Description

Beverage container
The present invention relates to a beverage container. More specifically, the present invention relates to a beverage container having a main body with openings at both ends and lids provided at both ends.
Conventionally, as beverage containers, containers having properties such as durability, impact resistance and heat resistance are often used. Since the function is portable or indoor-mounted, names such as water bottles, pots, and thermos bottles have been given depending on the purpose. Their external shape, material, internal mechanism, etc. have been devised according to the purpose of use.
The characteristics required for these beverage containers include antifouling properties that prevent contamination caused by the adhesion of contents, and detergency that removes the contamination. In addition, there is an application in which the heat retaining property for maintaining the high or low temperature of the contents is required.
In order to impart antifouling properties to the inner surface of a beverage container, particularly a metal or heat resistant resin beverage container, and to improve heat retention, a resin such as a fluororesin is coated on the inner periphery of the container.
2. Description of the Related Art A vacuum double structure in which a beverage container is provided with a heat retaining property and a vacuum is formed in the double structure is known as a double structure. In the past, glass double structures were the mainstream, but recently, metal double structures are often used because of their difficulty in breaking.
As a beverage container having antifouling properties and heat retaining properties, a metal double structure having an inner surface coated with a fluororesin has also been proposed (Patent Documents 1 and 2).
However, these conventionally known beverage containers have a closed bottom structure and have a lid only at the top, so it is difficult to clean the inner surface of the container. It was difficult to maintain. In addition, when coating fluororesin in the manufacturing process, it is applied to the side, corners and bottom of the container, so the film thickness tends to vary and the firing temperature becomes uneven, resulting in the occurrence of cracks in the coating film. There is also a problem that it is difficult to exert the expected performance due to insufficient adhesiveness.

The present invention is a cylindrical body, and has openings at both ends, and the area of each opening is a position half the length between the openings of the cylindrical body (hereinafter referred to as 1). The present invention provides a beverage container having a metal main body having an area ratio of 50% or more (referred to as “/ 2 height”) and lids provided at both ends.
The shape of the main body of the beverage container of the present invention may be such that the side surface is curved, but is preferably a cylindrical body having a straight side surface shape.
The cross-sectional shape of the beverage container body of the present invention is not particularly limited. The cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical body may be a circle, ellipse, polygon, or other complex shape including a recess in the cross-sectional shape, but it may be circular or elliptical for ease of use and manufacture. Preferably, it is circular.
The preferable material of the main body of the beverage container of the present invention is preferably made of metal from the viewpoint of impact resistance, heat resistance, strength, durability, and the like. Examples of the metal include stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Among these, stainless steel is more preferable from the viewpoints of rust generation and oxidation.
The main body of the beverage container of the present invention has openings at both ends, and the area of each opening is preferably 50% or more in area ratio with respect to the cross-sectional area of ½ height. Since the same area ratio may exceed 100%, the same area ratio may be about 50 to 150%, more preferably about 50 to 100%.
Since the openings at both ends are large, the inside of the container can be easily cleaned and the cleaning properties are improved. Furthermore, the problem that it is difficult to paint the bottom and corners of the elongated container is solved and the firing temperature is uniform, so that the variation in the performance of the formed film is reduced.
The areas of the openings at both ends may be the same, but they may have different areas. Especially, the aspect with the same area of the opening part of both ends is preferable.
When the areas of the openings at both ends are different, the shape of the side surface of the main body may not be parallel, but this case is also included in the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to impart desired characteristics to the main body of the beverage container of the present invention, a characteristic-imparting film may be formed on the inner surface thereof. Examples of the coating include metal coating, resin coating, and ceramic coating.
Examples of the material of the metal coating include metals such as gold, silver, copper, platinum, nickel, chromium, tin, zinc, aluminum, and titanium, alloys thereof, and composite plating of these with a fluororesin. With the metal coating, it is possible to expect the effect of improving properties such as suppression of dirt adhesion to the inner surface, provision of corrosion resistance, and provision of durability. In addition, when an antibacterial metal such as silver or copper is coated, the antibacterial metal makes it difficult for bacteria and the like to propagate on the inner surface, which makes it even more hygienic.
Examples of the method for forming such a metal coating include various plating methods, vapor deposition, thermal spraying, and sputtering.
In the beverage container of the present invention, since sufficient openings are provided at both ends, the inner surface of the main body can be easily coated with metal in the manufacturing process.
A typical example of the resin film is a fluororesin film. By the fluororesin coating, the antifouling property and heat retention of the inner surface can be improved. Moreover, in order to improve the performance of the resin coating, various known fillers can be added to the coating.
Examples of the fluororesin include polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene (FEP), polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer (PVDF), It can be selected from conventionally known ones such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer (PCTFE), chlorotrifluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer (ECTFE), and tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer (ETFE).
In order to form the fluororesin coating, the method of coating the fluororesin on the inner surface of the beverage container main body is not particularly limited, but an aqueous dispersion of fluororesin is applied by spraying, dipping, casting, etc. After applying by applying the method of applying to the inner surface of the container body by the above method and drying, the method of applying fine powder of fluororesin by the electrostatic powder coating method, fluidized dipping method, etc., heating The method of baking under conditions can be mentioned. The coating method is not limited to the above-described method, and can be appropriately selected from conventionally known methods. The firing conditions are not particularly limited, and examples include conditions for firing at 200 to 450 ° C. for 5 to 180 minutes.
When performing fluororesin coating, the inner surface of the container body may be roughened by a method such as blasting as a pretreatment. The adhesion of the coating can be improved by the roughening treatment.
The beverage container of the present invention is characterized in that the opening on both sides of the main body is provided with sufficient openings, so that the inner surface of the main body is easily subjected to fluororesin coating or roughening treatment.
Conventionally, when coating fluororesin on the sides, corners and bottom of the container, the film thickness tends to vary, the firing temperature becomes uneven, and cracks and adhesion of the coating are not sufficient. Although there existed a problem, in the drink container of this invention, since a bottom face and a corner | angular part do not exist, said problem is eliminated.
In addition, when performing fluororesin coating, a resin film having antibacterial properties can be formed by dispersing fine metal powders such as gold, silver, zinc, copper, and titanium in the fluororesin (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-2009). 239882).
When the inside of the beverage container of the present invention is made into a double structure and the inside is evacuated, the heat retaining property can be improved. Therefore, when the heat retaining property is particularly important, the container body can have a vacuum double structure. . As a method of making the body of the beverage container a double structure and evacuating the inside, it can be appropriately selected from conventionally known methods. For example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 can be referred to.
A lid is attached to both ends of the beverage container body of the present invention. The lids attached to the opening portions at both ends may be of any structure as long as the beverage accommodated in the main body does not leak, and can be appropriately selected from conventionally known lid structures.
Further, the material constituting the lid is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from materials conventionally used for lids. A preferable material for such a lid is a resin.
The resin constituting the lid of the present invention is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from resins conventionally used for lids of beverage containers. When a lid having a structure having such a spout is adopted, the lid attached to the opening of the main body can be used as an inner lid, and a cup-shaped outer lid can be further attached. When the cup-shaped outer lid is provided, it is possible to drink a beverage without inconvenience when carrying the beverage container.
Furthermore, as another example of the structure of the lid body of the present invention, a lid provided with a drinking mouth capable of drinking a drink directly from the lid body is attached to the main body opening as an inner lid so that the beverage does not leak by covering the drinking mouth. An outer lid may be attached. When a lid provided with such a drinking mouth is attached, the beverage container has a direct bottle structure.
When the lid of the present invention has such a direct bottle structure, it is possible to employ a structure in which the outer lid is opened with one touch. In the case of a structure in which the outer lid is opened with one touch, the beverage container has a structure called a one-touch direct bottle.
In the beverage container of the present invention, the structure for attaching the lid to the main body is not particularly limited as long as the beverage does not leak.
For example, a method may be mentioned in which a screw is provided in each attachment portion of the main body and the lid, and the lid is screwed onto the main body for attachment.
Since it is preferable that the beverage container has a shape that stably stands upright, it is preferable that the shape of at least one zenith portion of the lids provided at both ends of the main body is horizontal.
When carrying the beverage container of the present invention by hand or drinking the contents, it is also possible to attach a handle to the lid in order to prevent the hand from slipping and dropping the beverage container. 2005-296234).
Also, the beverage container of the present invention can be carried in a dedicated pouch.
