The rail body 31 is configured by, for example, appropriately bending a steel plate or the like, and has a long shape whose longitudinal direction is the longitudinal direction. The rail body 31 is supported by the support member 18 in such a manner that the rail body 31 is gradually inclined downward toward the front.
The rail body 31 includes a rail base 311, a rail left end 312 and a rail right end 313 that are integrally formed. The rail base 311 is a flat plate portion that forms the upper surface of the rail body 31. The rail left end 312 is a part formed integrally with the left end edge of the rail base 311 so as to be continuous. The rail left end portion 312 includes a rail left end lower extension portion 312a extending downward from the left end edge of the rail base 311 and a rail left end right extension extending rightward from the rail left end lower extension portion 312a. The portion 312b is integrally formed.
The rail right end portion 313 is a pair of left and right rail left end portions 312 and is a part integrally formed so as to be continuous with the right end edge portion of the rail base portion 311. The rail right end portion 313 includes a rail right end lower extension portion 313a extending downward from the right end edge of the rail base portion 311 and a rail right end left extension extending leftward from the rail right end lower extension portion 313a. The part 313b is formed integrally.
Here, both the rail left end lower extension 312a and the rail right end lower extension 313a have substantially the same length in the vertical direction, and their inner surfaces face each other. Therefore, the extension length and the height level of the rail left end right extension portion 312b and the rail right end left extension portion 313b are substantially the same.
An attachment 34 is attached to such a rail body 31. The attachment 34 is a pair of left and right, one of which is fastened to a rail left end extension 312a of the rail left end 312 via a fastening member such as a screw, and the other is the rail right end of the rail right end 313. The lower extension 313a is fastened and attached via a fastening member such as a screw. These attachments 34 are attached to predetermined positions on the rear side of a later-described sub-gate member 44 constituting the take-out mechanism 40.
In addition, the attachments 34 have their lower ends projecting downward from the rail body 31, and the distance between these lower ends is determined by the container of the product (target product) 1 to be stored. It is slightly larger than the maximum width. That is, the attachment 34 regulates the passage of the product 1 having a width exceeding the predetermined size of the target product 1 along the front-rear direction.
Two rail sliding portions 32 are provided, each of which is made of a resin material having a small sliding resistance. The rail sliding portions 32 are long in which the longitudinal direction is the longitudinal direction, and are larger than the longitudinal direction of the rail main body portion 31. The rail sliding portions 32 are formed with groove portions 321 extending along the longitudinal direction.
The one rail sliding portion 32 is attached so as to cover the upper surface and the lower surface of the rail left end right extending portion 312b on the right end portion side so that the rail left end right extending portion 312b enters the groove portion 321. The other rail sliding portion 32 is attached so as to cover the upper surface and the lower surface on the left end portion side of the rail right end left extending portion 313b so that the rail right end left extending portion 313b enters the groove portion 321. Thereby, the rail sliding part 32 is attached to the rail main-body part 31 in the aspect used as a left-right pair.
In such a rail member 30, the minimum separation distance between the rail left end portion 312 and the rail right end portion 313, that is, the rail sliding portion 32 attached to the rail left end right extension portion 312b, and the rail right end left extension The separation distance from the rail sliding portion 32 attached to the portion 313b is larger than the maximum width of the constricted portion 5 in the container of the product 1 and smaller than the maximum width of the cap mounting portion 3 of the product 1. .
As a result, when the rail member 30 is inserted in a posture in which the commodity 1 stands up so that the constricted portion 5 of the commodity 1 is inserted from the front, the cap of the commodity 1 is placed on the pair of left and right rail sliding portions 32 of the rail member 30. A part of the attachment portion 3 can be placed. As a result, the rail member 30 supports the cap mounting portion 3 of the product 1 to support the product 1 in a suspended state, and stores the product 1 so as to be arranged in a line in the front-rear direction. A column 30a is configured.
Further, in the pair of left and right rail sliding portions 32, the protruding portions 322 are provided in such a manner that the front end side portions protrude toward each other. These protrusions 322 include a position where a first main gate 42a, which will be described later, constituting the take-out mechanism 40 moves forward relative to the product storage column 30a, and a position where the sub-gate member 44 moves forward relative to the product storage column 30a. It is provided between. The distance between the protrusions 322 is substantially the same as the maximum width of the constricted portion 5 of the container of the product 1.
The product selection unit 33 includes a button storage unit 331 and a product selection button 332. The button accommodating portion 331 is made of a resin material, and is attached so as to cover the front end portion of the rail body portion 31. More specifically, the button housing 331 is attached to the upper extension piece with the upper end bent upward from the front end of the rail base 311 of the rail body 31, and the lower end is the rail base 311 of the rail body 31. The rail left end 312 and the rail right end 313 are attached to cover the front ends. The opening at the lower end of the button storage portion 331 constitutes the outlet 30b of the product storage column 30a.
The product selection button 332 is provided on the upper end portion of the button accommodating portion 331. The product selection button 332 is an input unit that incorporates a product selection switch 55 (see FIG. 45) and turns the product selection switch 55 on when pressed.
7 and 8 show the take-out mechanism 40 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, respectively. FIG. 7 is a perspective view, and FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view. The take-out mechanism 40 exemplified here is provided so that most of the upper surface of the rail base 311 of the rail main body 31 of the rail member 30 is covered with the cover member 41, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. The main gate member 42, the lever member 43, the sub gate member 44, the slide member 45, and the switching member 46 are provided.
The main gate member 42 includes a first main gate 42a and a second main gate 42b.
As shown in FIG. 9, the first main gate 42 a is made of a resin material, for example, and has a first tip portion 421 and a first arm portion 422. The first tip 421 is located on the front side. The first arm portion 422 is a pair of left and right portions extending rearward from the upper portions of both left and right ends of the rear end portion of the first tip portion 421. A first shaft hole 422a is formed at the rear end portion of the first arm portion 422, and a first gear portion 422b is formed at the rear end edge portion.
Such a first main gate 42a is arranged around the central axis of the shaft member 47 by inserting a rod-shaped shaft member 47 whose axial direction is the left-right direction through the first shaft hole 422a of each first arm portion 422. Rocks. Here, the left and right ends of the shaft member 47 are pivotally supported by being inserted through support holes 411 formed in the cover member 41.
Also, one end of the gate spring 423 is locked to the left first arm portion 422 of the first main gate 42a. The other end of the gate spring 423 is locked to the upper surface inside the cover member 41. As a result, the first main gate 42a is swingably provided in such a manner that the first tip 421 moves forward and backward with respect to the product storage column 30a through an opening formed in the rail base 311. In the normal state where only the urging force acts, the first tip 421 moves forward into the product storage column 30a.
As shown in FIG. 9, the second main gate 42 b is made of, for example, a resin material, and has a second tip portion 424 and a second arm portion 425. The second tip portion 424 is located on the front side, and the length in the left-right direction is larger than the length in the left-right direction of the first tip portion 421 of the first main gate 42a.
The second arm portion 425 is a pair of left and right portions extending rearward from the upper portions of the left and right ends of the rear end portion of the second tip portion 424. These second arm portions 425 have an extension length in the front-rear direction larger than the extension length in the front-rear direction of the first arm portion 422, and a second shaft hole 425a is formed at each rear end portion. The width between the second arm portions 425 is larger than the width between the first arm portions 422. Further, at the rear end portion of the second arm portion 425, a second locking portion 426 is provided at an upper end edge portion constituting the second shaft hole 425a. The 2nd latching | locking part 426 is a site | part extended in the aspect which inclines gradually upwards as it goes ahead from this upper end edge part.
The second main gate 42b is configured such that the shaft member 47 is inserted into the second shaft hole 425a in a state where the second arm portions 425 are positioned outside the first arm portion 422. It swings around the central axis of the. Then, the tip end portion of the second locking portion 426 in the second main gate 42b comes into contact with the upper surface inside the cover member 41, so that the second main gate 42b is normally in the second state due to its own elastic restoring force. The leading end 424 has moved forward into the product storage column 30a. Here, since the extension length of the second arm portion 425 in the front-rear direction is larger than the extension length of the first arm portion 422 in the front-rear direction as described above, the second main gate 42b is normally in the first state. The two distal end portions 424 advance and move forward from the first distal end portion 421.
As shown in FIG. 9, the lever member 43 is made of, for example, a resin material, and has a lever base portion 431, a lever arm portion 432, and a lever fin portion 433. The lever locking piece 431 a is a portion that protrudes downward from the front end portion of the lever base 431. A lever protrusion 431 b is provided at the front end of the upper portion of the lever base 431. The lever protrusion 431b is provided so as to protrude upward. The lever projecting portion 431 b protrudes above the cover member 41 through an extending end portion 412 formed in the cover member 41.
The lever arm portion 432 is a pair of left and right extending from the left and right ends of the rear end portion of the lever base portion 431 toward the rear. A lever shaft hole 432a is formed at the rear end of these lever arm portions 432. The widths of these lever arm portions 432 are smaller than the widths of the first arm portions 422.
Such a lever member 43 swings around the central axis of the shaft member 47 when the shaft member 47 is inserted through the lever shaft hole 432a of each lever arm portion 432 between the first arm portions 422. It is.
The lever fin portion 433 is a pair of left and right flat plate portions provided at both left and right ends of the upper portion of the lever base portion 431. One of these lever fins 433 is provided in a manner that protrudes to the left from the left end portion of the upper portion of the lever base portion 431, and the other portion protrudes to the right from the right end portion of the upper portion of the lever base portion 431. Is provided.
In such a lever member 43, a through hole 434 through which the gate spring 423 passes is formed in a part of the left lever fin portion 433 and the lever base portion 431, and the right lever fin portion 433 has a lever spring. One end of 435 is locked. The other end of the lever spring 435 is locked to the upper surface inside the cover member 41.
As a result, the lever member 43 has the front end portion downward in a state where the left lever fin portion 433 is in contact with the upper surface of the left first arm portion 422 and the right lever fin portion 433 is in contact with the upper surface of the right first arm portion 422. Always energized towards.
As shown in FIG. 9, the sub-gate member 44 is made of, for example, a resin material, and has a sub-gate front end 441 and a sub-gate rear end 442.
The sub-gate front end portion 441 is a front portion and has a left-right width smaller than the left-right width between the lever arm portions 432. A sub gate shaft hole 441a is formed at the sub gate tip 441, and a sub gate gear portion 441b is formed at the upper edge of the sub gate shaft portion 441.
Such a sub-gate member 44 swings around the central axis of the shaft member 47 by inserting the shaft member 47 through the sub-gate shaft hole 441 a between the lever arm portions 432.
The sub-gate gear portion 441b of the sub-gate member 44 meshes with the first linkage gear portion 481 of the linkage member 48 disposed on the cover member 41 so as to be swingable about the axis of its own shaft-like portion. Here, the linking member 48 has a longitudinal direction in the left-right direction, and second linking gear portions 482 are formed at both left and right ends of the first linking gear portion 481. These second linkage gear portions 482 mesh with the first gear portion 422b of the first main gate 42a.
That is, the sub-gate member 44 is linked to the first main gate 42a via the linkage member 48, and when the first main gate 42a (the first tip portion 421) moves forward into the product storage column 30a, When the sub-gate rear end 442 moves backward from the product storage column 30a through the opening formed in the rail base 311, while the first main gate 42a (first tip 421 thereof) moves backward from the product storage column 30a. The rear end portion 442 of the sub-gate advances and moves to the product storage column 30a through the opening.
By the way, in the sub-gate member 44, the sub-gate front end portion 441 and the sub-gate rear end portion 442 are the front end hook portion 441c formed at the upper end of the rear end portion of the sub-gate front end portion 441 and the front end portion of the sub-gate rear end portion 442. The lower end portions of the rear end hook portions 442c formed at the upper ends of the first and second end portions are connected to each other by a flat-plate-shaped sub-gate connecting portion 443.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, when the subgate rear end 442 is moved forward into the product storage column 30a and the subgate member 44 comes into contact with the product 1 from the rear side, the subgate member 44 The product 1 is restrained from moving forward by elastically deforming so that the rear end hook portion 442c comes into contact with each other. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, when the sub-gate rear end portion 442 advances and moves to the product storage column 30 a, when the sub-gate member 44 comes into contact with the product 1 from the front side, the sub-gate member 44 has the rear-end hook portion. The sub-gate rear end 442 is elastically deformed upward so that the product 1 moves rearward in a manner in which the 442c is further separated from the front hook portion 441c.
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the slide member 45 shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. The slide member 45 is made of, for example, a resin material, and is provided so as to be slidable along the front-rear direction (the storage direction of the product 1 in the product storage column 30a) with a part thereof exposed from the cover member 41. It has been. The slide member 45 includes a slide base 451 and a slide locking portion 452.
The slide base 451 is a substantially flat portion, and an opening 451a that allows the sub-gate member 44 to enter is formed. A first spring locking portion 451 b that protrudes upward is provided at the rear end portions of the left and right ends of the slide base 451. The other end of the first slide spring 453 whose one end is locked to the rear surface of the cover member 41 is locked to the first spring locking portion 451b. As a result, the slide member 45 is always urged forward by the first slide spring 453.
A slide protrusion 451c protruding forward is formed at the center of the front end of the slide base 451. Further, a second spring locking portion 451d is formed at the lower portion of the rear end central portion of the slide base portion 451. The other end of a second slide spring (not shown) whose one end is locked to the connecting member 49 is locked to the second spring locking portion 451d. The connecting member 49 is slidable along the front-rear direction in a manner of approaching and moving away from the slide member 45, and is always urged forward by a second slide spring. At the rear end portion of the connecting member 49, the other end of the first driving rope body 491 having a connecting tool 492 attached to one end is attached. A wire cable connected to any one of the link members 66 of the actuator 60 shown in FIG. 2 is connected to the connecting tool 492 of the first drive cable body 491. The actuator 60 will be described later.
The slide locking portion 452 is provided at the central portion of the slide connecting portion 455 that connects the slide projecting plates 454 erected in a pair of left and right on the upper surface of the front end portion of the slide base 451. More specifically, the slide locking portion 452 is provided in a mode that protrudes forward from the center portion of the slide coupling portion 455, and a slide locking protrusion 452a that protrudes upward is provided at the tip of the slide locking portion 452. Is formed.
FIGS. 13 and 14 show the switching member 46 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, respectively. FIG. 13 is a perspective view when viewed from the upper right side, and FIG. 14 is viewed from the lower right side. It is a perspective view which shows a case.
The switching member 46 is a flat plate made of, for example, a resin material. The switching member 46 has a switching portion in which an engaging protruding piece 461 and an engaging protruding portion 462 formed in a manner protruding upward at the right end portion are disposed above the cover member 41 as shown in FIG. By being inserted into and engaged with the engagement hole 51 of the plate 50, the cover member 41 is provided so as to be slidable along the left-right direction in a manner in which a part is exposed from the cover member 41. Here, the switching plate 50 is a long plate member whose longitudinal direction is the left-right direction, and is arranged so as to straddle the upper region of the cover members 41 of a plurality (six) of the product storage devices 20 constituting one step. Has been. The switching plate 50 is slid along the left-right direction by the switching drive mechanism 70 shown in FIG. The switching drive mechanism 70 will be described later.
The switching member 46 is formed with a notch 463 and a switching locking projection 464. The notch 463 is formed in a central portion on the rear end side of the switching member 46. The switching locking protrusion 464 is formed in such a manner as to protrude downward on the right side of the notch 463 on the front end side of the lower surface of the switching member 46.
Next, the actuator 60 will be described. 16 and 17 show the actuator 60 shown in FIG. 2, respectively. FIG. 16 is a perspective view, and FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing the internal structure. The actuator 60 is an example of the present embodiment, and will not be described as a main part of the invention.
The actuator 60 is housed in the side cabinet 16 as described above, and includes a unit main body 61. The unit main body 61 has a unit opening 61 a formed on the left surface, and the unit opening 61 a is closed by a unit lid 62, thereby constituting a casing together with the unit lid 62. Inside the unit main body 61, a rotating plate 63, a link member 66, and a hook member 67 are disposed.
The rotating plate 63 is a disk-shaped body that is housed in the left part of the unit body 61. A through hole 631 is formed in the central portion of the rotating plate 63, and a drive shaft 64 extending through the through hole 631 along the left-right direction passes therethrough. Although not shown in the drawing, a convex portion that protrudes inward is formed on the inner wall surface of the through-hole 631, and the convex portion extends in the outer surface of the drive shaft 64 in the extending direction of the shaft (left and right). The shaft has entered a shaft recess (not shown) formed along the direction.
As a result, the rotating plate 63 can rotate with the drive shaft 64 when the drive shaft 64 rotates about the central axis of the drive shaft 64, and the extending direction of the drive shaft 64, that is, The drive shaft 64 is engaged so as to be movable in the left-right direction. On the right side of the unit main body 61, there are a rotation drive unit (not shown) for rotating the drive shaft 64, and a movement drive unit (not shown) for moving the rotary plate 63 leftward or rightward. And is housed. In addition, the code | symbol 65 in FIG. 17 is a press spring. The pressing spring is interposed between the unit lid 62 and the rotating plate 63 and always presses the rotating plate 63 toward the right by its own elastic restoring force.
In such an actuator 60, the rotation plate 63 can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by the rotation drive unit, and the rotation plate 63 can be rotated at three position levels (left level, center) by the movement drive unit. Level, right level).
The link members 66 are provided at equal intervals in an annular shape around the central axis of the drive shaft 64 (the central axis of the rotary plate 63) in the outer diameter area around the rotary plate 63. The link member 66 is inserted into an insertion shaft 611 formed in the unit main body 61 through an insertion hole 661 (see FIG. 18 and the like) formed in the link member 66, so that the link member 66 swings about the axis. It is provided to be movable. Since the three link members 66 are inserted through one insertion shaft 611 so as to be at different position levels, the link members 66 are provided at three different position levels. That is, 16 link members 66 are provided in the circumferential direction, and are provided at three position levels on one insertion shaft 611, so that a total of 48 link members 66 are provided.
The link member 66 includes a link action part 662 and a link contact part 663. The link action portion 662 extends in the radially outward direction of the insertion hole 661, and more specifically, other link members adjacent in the counterclockwise direction when the link member 66 is viewed from the left. It extends towards 66. An action hole 662a is formed at the extended end of the link action part 662, and the other end of the second drive cable body 681 having a connector 682 attached to one end of the action hole 662a. Passed through and installed.
The link abutting portion 663 extends in the radially outward direction of the insertion hole 661, and more specifically, extends toward the central axis of the rotating plate 63. In the extended end portion of the link contact portion 663, the surface facing the link action portion 662 formed on the link member 66 is a flat surface, and the opposite side of the contact portion is a curved surface.
As described above, a total of 24 product storage devices 20 are provided and 48 link members 66 are provided, so that 16 link members 66 on the left level and 8 links on the center level are provided. The connecting tool 682 of the second driving rope body 681 attached to the member 66 is connected to the connecting tool 492 of the first driving rope body 491 respectively allocated via a wire cable. That is, the remaining eight link members 66 at the central level and the sixteen link members 66 at the right level are not connected to the commodity storage device 20.
In the normal state, the link member 66 connected to the product storage device 20 via the wire cable is biased by the first slide spring 453 to be in the reference posture. At that time, the link action piece 662 b provided in the link action part 662 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the unit main body 61.
The hook member 67 is provided on the rotating plate 63. A hook tip 672 is provided at the tip of the hook base 671. Such a hook member 67 is in a posture in which the hook tip 672 has advanced into the outer diameter area of the rotating plate 63 in a state where a part of the hook member 67 is stored in the storing region 632 formed on the left surface of the rotating plate 63. More specifically, the hook tip portion 672 has advanced to the outer peripheral area of the rotating plate 63 in such a manner as to penetrate the opening portion 633 formed in the peripheral wall portion constituting the storage region 632, and the opening portion 633. Is in contact with one of the edges. In the hook tip portion 672, a portion facing the flat surface of the link contact portion 663 of the link member 66 is formed flat, and a portion facing the curved surface of the link contact portion 663 of the link member 66 is formed curved. Has been.
Next, the operation of the actuator 60 will be described. As shown in FIG. 18, the middle link member 66 of the three link members 66 is the target link member 66, and the hook tip 672 is the target link member 66 and the target link member as viewed from the left side. It is assumed that it is in an intermediate position between other link members 66 adjacent to 66 in the clockwise direction. In addition, the rotating plate 63 is moved to the left level or the center level by the movement driving unit.
From this state, when the rotating plate 63 is rotated counterclockwise by the rotation driving portion, the hook tip portion 672 of the hook member 67 comes into contact with the link contact portion 663 of the target link member 66 that assumes the reference posture. In this case, the portion of the hook tip portion 672 facing the curved surface of the link member 66 (link contact portion 663) is curved, and the hook tip portion 672 has a link contact as shown in FIG. While being in sliding contact with the contact portion 663, it is elastically deformed and rotated. Then, when the sliding contact with the link contact portion 663 is released by the rotation of the rotating plate 63, the hook tip portion 672 is rotated by the elastic restoring force of the hook base portion 671, and again on one edge portion of the opening portion 633. The posture is in contact.
When the hook tip 672 moves to an intermediate position between the target link member 66 and another link member 66 adjacent to the target link member 66 in the counterclockwise direction when viewed from the left side, FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the rotation plate 63 is rotated clockwise as viewed from the left side by the rotation driving unit.
Thus, when the rotating plate 63 rotates clockwise, the hook tip 672 approaches the target link member 66 in the reference posture as shown in FIG. After that, as shown in FIG. 21, when the hook tip 672 contacts the link contact portion 663 of the target link member 66, the target link member 66 rotates counterclockwise around the axis of the insertion shaft 611. Then, as shown in FIG.
That is, in the actuator 60, when the target link member 66 is changed from the reference posture to the transmission posture, the rotating plate 63 is rotated counterclockwise when viewed from the left side and rotated to the position level of the target link member 66. The plate 63 is moved along the left-right direction. Then, after the hook tip 672 is in sliding contact with the link contact portion 663 of the target link member 66, the target link member 66 and the target link member 66 are counterclockwise when viewed from the left side. Is moved to an intermediate position between other link members 66 adjacent to the rotary plate 63, the rotary plate 63 is rotated clockwise as viewed from the left side. Accordingly, the hook tip 672 can be brought into contact with the link contact portion 663 of the target link member 66 in the reference posture, and the target link member 66 can be brought into the transmission posture.
The hook tip portion 672 separated from the target link member 66 in the transmission posture in this manner is adjacent to the target link member 66 in the clockwise direction when viewed from the left side. If it moves to the intermediate position between the other link members 66, the drive of the rotating plate 63 is stopped.
In the actuator 60, after the rotating plate 63 is moved to the position level of the target link member 66, the rotating plate 63 is moved from the left side except that the target link member 66 is swung from the reference posture to the transmission posture. It is designed to rotate counterclockwise.
By the way, when the link member 66 is in the transmission posture, the wire cable connected to the second drive cable body 681 is pulled, and as a result, the first drive cable body 491 is pulled backward. .
Next, the switching drive mechanism 70 will be described. 23 to 25 show the switching drive mechanism 70 shown in FIG. 2, respectively. FIG. 23 is a side view seen from the right side, and FIGS. 24 and 25 are exploded perspective views. The switching drive mechanism 70 exemplified here includes a switching slider 71 and a switching cam 72.
The switching slider 71 is a substantially flat plate member whose vertical direction is the longitudinal direction, and is provided so as to be slidable along the vertical direction inside the storage case 70a. A sales connecting portion 711 and a replenishing connecting portion 712 are provided on the right surface as the surface of the switching slider 71.
The sales connecting portion 711 is provided on the upper side of the switching slider 71, and is connected to the other ends of the four first sales switching ridges 731 to which the connecting tool 732 is attached. The connection tool 732 of the first sales switching line body 731 is a wire cable connected to the connection tool 522 of the second sales switching line body 521 attached to the switching plate 50 (see FIG. 15) installed for each stage. Are connected through.
The replenishment connecting portion 712 is provided on the lower side of the switching slider 71, and is connected to the other end of the four first replenishment switching ridges 741 to which the connection tool 742 is attached at one end. The connection tool 742 of the first replenishment switching ridge body 741 is a wire cable connected to the connection tool 532 of the second replenishment switching ridge body 531 attached to the switching plate 50 (see FIG. 15) installed for each stage. Are connected through.
The switching cam 72 has a disc shape, and has a cam groove 721 formed on the right surface serving as the front surface, protruding leftward on the left surface serving as the rear surface, and the first transmission portion on the outer peripheral surface. A cylindrical protruding portion 722 formed with is formed. And this cylindrical projection part 722 penetrates the through-hole 751 of the switching drive unit 75 incorporating a drive motor etc., The 2nd transmission part and 1st transmission part which were formed in the internal peripheral surface of this through-hole 751, , The switching cam 72 is rotated about its own central axis in the clockwise direction when viewed from the right side by the switching drive unit 75.
A columnar projection 713 formed in a manner of projecting leftward from the lower surface of the left surface, which is the back surface of the switching slider 71, enters the cam groove 721 of the switching cam 72.
Here, as shown in FIG. 26, the cam groove 721 of the switching cam 72 includes a first sales position displacement portion 721a, a first refill position displacement portion 721b, a second sales position displacement portion 721c, and a second refill position displacement portion 721d. Have.
The first sales position displacement portion 721a is provided in a portion close to the periphery of the switching cam 72, and is a portion extending in an arc shape with the central axis of the switching cam 72 as the center.
The first replenishment position displacement portion 721b is provided in a portion closer to the central axis of the switching cam 72 than the first sales position displacement portion 721a, and communicates with the first sales position displacement portion 721a through the first switching portion 721e. ing.
The second sales position displacement portion 721c is provided on the same circumference as the first sales position displacement portion 721a, and is a portion extending in an arc shape around the central axis of the switching cam 72. The second sales position displacement unit 721c communicates with the first replenishment position displacement unit 721b through the second switching unit 721f.
The second refill position displacement portion 721d is provided on the same circumference as the first refill position displacement portion 721b, and is a portion extending in an arc shape around the central axis of the switching cam 72. The second replenishment position displacement unit 721d communicates with the second sales position displacement unit 721c through the third switching unit 721g and also communicates with the first sales position displacement unit 721a through the fourth switching unit 721h.
When such a switching cam 72 is in the initial posture as shown in FIG. 26, the cylindrical projection 713 enters the first sales position displacement portion 721a of the cam groove 721. As described above, when the cylindrical protrusion 713 enters the first sales position displacement portion 721a, the switching slider 71 slides downward and is installed at each stage via a wire cable. The switching plate 50 is slid to the right.
As the switching cam 72 continues to rotate clockwise as viewed from the right side, as shown in FIG. 27, the cylindrical protrusion 713 in the first sales position displacement portion 721a passes through the first switching portion 721e. To enter the first replenishment position displacement portion 721b. Thus, when the cylindrical protrusion 713 enters the first replenishment position displacement portion 721b, the switching slider 71 is slid upward and is installed at each stage via a wire cable. Slide the plate 50 toward the left side.
As the switching cam 72 continues to rotate clockwise as viewed from the right side, as shown in FIG. 28, the cylindrical protrusion 713 in the first replenishment position displacement portion 721b passes through the second switching portion 721f. And enters the second sales position displacement portion 721c. In this way, when the cylindrical protrusion 713 enters the second sales position displacement portion 721c, the switching slider 71 slides downward and is installed at each stage via a wire cable. Slide the plate 50 toward the right side.
As the switching cam 72 continues to rotate clockwise as viewed from the right side, as shown in FIG. 29, the cylindrical protrusion 713 in the second sales position displacement portion 721c passes through the third switching portion 721g. To enter the second refill position displacement portion 721d. Thus, when the cylindrical protrusion 713 enters the second replenishment position displacement portion 721d, the switching slider 71 is slid upward and is installed at each stage via a wire cable. Slide the plate 50 toward the left side. Thereafter, when the switching cam 72 rotates clockwise as viewed from the right side, the cylindrical protrusion 713 that has been in the second refill position displacement portion 721d passes through the fourth switching portion 721h and enters the first sales position displacement portion 721a. Then, as shown in FIG. 26, the switching cam 72 returns to the initial posture.
As described above, the switching drive mechanism 70 rotates the switching cam 72 clockwise as viewed from the right side, thereby moving the switching plates 50 of each stage along the left and right directions. The switching member 46 that engages is moved in the left-right direction.
By the way, the 1st replenishment position displacement part 721b does not extend circularly like the 2nd replenishment position displacement part 721d, but exists in the point. Therefore, when the switching cam 72 in the initial posture is rotated clockwise as viewed from the right side, the cylindrical protrusion 713 moves in the order of the first switching unit 721e, the first replenishment position displacement unit 721b, and the second switching unit 721f. Thus, all the switching sliders 71 can be displaced upward in a short time, and all the switching plates 50 can be temporarily slid to the left.
Next, the operation of the product storage device 20 will be described. FIG. 30 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a main part when the product storage device 20 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is in a locked state.
Thus, when the product storage device 20 is in the locked state, the actuator 60 and the switching drive mechanism 70 are not driven. Therefore, since the switching cam 72 constituting the switching drive mechanism 70 is in the initial posture as described above, the columnar protrusion 713 has entered the first sales position displacement portion 721a of the cam groove 721, thereby the switching plate. The switching member 46 is in the sales position because 50 is slid to the right.
In such a locked state, the first main gate 42a constituting the main gate member 42 is moved forward to the product storage column 30a by being biased by the gate spring 423, and the first tip 421 is the product. It is in the advance position on the outlet 30b side from the foremost product (most downstream product) 1 located on the most downstream side of the storage column 30a.
Further, the second main gate 42b constituting the main gate member 42 moves forward to the product storage column 30a by its own elastic restoring force, and the second tip portion 424 is on the front side of the first tip portion 421. .
The slide member 45 is urged by the first slide spring 453 and is in the forward restriction position, and the slide protrusion 451c is located above the recessed portion 421b of the first tip 421 of the first main gate 42a. As a result, the first main gate 42a is restricted by the slide member 45 from retreating from the product storage column 30a.
The lever member 43 is urged by the lever spring 435 so that the lever fin portion 433 contacts the first arm portion 422 of the first main gate 42a and presses the first main gate 42a to advance into the product storage column 30a. Standing posture. When the lever member 43 is in such a standby posture, the lever protrusion 431b enters the notch 463 of the switching member 46, the lever locking piece 431a contacts the upper surface of the slide protrusion 451c, and the slide member 45 Is allowed to be in a restricted position. By the way, the sub-gate member 44 moves backward from the product storage column 30a because the first main gate 42a moves forward to the product storage column 30a.
In such a locked state, when the actuator 60 is driven and the link member 66 corresponding to the product storage column 30a changes from the reference posture to the transmission posture, the connecting member 49 connected to the link member 66 via a wire cable is provided. By sliding and moving backward, as shown in FIGS. 31 and 32, the slide member 45 connected to the connecting member 49 via the second slide spring also slides from the regulation position to the backward swing allowable position. Moving.
Here, the amount of displacement of the wire cable accompanying the rotation of the link member 66 is set to be larger than the amount of movement of the slide member 45 from the restricting position to the swing allowable position. Therefore, when the link member 66 rotates from the reference posture to the transmission posture, the slide member 45 surely slides from the restriction position to the swing allowable position, and after the slide member 45 moves to the swing allowable position, The connecting member 49 slides backward so as to be separated from the slide member 45 against the urging force of the second slide spring, and absorbs the amount of displacement of the wire cable that is greater than the amount of movement of the slide member 45. To do.
When the slide member 45 is slid to the swing allowable position in this way, the slide protrusion 451c is detached from the upper portion of the recessed portion 421b of the first tip portion 421 of the first main gate 42a, and the first main gate 42a is It will be in a state where it can swing upward. At this time, the lever member 43 swings toward the front by swinging the slide protrusion 451c and changes from the standby posture to the restriction posture, and the lever locking piece 431a contacts the slide protrusion 451c. Thus, the slide member 45 is restricted from returning from the swing allowable position to the restriction position. As described above, when the slide member 45 slides backward from the restriction position to the swing allowable position and the lever member 43 assumes the restriction posture, the product storage device 20 is brought into a saleable state from the locked state.
As shown in FIG. 33, when the foremost product 1 is pulled forward by the take-out operation, the first main gate 42a swings against the urging force of the gate spring 423 from the advanced position, and the product storage column. Move backward from 30a. At this time, the sub-gate member 44 linked to the first main gate 42a via the linkage member 48 moves forward to the product storage column 30a, and the sub-gate rear end 442 is adjacent to the rear side of the foremost product 1 ( (Hereinafter also referred to as the next product) 1 advance to the front side. Here, the sub-gate member 44 restricts the next product 1 from moving forward as described above.
Also, as the first main gate 42a moves backward from the product storage column 30a, the lever member 43 also swings upward against the biasing force of the lever spring 435. As the lever member 43 swings upward, the lever protrusion 431b is released from the notch 463 of the switching member 46, and the lever locking piece 431a is released from the front of the slide protrusion 451c. As a result, the slide member 45 is urged by the first slide spring 453 and can be slid forward.
When the foremost product 1 is pulled further forward by the take-out operation, as shown in FIG. 34, the second main gate 42b is pressed against the foremost product 1 and resists its own elastic restoring force from the product storage column 30a. Move backwards. As a result, the foremost product 1 can be taken out forward through the outlet 30b.
Thus, when the foremost product 1 is taken out through the outlet 30b, the first main gate 42a and the second main gate 42b advance and move to the product storage column 30a as shown in FIG. As the first main gate 42a moves forward to the product storage column 30a, the sub-gate member 44 moves backward from the product storage column 30a.
As shown in FIG. 36, the first front end 421 of the first main gate 42a is located at the advanced position, and the lower rear end 421a of the first front end 421 becomes the cap 2 of the new foremost product 1. Abut. At this time, the slide member 45 that slides forward moves back to the restriction position where the slide protrusion 451c is located above the recessed portion 421b, and the lever member 43 assumes the standby posture and returns to the locked state described above.
In the locked state described above, the switching drive mechanism 70 is driven and the switching cam 72 rotates clockwise, for example, by about 180 ° to 200 ° when viewed from the right side, so that the cylindrical protrusion 713 is stopped at the second refill position. When entering the displacement portion 721d, the switching slider 71 slides upward, and the switching plate 50 slides toward the left side. As a result, the switching member 46 moves from the sales position to the replenishment position. When the switching member 46 moves to the replenishment position in this manner, the lever protrusion 431b of the lever member 43 is detached from the notch 463 of the switching member 46 as shown in FIGS. The slide locking projection 452a of the slide locking portion 452 of the slide member 45 is positioned on the front side of the switching locking projection 464 of the switching member 46.
When the actuator 60 is driven and the link member 66 corresponding to the product storage column 30a changes from the reference posture to the transmission posture, the connecting member 49 connected to the link member 66 via the wire cable slides backward. By moving, the slide member 45 connected to the connecting member 49 via the second slide spring also slides from the restriction position to the rear swing allowable position.
As described above, as the slide member 45 slides from the restriction position to the swing allowable position, as shown in FIGS. 39 and 40, the slide engagement protrusion 452a of the slide engagement portion 452 is switched to the switching engagement protrusion. Overcoming the 464, the front end surface of the slide locking projection 452a comes into contact with the rear end surface of the switching locking projection 464, and the slide member 45 is held in a state of sliding to the swing allowable position. At this time, since the lever protrusion 431b is in contact with the rear edge of the switching member 46, the lever member 43 is restricted from swinging forward and is restricted from being in the standby posture and the restriction posture. Yes. Here, when the slide member 45 slides to the swing allowable position, the first main gate 42a and the second main gate 42b can swing upward, that is, can move backward from the product storage column 30a. It becomes a state.
As shown in FIG. 41, when the product 1 for replenishment is moved rearward through the outlet 30b, the second main gate 42b in contact with the product 1 resists its own elastic restoring force. Retreat from the product storage column 30a. Then, as the replenishment product 1 moves further rearward, the first main gate 42a moves backward from the product storage column 30a against the biasing force of the gate spring 423, as shown in FIG. At this time, the lever member 43 also swings upward together with the first main gate 42a against the biasing force of the lever spring 435.
Thus, when the first main gate 42a moves backward from the product storage column 30a, the sub-gate member 44 advances into the product storage column 30a. As described above, when the sub-gate member 44 is brought into contact with the product 1 from the front, the sub-gate member 44 is elastically deformed to allow the product 1 to move rearward. Even if the product moves to the product storage column 30a, the product 1 replenished through the outlet 30b is not likely to be obstructed by the sub-gate member 44.
As shown in FIG. 43, the second main gate 42b in which the contact relationship with the product 1 is eliminated by moving the replenishment product 1 rearward, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 44, the first main gate 42a, which has moved forward to 30a and subsequently canceled the contact relationship with the product 1, is urged by the gate spring 423 and moved forward to the product storage column 30a. . Thereby, the replenishment product 1 is stored in the product storage column 30a, and the replenishment of the product 1 is completed.
FIG. 45 is a block diagram schematically showing a characteristic control system of the product storage device 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 45, the product storage device 20 includes a product selection switch 55, a first main gate switch 56, a second main gate switch 57, a sales position detection switch 58, a replenishment position detection switch 59, and a product storage control unit 80. It has.
The product selection switch 55 is incorporated in the product selection button 332 and is turned on when the product selection button 332 is pressed, and gives a product selection ON signal to the product storage control unit 80.
The first main gate switch 56 is provided in the take-out mechanism 40, and is provided in the swing region of the lever member 43 as shown in FIG. The first main gate switch 56 swings upward together with the first main gate 42a when the first main gate 42a swings upward from the advanced position against the biasing force of the gate spring 423. When the contact member 56a (see FIG. 37) is pressed against the lever member 43, it is turned on, and an on signal is given to the product storage control unit 80. That is, the first main gate switch 56 is a first detection unit that detects that the first main gate 42a swings upward from the advanced position even if the first main gate 42a is not retracted from the commodity storage column 30a.
The second main gate switch 57 is provided in the take-out mechanism 40, and as shown in FIG. 8 and the like, is provided in the swing area of the second main gate 42b. When the second main gate 42b moves backward from the product storage column 30a, the second main gate switch 57 is turned on when the contact 57a is pressed against the second main gate 42b. Is given to the product storage control unit 80. That is, the second main gate switch 57 is a second detection unit that detects that the second main gate 42b has moved backward from the product storage column 30a.
The sales position detection switch 58 is provided in the storage case 70a of the switching drive mechanism 70 as shown in FIG. When the switching slider 71 slides downward, the sales position detection switch 58 is turned on when the contact 58 a is pressed against the switching slider 71 and gives an on signal to the product storage control unit 80. Is. That is, the sales position detection switch 58 is detection means for estimating that the switching member 46 is at the sales position by detecting that the switching slider 71 has slid downward.
The replenishment position detection switch 59 is provided in the storage case 70a of the switching drive mechanism 70 as shown in FIG. The replenishment position detection switch 59 is turned on when the contact slider 59a is pressed against the switching slider 71 when the switching slider 71 slides upward, and gives an on signal to the commodity storage control unit 80. Is. That is, the replenishment position detection switch 59 is detection means for estimating that the switching member 46 is at the replenishment position by detecting that the switching slider 71 has slid upward.
The product storage control unit 80 controls the operation of the product storage device 20 according to programs and data stored in the memory 85, and includes a communication processing unit 81, an input processing unit 82, a subtraction processing unit 83, and an output process. A portion 84 is provided. The communication processing unit 81 communicates with the vending machine control unit 9 that controls the operation of the vending machine to which the product storage device 20 is applied.
The input processing unit 82 inputs an ON signal from the product selection switch 55, the first main gate switch 56, the second main gate switch 57, and the like. The subtraction processing unit 83 performs subtraction processing when the removal of the product 1 is detected. The output processing unit 84 gives a drive command and a drive stop command to the actuator 60 and the switching drive mechanism 70.
FIG. 46 is a flowchart showing the processing contents of the sales control process performed by the product storage control unit 80 shown in FIG. The operation of the product storage device 20 will be described while explaining the sales control process.
In this sales control process, the product storage control unit 80 sells from the vending machine control unit 9 when a sales command is given from the vending machine control unit 9 through the communication processing unit 81 (step S101: Yes), that is, when a desired money is inserted. When the command is given, it waits for an input of a product selection ON signal from the product selection switch 55 (step S102).
When the product selection ON signal from the product selection switch 55 is input through the input processing unit 82 (step S102: Yes), the product storage control unit 80 gives a drive command to the actuator 60 through the output processing unit 84, and the corresponding link member In order to rotate 66 from the reference posture to the transmission posture, the actuator 60 is driven (step S103).
As described above, when the actuator 60 is driven as described above, the merchandise storage device 20 is changed from the locked state to the sellable state. The product storage control unit 80 that has given a drive command to the actuator 60 detects whether or not the foremost product 1 has been taken out before a predetermined time has elapsed (steps S104 and S105).
As described above, in the product storage device 20, when the product 1 is taken out from the sellable state, the first main gate 42 a moves backward from the product storage column 30 a as the foremost product 1 passes forward. Then, the second main gate 42b moves backward from the product storage column 30a. Therefore, it is detected whether or not the ON signal is input from the second main gate switch 57 after the ON signal is input from the first main gate switch 56 within a predetermined time.
As a result, when removal of the product 1 is detected within a predetermined time (step S104: Yes, step S105: No), the product storage control unit 80 performs a subtraction process through the subtraction processing unit 83 (step S106).
The product storage control unit 80 that has performed the subtraction process in this way sends a sales completion signal to the vending machine control unit 9 through the communication processing unit 81 (step S107), and then returns to the procedure to end the current process. .
According to this, it is possible to notify the vending machine control unit 9 that the product 1 has been taken out from the product storage device 20, and to perform monetary processing such as payment of change.
On the other hand, when the removal of the product 1 is not detected within the predetermined time (step S104: No, step S105: Yes), the product storage control unit 80 determines that an abnormality has occurred (step S108), and the communication processing unit 81. Then, a sales stop signal is sent to the vending machine control unit 9 (step S109), and then the procedure is returned to end the current process.
According to this, it is possible to notify the vending machine control unit 9 that the product 1 has not been taken out from the product storage device 20, and money processing such as refund of the input amount can be performed.
As described above, in the product storage device 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the lever member 43 swingably provided with the first main gate 42a is in the standby posture, the slide member 45 is Since it is allowed to be in the restriction position, it is possible to restrict the first main gate 42a from retreating and retracting from the commodity storage column 30a, and the commodity 1 stored in the commodity storage column 30a can be taken out. Can be suppressed. When the slide member 45 is slid from the restriction position, the lever member 43 is in a restriction posture that restricts the slide member 45 from returning to the restriction position, so that the foremost product 1 stored in the product storage column 30a. Is allowed to be removed. At this time, the product 1 adjacent to the rear of the foremost product 1 is restricted from moving forward by the sub-gate member 44, and there is no possibility that a plurality of products 1 are taken out. Thereafter, when the first main gate 42a moves backward from the product storage column 30a by the take-out operation of the foremost product 1, the lever member 43 moves to the standby position by moving the first main gate 42a into the product storage column 30a. Since the slide member 45 is allowed to return to the restriction position, it is possible to prevent the product 1 stored in the product storage column 30a from being taken out once the take-out operation is performed.
As described above, in the product storage device 20, one product 1 is allowed to be taken out by the take-out mechanism 40 that is a constituent element of the product storage device 20, and an assembly of a plurality of product storage devices as in the past. Therefore, it is not necessary to install the product on the same level as the other product storage devices 20 that store the products 1 of the same price. The product 1 having a price different from that of the product storage device 20 can be stored.
Therefore, according to the product storage device 20, the degree of freedom of installation and the degree of freedom of the product 1 to be stored can be improved.
According to the product storage device 20, the attachment 34 attached to the rail member 30 constituting the product storage column 30a in a pair of left and right sides exceeds the width of the target product 1 determined in advance between each other. Since a product having a width is restricted from passing along the front-rear direction, it is possible to prevent a product having a width larger than the target product 1 from being stored and taken out.
In particular, since the attachment 34 is provided on the rear side of the sub-gate member 44, the attachment 34 interferes with the fingers of the operator in the operation of taking out the foremost product 1 or the replenishment operation of the product 1 for replenishment. There is no fear of disturbing.
According to the product storage device 20, the following effects are further achieved.
In the pair of left and right rail sliding portions 32 constituting the rail member 30, a protrusion 322 protruding toward each other at the front end side portion is a position where the first main gate 42 a moves forward relative to the product storage column 30 a, The sub-gate member 44 is provided between the position where the sub-gate member 44 moves forward with respect to the product storage column 30a, and the distance between the protrusions 322 is substantially the same as the maximum width of the constricted portion 5 of the container of the product 1. Therefore, the rail main body 31 constituting the rail member 30 is gradually inclined downward toward the front, whereby the product 1 moving from the rear toward the front is decelerated between the protrusions 322, and the main gate. It is possible to suppress the product 1 from being damaged by colliding with the member 42 (the first main gate 42a and the second main gate 42b).
When the first main gate 42a moves forward into the product storage column 30a, the lower rear end 421a of the first tip 421 is in contact with the cap 2 of the foremost product 1, so that the first main gate 42a When the center axis of the shaft member 47 serving as the swing shaft and the length in the vertical direction of the contact portion between the lower rear end 421a and the cap 2 can be sufficiently secured, and when the foremost product 1 is pulled forward The rotational moment force applied to the first main gate 42a can be increased, and as a result, the first main gate 42a can be swung with a small force.
As described above, since the component 1 of the product storage device 20 can perform the take-out operation or the like of the product 1 regardless of the other product storage device 20, according to the size of the product 1 to be stored, The installation height of each merchandise storage device 20 or the installation width can be changed, and the degree of freedom in layout can be improved.
Next, a modified example of the product storage device 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

The left upper extension 350L-2 has a plurality of left-side locking protrusions 351a on the left surface and a plurality of left-side locking pieces 351b on the upper end.
The right adjustment member 350R has a right left extension 350R-1 and a right upper extension 350R-2. The right-hand left extension 350R-1 is longer in the left-right direction than the right-hand left extension 313b of the rail, and the left-hand end is bent so as to extend leftward after extending downward. The right upper extension 350R-2 is a part extending upward from the right end edge of the right left extension 350R-1. The right upper extension 350R-2 has a plurality of right locking projections 352a formed on the right surface and a plurality of right locking pieces 352b formed on the upper end.
In such an adjustment member 350, the left locking protrusion 351a enters the first left end locking hole 312a1 formed in the rail left end lower extension 312a, and the left locking piece 351b extends to the rail left end lower extension 312a. The left adjustment member 350L is attached to the rail left end 312 as a use posture by entering the formed second left end locking hole 312a2. Further, the right engaging protrusion 352a enters the first right end engaging hole 313a1 formed in the rail right end extending portion 313a, and the right engaging piece 352b is formed in the rail right end extending portion 313a. By entering the stop hole 313a2, the right adjustment member 350R is attached to the rail right end 313 as a use posture.
In this way, the left adjustment member 350L attached to the rail left end 312 as the use posture and the right adjustment member 350R attached to the rail right end 313 as the use posture are the minimum separation distance between them, that is, The separation distance between the left sliding part 350L-3 attached to the left right extending part 350L-1 and the right sliding part 350R-3 attached to the right left extending part 350R-1 is the same as that of the rail left end 312 and the rail. It is smaller than the minimum separation distance between the right end 313 and each other. Accordingly, the adjustment member 350 can support the product 1 having a small width of the lid mounting portion 3 in a state where the product 1 is suspended.
By the way, the left adjustment member 350L is detached from the rail left end 312 by detaching the left engagement protrusion 351a from the first left end engagement hole 312a1 and detaching the left engagement piece 351b from the second left end engagement hole 312a2. It is possible. The right adjustment member 350R is detached from the rail right end 313 by detaching the right engagement protrusion 352a from the first right end engagement hole 313a1 and detaching the right engagement piece 352b from the second right end engagement hole 313a2. It is possible. That is, the adjustment member 350 is provided so as to be detachable from the rail body 31.
Then, the left adjustment member 350L removed from the left end portion 312 of the rail is turned upside down so that the left engagement protrusion 351a of the left adjustment member 350L enters the second right end engagement hole 313a2 of the rail right end extension 313a and the left side By causing the locking piece 351b to enter the first right end locking hole 313a1, as shown in FIGS. 50 and 51, the left adjustment member 350L can be attached to the rail right end 313 in the storage posture. In addition, the right adjustment member 350R removed from the rail right end 313 is turned upside down so that the right engagement protrusion 352a of the right adjustment member 350R enters the second left end engagement hole 312a2 of the rail left end lower extension 312a and By allowing the locking piece 352b to enter the first left end locking hole 312a1, the right adjustment member 350R can be attached to the rail left end 312 with the storage posture.
When the left adjustment member 350L and the right adjustment member 350R are attached to the rail body 31 in the storage posture as described above, as shown in FIG. 52, the left right extension 350L-1 and the right right extension are the rail base portion. It is in a state in contact with the lower surface of 311, and the product 1 is allowed to be stored in a suspended state between the rail sliding portions 32 of the rail member 31.
According to the first modification, the left side adjustment member 350L and the right side adjustment member 350R are detachably provided between the use posture and the storage posture with respect to the rail member 30, and in the use posture itself the product 1 is placed. While supported in a state of being suspended in a standing posture, it is stored in a state of being attached to the rail member 30 in the storage posture, so when the width of the lid mounting portion 3 of the product 1 is large, it is supported by the rail member 30; The product 1 having a small width of the lid mounting portion 3 can be supported by the adjustment member 350. Accordingly, it is possible to satisfactorily support products having different widths of the lid mounting portion 3 without exchanging the rail member 30 or the like.
The adjustment member 350 is detachable from the rail member 30. However, in the present invention, the adjustment means is not detachable from the rail member, and may be slid. . Further, it is not necessary to support the product only by the adjusting means, and the product may be supported by the adjusting means and the rail member.
In the first modification described above, the adjusting member 350 has been described as an example of the adjusting means of the present invention. However, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 53, the length in the left-right direction is larger than the rail sliding portion 32. The rail guide portion 360 may be provided as an adjustment means instead of the rail sliding portion 32.
Two rail guide portions 360 are provided, each of which is made of a resin material having a low sliding resistance. These rail guide portions 360 have a long shape whose longitudinal direction is the longitudinal direction. These rail guide portions 360 are formed with groove portions 361 extending along the longitudinal direction.
And one rail guide part 360 is attached so that the rail left end right extension part 312b may enter into the groove part 361 so as to cover the upper surface and the lower surface on the right end part side of the rail left end right extension part 312b. The other rail guide portion 360 is attached so as to cover the upper surface and the lower surface on the left end side of the rail right end left extending portion 313b so that the rail right end left extending portion 313b enters the groove portion 361. Thereby, the rail guide part 360 is attached to the rail main-body part 31 in the aspect which becomes a left-right pair.
According to such a configuration, the minimum separation distance between the rail left end portion 312 and the rail right end portion 313, that is, the rail guide portion 360 attached to the rail left end right extension portion 312b, and the rail right end left extension portion 313b. The distance between the rail guide portion 360 attached to the rail and the rail sliding portion 32 attached to the rail left end right extending portion 312b and the rail sliding portion 32 attached to the rail right end left extending portion 313b. Smaller than. Thereby, it can support in the state suspended satisfactorily also with respect to the goods 1 with the comparatively small maximum width of the cap attachment part 3 and the constriction part 5. FIG.
<変形例2>
<Modification 2>
As shown in FIGS. 55 and 56, a stopper member (posture adjusting means) 370 may be attached to the rail main body 31.
The stopper member 370 is provided on the rail main body 31 via a stopper support member 371. Here, the stopper support member 371 has a support locking portion 3711 that protrudes toward the left through a support opening 312b1 formed in the rail left end lower extension portion 312b, and a support protrusion 3712 that protrudes upward. The rail body 31 is attached to the rail body 31 by passing through a support hole 311 a formed in the rail base 311.
As shown in FIGS. 57 and 58, the stopper member 370 is configured by integrally forming a stopper base 3701, a stopper front end 3702, and a stopper rear end 3703.
The stopper base 3701 is a portion extending in the up-down direction, and a stopper shaft-like portion 3701a protruding upward and downward is formed on the upper surface and the lower surface thereof. The stopper shaft-shaped portion 3701a is inserted into a shaft hole 3713 formed in the stopper support member 371, so that the stopper member 370 can swing around the axis of the stopper shaft-shaped portion 3701a. That is, the stopper member 370 can swing in such a manner that the stopper member 370 moves forward and backward with respect to the commodity storage column 30a.
The stopper front end portion 3702 has a first front end inclined portion 3702a that gradually inclines to the front from the stopper base portion 3701, and gradually extends forward from the extending end portion of the first front end inclined portion 3702a. And a second front end inclined portion 3702b inclined leftward.
The stopper rear end 3703 has a first rear end inclined portion 3703a that gradually inclines to the rear from the stopper base 3701, and a rearward direction from the extending end of the first rear end inclined portion 3703a. Accordingly, it has a second rear end inclined portion 3703b which gradually inclines to the left. The stopper rear end portion 3703 has an extension length shorter than the extension length of the stopper front end portion 3703.
A stopper spring 372 is interposed between the stopper member 370 and the stopper support member 371. The stopper spring 372 is a biasing means that biases the stopper front end 3702 so as to advance and move to the product storage column 30a.
In other words, normally, the stopper member 370 is energized by the stopper spring 372 so that the stopper front end 3702 moves forward into the product storage column 30a and the stopper rear end 3703 moves backward from the product storage column 30a. Arranged in posture. At this time, a continuous portion 3703c of the first front end inclined portion 3702a and the second front end inclined portion 3702b in the stopper front end portion 3702 is arranged on the right side of the central axis of the product 1.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 59, the stopper member 370 is pressed by the foremost first product 1 whose movement to the outlet 30a of the product storage column 30a is restricted by the main gate member 42 constituting the take-out mechanism 40. In this case, by swinging against the urging force of the stopper spring 372, the stopper front end 3702 moves backward from the product storage column 30a, and the stopper rear end 3703 moves into the product storage column 30a. The second product 1 that is arranged and adjacent to the rear side of the first product 1 is restricted from coming into contact with the first product 1.
In such a configuration, when the first product 1 is pulled forward by the take-out operation, the stopper member 370 is moved only by the urging force of the stopper spring 372 and the stopper front end portion 3702 moves forward to the product storage column 30a. At the same time, the stopper rear end portion 3703 is disposed in a standby posture in which the stopper rear end portion 3703 moves backward from the product storage column 30a.
In addition, when the product 1 for replenishment is moved rearward through the outlet 30b, the second main gate 42b in contact with the product 1 resists its own elastic restoring force from the product storage column 30a. Move backwards. When the product 1 for replenishment moves rearward, the stopper front end 3702 comes into contact with the stopper member 370 in the standby posture that has advanced to the product storage column 30a. Here, when the stopper member 370 is in the standby posture, the continuous portion 3703c of the first front end inclined portion 3702a and the second front end inclined portion 3702b in the stopper front end portion 3702 is disposed to the right of the central axis of the product 1. Therefore, by contacting the replenishing product 1, the stopper front end 3702 moves backward from the product storage column 30a against the urging force of the stopper spring 372 and allows the product 1 to pass therethrough.
According to such a configuration, in a normal state, the stopper front end 3702 moves forward to the product storage column 30a by being biased by the stopper spring 372 and the stopper rear end 3703 moves backward from the product storage column 30a. When the stopper front end portion 3702 is pressed against the first product 1 by the stopper member 370 disposed in the posture, the stopper front end portion 3702 swings against the urging force of the stopper spring 372 so that the stopper front end portion 3702 becomes the product storage column. Since the rear end portion 3703 of the stopper moves back to the product storage column 30a and is disposed in a restricting posture so as to restrict the second product 1 from coming into contact with the first product 1, the first product 1 is It can suppress that the trunk | drum 4 is suspended by the back leaning attitude | position located in the front side rather than the cover attachment part 3. FIG.Thereby, the appearance of the storage state of the product can be improved.
In the second modification described above, the stopper member 370 has been described as an example of the posture adjusting means of the present invention. However, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 60, the shaft member 380 installed in the lower region of the main gate member 42. The posture adjusting means may be configured by the above. The shaft member 380 is a long member whose longitudinal direction is the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 61, the shaft member 380 is movably inserted through the deformed holes 3802 of the pair of left and right shaft support members 3801 and is installed on the shaft support member 3801. Has been. Such a shaft member 380 abuts on the lower part of the body part 4 of the first product 1, so that the first product 1 can be prevented from being tilted backward.
Further, the posture adjusting means may be configured by a contact member 381 as shown in FIG. The abutting member 381 is a long member made of, for example, a transparent resin material, and is attached to the rear surface of the transparent plate material that constitutes the window portion 14 of the front door 13, and its central portion is separated from the transparent plate material. Is bent in such a manner.
According to such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 63, when the front door 13 is closed, the central portion of the contact member 381 contacts the lower portion of the body portion 4 of the first product 1 and the first It can suppress that the goods 1 become a back leaning attitude | position.
Further, the posture adjusting means may be constituted by a posture attachment member 390 as shown in FIG. The posture attachment member 390 is a block-shaped member made of, for example, a resin material, and is attached to the rail base portion 311 that is the upper surface of the rail body portion 31 so as to protrude downward toward the product storage column 30a.
The posture attachment member 390 comes into contact with the upper surface of the cap 2 attached to the cap attaching portion 3 of the first product 1 as shown in FIG.
As described above, the posture attachment member 390 can be prevented from being in a backward inclined posture by contacting the upper surface of the cap 2 attached to the cap mounting portion 3 of the first product 1. .
The preferred embodiments of the present invention and the modifications thereof have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to these, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, the actuator 60 is used as a drive source for sliding the slide member 45 constituting the product storage device 20 backward from the restricted position. However, in the present invention, a solenoid may be used. However, it may be slid by a drive source common to the other product storage devices 20 constituting the same stage.
In the above-described embodiment, the rotating plate 63 of the actuator 60 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction when viewed from the left side except that the target link member 66 is rotated from the reference posture to the transmitting posture. In the embodiment, since the link member 66 on the right level is not connected to the product storage device 20 at all, after the rotation plate 63 is moved to the right level, the rotation plate 63 is appropriately clockwise when viewed from the left side. By rotating in the direction, the time for moving the hook tip 672 of the hook member 67 in the vicinity of the link member 66 that is originally targeted may be shortened.
In the present invention, a shaft extending along the left-right direction may be provided at the lower end portion on the front side of the product storage device 20. By providing such a shaft, when the foremost product 1 is pulled forward, the body portion 4 of the product 1 comes into contact with the shaft and the product 1 can be taken out from the product storage column 30a in a forward leaning posture.
In the present invention, the rail main body 31 constituting the rail member 30 has its vertical length and horizontal length set to the vertical length of the cap 2 of the stored product 1 and the diameter of the constricted portion 5. It is preferable that other members can be appropriately replaced accordingly. As a result, various products 1 can be stored as storage objects, and sales opportunities for the products 1 can be improved.
