背景技术
现今著作权的概念已是越来越受到重视,尤其是照片与图片一类的图档更是如此,尤其当某些创作者本人拍摄的照片,由于具有特别的创作意义与艺术价值,故将会具有一定的商业价值,但由于目前是一个将照片与图片数字化的年代,故当创作者本人要上传某张自己创作的图档至某个网站或是将图档mail给某个单位时,则会先于一般操作系统(例如windows)内建的软件来输入创作者的信息,例如能够于一张图片(如JPEG、TIFF、RIFF)处右键单击时出现许多选项,当点选“内容”时,会出现“一般”、“安全性”与“详细数据”的字段,于“详细数据”的字段中所看到的属性与值则是以一般操作系统内建的软件所能看到EXIF值的字段,因此创作者则能够直接于相对的字段中输入相关的授权信息,以使其他人收到此文件时,由于文件中已显示有授权信息,故借此来证明此文件已为一被许可证文件。
技术问题
但上述做法有一缺点是,由于一般操作系统(例如windows)内建的软件所能看到EXIF值的字段,是一般使用者都能够看到并进行修改的,因此如此授权保护的效果是非常有限的,故若能够改善此问题,才能够更有效地达到授权保护的效果,因此此问题急需被解决。
为了克服上述缺点,若能够设计出一种能够使其版权信息无法被轻易修改,并会对版权信息进行加密,如此将能够于图片文件受到非创作者本人使用时,则能够通过版权检查来查出是否侵权,并借此做为证据进行侵权处理等后续动作,则为本发明的一最佳解决方案。
技术解决方案
本发明涉及一种图片版权管控系统及其方法,为一种能够使其版权信息无法被轻易修改,并会对版权信息进行加密,如此将能够于图片文件受到非创作者本人使用时,通过版权检查来查出是否侵权,并借此做为证据进行侵权处理等后续动作的图片版权管控系统及其方法。
一种图片版权管控系统,包括:一数据库平台,储存有多张图片,每张图片中具有EXIF值,且该EXIF值中具有多个属性值字段,而至少一个属性值字段中具有一版权标识符;一服务器平台,与该数据库平台联机,该服务器平台包括一图片接收模块,用以接收至少一张被上传图片,而该被上传图片中具有EXIF值,且该EXIF值中具有多个属性值字段;一版权检查模块,与该图片接收模块连接,用以搜寻该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的任一个属性值字段,并与该数据库平台中的所有的版权标识符进行比对,以搜寻并判断被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段是否具有一已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符;一加密模块,与一版权写入模块连接,用以将一版权信息进行加密为一版权标识符;一版权写入模块,与该版权检查模块及该加密模块连接,于该EXIF值的属性值字段中,并未搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符时,则能够于该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段中写入该加密模块所加密的版权标识符;一版权登录模块,与该版权写入模块连接,用以将已写入版权标识符的被上传图片储存于该数据库平台中;以及一版权回报模块,与该版权检查模块连接,于该EXIF值的属性值字段中,若已搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则能够回报该张被上传图片的版权信息。
更具体地说,所述加密模块对该版权信息以键值加密为一版权标识符。
更具体地说,所述服务器平台还包括一译码模块,该译码模块与该版权回报模块连接,用以将已搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符解密为该版权信息。
更具体地说,所述数据库平台所储存的图片与该被上传图片为JPEG、TIFF或RIFF格式。

一种图片版权管控方法,其方法为:
(1)于一图片被上传后,搜寻该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的任一个属性值字段中,是否具有一已储存于一数据库平台中的版权标识符;
(2)若于被上传图片中,并未搜寻到任一个已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则将一版权信息经过加密为一版权标识符后,再写入该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段中;
(3)之后,再将该已写入版权标识符的被上传图片储存于该数据库平台中;以及
(4)反之,若于被上传图片中搜寻到有至少一个已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则能够回报该张被上传图片的版权信息。
更具体地说,所述版权信息以键值加密为一版权标识符。
更具体地说,所述译码模块还能够将一已搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符进行解密为该版权信息。
更具体的说,所述加密的版权标识符所写入的属性值字段为一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的字段。

该服务器平台2包括一图片接收模块21、一版权检查模块22、一版权写入模块23、一加密模块24、一版权登录模块25、一版权回报模块26、一译码模块27及一网站建立模块28,其中,该图片接收模块21用以接收至少一张被上传图片(图片为JPEG、TIFF或RIFF格式),而该被上传图片中具有EXIF值,且该EXIF值中具有多个属性值字段;而此处接收图片的方式能够为网页上传(通过该网站建立模块28所建立的网页)或是其他能够将图片传送到该服务器平台2的方式(例如E-MAIL);

而若该版权检查模块22于该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的任一个属性值字段没有搜寻到任何版权标识符或是没有搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台1中的版权标识符,则能够先通过该加密模块24先将一版权信息进行键值加密为一版权标识符后,再通过该版权写入模块23将所加密的版权标识符写入该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段中,而该版权写入模块23将版权标识符写入后,则会把已写入版权标识符的被上传图片储存于该数据库平台1中;
而本发明所提及的EXIF值中的属性值字段,分为一般操作系统(例如WINDOWS)内建软件能够显示的字段与一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的字段,而经过加密的版权标识符则必须写入一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的字段内,而通过本发明的测试,一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的EXIF值中的属性值字段,例如有对焦比(FNumber)、图片描述(ImageDescription)、快门速度值(ShutterSpeedValue)等(任何一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的EXIF值中的属性值字段都属于本发明的应用范围),由于一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的EXIF值中的属性值字段很多,故没有全部于本实施例中写出,但由于EXIF值中的属性值字段数量与名称是固定的,因此虽然其他一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的EXIF值中的属性值字段并未于本实施例中提出,但本领域技术人员应会了解有哪些EXIF值中的属性值字段是一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的,故在此并不多加赘述;另外,该版权写入模块23也能够将部分版权信息写入该一般操作系统内建软件能够显示的字段内。
而当要进行版权检测时,用户通过一计算机设备3(或智能型手持装置)连上该网站建立模块28所建立的网页281时,如图3A所示,会先指示使用者必须将相片拖曳或是直接选择相片,当用户选择两张图片时,如图3B所示,第一张图片的相片文件名是IMG_1806_2.jpg,著作权人为book,肖像权人为book,拍摄日期为2014.01.24 10:58:40,上传日期为2015.06.09 14:45:36,授权使用范围为web、印刷、商用,版权属于PhotoU及著作权、肖像权,严禁未经授权使用,违者依法办理;
但第二张图片,由于并未检查到版权标识符,因此显示“目前显示无版权信息/无法测得版权信息”,故用户能够直接点击“申请版权”以写入版权标识符。

由对焦比(Fnumber)属性值字段及快门速度值(ShutterSpeedValue)属性值字段的一栏内容可知,都是加密的版权标识符,一方面一般使用者是没有办法通过一般操作系统内建软件来显示与修改内容的,而且版权标识符也经过加密,更无法让人发觉内含什么信息,若是有人强行查询其内容,也无法查觉内含有任何的版权信息。
然而上述于快门速度值(ShutterSpeedValue)属性值字段所储存的内容(购买人ID+授权范围+交易日期+订单编号),也能够直接储存于该数据库平台1中,并以会员ID或相片ID做为标签,因此当由该对焦比(Fnumber)属性值字段取得会员ID+相片ID后,即可于该数据库平台1中以会员ID或相片ID查询购买人ID+授权范围+交易日期+订单编号,因此该快门速度值(ShutterSpeedValue)属性值字段也可不需用于储存购买人ID+授权范围+交易日期+订单编号加密后的版权标识符,于本实施例中,甚至可以不需使用快门速度值(ShutterSpeedValue)属性值字段。

504:反之,若于被上传图片中搜寻到有至少一个已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则能够回报该张被上传图片的版权信息。
本发明所提供的图片版权管控系统及其方法,与其他现有技术相互比,其优点如下:
(1)本发明能够使其版权信息无法被轻易修改,并会对版权信息进行加密,如此能够于图片文件受到非创作者本人使用时,能够通过版权检查来查出是否侵权,并借此做为证据进行侵权处理等后续动作。
(2)本发明能够于一般操作系统内建软件能够显示的字段内写入版权信息、并于一般操作系统内建软件能够显示的字段内写入版权标识符,该版权标识符则内含更详细的版权信息,且经过加密后,不但不易被人破解,其版权标识符更不易被人发现具有版权信息。
本发明已通过上述的实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,本领域技术人员在了解本发明前述的技术特征及实施例并在不脱离本发明的技术方案的基础上,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的专利保护范围以权利要求中限定的为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种图片版权管控系统,其特征在于:包括:
    一数据库平台,储存有多张图片,每张图片中具有EXIF值,且该EXIF值中具有多个属性值字段,而至少一个属性值字段中具有一版权标识符;
    一服务器平台,与该数据库平台联机,该服务器平台包括:
    一图片接收模块,用以接收至少一张被上传图片,而该被上传图片中具有EXIF值,且该EXIF值中具有多个属性值字段;
    一版权检查模块,与该图片接收模块连接,用以搜寻该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的任一个属性值字段,并与该数据库平台中的所有的版权标识符进行比对,以搜寻并判断被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段是否具有一已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符;
    一加密模块,与一版权写入模块连接,用以将一版权信息进行加密为一版权标识符;
    一版权写入模块,与该版权检查模块及该加密模块连接,于该EXIF值的属性值字段中,并未搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符时,则于该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段中写入该加密模块所加密的版权标识符;
    一版权登录模块,与该版权写入模块连接,用以将已写入版权标识符的被上传图片储存于该数据库平台中;以及
    一版权回报模块,与该版权检查模块连接,于该EXIF值的属性值字段中,若已搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则回报该张被上传图片的版权信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的图片版权管控系统,其特征在于:该加密模块对该版权信息以键值加密为一版权标识符。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的图片版权管控系统,其特征在于:该服务器平台还包括一译码模块,该译码模块与该版权回报模块连接,用以将已搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符解密为该版权信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的图片版权管控系统,其特征在于:该数据库平台所储存的图片与该被上传图片为JPEG、TIFF或RIFF格式。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的图片版权管控系统,其特征在于:加密的版权标识符所写入的属性值字段为一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的字段。
  6. 一种图片版权管控方法,其特征在于:其方法为:
    于一图片被上传后,搜寻该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的任一个属性值字段中,是否具有一已储存于一数据库平台中的版权标识符;
    若于被上传图片中,并未搜寻到任一个已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则将一版权信息经过加密为一版权标识符后,再写入该被上传图片中的EXIF值中的属性值字段中;
    之后,再将该已写入版权标识符的被上传图片储存于该数据库平台中;以及
    反之,若于被上传图片中搜寻到有至少一个已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符,则回报该张被上传图片的版权信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的图片版权管控方法,其特征在于:该版权信息以键值加密为一版权标识符。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的图片版权管控方法,其特征在于:还能够将一已搜寻到已储存于该数据库平台中的版权标识符进行解密为该版权信息。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的图片版权管控方法,其特征在于:加密的版权标识符所写入的属性值字段为一般操作系统内建软件所无法显示的字段。
