本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种搜索节目的方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,用户观看视频时可能想对感兴趣的视频进行进一步的了解,比如在观看直播视频时,被节目中某一段内容、某一个演员、某一段音乐所打动时,却苦于无法及时了解相关信息,用户通常会求助IPTV系统的搜索系统,但当前搜索的功能只是做到用户输入一些关键字,系统进行匹配搜索。
这样可以看出现播放系统的弊端:1.时效性差,无法让用户及时了解信息;2.搜索简单,远远不能满足用户对该视频周边相关信息进一步全面了解的需求;3.用户操作繁琐,需要找到系统的搜索功能进行查找,如果使用遥控器就更增加用户操作负担。
针对相关技术中,播放系统的搜索操作复杂,搜索结果不全面,时效性差的问题,目前还没有有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种搜索节目的方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中播放系统的搜索操作复杂,搜索结果不全面,时效性差的问题。

提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息;

依据所述节目特征信息进行搜索。

在本实施例中提供了一种搜索节目的方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的一种搜索节目的方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息;
步骤S104,获取该视频流、该音频流以及该节目单信息的节目特征信息,该节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词;
步骤S106,依据该节目特征信息进行搜索。
通过上述步骤,提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息,获取该视频流、该音频流以及该节目单信息的节目特征信息,该节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词,依据该节目特征信息进行搜索,解决了播放系统的搜索操作复杂,搜索结果不全面,时效性差的问题,提高了搜索的准确性和便捷性。
在本实施例中,可以获取预设时间段的该节目内容,提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息。
在本实施例中,获取该视频流、该音频流以及该节目单信息的节目特征信息可以包括以下至少之一:
通过色调、对比度将该视频流分解为一个或多个图像场景,将该图像场景中人物图像进行多任务并行分析,并对该人物图像进行跟踪打点,得到该人物关键词;
通过该音频流的音色、音调获取该音乐关键词;
收集该音频流的音频信息,提取频繁出现的该声音关键词;
获取该节目单的该节目内容关键词,该节目内容关键字包括以下至少之一:节目的名称、演员表、关键词和评价标签热词。
在本实施例中,可以依据该节目特征信息与数据库信息进行综合匹配分析提取交集信息,根据该交集信息进行搜索。
在本实施例中,获取该视频流的节目特征信息可以有多种方式,可以通过遥控终端获取,该遥控终端包括:没屏的遥控器,有屏的遥控器等,其中,可以发送该视频流给对应的遥控终端;接收该遥控终端发送的与该视频流对应的该人物关键词,该人物关键词是该遥控终端识别该视频流的人物图像确定的;该遥控终端识别该视频流的人物图像包括以下之一:接收 触控操作识别该视频流的人物图像,该触摸操作包括画圈触控或者双击触控选择该视频流的人物图像;
接收光标选择的人物图像。
在本实施例中,依据该节目特征信息进行搜索,将该搜索的结果发送给遥控终端。
在本实施例中还提供了一种搜索节目的装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的一种搜索节目的装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括
提取模块22,设置为提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息;
第一获取模块24,设置为获取该视频流、该音频流以及该节目单信息的节目特征信息,该节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词;
搜索模块26,设置为依据该节目特征信息进行搜索。
通过上述装置,提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息,获取该视频流、该音频流以及该节目单信息的节目特征信息,该节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词,依据该节目特征信息进行搜索,解决了播放系统的搜索操作复杂,搜索结果不全面,时效性差的问题,提高了搜索的准确性和便捷性。
在本实施例中,该装置还包括:
第二获取模块,获取预设时间段的该节目内容。
在本实施例中,第一获取模块24包括以下至少之一:
人物关键词单元,设置为通过色调、对比度将该视频流分解为一个或多个图像场景,将该图像场景中人物图像进行多任务并行分析,并对该人物图像进行跟踪打点,得到该人物关键词;
音乐关键词单元,设置为通过该音频流的音色、音调获取该音乐关键词;
声音关键词单元,设置为收集该音频流的音频信息,提取频繁出现的该声音关键词;
节目关键词单元,设置为获取该节目单的该节目内容关键词,该节目内容关键字包括以下至少之一:节目的名称、演员表、关键词和评价标签热词。
在本实施例中,该搜索模块26包括:
匹配单元,设置为依据该节目特征信息与数据库信息进行综合匹配分析提取交集信息, 根据该交集信息进行搜索。
在本实施例中,该第一获取模块24包括:
第一发送单元,设置为发送该视频流给对应的遥控终端;
接收单元,设置为接收该遥控终端发送的与该视频流对应的该人物关键词,该人物关键词是该遥控终端识别该视频流的人物图像确定的;该遥控终端识别该视频流的人物图像包括以下之一:接收触控操作识别该视频流的人物图像,该触摸操作包括画圈触控或者双击触控选择该视频流的人物图像;接收光标选择的人物图像。
在本实施例中,该装置还包括:
第二发送模块,设置为将该搜索的结果发送给遥控终端。
下面通过预选实施例和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本优选实施例通过对电视发送“一键搜索”指令,后台采集指令点前的一段节目内容,将其分解为视频流、音频流,结合节目单对正在播放的节目内容进行智能联想搜索,方便用户及时了解相关信息。通过与多终端平台相结合的操作方式,使搜索更准确、更便捷,不仅提升了用户体验,而且丰富了电视节目的选择度和娱乐性。
本优选实施例能在观看直播节目时对节目的相关信息进行智能联想搜索,为用户提供更多更丰富的选择。
图3是根据本发明优选实施例的交互流程示意图,如图3所示,本优选实施例所用到的技术方案包括:一回播数据采集模块,该模块采集“一键联想”按下前30秒节目的所有数据信息;一语音识别模块,设置为识别30秒内语音关键词,进行关键词匹配联想相关节目;一声音辨识模块,设置为辨识30秒内声音特质识别相似声音联想相关节目;一人像识别模块,设置为识别30秒内出现特写(篇幅大于画面的1/4)的演员;一节目单分析模块,该模块通过对节目单信息提取关键词进行搜索;一数据分析模块,该模块将之前四个模块的反馈结果进行数据交叉分析,综合得出最优结果。
图4是根据本发明优选实施例的在不同设备上的搜索流程示意图,如图4所示,下面是不同的设备上的搜索流程。
一、使用无屏遥控设备对播放终端节目内容的搜索方法
1、在无屏遥控设备发送搜索指令;
2、播放终端接收到遥控设备发出的搜索信号,系统自动开启采集模块对过去30秒的节目内容进行回播数据采集;
3、采集完成后,解码模块将收集到的节目内容分解为视频流、音频流和节目文本信息;
4、视频流分析过程
(1)视频分析模块通过色调、对比度将视频流分解为一个或多个场景后,后台使用图像识别模块,同时对几个场景中出现的演员进行多任务并行分析;
(2)系统识别出某个人物后,运动跟踪模块将对识别出的人物进行跟踪打点,若此跟踪点在场景内未消失,图像识别模块不再对当前人物进行图像匹配;
5音频流分析过程
(1)音频分析模块通过音色区分出不同特质的声音,获取不同声音片段;
(2)音频分析模块通过音调捕获音乐旋律;
(3)音频分析模块通过收集的音频信息,获取频繁出现的音频关键词;
6、节目单文本分析过程
节目单分析模块将获取此节目的名称、演员表、关键词和评价标签热词;
7、当数据分析完成后,数据匹配模块将对所获取的人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、音频关键词及节目内容关键词与数据库信息进行综合匹配分析提取交集信息,输出结果;
8数据匹配完成后,显示模块会将后台数据结果反馈至播放终端界面上。
二、使用有屏遥控设备对播放终端节目内容的搜索方法
1、在有屏设备(与电视在统一局域网内)上发送搜索指令;
2、播放终端接收到有屏遥控设备发出的搜索信号,系统自动开启采集模块对过去30秒的节目内容进行回播数据采集;
3、数据推送模块将30秒内数据推送至有屏遥控设备,有屏设备系统判断接收完成后将发出通知,让用户自行选择回播30秒节目内容或直接查看搜索结果;
4、若系统接收到“回播”命令,有屏遥控设备将进入视频播放模式;
(1)通过视频分析模块得到几个主要场景,在视频的播放时间轴上显示提醒标记,可用于快速定位;
(2)当系统接收到触控操作时,后台自动开启手势识别模块,接收到用户的画圈手势或点击操作时,播放器将暂停视频播放,视频分析模块将对此区域内的人像进行图像识别;
(3)开启数据分析模块,对所获取的人物关键词与数据库信息进行匹配分析,输出结果;
5、若系统接收到“查看搜索结果”命令,有屏遥控设备将接收播放终端分析出的数据结果;
6、数据匹配完成后,显示模块会将后台数据结果反馈至有屏设备界面上。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的电视端结果展现交互示意图,如图5所示,
应用场景一:通过遥控器对电视发送搜索指令,搜索结果在电视端呈现
在观看节目时,通过长按遥控器上的搜索键发送“一键联想”指令;
后台数据库开启语音识别、声音辨识、人像识别、节目单分析等模块,对采集的数据得出联想结果并进行分析,之后反馈至电视界面呈现。
图6是根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端和PC搜索结果展示示意图,如图6所示,
应用场景二:通过遥控器对电视发送搜索指令,搜索结果在移动终端呈现
在观看节目时,通过遥控器或与电视在同一局域网内且关联的移动终端设备发送“一键联想”指令;
后台数据库将采集分析的30秒内数据推送至所关联的移动终端,此时用户可在移动终端选择回看30秒节目内容或直接浏览搜索结果;
若用户选择回看30秒节目,可通过画圈或点击确定人像搜索区域,系统对此区域内的人像进行人脸识别搜索,将人脸识别关键词与后台数据库中的节目信息等进行智能搜索匹配,在移动终端呈现最优搜索结果;
若用户在移动终端上无任何操作,则后台数据库开启语音识别、声音辨识、人像识别、节目单分析等模块,对采集的数据得出联想结果并进行分析,之后在移动端呈现最优搜索结果。
应用场景三:通过遥控器对电视发送搜索指令,搜索结果在PC端呈现
在观看节目时,通过遥控器发送“一键联想”指令;
若此时有在同一局域网内且与电视关联的PC终端设备开启,后台数据库将采集分析的30秒内数据推送至所关联的PC终端,此时用户可在移动终端选择回看30秒节目内容或直接浏览搜索结果;
若用户选择回看30秒节目,可通过鼠标拖动选择搜索区域,系统对此区域内的人像进行人脸识别搜索,将人脸识别关键词与后台数据库中的节目信息等进行智能搜索匹配,呈现最优搜索结果。
使用场景分析:
观看电影、电视剧、综艺节目
当用户在观看正在播放的电影、电视剧、综艺节目时,进行“一键联想”可对相关演员、剧中台词、歌曲配乐、相关类型节目进行联想搜索。
观看赛事类节目
当用户在观看正在播放的体育、娱乐等赛事类节目时,进行“一键联想”可对参与赛事 的人员、相关赛事进行联想搜索。
观看新闻节目
当用户在观看正在播放的新闻节目时,进行“一键联想”可对30秒采集语音数据信息做关键词搜索。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行上述实施例的方法步骤的程序代码:
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行上述实施例的方法步骤。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息,获取该视频流、该音频流以及该节目单信息的节目特征信息,该节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词,依据该节目特征信息进行搜索,解决了播放系统的搜索操作复杂,搜索结果不全面,时效性差的问题,提高了搜索的准确性和便捷性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种搜索节目的方法,包括:
    提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息;
    获取所述视频流、所述音频流以及所述节目单信息的节目特征信息,所述节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词;
    依据所述节目特征信息进行搜索。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述提取所述节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息之前,包括:
    获取预设时间段的所述节目内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取所述视频流、所述音频流以及所述节目单信息的节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:
    通过色调、对比度将所述视频流分解为一个或多个图像场景,将所述图像场景中人物图像进行多任务并行分析,并对所述人物图像进行跟踪打点,得到所述人物关键词;
    通过所述音频流的音色、音调获取所述音乐关键词;
    收集所述音频流的音频信息,提取频繁出现的所述声音关键词;
    获取所述节目单的所述节目内容关键词,所述节目内容关键字包括以下至少之一:节目的名称、演员表、关键词和评价标签热词。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述依据所述节目特征信息进行搜索包括:
    依据所述节目特征信息与数据库信息进行综合匹配分析提取交集信息,根据所述交集信息进行搜索。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取所述视频流的节目特征信息包括:
    发送所述视频流给对应的遥控终端;
    接收所述遥控终端发送的与所述视频流对应的所述人物关键词,所述人物关键词是所述遥控终端识别所述视频流的人物图像确定的;
    所述遥控终端识别所述视频流的人物图像包括以下之一:
    接收触控操作识别所述视频流的人物图像,所述触摸操作包括画圈触控或者双击触控选择所述视频流的人物图像;
    接收光标选择的人物图像。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,依据所述节目特征信息进行搜索之后,包括:
    将所述搜索的结果发送给所述遥控终端。
  7. 一种搜索节目的装置,包括:
    提取模块,设置为提取节目内容的视频流、音频流以及节目单信息;
    第一获取模块,设置为获取所述视频流、所述音频流以及所述节目单信息的节目特征信息,所述节目特征信息包括以下至少之一:人物关键词、声音关键词、音乐关键词、节目内容关键词;
    搜索模块,设置为依据所述节目特征信息进行搜索。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二获取模块,获取预设时间段的所述节目内容。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括以下至少之一:
    人物关键词单元,设置为通过色调、对比度将所述视频流分解为一个或多个图像场景,将所述图像场景中人物图像进行多任务并行分析,并对所述人物图像进行跟踪打点,得到所述人物关键词;
    音乐关键词单元,设置为通过所述音频流的音色、音调获取所述音乐关键词;
    声音关键词单元,设置为收集所述音频流的音频信息,提取频繁出现的所述声音关键词;
    节目关键词单元,设置为获取所述节目单的所述节目内容关键词,所述节目内容关键字包括以下至少之一:节目的名称、演员表、关键词和评价标签热词。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述搜索模块包括:
    匹配单元,设置为依据所述节目特征信息与数据库信息进行综合匹配分析提取交集信息,根据所述交集信息进行搜索。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    第一发送单元,设置为发送所述视频流给对应的遥控终端;
    接收单元,设置为接收所述遥控终端发送的与所述视频流对应的所述人物关键词,所述人物关键词是所述遥控终端识别所述视频流的人物图像确定的;所述遥控终端识别所述视频流的人物图像包括以下之一:接收触控操作识别所述视频流的人物图像,所述触摸操作包括画圈触控或者双击触控选择所述视频流的人物图像;接收光标选择的人物图像。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为将所述搜索的结果发送给所述遥控终端。
