一种现有的信息安全管理方法为,智能穿戴设备将收集到的信息发送至终端或终端应用上,用户使用终端查看信息时,需要对应的用户权限才能打开终端或终端应用。
但是,在用户使用终端的过程中,终端或终端上的恶意应用很容易泄漏智能穿戴设备采集到的隐私信息。

智能穿戴设备根据权限判定方法判断用户信息是否达到权限值,若达到,则用户信息满足应用权限;若未达到,则用户信息不满足应用权限。

为便于理解,下面以一个实际应用场景对本发明实施例中智能穿戴设备的信息安全管理方法进行详细描述:
智能穿戴设备可以是智能手表、智能眼镜、蓝牙耳机、头戴式显示器或智能手环等,终端可以是手机、掌上电脑或计算机等。本实施例中,智能穿戴设备以智能手环为例、终端以手机为例进行说明。
用户将智能手环佩戴在手腕处,并开启智能手环,智能手环与手机之间通过蓝牙或者WIFI建立通信链路,假设手机上与智能手环相匹配的应用有“Q1”和“Q2”两种,在未设置权限的情况下,两种应用都可以获得智能手环得到的用户信息。用户将应用“Q1”的权限设置为普通等级,即应用权限值设置为“0”,将应用“Q2”的权限设置为私密等级,即应用权限值设置为“1”,需要说明的是,权限值的数值越高,表示信息越隐私。手机通过获得的智能穿戴设备的设备信息,获得这两种应用的应用标识,通过查询列表得到这两种应用的应用信息,而应用信息中包含该应用的应用权限,手机将应用信息发送至智能手环。
在智能手环开启之后,实时记录用户的走路步数,得到的用户信息“E1”为“步数信息”,实时测量用户的血压,得到用户信息“E2”为“血压信息”。
智能手环对接收到的应用信息中的应用权限进行解析,得到应用“Q1”的应用权限值为“0”,将应用“Q2”的应用权限值为“1”;根据“0”和“1”选择的权限判断方法是:检测用户信息中的关键字,如用户信息“E1”中关键字“步数”,用户信息“E2”中关键字“血压”,根据关键字判定用户信息“E1”的权限值为“0”,用户信息“E2”的权限值为“1”,则用户信息“E2”满足应用“Q1”的应用权限,不满足应用“Q2”的应用权限,用户信息“E1”满足应用“Q1”的应用权限,且满足应用“Q2”的应用权限。
智能手环将用户信息“E2”发送至手机上的应用“Q1”,将用户信息“E1”发送至手机上的应用“Q1”和“Q2”。
手机接收到用户信息“E1”和“E2”,将用户信息“E2”发送至应用“Q1”上,将用户信息“E1”发送至应用“Q1”和“Q2”上。
需要说明的是,如果终端上具有双系统,即安全系统和普通系统时,穿戴设备也可以根据双系统的安全权限设定,将用户信息发送至不同的系统中。
上面介绍了本发明实施例中的智能穿戴设备的信息安全管理方法,下面介绍本发明实施例中的智能穿戴设备,请参阅图3,本发明实施例中的智能穿戴
设备一个实施例包括:
通信连接模块301,用于与终端之间建立通信链路;
接收模块302,用于接收终端发送的应用信息,应用信息包含应用的应用权限;
用户信息获取模块303,用于获取用户信息;
判断模块304,用于判断用户信息获取模块303获取的用户信息是否满足应用权限;
执行模块305,用于当判断模块304判断用户信息满足应用权限时,将用户信息发送至终端的应用中。
本发明实施例中,通信连接模块301通过通信链路获得终端应用的应用权限,判断模块304判断用户信息是否满足应用权限,若是,终端应用可以通过通信链路获得用户信息,只有满足终端应用权限的用户信息才会被智能穿戴设备发送至终端应用上,因此可以提高用户在使用终端及终端应用时的用户信息的安全性,提高了用户的体验。
可选的,本发明的一些实施例中,
判断模块304,具体用于对应用权限进行解析,得到权限值;
判断模块304,具体用于根据权限值选择权限判定方法;
判断模块304,具体用于根据权限判定方法判断用户信息是否达到权限值,若达到,则用户信息满足应用权限;若未达到,则用户信息不满足应用权限。
本发明实施例中,对判断模块304判断用户信息是否满足应用权限进行细化,使得方案更加详细。
可选的,本发明的一些实施例中,
执行模块305,还用于当用户信息不满足应用权限时,执行其他操作。
本发明实施例中,增加用户信息不满足应用权限时执行模块305的执行步骤,使得方案更完善。
请参阅图4,本发明实施例提供一种终端,包括:
终端通信模块401,用于与智能穿戴设备之间建立通信链路;
终端发送模块402,用于发送应用信息至智能穿戴设备,应用信息包含应
用的应用权限;
终端接收模块403,用于接收智能穿戴设备发送的用户信息,并将用户信息发送至应用,用户信息满足应用权限。
本发明实施例中,终端通信模块401终端应用的应用权限发送至智能穿戴设备,智能穿戴设备判断用户信息是否满足应用权限,若是,终端接收模块403可以通过通信链路获得用户信息,只有满足终端应用权限的用户信息才会被智能穿戴设备发送至终端应用上,因此可以提高用户在使用终端及终端应用时的用户信息的安全性,提高了用户的体验。
可选的,如图5所示,本发明的一些实施例中,还包括:应用信息获取模块501;
终端接收模块403,还用于接收智能穿戴设备的设备信息,根据设备信息获取对应应用的应用标识;
应用信息获取模块501,用于根据应用标识获得应用的应用信息,应用信息中包含应用权限。
为便于理解,下面以一个具体应用场景对本发明实施例中智能穿戴设备和终端各模块之间的交互进行详细描述:
智能穿戴设备可以是智能手表、智能眼镜、蓝牙耳机、头戴式显示器或智能手环等,终端可以是手机、掌上电脑或计算机等。本实施例中,智能穿戴设备以智能手环为例、终端以手机为例进行说明。
用户将智能手环佩戴在手腕处,并开启智能手环,如图6所示,通信连接模块301与终端通信模块401之间通过蓝牙或者WIFI建立通信链路,假设手机上与智能手环相匹配的应用有“Q1”和“Q2”两种,在未设置权限的情况下,两种应用都可以获得智能手环得到的用户信息。用户将应用“Q1”的权限设置为普通等级,即应用权限值设置为“0”,将应用“Q2”的权限设置为私密等级,即应用权限值设置为“1”,需要说明的是,权限值的数值越高,表示信息越隐私。终端接收模块403通过获得的智能穿戴设备的设备信息,获得这两种应用的应用标识,应用信息获取模块501通过查询列表得到这两种应用的应用信息,而应用信息中包含该应用的应用权限,终端发送模块402将应用信息发送至接收模块302。
在智能手环开启之后,用户信息获取模块303实时记录用户的走路步数,得到的用户信息“E1”为“步数信息”,实时测量用户的血压,得到用户信息“E2”为“血压信息”。
判断模块304对接收到的应用信息中的应用权限进行解析,得到应用“Q1”的应用权限值为“0”,应用“Q2”的应用权限值为“1”;根据“0”和“1”选择的权限判断方法是:检测用户信息中的关键字,如用户信息“E1”中关键字“步数”,用户信息“E2”中关键字“血压”,根据关键字判定用户信息“E1”的权限为“0”,用户信息“E2”的权限为“1”,则用户信息“E2”满足应用“Q1”的应用权限,不满足应用“Q2”的应用权限,用户信息“E1”满足应用“Q1”的应用权限,且满足应用“Q2”的应用权限。
执行模块305将用户信息“E2”发送至手机上的应用“Q1”,将用户信息“E1”发送至手机上的应用“Q1”和“Q2”。
终端接收模块403接收到用户信息“E1”和“E2”,将用户信息“E2”发送至应用“Q1”上,将用户信息“E1”发送至应用“Q1”和“Q2”上。
需要说明的是,如果终端上具有双系统,即安全系统和普通系统时,穿戴设备也可以根据双系统的安全权限设定,将用户信息发送至不同的系统中。

所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部
单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (10)
- 一种智能穿戴设备的信息安全管理方法,其特征在于,包括:智能穿戴设备与终端之间建立通信链路;所述智能穿戴设备接收所述终端发送的应用信息,所述应用信息包含应用的应用权限;所述智能穿戴设备获取用户信息;所述智能穿戴设备判断所述用户信息是否满足所述应用权限;若是,则所述智能穿戴设备通过所述通信链路将所述用户信息发送至所述终端的所述应用中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能穿戴设备判断所述用户信息是否满足所述应用权限包括:所述智能穿戴设备对所述应用权限进行解析,得到权限值;所述智能穿戴设备根据所述权限值选择权限判定方法;所述智能穿戴设备根据所述权限判定方法判断所述用户信息是否达到所述权限值,若达到,则所述用户信息满足所述应用权限;若未达到,则所述用户信息不满足所述应用权限。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若所述用户信息不满足所述应用权限,则所述智能穿戴设备执行其他操作。
- 一种智能穿戴设备的信息安全管理方法,其特征在于,包括:终端与智能穿戴设备之间建立通信链路;所述终端发送应用信息至所述智能穿戴设备,所述应用信息包含应用的应用权限;所述终端接收所述智能穿戴设备发送的用户信息,并将所述用户信息发送至所述应用,所述用户信息满足所述应用权限。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端发送应用信息至所述智能穿戴设备之前,还包括:所述终端接收所述智能穿戴设备的设备信息,根据所述设备信息获取对应应用的应用标识;所述终端根据所述应用标识获得所述应用的应用信息,所述应用信息中包 含应用权限。
- 一种智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:通信连接模块,用于与终端之间建立通信链路;接收模块,用于接收所述终端发送的应用信息,所述应用信息包含应用的应用权限;用户信息获取模块,用于获取用户信息;判断模块,用于判断所述用户信息是否满足所述应用权限;执行模块,用于当用户信息满足所述应用权限时,将所述用户信息发送至所述终端的所述应用中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述判断模块,具体用于对所述应用权限进行解析,得到权限值;所述判断模块,具体用于根据所述权限值选择权限判定方法;所述判断模块,具体用于根据所述权限判定方法判断所述用户信息是否达到所述权限值,若达到,则所述用户信息满足所述应用权限;若未达到,则所述用户信息不满足所述应用权限。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述执行模块,还用于当所述用户信息不满足所述应用权限时,执行其他操作。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:终端通信模块,用于与智能穿戴设备之间建立通信链路;终端发送模块,用于发送应用信息至所述智能穿戴设备,所述应用信息包含应用的应用权限;终端接收模块,用于接收所述智能穿戴设备发送的用户信息,并将所述用户信息发送至所述应用,所述用户信息满足所述应用权限。
- 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:应用信息获取模块;所述终端接收模块,还用于接收所述智能穿戴设备的设备信息,根据所述设备信息获取对应应用的应用标识;所述应用信息获取模块,用于根据所述应用标识获得所述应用的应用信息,所述应用信息中包含应用权限。
