短信处理方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201510463529.1、申请日为2015年7月31日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种短信处理方法及装置。
背景技术
垃圾短信是指未经用户同意向用户的手机或其他终端发送的用户不愿意收到的短信息。目前,对垃圾短信进行识别和拦截已成为手机的必备功能。
相关技术提供了一种短信拦截方法,该方法包括,在接收短信后,采用预先建立的分类器区分该短信是否为垃圾短信。该分类器基于短信样本训练得到,该短信样本可以是用户从接收到的短信中挑选出的一定数量的正常短信和垃圾短信。
在实现本公开的过程中,发明人发现相关技术至少存在以下问题:分类器是基于短信样本区分垃圾短信,如果用户不能及时地对短信样本进行更新,分类器则错误地将用户不需要的短信当成正常短信处理了。
发明内容
为了解决分类器错误地将用户不需要的短信当成正常短信处理的技术问题,本公开提供了一种短信处理方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种短信处理方法,所述方法包括:
接收短信;
确定用户最新的关注内容;
查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容;
当所述短信的内容未包含所述用户最新的关注内容时,将所述短信作为垃圾短信拦截。
在第一方面的第一实施方式中,所述用户最新的关注内容是由用户最新设置的、或者是根据最新采集的用户信息获得,所述用户信息是从接收所述短信的终端设备采集得到。
在第一方面的第二实施方式中,所述确定用户最新的关注内容,包括:
获得在所述短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息;
分析在所述短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息,得到所述用户最新的关注内容。
在第一方面的第三实施方式中,所述确定用户最新的关注内容,包括:
获得在有效时间内的用户信息;所述用户信息的有效时间的开始时间为采集所述用户信息的时间,所述用户信息的有效时间的时长为在预先建立的信息类别与有效时长的对应关系中,所述用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长;
分析所述在有效时间内的用户信息,得到所述用户最新的关注内容。

接收模块,用于接收短信;
确定模块,用于确定用户最新的关注内容;

拦截模块,用于当所述短信的内容未包含所述用户最新的关注内容时,将所述短信作为垃圾短信拦截。

当所述短信的内容未包含所述用户最新的关注内容时,将所述短信作为垃圾短信拦截。

前述相关技术提供的采用分类器区分垃圾短信的方法中,由于该分类器基于短信样本 训练得到,该短信样本可以是用户从接收到的短信中挑选出的一定数量的正常短信和垃圾短信。那么,用户需要在短信有一定累积的前提下,才能挑选出一定数量的短信样本,这需要一定的等待时间,而用户在不同时间对垃圾短信的区分标准会有区别。比如用户最近准备买车,他可能会使用购车应用并收到其发送的车型和车价等短信,这些短信对该用户来说是正常短信,而在用户买车后,很长时间不再使用该购车应用,再收到其发送的短信时,这时就应该是垃圾短信了。但是由于挑选短信样本要花费一定的等待时间,因此不能及时地对短信样本进行更新,将导致分类器错误地把用户不需要的短信当成正常短信处理了。针对此,本公开实施例提供了一种短信处理方法及装置。
在本公开实施例中,终端设备可以是具有短信接收功能的终端,例如,该终端设备可以是手机,也可以是具有手机功能的智能终端,还可以是具有短信同步功能的智能终端。短信同步功能可以指,具有短信接收功能的智能终端接收短信后,将该短信发送给同步服务器,同步服务器再将该短信发送给指定的智能终端,该指定的智能终端即为具有短信同步功能的智能终端。智能终端可以包括智能手表、平板电脑、以及笔记本电脑。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种短信处理方法,适用于终端设备。参见图1,该方法包括:
在步骤S101中,接收短信。
在步骤S102中,确定用户最新的关注内容。
其中,用户的关注内容可以是用户感兴趣的信息。
在收到短信后,确定用户最新的关注内容。
在第一种实施方式中,用户最新的关注内容可以是由用户最新设置的关注内容。比如,每间隔一定时间接收用户输入的关注内容,并以用户最新输入的关注内容作为当前时间用户最新的关注内容。
在第二种实施方式中,用户最新的关注内容可以是根据最新采集的用户信息获得,该用户信息可以是从接收短信的终端设备采集得到(具体参见图2或图3示出的短信处理方法)。
在步骤S103中,查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容。
当短信的内容未包含用户最新的关注内容时,执行步骤S104。当短信的内容包含用户最新的关注内容时,将该短信作为正常短信显示。
在步骤S104中,将该短信作为垃圾短信拦截。

图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种短信处理方法,适用于终端设备。在本公开的实施例中,将详细描述如何根据用户信息获得用户最新的关注内容。参见图2,该方法包括:
在步骤S201中,实时采集用户信息。
其中,用户信息用于确定用户的关注内容,用户的关注内容可以是用户感兴趣的信息。
具体地,可以从终端设备采集用户信息。用户在使用终端设备的过程中,会产生大量的用户信息。用户信息可以包括终端设备的位置信息、在终端设备上输入的信息、以及安装在终端设备上的应用的使用信息中的至少一种。
其中,安装在终端设备上的应用的使用信息可以包括使用过的应用的名称、以及在应用中开启的网页对应的搜索信息。假设使用过的应用有“快的打车”,则使用过的应用的名称包括“快的打车”。假设使用过的应用有购物应用,用户在购物应用中浏览了搜索信息为“黑色牛仔裤”的网页,则在应用中开启的网页对应的搜索信息为“黑色牛仔裤”。那么,安装在终端设备上的应用的使用信息可以包括“快的打车”和“黑色牛仔裤”。
其中,终端设备的位置信息包括国别和城市信息,例如“中国扬州市”。终端设备的位置信息可以通过终端设备上的定位装置获得。
其中,在终端设备上输入的信息可以通过终端设备上安装的输入法软件获得。
在具体实现时,可以主动获取用户信息,也可以采用应用上报的方式获得用户信息。在主动获取用户信息时,可以从终端设备的应用管理中获取应用的使用信息,从输入法软件中获取用户已输入过的信息,从终端设备上的定位装置中获取终端设备的位置信息。在采用应用上报的方式获得用户信息时,终端设备可以提供一个应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,简称API),终端设备上安装的各个应用可以通过该API将应用的使用信息上报。
在步骤S202中,接收短信。
其中,该短信可以是某手机发送给终端设备的,也可以是某手机通过同步服务器发送给终端设备的。
在步骤S203中,获得在短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息。
其中,该预定时长可以预先设置,比如72小时。假设短信的接收时间为7月24日下午3点,则用户最新的关注内容为,从7月21日下午3点开始到7月24日下午3点结束,这期间所采集到的用户信息。
在步骤S204中,分析在短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息,得到用户最新的关注内容。
具体地,分析方式包括,从在短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息中提取名词。比如,假设在短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息包括“快的打车”、“黑色牛仔裤”、“中国扬州市”、以及“如何购买基金”,那么,提取出的名词可以包 括“打车”、“牛仔裤”、“扬州”、以及“基金”。在提取名词之后,可以将提取的名词作为用户最新的关注内容。
在步骤S205中,查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容。
当短信的内容未包含用户最新的关注内容时,执行步骤S206。当短信的内容包含用户最新的关注内容时,将该短信作为正常短信显示。
其中,查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容,包括,在短信的内容中依次搜索用户最新的关注内容。当搜索到至少一个用户最新的关注内容时,将该短信作为正常短信显示,当未搜索到用户最新的关注内容时,执行步骤S205。

在本实施例中,提供了五种信息类别,包括美食、衣物、旅游景点、使用过的应用、 以及证券/基金/股票。在用户信息中,终端设备的位置信息的信息类别可以是旅游景点;使用过得应用的名称的信息类型可以是使用过的应用;在终端设备上输入的信息的信息类别和在应用中开启的网页对应的搜索信息的信息类别均需要根据信息内容确定,可以是美食、衣物、旅游景点、或者证券/基金/股票。
需要说明的是,上述五种信息类别仅用于举例说明,信息类别并不限于上述五种信息类别。
在步骤S303中,在预先建立的信息类别与有效时长的对应关系中,获得用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长。
现在人们的生活节奏都很快,用户的关注内容随时会产生变化。在本公开实施例中,采集的用户信息是有时效性的,当用户在一段时间内没有再关注某方面的信息后,该信息的重要程度应该相应的降低。而根据统计,对于不同信息类别的用户信息,用户的关注时间的长短也是不同的。美食类的信息,通常关注的时间比较短,证券/基金/股票类的信息通常关注的时间比较长。
具体地,预先建立的信息类别与有效时长的对应关系可以如表1示出。

在确定用户信息的信息类别之后,可以根据表1确定用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长。
在步骤S304中,确定用户信息的有效时间。
其中,用户信息的有效时间的开始时间为采集用户信息的时间,用户信息的有效时间的时长为用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长。
在步骤S305中,接收短信。
其中,本步骤S305与图2示出的短信处理方法中步骤S202相同,在此不再赘述。
在步骤S306中,获得在有效时间内的用户信息。
其中,用户信息的有效时间的开始时间为采集用户信息的时间,用户信息的有效时间的时长为在预先建立的信息类别与有效时长的对应关系中,用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长。
在步骤S307中,分析在有效时间内的用户信息,得到用户最新的关注内容。
具体地,分析方式可以包括从在有效时间内的用户信息中提取名词,得到用户最新的 关注内容。
由于信息类别不同,有效时长也不同,因此,对于采集时间相同的用户信息,不同信息类别下的用户信息的有效时间也可能不同,一部分用户信息的有效时间长,一部分用户信息的有效时间短。相比于图2示出的短信处理方法中用户最新的关注内容根据在短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集到的用户信息得到,即当采集时间相同时,所有的用户信息的有效时长都是相同的,本公开实施例中用户最新的关注内容是根据在有效时间内的用户信息得到,这样,当采集时间相同时,用户信息的有效时长依据所属信息类别决定,这更加符合用户心理,贴近用户实际需要。
在步骤S308中,查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容。
当短信的内容未包含用户最新的关注内容时,执行步骤S309。当短信的内容包含用户最新的关注内容时,将该短信作为正常短信显示。
其中,本步骤S308与图2示出的短信处理方法中步骤S205相同,在此不再赘述。
在步骤S309中,将该短信作为垃圾短信拦截。

本公开实施例通过接收短信;确定用户最新的关注内容;查看短信的内容是否包括用户最新的关注内容;当短信的内容未包括用户最新的关注内容时,将该短信作为垃圾短信拦截;这样,能够根据用户最新的关注内容判断短信是否为垃圾短信,使得判断效果比较精确,避免将用户不需要的短信当成正常短信处理,提升终端设备的供应商的服务质量。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种短信处理方法,适用于终端设备。在本公开的实施例中,将详细描述在接收短信之后且在查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容之前,如何处理短信。参见图4,该方法包括:
在步骤S401中,接收短信。
在接收短信之后,获得该短信的发送号码。
在步骤S402中,判断该短信的发送号码是否是接收该短信的终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码。
当该短信的发送号码不是终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,执行步骤S403;当该短信的发送号码是终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,执行步骤S408。
在步骤S403中,判断该短信的发送号码是否在白名单上。
当该短信的发送号码不在白名单上时,执行步骤S404。当该短信的发送号码在白名单上时,执行步骤S408。
其中,白名单中存储了若干号码,白名单中存储的号码与联系人列表中存储的号码可以不同。用户希望接收到白名单中存储的号码发送的短信。
本步骤S403还可以包括,判断该短信的发送号码是否在黑名单上。当该短信的发送号码在黑名单上时,执行步骤S407。当该短信的发送号码不在黑名单上时,执行步骤S404。 其中,用户不愿意接收到黑名单中存储的号码发送的短信。黑名单中存储的号码与联系人列表或白名单中存储的号码可以不同。
在步骤S404中,采用文本分类方法对该短信进行区分。
当该短信被区分为垃圾短信时,执行步骤S405。当该短信被区分为正常短信时,执行步骤S408。
其中,文本分类方法可以是朴素贝叶斯分类算法,也可以是相关技术提供的其他文本分类方法,本实施例对文本分类方法不作限制。
在步骤S405中,确定用户最新的关注内容。
本步骤S405同图1示出的短信处理方法中步骤S102,在此不再赘述。
在步骤S406中,查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容。
当短信的内容未包含用户最新的关注内容时,执行步骤S407。当短信的内容包含用户最新的关注内容时,执行步骤S408。
本步骤S406同图1示出的短信处理方法中步骤S103,在此不再赘述。
在步骤S407中,将该短信作为垃圾短信拦截。

在可选的第三实施方式中,该装置还包括采集模块605,该采集模块605被配置为,采集用户信息;用户信息包括终端设备的位置信息、在终端设备上输入的信息、以及安装在终端设备上的应用的使用信息中的至少一种。
在可选的第四实施方式中,安装在终端设备上的应用的使用信息包括使用过的应用的名称、以及在应用中开启的网页对应的搜索信息。

参照图7,装置800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电力组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。

通信组件816被配置为便于装置800和其他装置之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理装置(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由装置800的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储装置等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由移动终端的处理器执行时,使得移动终端能够执行一种短信处理方法,所述方法包括:接收短信;确定用户最新的关注内容;查看短信的内容是否包含用户最新的关注内容;当短信的内容未包含用户最新的关注内容时,将该短信作为垃圾短信拦截。
在可选的实施方式中,用户最新的关注内容是由用户最新设置的、或者是根据最新采集的用户信息获得,用户信息是从接收短信的终端设备采集得到。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种短信处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收短信;
    确定用户最新的关注内容;
    查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容;
    当所述短信的内容未包含所述用户最新的关注内容时,将所述短信作为垃圾短信拦截。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户最新的关注内容是由用户最新设置的、或者是根据最新采集的用户信息获得,所述用户信息是从接收所述短信的终端设备采集得到。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定用户最新的关注内容,包括:
    获得在所述短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息;
    分析在所述短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息,得到所述用户最新的关注内容。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定用户最新的关注内容,包括:
    获得在有效时间内的用户信息;所述用户信息的有效时间的开始时间为采集所述用户信息的时间,所述用户信息的有效时间的时长为在预先建立的信息类别与有效时长的对应关系中,所述用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长;
    分析所述在有效时间内的用户信息,得到所述用户最新的关注内容。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    采集所述用户信息;所述用户信息包括所述终端设备的位置信息、在所述终端设备上输入的信息、以及安装在所述终端设备上的应用的使用信息中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,安装在所述终端设备上的应用的使用信息包括使用过的应用的名称、以及在应用中开启的网页对应的搜索信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容,包括:
    判断所述短信的发送号码是否是接收所述短信的终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码;
    当所述短信的发送号码不是所述终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,查看所述短 信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容,包括:
    当所述短信的发送号码不是所述终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,判断所述短信的发送号码是否在白名单上;
    当所述短信的发送号码不在所述白名单上时,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容,包括:
    当所述短信的发送号码不在所述白名单上时,采用文本分类方法对所述短信进行区分;
    当所述短信被区分为垃圾短信时,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容。
  10. 一种短信处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收短信;
    确定模块,用于确定用户最新的关注内容;
    查看模块,用于查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容;
    拦截模块,用于当所述短信的内容未包含所述用户最新的关注内容时,将所述短信作为垃圾短信拦截。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块确定出的用户最新的关注内容是由用户最新设置的、或者是根据最新采集的用户信息获得,所述用户信息是从接收所述短信的终端设备采集得到。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块用于,
    获得在所述短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息;
    分析在所述短信的接收时间之前的预定时长内采集的用户信息,得到所述用户最新的关注内容。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块用于,
    获得在有效时间内的用户信息;所述用户信息的有效时间的开始时间为采集所述用户信息的时间,所述用户信息的有效时间的时长为在预先建立的信息类别与有效时长的对应 关系中,所述用户信息的信息类别对应的有效时长;
    分析所述在有效时间内的用户信息,得到所述用户最新的关注内容。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括采集模块,
    所述采集模块用于,采集所述用户信息;所述用户信息包括所述终端设备的位置信息、在所述终端设备上输入的信息、以及安装在所述终端设备上的应用的使用信息中的至少一种。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,安装在所述终端设备上的应用的使用信息包括使用过的应用的名称、以及在应用中开启的网页对应的搜索信息。
  16. 根据权利要求10-15任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述查看模块包括:
    判断子模块,用于判断所述短信的发送号码是否是接收所述短信的终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码;
    查看子模块,用于当所述短信的发送号码不是所述终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述查看子模块用于:
    当所述短信的发送号码不是所述终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,判断所述短信的发送号码是否在白名单上;
    当所述短信的发送号码不在所述白名单上时,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述查看子模块用于,
    当所述短信的发送号码不是所述终端设备的联系人列表中存储的号码时,判断所述短信的发送号码是否在白名单上;
    当所述短信的发送号码不在所述白名单上时,采用文本分类装置对所述短信进行区分;
    当所述短信被区分为垃圾短信时,查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容。
  19. 一种短信处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    用于接收短信的通信组件;
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    确定用户最新的关注内容;
    查看所述短信的内容是否包含所述用户最新的关注内容;
    当所述短信的内容未包含所述用户最新的关注内容时,将所述短信作为垃圾短信拦截。
