线下结算是区别于线上支付以外的方式,交易的过程和付货过程发生在买卖双方见面的交易中。这种支付方式支付方最常见的是现金结算。因此,是一种不很方便的支付方式。随着银行业务的发展,银联卡支付克服了大量现金不方便的缺陷,被广泛地应用于支付领域。如一些商场超市、连锁店、路边小店等纷纷使用银联卡支付,这被称为线下支付的银联卡支付,一般是借助传统的POS机,商家把它安装在特约商户与银联计算机联成网络,就能实现电子资金自动转帐,它具有支持消费、预授权、余额查询和转帐等功能,使用起来安全、快捷、可靠。下银联POS系统在销售商品时直接读取输入的商品销售信息(如商品名、单价、销售数量、销售时间、销售店铺、购买顾客等),并通过银联管理下的清分系统实现与各个银行结算。目前主要利用线下交易依靠传统的POS机完成,实现有卡支付。
随着线上支付越来越发达,第三方支付方法越来越发达,并且支付凭证也种类繁多,而且众多的非银行支付机构不可能划归银联管理范畴。利用第三方支付平台实现线下支付已经成为目前线下支付的一个趋势。因此,作为结算设备的传统POS机已经无法满足目前线下支付的需要。对于第三方支付鉴于金融政策规定也不可能单独发行任何形式的卡。所以第三方支付方式进行支付的模式只能利用用第三方支付平台,为了保证交易过程中资金安全付款凭证采用了二维码、光码等形式。线下结算形成了多元化的格局。目前,在商场、超市、连锁店、路边小店等商户为了迎合消费者实现多元化支付而设立的收银台都应当能够实现各种有卡、无卡的支付方式,该收银台事先通过协议获得银行卡发行方或者第三方支付平台方的授权,消费者(支付方)可以通过银行或者第三方帐户平台实现支付,将设定的支付金额从支付的帐号划拨到商户(收款方)的帐户中,实现支付。
目前,商户通过收银台可以接收消费者各种支付方式支付的结算,但是必须具备对应的收银设备。该设备用以验证支付凭证的资格和能力、并获得相应第三方的认证许可登记。每增加一个第三方都必须增加特别的收银设备使商家的管理越来越复杂,结算设备越来越庞杂。在此背景下,深圳TTG公司开发出来了智能化POS机,借助于智能终端、智能化管理模块、云存储平台的结合,集中解决了多种结算模式下标准数据的调用和结算清单的提取与编辑。从而使得多元化结算的方式可以在一个收银终端设备上得以实现。
随之而来的是消费者在消费时,可以拿出好几张银行卡和多种结算凭证、同时还可以第三方帐户支付方式支付和现金支付。但任何一张银行卡或者第三方帐户支付方式都不能足额支付消费款项,只有结合两张或者以上银行卡或者加上第三方支付方式才能足额完成支付,这样,收银台的工作人员需要根据各银行卡的支付能力分别操作完成支付总金额的操作,增加收银台工作人员的压力,用户体验感不强,是目前智能POS终端机存在的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对目前智能POS机系统的不足,而采取重复性操作、增加收银台工作人员的压力;提供一种实现复合结算的方法,该方法实现自动完成多种支付方式同步支付。
本发明为达到其发明目的所采用的技术方案是一种复合收银方法,所述方法基于配套有智能化管理模块、云存储平台的智能化终端收银系统共同完成。包括以下步骤:
步骤1、支付系统显示待支付的金额,支付方确认;
步骤2、支付系统界面展示所有支付方式,支付方选择,支持多选;
步骤3、支付系统判断支付选择的是单选还是多选,若是多选,则转向步骤4,否则,生成所选支付方式的支付帐单,转向步骤5;
步骤4、支付系统根据支付方指示分拆待支付的金额,分别生成对应支付方式的支付帐单;
步骤5、支付系统按照选择的支付方式和对应的支付帐单依次完成支付。
本发明中利用智能化收银系统可以实现多种支付方式的同步支付,增强用户体验。
进一步的,上述的复合收银方法中:在步骤5中,对其中任一选择的支付方式和对应的支付帐单完成支付包括以下步骤:
步骤501、支付系统进入该支付方式的支付界面,显示是单个帐号支付还是多个帐号支付供支付方选择;
步骤502、支付系统判断支付方是选择单个帐号支付时,转向步骤504,否则转向步骤503;
步骤503、分拆支付帐单中的支付金额,分别获取支付方帐号和授权按照该支付方式的要求完成支付;
步骤504、获取支付方帐号和授权按照该支付方式的要求完成支付。
进一步的,上述的复合收银方法中:在所述的步骤501中的支付界面中,还显示有帐号余额查询按钮供支付方选择,如果支付方选择了余额查询按钮,则进入余额查询界面,获取支付方的帐号和余额查询授权,通过帐号提供方获取帐号余额并显示。
进一步的,上述的复合收银方法中:获取支付方式帐号的方式包括:读卡器读取、二维码扫描获取。
进一步的,上述的复合收银方法中:所述的支付方式包括银行卡支付方式、第三方支付方式、预付帐户支付方式。
本发明还提供一种可用于复合收银的智能化收银系统,该智能化收银系统结构中包括智能化终端、云存储平台和智能化结算模式管理模块,智能化终端的结构中包括了配备有智能化管理模块的计算机中央处理单元,系统中包括多元化结算凭证信息采集模块和结算报文上传模块、选定的云存储平台和数据通讯接口模块,与结算模式配套的通讯协议模块、报文编辑模块和结算模式执行路径提示模块,选通显示屏管理模块,操作键盘模块、中间存储器模块和结算单据输出模块。
本发明的智能化收银系统中,各模块、单元是通过计算机网络相互通信连接的,在空间位置上,分别设置在商户的收银台和后端的云处理平台上,至于各模块、单元根据需要可以分布在收银台和云处理平台任一地方,空间位置不受限制。
进一步的,上述的智能化收银系统中:智能化管理模块结构中包括银联卡结算子模块、第三方结算子模块、预付卡结算子模块;结算数据录集模块;编辑报文模块;授权管理员删、加、修改模块;根据用户选择的结算模式具体启动相应模块或启动必要修改后再启动相应结算模块。
智能化管理模块一般可以是软件模块也可以结合硬件形成功能性模块,这个模块可以设置在收银台或者云端平台上,也可以根据需要分布于收银台或者云端平台上进一步的,上述的智能化收银系统中:选通显示屏管理模块结构中包括交易信息清单子模块,交易支付模式选择表子模块,选择结算模式操作步骤提示子模块;以上信息在显示屏上集中分区显示,或分项全屏显示。
选通显示屏管理模块主要完成与操作人员实现交互界面,根据需要,选通显示屏管理模块可以安装在收银台上,供收银员操作。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行更加进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1,本实施例是一种消费者在连锁店里购物后利用支付宝进行支付消费款的方法。
本实施例中,使用一种智能化收银系统如图1所示,实现消费后收银。该系统主要由设置在连锁店中的智能收银台与后端云处理系统组成,智能收银台具有网卡,与后端通过互联网连接。
在智能化收银系统中,具有中央处理单元1,该中央处理单元1通过运行存储在智能收银台上的存储器内的计算机程序,智能化管理模块2是一种功能性模块,它是由中央处理器1运行相应的计算机程序完成的,本实施例中,设置在智能收银台上,一般包括银联卡结算子模块2-1,第三方结算子模块2-2,预付卡结算子模块2-3等与支付相关的模块,智能收银台的主程序通过界面选择就可以调用这些模块实现相应的功能。另外,在智能化管理模块2中还设置有结算数据录集模块2-4和编辑报文模块2-5这些模块可以实现对收银台进行管理,为了保证将来扩展,在在智能化管理模块2还设置有授权管理员删、加、修改模块2-6。
为了实现智能收银,在智能化收银台上还应该设置有多元化结算凭证信息采集模块11、结算报文上传模块4、报文编辑模块12、选通显示屏管理模块8、存储器模块3、操作键盘模块9和结算单据输出模块10等主要I/O模块,实现交互的硬件或者软件模块。多元化结算凭证信息采集模块11实现对各种结算凭证信息采集,一般包括与银联读卡器结合的银联卡专用接口11-1,与二维码识别器结合的二维码摄入接口11-2,另外,还有光标码识别接口11-3,IC芯片卡读入接口11-i等,这些随着时代的进步,还会有其它的采集方式。
作为连锁店,需要很多店面统一管理因此,还具有一个选定的云存储平台5,为了实现与选定的云存储平台5的通信,还有一通信接口模块,如数据通讯接口模块6、结算模式配套的通讯协议模块7、结算模式执行路径提示模块13等。
步骤1、连锁店收银员在智能收银台上利用多元化结算凭证信息采集模块11等扫描消费者选购的商品的方式或者其它方式计算总的消费金额,通过选通显示屏管理模块8控制显示在收银台的显示屏上,让消费者(支付方)确认,如果消费者确认消费金额,则进行以下的支付过程,否则等待消费者选择。
步骤2、智能收银台上的显示屏显示本收银台能够完成的所有的支付方式,并选择支付宝支付。
智能收银台上的主程序运行智能化管理模块2,在界面上显示能够提供的收银方式,这里智能化管理模块2中提供了五种收银方式,也就是对应的5种线下支付方式:银联卡结算子模块2-1对应的银行卡支付方式,第三方结算子模块2-2对应的第三方帐户平台结算方式,如支付宝支付方式,预付卡结算子模块2-3对应的预付卡支付方式和现金支付方式。
步骤3、智能收银台调用智能化管理模块2中的第三方结算子模块2-2,在显示屏上显示支付宝支付的界面。
消费者利用手机等能够显示其支付宝二维码的装置呈现消费者的支付宝二维码,收银台上利用二维码扫描装置扫描消费者的支付宝二维码,并进入到支付支付界面,收银台上的处理器在其内部计算机程序控制下实现与支付宝平台的通信。
步骤4、获得消费者授权,按照支付宝规定的方式消费者在收银台的键盘上输入支付宝的支付密码,完成支付。
步骤5、返回支付成功与否的信息,显示在收银台的显示屏上。
本实施例中,智能收银台的主程序调用选通显示屏的管理模块8,通过该模块可以实现在智能收银台上选通显示屏上划定的交易明细表的显示位置8-1,选通显示屏上划定的交易支付模式选择表的位置8-2,选通显示屏上划定的选择结算模式操作步骤提示的显示位置8-3对显示屏上的显示进行规划。
实施例2,本实施例同样是一种消费者在连锁店里购物后利用支付宝进行支付消费款的方法,采用如实施例一一样的智能收银台或者称为智能化收银系统实现,与实施例1不同的地方在步骤3和步骤4。
步骤3’收银台上的显示屏生成二维码帐单,该二维码携至少带了连锁店收款的帐户号和收款的金额。
步骤4’消费者的手机支付宝扫描帐单,与支付宝平台完成向连锁店收款的帐户号划拨收款的金额的步骤。
实施例3,本实施例同样是一种消费者在连锁店里购物后利用支付宝进行支付消费款 的方法,区别在于,本实施例中由于消费金额较大,消费者有两个支付宝帐户,消费者利用两个支付帐户共同支付完成。该方法同样采用如实施例一一样的智能收银台或者称为智能化收银系统实现。
步骤301’,收银台上的显示屏显示进入支付宝支付界面,并在该界面上显示是采用一个帐号完成支付还是采用多个帐号完成支付;
步骤302’,选择采用两个帐号完成支付。
步骤303’,将消费总金额如798元分成两部分,如500元和298元分别生成两个支付二维码帐单。
步骤401’,消费者用第一台手机上的支付宝扫描第一个二维码帐单,与支付宝平台完成向连锁店收款的帐户号划拨收款的金额的步骤。
步骤402’,消费者用另外一台手机或者同一台手机上的另外一个支付宝扫描第二个二维码帐单,与支付宝平台完成向连锁店收款的帐户号划拨收款的金额的步骤。
实施例4,本实施例是一种消费者在连锁店里购物后利用银行卡支付消费金额,本实施例包括以下过程:
步骤1、连锁店收银员在收银台上通过扫描消费者选购的商品的方式或者其它方式计算总的消费金额,显示在收银台的显示屏上,让消费者(支付方)确认,如果消费者确认消费金额,则进行以下的支付过程,否则等待消费者选择。
步骤2、收银台上的显示屏显示本收银台能够完成的所有的支付方式,并选择银行卡支付。
步骤3、收银台上的系统将消费金额在银行卡读卡器上显示,目前一般就是在POS机上显示消费金额,消费者认可以后,刷卡或者拍卡后,在POS机上输入密码,由POS机完成支付。
步骤4、完成支付后,返回支付成功信息,收银台打印小票。
实施例5,本实施例是一种消费者在连锁店里购物后利用银行卡支付消费金额,与实施例4的区别在于,本实施例中由于消费金额较大,消费者有几张银行卡,消费者利用几张银行卡共同支付完成,此时主要区别在步骤3。
步骤3’,收银台上显示是一张银行卡还是两张银行卡或者三张银行卡消费,此时,消费者选择用三张银行卡,收银台显示总的消费金额如1890元,消费者选择第一张银行卡消费700元,第二张银行卡消费600后显示最后一张银行卡消费590元,使总的消费金额不变。收银台上的系统依次将700显示在POS机上,消费者刷卡或者拍卡第一张银行卡(借记 卡)后输入密码完成第一笔支付,然后,收银台上的系统依次将600显示在POS机上,消费者刷卡或者拍卡第二张银行卡(信用卡)后输入密码完成第二笔支付,收银台上的系统依次将590显示在POS机上,消费者刷卡或者拍卡第三张银行卡(信用卡)后输入密码完成第三笔支付。
实施例6,本实施例是一种消费者在连锁店里购物后利用银行卡支付消费金额,与实施例5的区别在于,消费者不清楚银行卡里的余额,需要先查询余额,再决定消费方式。
步骤1、在收银台的显示屏上显示消费金额为1890元,并显示所有的支付方式,如支付宝、财富通、银行卡等。
步骤2、选择银行卡,并进入到银行卡支付的界面,有选择一张银行卡、二张银行卡、三张银行卡等选择方式,另外,还提供一个按钮银行卡余额查询。
步骤3、选择银行卡余额查询后,系统控制读卡器读取第一张银行卡卡号,然后由消费者输入该银行卡的余额查询密码,通过与银行卡发卡机构通信,获得该银行卡的余额,显示在显示屏上,并提示消费者选择从该银行卡上支付多少金额,如第一张银行卡上的余额是1000元,消费者选择从该银行卡上支付700元,依次第二张银行卡、第三张银行卡,如第二张银行卡上的余额是1800元,消费者指示是从该第二张银行卡上消费600元,第三张银行卡上的余额是5000元,消费者选择是支付剩余的590元。
步骤4,按实施例5步骤3’完成支付。
实施例7、本实施例是一种支付方向收款方支付5899元货款的复合支付方式,采用如实施例一一样的智能收银台或者称为智能化收银系统实现,支付的过程如下:
步骤1、系统显示支付金额5899元。
步骤2、系统显示所有的支付方式,如支付宝、财富通、银行卡、现金等。
步骤3、支付选择支付方式有支付宝、银行卡、预付卡和现金四种支付方式。支付宝、银行卡分别支付1500元,3800元,剩余的由预付卡和现金支付。
步骤4,系统进入支付宝支付界面,生成支付宝支付二维码,支付方用手机支付宝扫描二维码帐单,通过与支付平台完成1500元支付。
步骤5,支付宝后台返回支付宝支付成功信息,系统进入到银行卡支付界面,该支付界面显示有如下选项:一张银行卡、二张银行卡、三张银行卡等和银行卡余额查询按钮。
步骤6,选择银行卡余额查询按钮,系统显示获取银行卡卡号和查询授权(输入查询密码)的界面。
步骤7,读取第一张银行卡,并输入查询密码,系统通过与发卡行通信,获得该银行 卡的余额是5489元,可支付5488元,显示在系统的显示屏上,并推出输入窗口,提示支付方该银行卡支付多少元,如3000元。系统比较支付金额和余额,因为3000小于5488元,所以确认该卡支付3000元。
读取第二张银行卡,并输入查询密码,系统通过与发卡行通信,获得该银行卡的余额是589元,可支付588元,显示在系统的显示屏上,并推出输入窗口,提示支付方该银行卡支付多少元,如750元,但由于750元多于该银行卡可支付额度588元,因此,提示支付方再次输入支付金额,此时,输入588元。
第三张银行卡是信用卡,支付剩余的212元。
步骤8、通过POS机分别支付3000元、588元、212元。
步骤9、系统获得银行卡支付系统返回支付成功的信息,进入到预付卡支付界面,读取预付卡信息,显示预付卡卡内余额为289元,可用289元,支付方选择使用预付卡中的289元,完成预付卡支付。
步骤10,系统显示已支付5589元,还需要支付310元现金。
步骤11,接收支付方的310元现金后,系统打印支付明细,这可以制成一个支付明细表,表中的内容根据需要可以有各支付凭据的ID对应的支付金额等。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种复合收银方法,所述方法基于配套有智能化管理模块、云存储平台的智能化终端收银系统,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    步骤1、支付系统显示待支付的金额,支付方确认;
    步骤2、支付系统界面展示所有支付方式,支付方选择,支持多选;
    步骤3、支付系统判断支付选择的是单选还是多选,若是多选,则转向步骤4,否则,生成所选支付方式的支付帐单,转向步骤5;
    步骤4、支付系统根据支付方指示分拆待支付的金额,分别生成对应支付方式的支付帐单;
    步骤5、支付系统按照选择的支付方式和对应的支付帐单依次完成支付。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合收银方法,其特征在于:在步骤5中,对其中任一选择的支付方式和对应的支付帐单完成支付包括以下步骤:
    步骤501、支付系统进入该支付方式的支付界面,显示是单个帐号支付还是多个帐号支付供支付方选择;
    步骤502、支付系统判断支付方是选择单个帐号支付时,转向步骤504,否则转向步骤503;
    步骤503、分拆支付帐单中的支付金额,分别获取支付方帐号和授权按照该支付方式的要求完成支付;
    步骤504、获取支付方帐号和授权按照该支付方式的要求完成支付。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的复合收银方法,其特征在于:在所述的步骤501中的支付界面中,还显示有帐号余额查询按钮供支付方选择,如果支付方选择了余额查询按钮,则进入余额查询界面,获取支付方的帐号和余额查询授权,通过帐号提供方获取帐号余额并显示。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的复合收银方法,其特征在于:获取支付方式帐号的方式包括:读卡器读取、二维码扫描获取。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的复合收银方法,其特征在于:所述的支付方式包括银行卡支付方式、第三方支付方式、预付帐户支付方式。
  6. 一种智能化收银系统,结构中包括智能化终端、云存储平台和智能化结算模式管理模块,其特征在于:收银系统的结构中包括了配备有智能化管理模块(2)的计算机中央处理单元(1)、多元化结算凭证信息采集模块(11)和结算报文上传模块(4)、选定的云存储平台(5)和数据通讯接口模块(6)、与结算模式配套的通讯协议模块(7)、报文编辑模块(12)和结算模式执行路径提示模块(13),选通显示屏管理模块(8),操作键盘模块(9)、中间存储器模块(3)和结算单据输出模块(10)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能化收银系统,其特征在于:智能化管理模块(2)结构中包括银联卡结算子模块(2-1)、第三方结算子模块(2-2)、预付卡结算子模块(2-3);结算数据录集模块(2-4);编辑报文模块(2-5);授权管理员删、加、修改模块(2-6);根据用户选择的结算模式具体启动相应模块或启动必要修改后再启动相应结算模块。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能化收银系统,其特征在于:选通显示屏管理模块(8)结构中包括交易信息清单子模块(8-1),交易支付模式选择表子模块(8-2),选择结算模式操作步骤提示子模块(8-3);以上信息在显示屏上集中分区显示,或分项全屏显示。
