Description

Vehicle interior parts
The present invention relates to a vehicle interior member attached to a vehicle door or the like.
In the door of a vehicle, various interior members are attached to the side of the interior of the door body (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
The door described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a lattice-shaped energy absorbing portion inside a resin armrest, and the armrest is screwed to the door body. When a large impact load is input from the side of the vehicle body, the door described in Patent Document 1 absorbs the energy of the impact load by crushing the lattice-shaped energy absorbing portion in the armrest.
In the door described in Patent Document 2, an armrest and a resin pad material are attached to the inner side of the door body. The pad material has a boss portion projecting from the back surface thereof, and is screwed to the door body in a state where the boss portion is inserted into the boss hole on the door body side.
By the way, as an interior member that is detachably attached to a mounted portion in a vehicle compartment, there is one provided with a plurality of functional portions such as a door gripping portion, a switch placement portion, and an armrest portion. In recent years, in this type of interior member, attempts have been made to combine a plurality of panel materials from the viewpoints of design requirements and productivity.
However, when a plurality of panel materials are partially overlapped and joined to each other, a large stress is concentrated on the end portion of the overlapping portion of the panel material when the interior member is attached or detached, and the panel material is deformed. I am concerned that it will occur.
For this reason, there is a demand for an interior member of a vehicle that can suppress deformation of the panel material at the time of detachment even if a structure in which a plurality of panel materials are partially overlapped and joined to each other is adopted.
An interior member of a vehicle according to the present invention is an interior member that is detachably attached to a mounted portion in a vehicle compartment, and a base panel in which a first functional portion and a second functional portion are formed adjacent to each other; A cover panel that is attached to be overlapped with at least a part of the outer surface of the first functional part, which is one functional part of the base panel, and the first functional part of the base panel and the cover panel A rib extending in a direction intersecting with an end surface of the overlapping portion of the cover panel with the base panel is integrally formed in a connection region with the second functional unit.
The attached portion is provided in a door having an overhanging portion that protrudes stepwise on the vehicle interior side, and the base panel and the cover panel are detachably attached to an upper surface of the overhanging portion, and the first function A cutout portion covered with the cover panel may be provided on at least one of the side edge portion of the door near the outer panel and the side edge of the door.
In this case, since the notch is formed in the first functional part of the base panel, the cover panel 19 superimposed on the base panel is relatively easy when a large impact load is input from the outside of the door. In addition, it will be crushed in a wide range. Therefore, by adopting this structure, the energy of the impact load can be efficiently absorbed by the collapse of the cover panel.
The cover panel includes a substantially horizontal upper wall and a side wall that extends downward from a side edge of the upper wall, and a groove extending in the vertical direction is provided on the side wall. You may be allowed to.
In this case, when a large impact load is input from the outside of the door, the cover panel easily collapses around the groove formed in the side wall of the cover panel. For this reason, the cover panel can be easily crushed in a wide range, and the energy of the impact load can be absorbed more efficiently.
The vehicle interior member according to the present invention has a connection region between the first functional portion and the second functional portion in the base panel, in a direction intersecting with an end surface of the overlapping portion with the base panel of the cover panel. The extending rib is integrally formed. For this reason, even when a large load may be input from the end surface of the cover panel to the first functional unit, the second functional unit, and the connection region when the interior member is attached or detached, the load is formed in the connection region. It can be received efficiently by the formed rib. Therefore, according to the present invention, the deformation of the base panel at the time of detachment can be suppressed.

The door gripping portion 15 has a substantially horizontal upper wall 15a that is narrower than the upper wall 16a of the switch placement portion 16, and a pocket portion 15b that is formed in a substantially central portion of the upper wall 15a so as to be recessed downward. is doing. The upper wall 15a is originally formed so that the entire width is narrower than the width of the upper wall 16a of the switch placement portion 16, but the outer edge in the vehicle width direction (side edge near the outer panel of the door 1). A cutout portion 21 is provided in each of the inner edge portion (side edge portion closer to the vehicle interior), and the width of the upper wall 15a is partially narrowed by the cutout portion 21. Side walls are not formed on the door grip 15.
Further, in the base panel 18, the connection region A1 between the upper wall 16 a of the switch arrangement portion 16 and the upper wall 15 a of the door gripping portion 15 includes a plurality (in the case of this embodiment) extending substantially along the vehicle body longitudinal direction. 3) ribs 22 are integrally formed. The rib 22 is provided on the lower surface side of the upper walls 16a and 15a, and the end portion on the switch placement portion 16 side is connected to the vicinity of the standing wall on the rear side of the recessed portion 16a-1. Moreover, the edge part by the side of the door holding part 15 of the rib 22 is connected to the vertical wall of the front side of the pocket part 15b. The plurality of ribs 22 function to increase the bending rigidity of the connection region A1.
The cover panel 19 has a substantially horizontal upper wall 19a in which the entire region excluding the rear edge is formed with a substantially constant width. The rear edge of the upper wall 19a is shaped to gently converge toward the rear side of the vehicle body. Further, the cover panel 19 is curved downward from an outer edge (a side edge near the outer panel of the door 1) and an inner edge (a side edge near the vehicle interior) of the upper wall 19a. The side walls 19b and 19c extend.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the interior member 14 viewed from the rear upper side of the vehicle interior when the skin layer 20 is not attached to the cover panel 19.
As shown in the figure, a plurality of grooves 23 extending in the vertical direction are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body on the side wall 19c extending from the inner edge of the upper wall 19a of the cover panel 19 in the vehicle width direction. Is formed.
The cover panel 19 and the skin layer 20 are formed with openings 19f and 20f for exposing the pocket portion 15b of the door gripping portion 15 to the outside.
The cover panel 19 has a substantially constant width front region superimposed on the upper surface of the upper wall 15a of the door gripping portion 15. In this state, as shown in FIGS. Fastened and fixed to the upper wall 15a of the portion 15. In the case of this embodiment, the cover panel 19 is fastened by tapping screws 24 at four locations around the pocket portion 15b.
Here, the front end surface of the cover panel 19 which is the end surface of the overlapping portion with the base panel 18 is formed linearly along the vehicle width direction. The plurality of ribs 22 described above extend on the lower surface side of the upper walls 16a and 15a of the base panel 18 on which the front end surfaces are overlapped. The plurality of ribs 22 extend in a direction orthogonal to the front end surface of the cover panel 19.
The interior member 14 configured as described above is detachably attached to the upper surface of the overhanging portion 12 of the door lining 11. As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of locking claws 18g, 19g, a clip portion 19h, and the like are provided on the peripheral portions on the lower surfaces of the base panel 18 and the cover panel 19. The interior member 14 is detachably attached to the upper surface of the overhanging portion 12 by engaging the engaging claws 18g, 19g, the clip portion 19h, and the like with an engaging portion (not shown) on the upper surface of the overhanging portion 12 of the door line 11. .
As described above, in the interior member 14 according to this embodiment, the plurality of ribs 22 extending in the front-rear direction perpendicular to the front end surface of the cover panel 19 are integrally formed in the connection region A1 of the base panel 18. Yes. For this reason, for example, when the interior member 14 is removed from the projecting portion 12 by prying it from the rear end side, a large load may be input from the front end surface of the cover panel 19 to the connection region A1 of the base panel 18. The load can be efficiently received by the plurality of ribs 22 integrally formed on the back surface side of the connection region A1. Therefore, in the interior member 14 according to this embodiment, the base panel 18 can be prevented from being deformed at the time of detachment from the door 1 or the like.
Further, the interior member 14 according to this embodiment is provided with notches 21 at the outer and inner edges of the upper wall 15a of the door grip 15 in the vehicle width direction. For this reason, when a large impact load is input from the outside of the door 1, the cover panel 19 superimposed on the base panel 18 can be crushed relatively easily and in a wide range. For this reason, the energy of the impact load can be efficiently absorbed by the crushing of the cover panel 19.
In this embodiment, the notch 21 is provided on each of the outer edge and the inner edge of the upper wall 15a of the door grip 15 in the vehicle width direction, but the notch 21 is provided on the vehicle on the upper wall 15a. You may make it form only in one edge part of the width direction outer side and inner side.
In particular, in the interior member 14 according to this embodiment, a plurality of grooves 23 extending in the vertical direction are provided in the side wall 19c of the cover panel 19, so that a large impact load is input from the outside of the door 1. In addition, the side wall 19 c of the cover panel 19 can be easily crushed around the groove 23. Therefore, by adopting this structure, the energy of the impact load can be absorbed more efficiently.
In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, A various design change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the summary. For example, in the above embodiment, the interior member attached to the door has been described. However, the interior member may be attached to a side wall of the vehicle interior other than the door.
