Abstract

Description

应急操作方法和终端
本申请要求于2015年07月29日提交中国专利局,申请号为201510456479.4、发明名称为“应急操作方法和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种应急操作方法和一种终端。
背景技术
目前,用户使用的终端多为全屏终端,用户对终端的操作几乎全部依赖于终端的屏幕,这就造成当终端内部部件或屏幕中的任一一项出现异常时,用户都无法继续使用该终端。另外,在相关技术中也没有为终端的屏幕无法正常使用时提供临时的辅助操作或者紧急备份的方法,给用户的使用带来了很大的不便。
因此,需要一种新的技术方案,能够避免终端的屏幕无法正常使用时用户无法使用该终端的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题,提出了一种新的技术方案,能够避免终端的屏幕无法正常使用时用户无法使用该终端的问题。
有鉴于此,本发明的第一方面提出了一种应急操作方法,用于终端,包括:接收应急模式启动命令;根据所述应急模式启动命令,向目标终端发送通信连接请求,以供所述目标终端根据所述通信连接请求与所述终端相连;以及在与所述目标终端相连后,执行故障侧预定应急操作。
在该技术方案中,当终端出现异常,用户不能对其进行操作的时候,用户可以按照设置好的应急模式启动命令的启动方式启动应急模式,然后 将终端与目标终端相连,这样,终端就可以将预定备份信息发送到目标终端,或者目标终端可以直接输入与终端的某操作选项相应的应急操作命令,直接操控终端来完成用户需要完成的操作选项。例如,用户的手机出现黑屏,此时用户急需给客户打电话,用户可以在周围搜索目标终端,并与该目标终端相连,然后利用该目标终端控制自己的手机来完成打电话的功能,或者也可以将预先备份的通讯录发送至目标终端,以供在目标终端获取客户的联系方式。通过上述技术方案,在终端出现异常时,可以连接目标终端,并通过该目标终端来完成终端重要信息的紧急备份和/或通过该目标终端临时操控终端来实现用户的需求,这样,避免了在终端出现异常时其内部信息丢失、无法使用和/或无法对终端进行操控的问题,允许用户使用故障终端的信息或简单操控故障终端,满足了用户的实际需求,方便了用户的使用,提升了用户体验。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述故障侧预定应急操作包括:将预定备份信息发送至所述目标终端;和/或接收来自所述目标终端的应急操作命令,并执行与所述应急操作命令对应的操作选项。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,在所述接收应急模式启动命令之前,还包括:根据接收到的属性设置命令,设置所述应急模式启动命令的启动方式、所述终端和所述目标终端的连接方式、执行所述故障侧预定应急操作时的提醒方式。

步骤1,预先定义紧急方案的启动方式,如将紧急方案的启动方式定义为同时按电源键和音量下键或者连续按两下电源键等,其中,默认的紧急方案的启动方式为同时按电源键和音量下键。
步骤2,预先定义本终端与其他终端建立连接的方式,如蓝牙连接、Wi-Fi连接或NFC连接等,其中,默认连接的方式是蓝牙连接。
步骤3,预先定义需要紧急备份的内容,如联系人、通话记录、信息、邮件等重要信息,紧急方案在默认情况下会尽量将上述信息全部备份。
步骤4,预先定义紧急方案启动时的提醒方式,如灯光闪烁、振子震动两次。
步骤5,在本终端的屏幕不可操作时,可按照预定义紧急方案的启动方式来打开紧急方案,进而让本终端能够与匹配终端建立连接。
步骤6,在本终端与匹配终端建立连接后,用户可以选择本终端执行的操作选项,其中,操作选项是紧急备份或临时操作。
其中,如果用户选择的是紧急备份,本终端就会逐个将预先定义备份内容打包,并依次发送给匹配终端;如果用户选择的是临时操作,本终端就会劫持匹配终端的与本终端的事件的对应匹配动作,并通过预先定义的连接方式将该对应匹配动作反馈给本终端,这样就完成了对本终端的临时操作。
另外,在完成临时操作后,可按预先定义的紧急方案启动方式来关闭临时操作。

    接收应急模式启动命令;
    根据所述应急模式启动命令,向目标终端发送通信连接请求,以供所述目标终端根据所述通信连接请求与所述终端相连;以及
    在与所述目标终端相连后,执行故障侧预定应急操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应急操作方法,其特征在于,所述故障侧预定应急操作包括:
    将预定备份信息发送至所述目标终端;和/或
    接收来自所述目标终端的应急操作命令,并执行与所述应急操作命令对应的操作选项。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的应急操作方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述接收应急模式启动命令之前,根据接收到的目标终端设置命令,设置所述目标终端;或
    在所述接收应急模式启动命令之后,所述向目标终端发送通信连接请求之前,从所述终端的预定距离范围内搜索到的一个或多个其他终端中确定所述目标终端。

    备份信息设置单元,在所述接收应急模式启动命令之前,根据接收到的备份信息设置命令,设置所述预定备份信息,以供将所述预定备份信息发送至所述目标终端。
  11. 一种应急操作方法,用于终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收来自故障终端的通信连接请求;
    根据所述通信连接请求,确定是否与所述故障终端连接;
    当确定与所述故障终端连接后,根据所述通信连接请求,执行备用侧预定应急操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的应急操作方法,其特征在于,所述备用侧 预定应急操作包括:
    接收来自所述故障终端的预定备份信息;和/或
    接收应急操作命令,并将所述应急操作命令发送至所述故障终端,以供所述故障终端执行与所述应急操作命令对应的操作选项。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    通信连接请求接收单元,接收来自故障终端的通信连接请求;
    连接单元,根据所述通信连接请求,确定是否与所述故障终端连接;
    应急操作执行单元,当确定与所述故障终端连接后,根据所述通信连接请求,执行备用侧预定应急操作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述备用侧预定应急操作包括:
    接收来自所述故障终端的预定备份信息;和/或
    接收应急操作命令,并将所述应急操作命令发送至所述故障终端,以供所述故障终端执行与所述应急操作命令对应的操作选项。
