本发明实施例中,当物联网终端检测到获取到的状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,则说明此时室内设备的状态信息处于异常状态,则物联网终端可以将获取到的状态信息发送至移动终端,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,可以在移动终端中也预先存储与室内设备相对应的正常状态信息。具体地,当物联网终端将获取到的状态信息发送至移动终端后,移动终端可以将该状态信息与预先存储的正常状态信息相匹配,以确认物联网终端的匹配结果是否正确,若检测物联网终端的匹配结果正确时,则移动终端可以将接收到的状态信息以及该移动终端中预先存储的正常状态下的状态信息同时输出至显示区域。若在预先设定的时间段内检测到用户对该提示信息输入确认指令时,则移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。若在预先设定的时间段内未接收到用户针对该提示信息输入的确认指令时,则移动终端根据预先存储的状态信息以及控制规则的映射关系,发送与获取到的状态信息相匹配的控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制。

本发明实施例中,当物联网终端获取室内设备对应的状态信息中与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息不相匹配的目标状态信息之后,则可以判断室内是否存在目标人物。也即,确定当前室内人员模式,其中,人员模式可以包括老人小孩模式、离家模式以及大人模式中的至少一种,其中,老人小孩模式也即当前环境中只有老人或者小孩,由于老人年纪较大,所以对于非安全环境的处理可能会比较麻烦;离家模式是包括当前环境中不存在人物;大人模式也即是包括当前环境中有处理非安全环境能力的成年人。
本发明实施例中,物联网终端还可以结合当前室内的人员模式来判断物联网终端获取到的针对室内设备的状态信息是否属于正常状态信息。举例来说,当物联网终端检测当前人员模式为离家模式,则默认为家中智能水表的运行状态是不会改变的,若此时物联网终端检测到智能水表的运行状态在改变,且智能水表的统计值在改变,则物联网终端可以确定当前智能水表的状态处于异常的状态。
本发明实施例中,物联网终端判断当前室内是否存在目标人物;若物联网终端判断室内存在目标人物,则物联网终端获取目标人物的特征信息;并根据特征信息判断目标人物是否属于预设的安全人物集合;若是,则执行物联网终端向移动终端发送状态信息的步骤。当物联网终端将获取到的状态信息发送至移动终端后,可以由所述移动终端确定所述室内设备内中与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以及由移动终端发送控制指令至与目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以使与目标状态信息对应的控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,目标人物的特征信息可以包括目标人物的人脸图像信息、声音信息以及身高信息等等。
在图2中,详细描述了物联网终端在发送状态信息至移动终端前,还可以根据当前室内人员模式来进一步检测状态信息与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配,且在不匹配时,向移动终端发送状态信息,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。由此可见,实施本发明实施例能够提高室内环境的监控力度。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例公开的一种物联网终端的结构示意图,用于执行上述室内环境监控方法。如图3所示,该物联网终端可以包括:第一获取单元301、第一检测单元302以及发送单元303,其中,
第一获取单元301,用于获取室内设备对应的状态信息。
本发明实施例中,室内设备对应的状态信息可以是室内设备资费信息,也可以是室内设备运行状态信息。其中,室内设备资费信息可以是在预先设定的时间段内的资费信息,也可以是当前资费信息的变化信息,还可以是该室内设备的总的资费信息。
本发明实施例中,室内设备可以包括但不限于智能冰箱、智能水表、智能洗衣机、智能电表以及智能热水器等智能终端。
第一检测单元302,用于检测状态信息与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配。
本发明实施例中,可以在物联网终端中预先设置与室内设备对应的正常状态信息。其中,预先设置与室内设备对应的正常状态信息可以是用户根据需要设定,也可以是物联网终端根据用户历史设定记录设定,还可以是物联网终端根据室内设备的设备信息进行设定。本发明不作限定。
本发明实施例中,当物联网终端中预先设置与室内设备对应的正常状态信息的设置方式包括物联网终端根据用户历史设定记录设定时,可以包括以下步骤:
11)获取物联网终端中针对室内设备对应的正常状态信息的历史设定记录;
12)根据所述历史设定记录设置与室内设备对应的正常状态信息。
本发明实施例中,当第一获取单元301获取到上述室内设备的状态信息后, 第一检测单元302可以将获取到的状态信息,与预先设置与室内设备对应的正常状态信息进行匹配。
发送单元303,用于当第一检测单元302检测状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,向移动终端发送状态信息,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,移动终端可以包括但不限于智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端。
本发明实施例中,当第一检测单元302检测到获取到的状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,则说明此时室内设备的状态信息处于异常状态,则发送单元303可以将获取到的状态信息发送至移动终端,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,可以在移动终端中也预先存储与室内设备相对应的正常状态信息。具体地,当发送单元303将获取到的状态信息发送至移动终端后,移动终端可以将该状态信息与预先存储的正常状态信息相匹配,以确认物联网终端的匹配结果是否正确,若检测物联网终端的匹配结果正确时,则移动终端可以将接收到的状态信息以及该移动终端中预先存储的正常状态下的状态信息同时输出至显示区域。若在预先设定的时间段内检测到用户对该提示信息输入确认指令时,则移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。若在预先设定的时间段内未接收到用户针对该提示信息输入的确认指令时,则移动终端根据预先存储的状态信息以及控制规则的映射关系,发送与获取到的状态信息相匹配的控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制。
举例来说,当第一检测单元302检测到本月截止至当前,某用户的用水量已经达到了10吨,而物联网终端中预先设置的正常状态下,当使用的天数相同时,只需要使用2吨的水,由此,第一检测单元302可以判断当前用水量处于异常的状态,则发送单元303可以将该用水信息发送至移动终端,以使移动终端根据在本端预先存储的正常状态下的用水量判断物联网终端匹配的匹配结果是否正确。若判断上述匹配结果正确时,则移动终端发送控制指令至与智能水表绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对智能水表进行状态控制。
在图3中,第一获取单元301首先获取室内设备对应的状态信息;第一检测单元302再检测状态信息与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配;当第一检测单元302检测状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,最后发送单元303向移动终端发送状态信息,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。在本发明实施例中,第一获取单元301会实时获取室内设备对应的状态信息,发送单元303将状态信息发送至移动终端,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。由此可见,实施本发明实施例能够提高室内环境的监控力度。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明实施例公开的另一种物联网终端的结构示意图,用于执行上述室内环境监控方法。其中,图4是在图3的基础上进一步细化得到,除包括图3所示的所有单元外,还可以包括:第二检测单元304、输出单元305、第一判断单元306、第二获取单元307、第二判断单元308以及第三获取单元309,其中,
第二检测单元304,用于检测是否开启室内设备监控模式。
输出单元305,用于若第二检测单元304检测未开启室内设备监控模式,则输出用于提示是否开启室内设备监控模式的提示信息。
本发明实施例中,室内设备监控模式包括物联网终端对室内设备的状态进行实时监测,并在监测到异常状态时,能够将异常状态信息发送至移动终端的模式。
本发明实施例中,若第二检测单元304检测开启室内设备监控模式,则触发第一获取单元301获取室内设备对应的状态信息;若第二检测单元304检测未开启室内设备监控模式,则输出单元305输出用于提示是否开启室内设备监控模式的提示信息。其中,提示信息的输出方式可以是语音提示、振动提示、文字提示中的至少一种或多种。
本发明实施例中,可以在物联网终端中预先设定一个时间阈值,用于确定用户响应该时间阈值所需时长。也即,当物联网终端输出提示信息后,物联网终端在该时间阈值所属时间范围内均未接收到响应该提示信息输入的确认指令时,可以根据物联网终端中针对安全模式的历史开启记录来确定本次是否开启 安全防护模式。
具体地,当根据物联网终端中针对安全模式的历史开启记录来确定本次是否开启安全防护模式,可以包括以下步骤:
31)获取物联网终端中针对安全模式的历史开启记录;
32)根据所述历史开启记录确定历史开启习惯;
33)根据所述历史开启习惯确定本次是否开启安全模式。
本发明实施例中,可以根据针对安全模式的历史开启记录来确定本次是否开启安全模式,从而可以避免物联网终端一直输出提示,以达到降低功耗的有益效果。
第一判断单元306,用于判断室内是否存在目标人物。
第二获取单元307,用于若第一判断单元306判断室内存在目标人物,获取目标人物的特征信息。
第二判断单元308,用于根据特征信息判断目标人物是否属于预设的安全人物集合。

本发明实施例中,可以结合当前室内的人员模式来判断物联网终端获取到的针对室内设备的状态信息是否属于正常状态信息。举例来说,当检测当前人员模式为离家模式,则默认为家中智能水表的运行状态是不会改变的,若此时物联网终端检测到智能水表的运行状态在改变,且智能水表的统计值在改变,则物联网终端可以确定当前智能水表的状态处于异常的状态。
本发明实施例中,第一判断单元306判断当前室内是否存在目标人物;若第一判断单元306判断室内存在目标人物,则第二获取单元307获取目标人物的特征信息;第二判断单元308并根据特征信息判断目标人物是否属于预设的安全人物集合;若是,则触发发送单元303向移动终端发送状态信息。当发送 单元303将获取到的状态信息发送至移动终端后,可以由移动终端确定室内设备内中与目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以及由移动终端发送控制指令至与目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以使与目标状态信息对应的控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,目标人物的特征信息可以包括目标人物的人脸图像信息、声音信息以及身高信息等等。
第三获取单元309,用于获取室内设备对应的状态信息中与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息不相匹配的目标状态信息。
本发明实施例中,当第一检测单元302检测状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,则第三获取单元309获取室内设备对应的状态信息中与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息不相匹配的目标状态信息。举例来说,当第一获取单元301获取的状态信息包括:当前智能水表统计的用水量为10吨,当前智能电表统计的用电量为50度。其中,预先存储在物联网终端中的正常状态下智能水表的用水量为3+N吨或者3-N吨,其中,N的取值为1;智能电表的用电量为45+N度或者45-N度,其中,N的取值为5,则可以确定当前获取的状态信息中智能水表统计的用水量为异常,则第三获取单元309只需要获取智能水表的用水量即可。且在第三获取单元309获取到智能水表的用水量之后,发送单元只需要发送智能水表的用水量至移动终端即可。
在图4中,详细描述了发送单元303在发送状态信息至移动终端前,还可以根据当前室内人员模式来进一步检测状态信息与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配,且在不匹配时,向移动终端发送状态信息,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。由此可见,实施本发明实施例能够提高室内环境的监控力度。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例公开的又一种物联网终端的结构示意图,用于执行上述室内环境监控方法。如图5所示,该终端500可以包括:至少一个处理器501,至少一个输入装置502,至少一个输出装置503,存储器505等组件。其中,这些组件通过一条或多条总线504进行通信连接。本领域技术人员可以理解,图5中示出的终端的结构并不构成对本发明实施例的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件, 或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
处理器501为终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器505内的程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器505内的数据,以执行终端的各种功能和处理数据。处理器501可以由集成电路(Integrated Circuit,简称IC)组成,例如可以由单颗封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多颗相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。举例来说,处理器501可以仅包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU),也可以是CPU、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,简称DSP)、图形处理器(Graphic Processing Unit,简称GPU)及各种控制芯片的组合。在本发明实施方式中,CPU可以是单运算核心,也可以包括多运算核心。
输入装置502可以包括标准的触摸屏、键盘等,也可以包括有线接口、无线接口等。
输出装置503可以包括显示屏、扬声器等,也可以包括有线接口、无线接口等。
存储器505可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器501、输入装置502以及输出装置503通过调用存储在存储器505中的软件程序以及模块,从而执行终端的各项功能应用以及实现数据处理。存储器505主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序等;数据存储区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。在本发明实施例中,操作系统可以是Android系统、iOS系统或Windows操作系统等等。
具体的,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,用于执行以下操作:
处理器501控制输入装置502获取室内设备对应的状态信息;
处理器501检测状态信息与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配;
当处理器501检测状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,处理器501控制输出装置503向移动终端发送状态信息,以使移动终端发送控制指令至与室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,在执行步骤检测状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配之后,执行步骤向移动终端发送所述状态信息之前,还用于执行以下步骤:
处理器501判断室内是否存在目标人物;
若处理器501判断室内存在目标人物,则处理器501控制输入装置502获取目标人物的特征信息;
处理器501根据特征信息判断目标人物是否属于预设的安全人物集合;
若是,则执行步骤向移动终端发送状态信息。
本发明实施例中,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,在执行步骤检测状态信息与预设正常状态信息不相匹配之后,执行步骤向移动终端发送状态信息之前,还用于执行以下步骤:
处理器501控制输入装置502获取室内设备对应的状态信息中与室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息不相匹配的目标状态信息;
其中,处理器501控制输出装置503向移动终端发送状态信息,包括:
处理器501控制输出装置503向移动终端发送目标状态信息。
本发明实施例中,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,移动终端发送控制指令至室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制的方式具体为:
由移动终端确定室内设备内中与目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以及由移动终端发送控制指令至与目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以使与目标状态信息对应的控制终端对室内设备进行状态控制。
本发明实施例中,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,还用于执行以下步骤:
处理器501检测是否开启室内设备监控模式;
若处理器501检测开启室内设备监控模式,则执行步骤处理器501控制输入装置502获取室内设备对应的状态信息;
若处理器501检测未开启室内设备监控模式,则处理器501控制输出装置503输出用于提示是否开启室内设备监控模式的提示信息。
具体的,本发明实施例中介绍的终端可以实施本发明结合图1、图2介绍的室内环境监控方法实施例中的部分或全部流程。
本发明所有实施例中的模块或子模块,可以通过通用集成电路,例如CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器),或通过ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,专用集成电路)来实现。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例终端中的单元可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种室内环境监控方法,其特征在于,包括:
    物联网终端获取室内设备对应的状态信息;
    所述物联网终端检测所述状态信息与所述室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配;
    当所述物联网终端检测所述状态信息与所述预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,所述物联网终端向移动终端发送所述状态信息,以使所述移动终端发送控制指令至与所述室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使所述控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述物联网终端检测所述状态信息与所述预设正常状态信息不相匹配之后,所述物联网终端向移动终端发送所述状态信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述物联网终端判断室内是否存在目标人物;
    若所述物联网终端判断所述室内存在所述目标人物,则所述物联网终端获取所述目标人物的特征信息;
    所述物联网终端根据所述特征信息判断所述目标人物是否属于预设的安全人物集合;
    若是,则执行所述物联网终端向移动终端发送所述状态信息的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述物联网终端检测所述状态信息与所述预设正常状态信息不相匹配之后,所述物联网终端向移动终端发送所述状态信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述物联网终端获取所述室内设备对应的状态信息中与所述室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息不相匹配的目标状态信息;
    其中,所述物联网终端向移动终端发送所述状态信息,包括:
    所述物联网终端向移动终端发送所述目标状态信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端发送控制指令 至所述室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使所述控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制的方式具体为:
    由所述移动终端确定所述室内设备内中与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以及由所述移动终端发送控制指令至所述与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以使所述与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述物联网终端检测是否开启室内设备监控模式;
    若所述物联网终端检测开启所述室内设备监控模式,则执行所述物联网终端获取室内设备对应的状态信息的步骤;
    若所述物联网终端检测未开启所述室内设备监控模式,则所述物联网终端输出用于提示是否开启所述室内设备监控模式的提示信息。
  6. 一种物联网终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取室内设备对应的状态信息;
    第一检测单元,用于检测所述状态信息与所述室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息是否相匹配;
    发送单元,用于当所述第一检测单元检测所述状态信息与所述预设正常状态信息不相匹配时,向移动终端发送所述状态信息,以使所述移动终端发送控制指令至与所述室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使所述控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的物联网终端,其特征在于,所述物联网终端还包括:
    第一判断单元,用于判断室内是否存在目标人物;
    第二获取单元,用于若所述第一判断单元判断所述室内存在所述目标人物,获取所述目标人物的特征信息;
    第二判断单元,用于根据所述特征信息判断所述目标人物是否属于预设的 安全人物集合;
    所述发送单元用于若所述第二判断单元根据所述特征信息判断所述目标人物属于预设的安全人物集合,则向移动终端发送所述状态信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的物联网终端,其特征在于,所述物联网终端还包括:
    第三获取单元,用于获取所述室内设备对应的状态信息中与所述室内设备对应的预设正常状态信息不相匹配的目标状态信息;
    其中,所述发送单元具体用于向移动终端发送所述目标状态信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的物联网终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端发送控制指令至所述室内设备绑定的控制终端,以使所述控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制的方式具体为:
    由所述移动终端确定所述室内设备内中与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以及由所述移动终端发送控制指令至所述与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端,以使所述与所述目标状态信息对应的控制终端对所述室内设备进行状态控制。
  10. 根据权利要求6~9中任意一项所述的物联网终端,其特征在于,所述物联网终端还包括:
    第二检测单元,用于检测是否开启室内设备监控模式;
    输出单元,用于若所述第二检测单元检测未开启所述室内设备监控模式,则输出用于提示是否开启所述室内设备监控模式的提示信息。
    所述第一获取单元用于若所述第二检测单元检测开启所述室内设备监控模式,则获取室内设备对应的状态信息。
