Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de production d'un composant intérieur de véhicule. Le système et le procédé sont conçus pour un procédé de fabrication d'un composant de garniture de véhicule utilisant un moule qui comprend au moins une première partie et une seconde partie, chacune des première et seconde parties comprenant une surface qui délimite une cavité. Le procédé consiste à apporter un matériau comprenant des fibres dans la cavité, à comprimer le matériau entre au moins l'une des première et seconde parties du moule afin de former le matériau selon un composant formé comprenant un premier côté et un second côté, à découper au moins une partie du composant formé afin de former le composant de garniture de véhicule et à retirer le composant de garniture de véhicule de la cavité. Le système et le procédé sont un système et un procédé améliorés de production d'un composant intérieur de véhicule à partir d'un panneau permettant des variations de l'épaisseur et/ou de la densité pour fournir des options utiles pour la conception et des variations de configuration pour le composant telles que la rigidification, le poids, la réduction, etc.
