一种带有防火层的隔热屏罩的电缆 技术领域
本申请涉及电缆领域,具体为一种带有防火层的隔热屏罩的电缆。
背景技术
电缆在使用过程中往往散发一定热量。在电缆延伸进入具有各种电气部件的封闭空间内时,这种热量散发得不到散失而容易引起热量聚集,从而造成安全隐患。
而由于在狭小空间内电缆往往会发生一些电缆弯曲,这给电缆的热量流失装置的安装带来困难。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种带有防火层的隔热屏罩的电缆,其能够克服上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种带有防火层的隔热屏罩的电缆,包括置于所述隔热屏罩内的圆柱形的电缆本体以及包含上隔热屏罩和下隔热屏罩的所述隔热屏罩,所述上隔热屏罩和下隔热屏罩的罩壁均包括各自的底壁以及位于底壁两侧的侧壁,所述底壁分别与所述电缆本体的在直径上相对的两个圆顶部接触,所述底壁与所述电缆本体的在直径上相对的两个圆顶部的接触面上均设置有防火层,所述防火层由防火材料制成用于对所述电缆本体起到防火隔热的作用,在所述罩壁中均各自设置有沿着所述罩壁延伸的冷却流体通道,其中,所述下隔热屏罩的两个侧壁插入到所述上隔热屏罩的两个侧壁之间,并且所述下隔热屏罩的侧壁中的冷却流体通道与所述上隔热屏罩的侧壁中的冷却流体通道在所述侧壁的延伸方向上交叠,所述下隔热屏罩的两个侧壁上分别设置有包括主体延伸部、从所述主体延伸部的中部凸出的凸出部以及在所述主体延伸部的末端的第一锁定部的下锁紧部件,其中,所述主体延伸部的与所述第一锁定部连接的所述末端相对的另一端与所述下隔热屏罩的底壁邻接,所述凸出部的第一侧面与所述下隔热屏罩的侧壁的末端抵接,所述凸出部的第二侧面设置有下弹性垫,所述上隔热屏罩的两个侧壁上通过沿着侧壁的延伸方向排列的固定凸出的阵列而可拆卸地固定设置有包括固定主体部、以及在所述固定主体部的末端的第二锁定部的上锁紧部件,由此所述上锁紧部件能够通过与所述固定凸出的阵列的接合而沿着所述固定凸出的阵列调整位置以适应不同直径的电缆本体,第二锁定部的末端设置有与所述下弹性垫抵接的上弹性垫,所述第一锁定部包括依次由第一斜面部、与所述侧壁的延伸方向平行的平面部以及用于锁定接合的第一台肩部组成的第一锁定轮廓,所述第二锁定部包括依次由用于在锁定过程中与所述第一斜面部和所述平面部滑动接合的第二斜面部以及用于在锁定完成时与所述第一台肩部接合以形成 锁定连接的第二台肩部组成的第二锁定轮廓,其中,所述第二台肩部上设置有从所述第二台肩部的平面上凸出到从所述第一台肩部的平面上内凹的锁定凹陷中的锁定凸出;由此,利用所述下弹性垫和所述上弹性垫的弹性变形,从而使得所述锁定凸出能够实现与所述锁定凹陷的锁紧接合并且能够在需要时通过将所述下弹性垫和所述上弹性垫压缩而实现脱开。
通过本发明,由于隔热屏罩的上下底壁均与电缆本体的两个直径相对的顶部接触,通过锁紧连接,该隔热屏罩通过自身材料的柔性能够跟随电缆本体自身的弯曲曲线;而且,通过上锁紧部件的位置调整能够适应不同直径的电缆。并且利用在罩壁内的冷却流体(如水)的流动,能够及时将热量带走。而通过在台肩部设置凸出,能够保证锁紧的可靠,并且利用两个弹性垫的弹性变形,能够保证该锁紧的实现并且保证锁紧脱开的实现,拆装通过将上下两个隔热屏罩克服弹性垫的弹性变形即可。而通过下锁紧件的具有斜面以及平面的轮廓与上锁紧件的具有斜面的轮廓的依次接合,能够确保锁紧过程的顺畅,该平面段能够确保锁紧过程在锁合发生时避免发生冲击。

根据实施例,一种带有防火层的隔热屏罩的电缆,包括置于所述隔热屏罩内的圆柱形的电缆本体9以及包含上隔热屏罩8和下隔热屏罩7的所述隔热屏罩,所述上隔热屏罩8和下隔热屏罩7的罩壁均包括各自的底壁80、70以及位于底壁80、70两侧的侧壁,所述底壁80、70分别与所述电缆本体9的在直径上相对的两个圆顶部接触,所述底壁80、70与所述电缆本体9的在直径上相对的两个圆顶部的接触面上均设置有防火层72,所述防火层72由防火材料制成用于对所述电缆本体9起到防火隔热的作用,在所述罩壁中均各自设置有沿着所述罩壁延伸的冷却流体通道81、71,其中,所述下隔热屏罩7的两个侧壁插入到所述上隔热屏罩8的两个侧壁之间,并且所述下隔热屏罩7的侧壁中的冷却流体通道71与所述上隔热屏罩8的侧壁中的冷却流体通道81在所述侧壁的延伸方向上交叠,所述下隔热屏罩7的两个侧壁上分别设置有包括主体延伸部35、从所述主体延伸部35的中部凸出的凸出部32以及在所述主体延伸部35的末端的第一锁定部38的下锁紧部件3,其中,所述主体延伸部35的与所述第一锁定部38连接的所述末端相对的另一端与所述下隔热屏罩7的底壁70邻接,所述凸出部32的第一侧面与所述下隔热屏罩7的侧壁的末端抵接,所述凸出部32的 第二侧面设置有下弹性垫33,所述上隔热屏罩8的两个侧壁上通过沿着侧壁的延伸方向排列的固定凸出的阵列82而可拆卸地固定设置有包括固定主体部45、以及在所述固定主体部45的末端的第二锁定部48的上锁紧部件4,由此所述上锁紧部件4能够通过与所述固定凸出的阵列82的接合而沿着所述固定凸出的阵列82调整位置以适应不同直径的电缆本体9,第二锁定部48的末端设置有与所述下弹性垫33抵接的上弹性垫43,所述第一锁定部38包括依次由第一斜面部31、与所述侧壁的延伸方向平行的平面部34以及用于锁定接合的第一台肩部312组成的第一锁定轮廓,所述第二锁定部48包括依次由用于在锁定过程中与所述第一斜面部31和所述平面部34滑动接合的第二斜面部41以及用于在锁定完成时与所述第一台肩部312接合以形成锁定连接的第二台肩部412组成的第二锁定轮廓,其中,所述第二台肩部412上设置有从所述第二台肩部的平面上凸出到从所述第一台肩部312的平面上内凹的锁定凹陷中的锁定凸出;由此,利用所述下弹性垫33和所述上弹性垫43的弹性变形,从而使得所述锁定凸出能够实现与所述锁定凹陷的锁紧接合并且能够在需要时通过将所述下弹性垫33和所述上弹性垫43压缩而实现脱开。
有益地,所述隔热屏罩的材料为柔性的,例如为含橡胶材料。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种带有防火层的隔热屏罩的电缆,包括置于所述隔热屏罩内的圆柱形的电缆本体(9)以及包含上隔热屏罩(8)和下隔热屏罩(7)的所述隔热屏罩,所述上隔热屏罩(8)和下隔热屏罩(7)的罩壁均包括各自的底壁(80、70)以及位于底壁(80、70)两侧的侧壁,所述底壁(80、70)分别与所述电缆本体(9)的在直径上相对的两个圆顶部接触,所述底壁(80、70)与所述电缆本体(9)的在直径上相对的两个圆顶部的接触面上均设置有防火层(72),所述防火层(72)由防火材料制成用于对所述电缆本体(9)起到防火隔热的作用,在所述所述罩壁中均各自设置有沿着所述罩壁延伸的冷却流体通道(81、71),其中,所述下隔热屏罩(7)的两个侧壁插入到所述上隔热屏罩(8)的两个侧壁之间,并且所述下隔热屏罩(7)的侧壁中的冷却流体通道(71)与所述上隔热屏罩(8)的侧壁中的冷却流体通道(81)在所述侧壁的延伸方向上交叠,所述下隔热屏罩(7)的两个侧壁上分别设置有包括主体延伸部(35)、从所述主体延伸部(35)的中部凸出的凸出部(32)以及在所述主体延伸部(35)的末端的第一锁定部(38)的下锁紧部件(3),其中,所述主体延伸部(35)的与所述第一锁定部(38)连接的所述末端相对的另一端与所述下隔热屏罩(7)的底壁(70)邻接,所述凸出部(32)的第一侧面与所述下隔热屏罩(7)的侧壁的末端抵接,所述凸出部(32)的第二侧面设置有下弹性垫(33),所述上隔热屏罩(8)的两个侧壁上通过沿着侧壁的延伸方向排列的固定凸出的阵列(82)而可拆卸地固定设置有包括固定主体部(45)、以及在所述固定主体部(45)的末端的第二锁定部(48)的上锁紧部件(4),由此所述上锁紧部件(4)能够通过与所述固定凸出的阵列(82)的接合而沿着所述固定凸出的阵列(82)调整位置以适应不同直径的电缆本体(9),第二锁定部(48)的末端设置有与所述下弹性垫(33)抵接的上弹性垫(43),所述第一锁定部(38)包括依次由第一斜面部(31)、与所述侧壁的延伸方向平行的平面部(34)以及用于锁定接合的第一台肩部(312)组成的第一锁定轮廓,所述第二锁定部(48)包括依次由用于在锁定过程中与所述第一斜面部(31)和所述平面部(34)滑动接合的第二斜面部(41)以及用于在锁定完成时与所述第一台肩部(312)接合以形成锁定连接的第二台肩部(412)组成的第二锁定轮廓,其中,所述第二台肩部(412)上设置有从所述第二台肩部(412)的平面上凸出到从所述第一台肩部(312)的平面上内凹的锁定凹陷中的锁定凸出;由此,利用所述下弹性垫(33)和所述上弹性垫(43)的弹性变形,从而使得所述锁定凸出能够实现与所述锁定凹陷的锁紧接合并且能够在需要时通过将所述下弹性垫(33)和所述上弹性垫(43)压缩而实现脱开。
