Description

Fruit packing method, fruit packing box, container and container ship
The present invention relates to a packing method for transporting fruits, a fruit packing box, a container, and a container ship, and more particularly to a method for maintaining quality during packing, a fruit packing box, a container, and a container ship.
Among the fruits, bananas are popular because they are rich in nutrients and can be harvested throughout the year. Since it is mainly produced in the tropical regions of Asia and Latin America, it is often transported by sea. A banana has a green fruit before it ripens, turns yellow and turns black as it ripens. When transported by sea, if the fruit is already yellow, it will be fully ripe upon arrival at the importing country, and will change to an appearance that is difficult to sell before shipping.
Therefore, the fruits are usually harvested in the green state at the export farm. The harvested fruit is stored in a holed bag every 5 fingers (books) in the state of a bunch on a branch called a hand. Vacuum the air in the bag without holes to create a vacuum. These vacuum bags are packed in boxes and exported on a dedicated ship or container ship. At this time, opening the bag without a big hole in the importing country, breaking the vacuum, and supplying ethylene gas to the banana, the banana is turned yellow and sold.
Here, the packing method is shown in FIG. In this case, the finger top and the crown which are both ends of the curved banana are arranged so as to face the bottom surface of the banana box. In addition, when the entire box is laid out in a row, the separation sheet is further laid on the row, and the finger tops and crowns, which are the ends of the bananas in which the second row is similarly curved, are further formed on the banana box. It is arranged to face the bottom.
Patent Document 1 is an invention of fruit packing material. According to FIG. 3, the banana put in the air cushion foil bag is a box of bananas with finger tops and crowns that are ends of a banana curved in the center. It is arrange | positioned so that it may face the bottom face. At both ends, the crown is on the bottom side of the box, and the finger top is placed on the central banana.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-1274
By the way, when the arrangement of bananas shown in FIG. 1 and the arrangement of bananas as shown in Patent Document 1 are performed, there are the following problems. That is, the arrangement of the bananas is such that the finger tops and the crowns, which are both ends of the banana curved in the center, face the bottom surface of the banana box. By the way, when opening a bag without a large hole in the importing country and breaking the vacuum and supplying ethylene gas to the banana, the banana is arranged as described above, so if ethylene gas spreads enough throughout the banana There was nothing. In this case, the banana may not be sufficiently yellow and partly green.
Also, when the finger top and the crown, which are both ends of the banana curved in the center, are arranged so as to face the bottom of the banana box, there is a problem that the crown and the neck are burdened and do not last long.
Furthermore, because the finger top and the crown, which are both ends of the banana curved in the center, are arranged so as to face the bottom of the banana box and are arranged in an overlapping manner, the crown and neck overlap and become invisible, There is also a problem that it is not possible to immediately determine whether a banana is damaged or not.
In addition, since a large amount of bananas cannot be packed in a small space, the transport efficiency did not increase any more.
Besides, the seal was also hidden, it was difficult to stick, and it was difficult to confirm.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide high-quality fruits.
[Correction based on Rule 91 01.10.2015]
In order to solve the object of the present invention, a method for packing fruits in which a banana is mounted in a cardboard box having four sides and a bottom, the banana is still green without ripening, and the banana is several by one. A bundle of bananas (CP) is subdivided, and the bundle is inserted into a plastic bag with a plurality of holes. A plurality of bundles of bananas are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel with a set of side surfaces of the box, and a partition paper is arranged between the rows.
By applying the present invention, the bundle (CP) is arranged in the vertical vertical direction, so that the ethylene gas that ripens the fruit reaches the whole.
Since the bundle (CP) is arranged in the vertical vertical direction, the banana shaft and neck at the tuft-side end (crown side) are not burdened and will last longer.
By simply looking at the top of the stored box, you can check the finger top, which is the end, and if the stored banana is inverted together with the box, the end on the tuft (crown side), which is the connection with the banana stem ) Can immediately check the axis and neck, so you can immediately determine whether it is a damaged banana or not.
A large amount of bananas can be packed in a small space, increasing transport efficiency.
Because it is placed vertically, it does not put a burden on the banana shaft and neck, so quality can be maintained even if bananas are transported.
¡Because the bananas are placed vertically, ethylene gas can flow well, and the whole banana can be yellow. Moreover, although ventilation is performed with 13.5 degree air, it does not wander evenly and the surface does not become uneven. In the conventional package (one box), 20-30 bananas can be combined into one package.
¡By placing the bananas vertically, it became easier to stick the stickers.
[Correction based on Rule 91 01.10.2015]
Since the inside of the package is evacuated for each package, the product can be prevented from drying. Even if it blows ethylene gas by preventing drying, the color is good.
