Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de préparation automatique de plat, comprenant une unité de commande pour commander ledit appareil selon une recette de plat pouvant être sélectionnée par un utilisateur, une alimentation en eau potable à des fins de nettoyage et/ou comme ingrédient de plat, au moins un récipient de stockage pour d'autres ingrédients de plat, au moins un convoyeur pour déplacer des quantités spécifiques à la recette des ingrédients de plat d'un ou plusieurs récipients de stockage à un récipient de réception, le ou les récipients de stockage étant isolés thermiquement, un moyen de refroidissement est conçu pour maintenir les ingrédients de plat dans le ou les récipients de stockage au frais, et des moyens de chauffage pour chauffer au moins un desdits ingrédients, si spécifié par la recette, sont agencés à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
