所述底座和灯罩,所述LED灯和喇叭设置在所述灯罩内,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-5任一所述LED台灯音响的控制方法, 所述LED台灯音响还包括感应环和控制电路板,所述感应模块是所述感应环,所述控制模块是所述控制电路板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的LED台灯音响,其特征在于,所述LED台灯音响还包括连接杆,所述连接杆一端与所述灯罩连接,所述感应环设置在所述连接杆和灯罩之间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的LED台灯音响,其特征在于,所述连接杆的一端形成凸环,所述感应环套设在所述凸环上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的LED台灯音响,其特征在于,所述凸环上间隔设置有连接卡扣,所述灯罩的一端设置有与所述连接卡扣对应的连接扣位,所述灯罩与连接杆经旋转卡入连接。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的LED台灯音响,其特征在于,所述灯罩为横截面沿着轴线方向逐渐变大的喇叭状结构,所述LED灯、喇叭设置在喇叭固定座上,所述喇叭固定座由所述灯罩一端的喇叭固定座插入圈扣入所述灯罩配合连接。
