Description

空调自动调节时提示信息的方法和空调 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种空调自动调节时提示信息的方法和空调。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《空调自学习的方法和空调》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种空调自动调节时提示信息的方法,目的在于解决当前在多场合使用空调的情况下,重新调回某一状态时,极为不方便的问题,同时让技术创新者的创新得到更好的彰显。
本发明是这样实现的:一种空调自动调节时提示信息的方法,包括以下步骤:
在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数;
统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数;
将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,作为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数;
向用户推送专利信息。
在本发明实施例中,所述可变参数包括:
空调风力、和/或湿度、和/或出风角度。
本发明实施例还提供了一种空调,包括:
记录单元,用于在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数;
统计单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数;
预设值设置单元,其输入端与所述统计单元的输出端连接,用于将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,设置为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数;
信息推送单元,其他输出端与所述预设值设置单元连接,用于在用户开机且空调自动使用预设值时,通过显示屏向用户推送专利信息。
通过该发明,可以让空调根据用户的使用习惯,自动且动态的调节可变参数,遵从了用户的习惯,省去了用户每次使用时都要调节一遍的麻烦,同时有效的彰显了技术创新者的创新,并更有效的保护技术创新。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种空调自动调节时提示信息的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数。
所述可变参数包括:
空调风力、和/或湿度、和/或出风角度。
为了避免误差和排出特定情况,需要对空调持续使用一段较长的时间后,方可记录。如对空调持续使用半个小时以上时,记录下该时间段使用 空调时的空调风速、和/或转头速度、和/或转头幅度、和/或空调的上下倾斜角度等可变参数;反之若不足5分钟,则不进行记录。
在步骤S102中,统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数。单一的一个可变参数相同,则不进行组合,比如需要空调风速、转头速度、转头幅度、空调的上下倾斜角度都相同方能进行记录,否则若只有一个转头速度相同,而其他可变参数不同的话,则不做记录。
在步骤103中,将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,作为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数。当所记录的相同的可变因素组较多时,说明了用户在该时间段的习惯,所以将所述可变因素组作为开机预设状态,只要在该时间段内一开空调,不管先前的设置如何,首先进入该预设状态。
在步骤S104中,通过显示屏向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
通过该发明,可以让空调根据用户的使用习惯,自动且动态的调节可变参数,遵从了用户的习惯,省去了用户每次使用时都要调节一遍的麻烦,同时有效的彰显了技术创新者的创新,并更有效的保护技术创新。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种空调的结构示意图,该空调包括代码输入板,还包括:
记录单元201,用于在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数;
统计单元202,其输入端与所述记录单元201的输出端连接,用于统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数;
预设值设置单元203,其输入端与所述统计单元202的输出端连接,用于将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,设置为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数。
信息推送单元204,其他输出端与所述预设值设置单元203连接,用于在用户开机且空调自动使用预设值时,通过显示屏向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录单元201记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数;统计单元202统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数;预设值设置单元203将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,设置为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数,此外,在用户开机且空调自动使用预设值时,信息推送单元204通过显示屏向用户推送专利信息。
通过该发明,可以让空调根据用户的使用习惯,自动且动态的调节可变参数,遵从了用户的习惯,省去了用户每次使用时都要调节一遍的麻烦。

  1. 一种空调自动调节时提示信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数;
    统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数;
    将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,作为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数;
    向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调自动调节时提示信息的方法,其特征在于,所述可变参数包括:
    空调风力、和/或湿度、和/或出风角度。
  3. 一种空调,包括显示屏,其特征在于,所述空调包括:
    记录单元,用于在特定时间段内,若持续使用空调的时间超过一定阈值,记录在该时间段内的空调可变参数;
    统计单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于统计出各可变参数的组合都相同的使用次数;
    预设值设置单元,其输入端与所述统计单元的输出端连接,用于将使用次数最多的可变参数的组合中的可变参数,设置为空调在该时间段内使用时预设的可变参数;
    信息推送单元,其他输出端与所述预设值设置单元连接,用于在用户开机且空调自动使用预设值时,通过显示屏向用户推送专利信息。
