Abstract

一种厨房降温装置,包括厨房灶具(10)及排烟装置(20),还包括冷气输入口(30),冷气输入口(30)通过输冷管路(40)与室外空调机制冷模块(41)连接,冷气输入口(30)具有输冷风机(31),输冷风机(31)抽取制冷模块(41)产生的冷气向冷气输入口(30)供应。该装置避免了厨房温度过高给烹饪者带来的不适感,同时厨房的排烟装置(20)在工作时所导致的厨房内负压被冷气输入口(30)输入的冷空气补充,使厨房内的压力正常,避免了外界不洁空气通过窗户缝隙进入厨房。还公开了一种厨房降温方法。

[0002] 厨房的工作环境存在多方面的问题, 油烟大的问题通过排烟装置已经得到一定 的解决, 但目前厨房内的温度还是导致很多人无法长吋间在内进行工作, 经常 出现烹饪者在厨房内挥汗如雨的景象, 而装配电风扇只能做到扰动气流的作用 , 还是无法真正降低厨房内的温度, 而有些家庭则在厨房内加装空调器, 虽然 能够起到降温的作用, 但是通常使用一段吋间后, 空调器的滤芯会被油烟糊死 出风量下降并且耗电量增大, 最为重要的是降低了空调器的使用寿命。
[0003] 另外, 封闭的厨房在抽油烟机的工作过程中会形成负压, 此吋会有部分从窗口 缝隙内压入的带有灰尘的空气进入厨房, 对厨房内的卫生构成一定影响, 而申 请人提交的另一件申请中是从旁边房间内抽取空气补充厨房并给厨房降温, 但 其他房间的工作也有赖于幵窗或者新风机来补充房间内的空气, 故此, 需要一 种直接从室外进行补充空气并制冷的装置来弥补不足。
