综上所述,根据本发明实施例的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理方法,实时获取燃气灶的燃气泄漏量,并判断燃气泄漏量是否大于第一预定阈值,如果燃气泄漏量大于第一预定阈值,则控制燃气灶停止输出燃气,并控制换气设备开启,在控制换气设备开启后的预设时间内,如果燃气泄漏量大于第二预定阈值,则控制所有家电设备断电。因此,本发明实施例的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理方法,在发生燃气泄漏时,通过控制燃气灶停止输出燃气以防止燃气继续泄漏,并控制换气设备开启以对室内进行通风换气,从而能够快速降低室内的燃气含量,有效防止燃气中毒事故发生,并且,在控制换气设备开启一段时间后,如果室内的燃气含量仍比较高,则控制所有家电设备断电,以防止火灾等事故发生。
图2是根据本发明实施例的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置的方框示意图。如图2所示,该燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置包括:燃气泄漏获取模块10和控制器20。
其中,燃气泄漏获取模块10用于获取燃气灶的燃气泄漏量,控制器20与燃气泄漏获取模块10相连,控制器20判断燃气泄漏量是否大于第一预定阈值,并在燃气泄漏量大于第一预定阈值时,控制器20控制燃气灶停止输出燃气,并控制换气设备开启,以及在控制换气设备开启后的预设时间内,如果控制器20判断燃气泄漏量大于第二预定阈值,则控制器20控制所有家电设备断电。其中,第二预定阈值大于第一预定阈值,优选地,第一预定阈值可以为10-20%LEL,第二预定阈值可以为50-60%LEL。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图3所示,上述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置还包括:报警模块30,报警模块30与控制器20相连,其中,控制器20控制报警模块30发出报警提示。其中,在报警模块30发出报警提示的状态下,控制器20禁止燃气灶开启。
根据本发明的一个实施例,控制器20还用于发送燃气泄漏故障信息至用户的移动终端。
具体而言,在发生燃气泄漏时,如果燃气泄漏量大于第一预定阈值,则通过控制器20控制燃气灶停止输出燃气以防止燃气继续泄漏,同时控制换气设备如油烟机、空调器等进行通风换气,以便快速降低室内燃气含量,防止燃气中毒事故发生。另外,控制器20还可控
制报警模块30发出报警提示,并在发出报警提示的状态下,禁止燃气灶开启,有效防止用户在未知室内燃气含量的情况下,开启燃气灶而引发火灾等事故。此外,如果用户未在家中,还可以通过移动终端接收燃气泄漏故障信息,以便用户能够第一时间采取有效措施。
根据本发明的一个实施例,控制器20还用于发送报警信号至相关部门。可以理解的是,当燃气泄漏比较严重时,如果通过换气设备进行通风换气仍无法使得室内的燃气含量降低或者室内的燃气含量仍处于上升趋势,则控制器20将发送报警信号至相关部门如物业、消防部门等,相关部门可以在第一时间采取有效措施,防止事故严重化。
具体地,燃气泄漏获取模块10实时获取燃气灶的燃气泄漏量,当获取的燃气灶的燃气泄漏量大于第一预定阈值如10-20%LEL时,控制器20控制燃气灶停止输出燃气,如果此时燃气灶处于开启状态,控制器20还可控制燃气灶关闭,并发送无线信号至油烟机、空调器等换气设备,以控制油烟机、空调器等换气设备开启,进行通风换气,同时控制器20还可发出报警提示,并在发出报警提示的状态下,禁止燃气灶开启,并将燃气泄漏故障信息发送至用户的移动终端、服务器等。当所有联动的换气设备开启后,如果燃气浓度仍有上升趋势,即在控制换气设备开启后的预设时间内,如果燃气泄漏获取模块10获取的燃气泄漏量大于第二预定阈值如50-60%LEL,则控制器20控制所有家电设备断电,并发送报警信号至相关部门如物业、消防部门等。
根据本发明实施例的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,燃气泄漏获取模块实时获取燃气灶的燃气泄漏量,控制器判断燃气泄漏量是否大于第一预定阈值,并在燃气泄漏量大于第一预定阈值时,控制器控制燃气灶停止输出燃气,并控制换气设备开启,以及在控制换气设备开启后的预设时间内,如果控制器判断燃气泄漏量大于第二预定阈值,则控制器控制所有家电设备断电。因此,本发明实施例的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,在发生燃气泄漏时,通过控制燃气灶停止输出燃气以防止燃气继续泄漏,并控制换气设备开启以对室内进行通风换气,从而能够快速降低室内的燃气含量,有效防止燃气中毒事故发生,并且,在控制换气设备开启一段时间后,如果室内的燃气含量仍比较高,则控制所有家电设备断电,以防止火灾等事故发生。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者
隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (9)
- 一种燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:获取所述燃气灶的燃气泄漏量;判断所述燃气泄漏量是否大于第一预定阈值;如果所述燃气泄漏量大于所述第一预定阈值,则控制所述燃气灶停止输出燃气,并控制所述换气设备开启;在控制所述换气设备开启后的预设时间内,如果所述燃气泄漏量大于所述第二预定阈值,则控制所有家电设备断电。
- 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:发出报警提示,并在发出所述报警提示的状态下,禁止所述燃气灶开启。
- 如权利要求2所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:发送燃气泄漏故障信息至用户的移动终端。
- 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:发送报警信号至相关部门。
- 一种燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,其特征在于,包括:燃气泄漏获取模块,用于获取所述燃气灶的燃气泄漏量;控制器,所述控制器与所述燃气泄漏获取模块相连,所述控制器判断所述燃气泄漏量是否大于第一预定阈值,并在所述燃气泄漏量大于所述第一预定阈值时,所述控制器控制所述燃气灶停止输出燃气,并控制所述换气设备开启,以及在控制所述换气设备开启后的预设时间内,如果所述控制器判断所述燃气泄漏量大于所述第二预定阈值,则所述控制器控制所有家电设备断电。
- 如权利要求5所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:报警模块,所述报警模块与所述控制器相连,其中,所述控制器控制所述报警模块发出报警提示。
- 如权利要求6所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,其特征在于,在所述报警模块发出报警提示的状态下,所述控制器禁止所述燃气灶开启。
- 如权利要求6所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于发送燃气泄漏故障信息至用户的移动终端。
- 如权利要求5所述的燃气灶的燃气泄漏处理装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于发送报警信号至相关部门。
