Description

新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种娱乐用品,特别涉及一种采用新型工艺的、具有更加完美造型和具有更加现代感的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋。
背景技术:
本设计人在先设计的凹形塑料面板摆脚式旱冰鞋,和上下面板嵌合式摆脚式旱冰鞋,但由于采用单纯的塑料板面,板面必须达到一定的厚度,才能符合强度要求,所以塑料的用材就要相对较多,而且外观上也显得厚重,这在成本上、外观上还有再改进的空间,特别在生产工艺上,采用更加新型的生产工艺,使之能生产出具有更加完美造型和具有更加现代感的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋。
发明内容:
本发明的目的,是要提供一种新型的生产工艺,使之能生产出具有更加完美造型和具有更加现代感外观的,而且材料更节省、成品更精致的——新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋。本发明的目的是这样实现的;新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,包括铝嵌件、面板、防磨底条、下轴承、上轴承、带嵌件的塑料轮叉、PU轮和嵌件圆盖,其特征是:铝嵌件是由H型的铝型材压弯成倒放的几字形,并在成形后方嵌件的前端和后部的上下向,各转有一带斜向的圆穿孔,铝嵌件的前端和后部圆穿孔的斜向,与倒放的几字形的横划形成向前的79.5°的夹角,然后将加工完毕的铝嵌件注塑于面板中;面板是由塑料注塑而成,面板的前部呈杆形,面板杆形的截面成上半部为半圆形、下半部为扁椭圆形的下半边,面板的杆形呈圆弧状的上抛,面板的前端一体连接一竖向的前圆柱形,面板的前端竖向前圆柱形呈上小下大的锥形,与竖向前圆柱形连接的面板杆形的前端,呈前大后小的火材头形状,面板前端的前圆柱形呈向前79.5°的倾斜,面板前端前圆柱形上下侧各有一沉孔,面板前端的上下沉孔之间连有通孔,面板的后部呈直角向上竖起的扁圆柱形,面板后部的扁圆柱形的横向截面成前半部为半圆形、后半部为扁椭圆形的后半边,面板扁圆柱形上端向后一体连接一竖向的后圆柱形,面板的后端竖向后圆柱形呈上小下大的锥形,面板后端的后圆柱形呈向前79.5°的倾斜,面板的后圆柱形的上下侧各有一沉孔,面板后端的上下沉孔之间连有通孔,面板前端上下沉孔的中心连线,和面板后端上下沉孔的中心连线,都与面板圆片状底面呈向前的79.5°的夹角,面板中部、位于杆形和扁圆柱形之间,一体连有一圆片状底面,圆片状底面中间的两边各有一上下向的椭圆孔,圆片状底面两椭圆孔的外侧的底部,各有一向上的浅凹陷、浅凹陷的两头有向上拧接孔,面板向上的拧接孔与面板圆片状底面呈向前79.5°的斜向,面板杆形前端与竖向圆柱形连接处的上下向,有一带向前倾斜的穿孔,面板前端上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔与铝嵌件前端的圆穿孔相对应,面板圆片状底面后部的上下向,有一带向前倾斜的穿孔,面板圆片状底面后部上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔与铝嵌件后部的圆穿孔相对应,在面板前端上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔中,从上向下塞有一小闷塞,在面板圆片状底面后部上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔中,从上向下塞有一小闷塞,面板前部的杆形与面板圆片状底面连接处的左右两侧,带有圆弧凹形的连边,面板后部呈直角向上竖起的扁圆柱形与面板圆片状底面连接处的左右两侧,带有圆弧凹形的连边,面板后部呈直角向上竖起的扁圆柱形的上顶部的前侧呈圆弧抛面状的斜面,面板圆片状底面的上圆周左右两侧,呈圆弧形的边角,面板圆片状底面的下圆周,呈圆弧形的边角,面板圆片状底面两椭圆孔的上圆周和下圆周,呈圆弧形的边角,面板前端前圆柱形上顶面的前侧和左右两侧,呈圆弧形的边角,面板后端后圆柱形上顶面的后侧和左右两侧,侧呈圆弧形的边角,面板前端前圆柱形下底面的前侧和左右两侧,呈圆弧形的边角,面板后端后圆柱形下底面的后侧和左右两侧,呈圆弧形的边角,面板圆片状底面两椭圆孔上侧的周围,带有防滑颗粒,防滑颗粒是呈锥形;防磨底条是一条形的尼龙件,防磨底条的两头各有一向上的沉孔连通贯通孔,两防磨底条通过四自攻螺栓与面板两椭圆孔的外侧底部凹陷的四拧接孔拧接;下轴承是628型号的深沟球轴承,上轴承是608型号的深沟球轴承,两下轴承嵌于面板前端和后的下沉孔中,两上轴承嵌于面板前端和后端顶部的上沉孔中;带嵌件的塑料轮叉包括轮叉嵌件和塑料轮叉,轮叉嵌件由金属轮叉和对锁螺栓的螺筒构成,金属轮叉是用的扁条形金属冲压成的∩形,金属轮叉两下端的侧面有冲有相互的对穿孔,金属轮叉两下端相互的对穿孔的孔径为φ8mm,金属轮叉两底端冲成圆角,金属轮叉的顶部通过点焊与对锁螺栓的螺筒焊接,然后用氩弧焊加固,对锁螺栓的螺筒杆径是φ8mm,与金属轮叉焊接后,对锁螺栓的螺筒轴心线与金属轮叉两下端相互的对穿孔的连线相距27mm,轮叉嵌件的金属轮叉注塑于塑料轮叉中,轮叉嵌件对锁螺栓的螺筒的杆形,完全裸露于塑料轮叉之外,塑料轮叉与轮叉嵌件注塑连接后,塑料轮叉顶部上侧面呈球形面的上抛,塑料轮叉的顶部的下侧面,呈∩形的拱形门形状,塑料轮叉的两侧向下一体连接两叉片,塑料轮叉的两叉片略成上宽下窄、并呈弧形面的外抛,塑料轮叉两叉片的底端呈向下的半圆形,塑料轮叉两叉片向下半圆形的外侧边沿为圆角,塑料轮叉的两叉片下端的外侧,各有一横向的沉孔,塑料轮叉的两沉孔各向内侧连接一横向的穿孔,塑料轮叉两横向穿孔的孔心连线与轮叉嵌件对锁螺栓的螺筒轴心延长线成直角,塑料轮叉两横向穿孔的里端各有一凸圈;PU轮是两侧面的中间各镶嵌一轴承的PU轮,PU轮通过对锁螺栓与带嵌件的塑料轮叉两横向的穿孔连接;四带嵌件的塑料轮叉的轴从下向上穿入嵌于两面板前后端的四下轴承和四上轴承的内孔中,并用四嵌件圆盖的平基螺栓拧接于对锁螺栓的螺筒顶部的螺纹孔中定位;嵌件圆盖是由一塑料圆盖注塑于一平机内六角螺栓的顶头,嵌件圆盖顶部的中间有一圆孔,嵌件圆盖顶部中间的圆孔,与平基螺栓的顶头的内六角沉孔相对应连通,四嵌件圆盖拧接于四对锁螺栓的螺筒的螺纹孔中,并位于面板的上沉孔的顶部。
本发明的有益效果是:将铝嵌件注塑于面板中,使面板的前部和后部能设计成杆形,将铝嵌件的前端和后部转有上下向带向前斜向的圆穿孔,并使该斜向与面板前后端上下沉孔的中心连线的角度一致,使得面板的注塑模只需上下模,而无需另加抽芯模,使得面板的注塑模得以简化,并且注塑退模速度更快;面板的中部能设计成带椭圆孔的圆片状,外观更具有现代感和更加精致,而且能达到足够的强度;将防磨底条制成扁条形的尼龙件,通过螺栓拧接于本发明底面两椭圆孔的外侧的底部,本发明整体外形视觉感观更好,并能用钥匙扣穿入椭圆孔孔中扣挂于皮带扣上,更加便携;在本产品中多配一副防磨底条,让本产品防磨底条用了磨损后进行替换;采用带嵌件的塑料轮叉,将轮叉嵌件作为受力的骨架,将塑料轮叉作为外形精美流畅的造型,使得强度和外观造型两兼得,并且与面板配合后的外观效果更佳;嵌件圆盖采用塑料圆盖注塑于平机螺栓的顶部,可以将平基螺栓拧入对锁螺栓的螺筒中后,将塑料圆盖定位于面板前后的上沉孔中,并在嵌件圆盖的圆孔中塞入柱形塞,使得本发明整体外观更好;本发明可以做得更轻、厚度更薄、外形更小、长度更短、重量更轻、造型更科幻。

四所述带嵌件的塑料轮叉4对锁螺栓的螺筒412从下向上穿入嵌于两所述面板2前后端的四所述的下轴承和四所述的上轴承的内孔中,并用四所述的嵌件圆盖6的平基螺栓拧接于四所述对锁螺栓的螺筒412顶部的螺纹孔中定位。
所述的嵌件圆盖6包括塑料圆盖、平基螺栓和柱形塞,塑料圆盖是圆经φ21mm圆饼形的塑料圆盖,塑料圆盖注塑于M6×16mm平基螺栓的顶头,塑料圆盖顶部有球面状上抛,塑料圆盖顶部有一上下向的圆孔,塑料圆盖的圆孔与M6×16mm平基螺栓顶头的内六角沉孔对应、并连通,塑料圆盖圆孔的孔径略大于平基螺栓的内六角沉孔,塑料圆盖底面有向下的突圈,塑料圆盖向下的突圈,相较于塑料圆盖φ21mm的圆经边沿,向下突出1mm,柱形塞是一圆柱形的塑料塞,柱形塞的圆柱形的圆经与塑料圆盖圆孔的孔径相同,四所述嵌件圆盖6拧接于四所述对锁螺栓的螺筒412的螺纹孔中,并位于所述面板2的上沉孔的顶部,拧接于所述对锁螺栓的螺筒412的螺纹孔中的所述嵌件圆盖6,与所述面板2的上沉孔作无障碍旋转配合,四柱形塞塞入四所述嵌件圆盖6塑料圆盖的圆孔中。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,包括铝嵌件、面板、防磨底条、下轴承、上轴承、带嵌件的塑料轮叉、PU轮和嵌件圆盖,其特征是:铝嵌件是由H型的铝型材压弯成倒放的几字形,并在成形后方嵌件的前端和后部的上下向,各钻有一带斜向的圆穿孔,铝嵌件的前端和后部圆穿孔的斜向,与倒放的几字形的横划形成向前的79.5°的夹角,然后将加工完毕的铝嵌件注塑于面板中;面板是由塑料注塑而成,面板的前部呈杆形,面板杆形的截面成上半部为半圆形、下半部为扁椭圆形的下半边,面板的杆形呈圆弧状的上抛,面板的前端一体连接一竖向的前圆柱形,面板的前端竖向前圆柱形呈上小下大的锥形,与竖向前圆柱形连接的面板杆形的前端,呈前大后小的火柴头形状,面板前端的前圆柱形呈向前79.5°的倾斜,面板前端前圆柱形上下侧各有一沉孔,面板前端的上下沉孔之间连有通孔,面板的后部呈直角向上竖起的扁圆柱形,面板后部的扁圆柱形的横向截面成前半部为半圆形、后半部为扁椭圆形的后半边,面板扁圆柱形上端向后一体连接一竖向的后圆柱形,面板的后端竖向后圆柱形呈上小下大的锥形,面板后端的后圆柱形呈向前79.5°的倾斜,面板的后圆柱形的上下侧各有一沉孔,面板后端的上下沉孔之间连有通孔,面板前端上下沉孔的中心连线,和面板后端上下沉孔的中心连线,都与面板圆片状底面呈向前的79.5°的夹角,面板中部、位于杆形和扁圆柱形之间,一体连有一圆片状底面,圆片状底面中间的两边各有一上下向的椭圆孔,圆片状底面两椭圆孔的外侧的底部,各有一向上的凹陷、凹陷的两头有向上拧接孔,面板向上的拧接孔与面板圆片状底面呈向前79.5°的斜向,面板杆形前端与竖向圆柱形连接处的上下向,有一带向前倾斜的穿孔,面板前端上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔与铝嵌件前端的圆穿孔相对应,面板圆片状底面后部的上下向,有一带向前倾斜的穿孔,面板圆片状底面后部上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔与铝嵌件后部的圆穿孔相对应,在面板前端上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔中,从上向下塞有一闷塞,在面板圆片状底面后部上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔中,从上向下塞有一闷塞,面板前部的杆形与面板圆片状底面连接处的左右两侧带有圆弧凹形的连边,面板后部呈直角向上竖起的扁圆柱形与面板圆片状底面连接处的左右两侧带有圆弧凹形的连边,面板后部呈直角向上竖起的扁圆柱形的上顶部的前侧呈圆弧抛面状的斜面,面板圆片状底面的上圆周左右两侧呈圆弧形的边角,面板圆片状底面的下圆周呈圆弧形的边角,面板圆片状底面两椭圆孔的上圆周和下圆周呈圆弧形的边角,面板前端前圆柱形上顶面的前侧和左右两侧呈圆弧形的边角,面板后端后圆柱形上顶面的后侧和左右两侧呈圆弧形的边角,面板前端前圆柱形下底面的前侧和左右两侧呈圆弧形的边角,面板后端后圆柱形下底面的后侧和左右两侧呈圆弧形的边角,面板圆片状底面两椭圆孔上侧的周围带有防滑颗粒,防滑颗粒是呈锥形;防磨底条是一条形的尼龙件,防磨底条的两头各有一向上的沉孔连通贯通孔,两防磨底条通过四自攻螺栓与面板两椭圆孔的外侧底部凹陷的四拧接孔拧接;下轴承是628型号的深沟球轴承,上轴承是608型号的深沟球轴承,两下轴承嵌于面板前端和后端的下沉孔中,两上轴承嵌于面板前端和后端顶部的上沉孔中;带嵌件的塑料轮叉包括轮叉嵌件和塑料轮叉,轮叉嵌件由金属轮叉和对锁螺栓的螺筒构成,金属轮叉是用的扁条形金属冲压成的∩形,金属轮叉两下端的侧面有冲有相互的对穿孔,金属轮叉两下端相互的对穿孔的孔径为φ8mm,金属轮叉两底端冲成圆角,金属轮叉的顶部通过点焊与对锁螺栓的螺筒焊接,然后用氩弧焊加固,对锁螺栓的螺筒杆径是φ8mm,与金属轮叉焊接后,对锁螺栓的螺筒轴心线与金属轮叉两下端相互的对穿孔的连线相距27mm,轮叉嵌件的金属轮叉注塑于塑料轮叉中,轮叉嵌件对锁螺栓的螺筒的杆形,完全裸露于塑料轮叉之外,塑料轮叉与轮叉嵌件注塑连接后,塑料轮叉顶部上侧面呈球形面的上抛,塑料轮叉的顶部的下侧面,呈∩形的拱形门形状,塑料轮叉的两侧向下一体连接两叉片,塑料轮叉的两叉片略成上宽下窄并呈弧形面的外抛,塑料轮叉两叉片的底端呈向下的半圆形,塑料轮叉两叉片向下半圆形的外侧边沿为圆角,塑料轮叉的两叉片下端的外侧,各有一横向的沉孔,塑料轮叉的两沉孔各向内侧连接一横向的穿孔,塑料轮叉两横向穿孔的孔心连线与轮叉嵌件对锁螺栓的螺筒轴心延长线成直角,塑料轮叉两横向穿孔的里端各有一凸圈;PU轮是两侧面的中间各镶嵌一轴承的PU轮,PU轮通过对锁螺栓与带嵌件的塑料轮叉两横向的穿孔连接;四带嵌件的塑料轮叉的轴从下向上穿入嵌于两面板前后端的四下轴承和四上轴承的内孔中,并用四嵌件圆盖的平基螺栓拧接于对锁螺栓的螺筒顶部的螺纹孔中定位;嵌件圆盖是由一塑料圆盖注塑于一平机内六角螺栓的顶头,嵌件圆盖顶部的中间有一圆孔,嵌件圆盖顶部中间的圆孔,与平基螺栓的顶头的内六角沉孔相对应连通,四嵌件圆盖拧接于四对锁螺栓的螺筒的螺纹孔中,并位于面板的上沉孔的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述铝嵌件的H型的铝型材是高为9mm、宽为13mm的H型的铝挤型材,H型的铝型材有上下槽,H型的铝型材的四边角为圆角,H型的铝型材上下槽的深度宽度都为2.8mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述铝嵌件倒放的几字形前部呈向上的圆弧状,所述铝嵌件倒放的几字形的后部呈直角上翘,所述铝嵌件后部呈直角上翘的上部冲有一长孔,所述铝嵌件上翘上部的一长孔,位于H型铝型材的上下槽之中,注塑于所述面板中的所述铝嵌件,位于所述面板纵向的中间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述面板前端的上沉孔是直径为φ22mm深度为9mm的沉孔,所述面板前端的下沉孔是直径为φ24mm深度为8mm的沉孔,所述面板前端的上下沉孔之间连有通孔,所述面板后端的上沉孔是直径为φ22mm深度为9mm的沉孔,所述面板后端的下沉孔是直径为φ24mm深度为8mm的沉孔。
  5. 据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:在所述面板前端和后部上下向带向前倾斜的穿孔中的闷塞的顶端,与所述面板的上表面镶平。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述面板圆片状底面中间的纵向有一下凸的圆经状凸筋,所述面板圆片状底面两椭圆孔下侧的周围带有下凸的圆经状凸筋,所述面板圆片状底面底部的前边和后边带有下凸的圆经状凸筋,所述面板圆片状底面底部的前边和后边的圆经状凸筋与所述面板圆片状底面中间的纵向下凸的圆经状凸筋以及所述面板圆片状底面两椭圆孔下侧周围的圆经状凸筋连贯。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述的防磨底条采用改性尼龙注塑而成,所述防磨底条底面的沉孔连通的贯通孔与所述面板浅凹陷两头的向上拧接孔相对应。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述的金属轮叉是用3mm×16mm的扁条形金属冲压成的∩形,所述对锁螺栓的螺筒顶端的中间有一轴向的螺纹孔,所述对锁螺栓的螺筒顶端中间的螺纹孔为M6。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述塑料轮叉两叉片的内侧为平面,所述塑料轮叉两叉片开档内侧面的间距为27mm,所述塑料轮叉两叉片内侧与外侧的平均厚度为7mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述塑料轮叉的两叉片下端沉孔的直径为φ13.5mm,所述塑料轮叉的两横向穿孔的孔径为φ8mm,所述塑料轮叉两横向穿孔的孔心连线,相较于所述对锁螺栓的螺筒轴心延长线相距27mm,所述塑料轮叉两横向穿孔的孔心连线位于所述对锁螺栓的螺筒轴心延长线之后。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述塑料轮叉的两叉片为前厚后薄,所述塑料轮叉两叉片的前厚后薄形成易于脱模的楔形,所述塑料轮叉的顶部的下侧面的拱形门形状,成前低后高的斜向,所述塑料轮叉的凸圈向里作1.5mm凸起,所述塑料轮叉里端的凸圈,与PU轮中心两侧的轴承的内圈相对应。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:所述的嵌件圆盖包括塑料圆盖、平基螺栓和柱形塞,塑料圆盖是圆经φ21mm圆饼形的塑料圆盖,塑料圆盖注塑于M6×16mm平基螺栓的顶头,塑料圆盖顶部有球面状上抛,塑料圆盖顶部有一上下向的圆孔.
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的新型工艺的摆脚式旱冰鞋,其特征是:塑料圆盖圆孔的孔径略大于平基螺栓的内六角沉孔,塑料圆盖底面有向下的凸圈,塑料圆盖向下的凸圈,相较于塑料圆盖φ21mm的圆经边沿,向下突出1mm,柱形塞是一圆柱形的塑料塞,柱形塞的圆柱形的圆经与塑料圆盖圆孔的孔径相同,拧接于所述对锁螺栓的螺筒的螺纹孔中的所述嵌件圆盖,与所述面板的上沉孔作无障碍旋转配合,四柱形塞塞入四所述嵌件圆盖塑料圆盖的圆孔中。
