Abstract

The present invention relates to an improved combined footwear insole with a sock, which, with a new configuration and way of assembling an insole, a device and a sock, improves the structure and functionalities of currently existing insoles, socks, sock inserts or articles for use on the foot. The invention is intended to provide an improved article for use on the foot which gives a "sockless" look, is at the same time ergonomic, reduces the user's manipulation of or interaction with the improved combined footwear insole with a sock, and which, in turn, allows indispensable parts to be replaced so that the desired uses and function are not affected once said parts become damaged or deteriorate.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as expressed in the title of this specification, belongs to the field of footwear insoles and socks, in particular, to an improved insole combined with footwear sock. Now after! corresponding analysis of the state of the art of the inventions that try to give greater comfort for the use of footwear, insoles or socks, we can appreciate that they make modifications in the configuration and in the materials used; However, there are still inconveniences when this type of invention is used daily, since they are not easy to carry and cause enclosure and compression of! foot, which translates into discomfort for the user. In addition, none of the inventions currently known take into account the normal wear of materials as a key factor for the development of new products, which over time translates into considerable investments for users. In turn, there is a great tendency to "look without socks", which has given way to the creation of different types of socks, templates, "sock inserís" (common term used in the English language), among other items to eliminate or reduce certain discomforts or disadvantages of not wearing socks. None of the insoles, socks, "sock inserts" or any other article that currently exists give the user a product with an ergonomic "look without sock" for daily use, due to poor configuration and / or technical structure of these last. Normally, an effort must be made by the user to carry such products, which is further complicated when senior citizens or disabled persons, for example, intend to make use of this type of footwear.

Concluding, in the current market there is not yet a template combined with sock ("sock insert", improved template, modified short sock, or whatever you want to name) that provides a look without sock ", which is ergonomic at the same time, which reduces ai user manipulating this product for its proper use and which, in turn, allows the exchange of key parts that have been damaged or damaged.
