A structural arrangement for a wheel prevents the flexible rubber or plastic tyre (2) from leaving the bed formed by the rims of the rigid wheel (1); the wheel (1) has preferably rigid clips (12) spaced around the rims, the tyre (2) has recesses (21) around the circumference of both lateral faces and the clips (12) engage the recesses (21).
