Description

电器开关的指示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及低压电器领域,更具体地说,涉及低压电器的电器开关。
背景技术
电器开关装置能够接通和分断正常工作电流。具有保护功能的电器开关装置,在系统中存在故障电流时可以对故障电流进行分断,保护系统不受破坏。电器开关自身有一到多种状态,如:接通、正常断开、故障断开等。针对电器开关装置存在不同状态,部分电器开关装置提供状态指示部件,以便用户对电器开关的当前状态进行判定。
现有技术中的电器开关的指示部件仅有两种位置的指示,即“合”和“分”。即当正常工作时指示为“合”,而指示为正常断开和故障断开均指示为“分”。部分电器开关的指示部件可以指示故障状态,但都需要使用另外的故障指示部件。通过故障指示部件和原有的指示部件的组合显示来表示故障断开的状态。多个指示部件使得组合显示变得复杂,同时多个指示部件也使得机械结构更加复杂,不利于电器开关装置的小型化,也会使得制造成本增加。
发明内容
本发明旨在提出一种电器开关的指示装置,采用具有多个指示位置的单个指示部件来指示电器开关的多个状态。
根据本发明的一实施例,提出一种电器开关的指示装置,指示部件具有至少三个指示位置,每一个指示位置对应电器开关的一种状态,在每一个指示位置指示部件显示一种指示标记。
在一个实施例中,指示部件转动安装在电器开关的壳体上,指示部件对准电器开关的面板上的指示孔,指示部件上具有数个指示标记。驱动零 件安装在电器开关的壳体内,驱动零件驱动指示部件转动至一个指示位置,指示部件上的其中一个指示标记对准指示孔。卡位零件安装在电器开关的壳体内,卡位零件与指示部件配合,使得指示部件上指定的指示标记对准指示孔。
在一个实施例中,指示部件包括:本体、轴、指示面板、第一支脚和第二支脚。本体呈弯折形,本体的第二端分叉形成第一臂和第二臂。轴位于本体的中部。指示面板安装在本体的第一端,指示面板上具有指示标记,指示面板的一端具有向两侧延伸的限位卡脚。第一支脚安装在本体的第二端的第一臂上。第二支脚安装在本体的第二端的第二臂上。

本发明提出一种电器开关的指示装置,该指示部件具有至少三个指示位置,每一个指示位置对应电器开关的一种状态,在每一个指示位置指示部件显示一种指示标记。在一个实施例中,指示部件具有三个指示位置,分别对应电器开关的三种状态:正常接通状态、正常分断或者非短路故障 分断状态、短路分断状态。

参考图5a、图5b和图5c所示,驱动零件103在图示的Y方向上往复移动,驱动零件103推动指示部件101的第一支脚111,使得指示部件101以轴104为中心旋转。参考图1所示,驱动零件103上具有一个驱动平台131,该驱动平台131与第一支脚111接触以驱动第一支脚111。如图所示,驱动零件103在位置D和位置E之间移动,推动第一支脚111在位置G和位置F之间移动,对应指示部件101在第一位置和第二位置之间移动。由于第一支脚111的位置与指示部件101的位置是完全对应的,为了表述方便,下面就以位置G和位置F来一并代指第一支脚111和指示部件101的位置。第一支脚111带动指示部件101绕轴104转动。随着指示部件101的转动,弧形的指示面板115也随之移动,指示面板115上的不同位置会与指示孔141对准,使得不同的指示标记在指示孔141中显现,以指示电器开关的不同状态。驱动零件103从位置D向位置E移动时,会对第一支脚111施加力,带动指示部件101转动。驱动零件103从位置E向位置D移动时,驱动零件103不再对第一支脚111施加力。指示部件101的依靠其自身复位力从位置F回到位置G。指示部件101的自身复位力可以来自与弹簧、复位结构或者重力。
图6揭示了根据本发明的一实施例的电器开关的指示装置的俯视结构图。如图6所示,卡位零件102通过其限位脚121来限制指示部件101的位置。结合图7a、7b、7c、8a、8b和8c所示,卡位零件102可以停在三个位置:位置A、位置B和位置C。位置C位于位置A和位置B之间, 卡位零件102能在位置A和位置B之间转动。
电器开关正常接通时,各个零件的动作如下:卡位零件102在驱动手柄105的带动下由位置B转动到位置A,参考图7a所示。驱动零件103从位置E运动到位置D,驱动零件103不在对指示部件101施加力。指示部件101在自身复位力的作用下从位置F运动到位置G,第一支脚111也由位置F向位置G转动。指示部件101上的限位卡脚113由面板104上的限位件142(参考图3所示)限位,使得指示部件101停止在位置G。在位置G,指示电器开关正常接通的指示标记“1”与面板上的指示孔141对准。参考图8a所示,通过指示孔141观察到指示标记“1”,表示电器开关正常接通。
电器开关正常分断或者非短路故障分断时,各个零件的动作如下:卡位零件102在驱动手柄105的带动下由位置A转动到位置B,参考图7b所示。驱动零件103从位置D运动到位置E。驱动零件103对指示部件101的第一支脚111施加力,指示部件101在驱动零件103推动第一支脚111的作用下从位置G运动到位置F。指示部件101停止在位置F。在位置F,指示电器开关正常分断或者非短路故障分断的指示标记“0”与面板上的指示孔141对准。参考图8b所示,通过指示孔141观察到指示标记“0”,表示正常分断或者非短路故障分断。
在出现除短路以外的故障时,各个零件的动作顺序如下:先是电磁铁动作,然后是脱扣器动作。电磁铁动作带动驱动零件103从位置D运动到位置E,带动指示部件101从位置G运动到位置F。脱扣器动作使驱动手柄105带动卡位零件102的限位脚121运动到位置B。在位置B,限位脚121并不会对指示部件101的动作产生影响
电器开关出现短路故障而短路分断时,各个零件的动作如下:卡位零件102在驱动手柄105的带动下位置A转动到位置C,参考图7c所示。在位置C,卡位零件102的限位脚121会对指示部件101的第二支脚112进行限位。驱动零件103从位置D运动到位置E。驱动零件103对指示部 件101的第一支脚111施加力,指示部件101在驱动零件103推动第一支脚111的作用下从位置G向着位置F运动。在指示部件101的运动过程中,第二支脚112会被限位脚121所限制,因此指示部件101无法运动到位置F,而是停留在位置G和位置F中间的位置。驱动零件103从位置D运动至位置E并且停留在位置E。此时指示部件101的第一支脚111和第二支脚112分别受到挤压,由于第一臂和第二臂具有弹性,因此受到挤压后两个臂产生形变,如图9所示。但指示部件101停留在位置G和位置F中间的位置上。在这个中间位置,指示电器开关短路分断的指示标记“I>>”与面板上的指示孔141对准。参考图8c所示,通过指示孔141观察到指示标记“I>>”,表示短路分断。
本发明的电器开关的指示装置采用单个指示部件,但具有至少三个指示位置,通过指示部件自身的形变来提供第三个位置,实现了较为简单的结构和较低的制造成本。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,指示部件具有至少三个指示位置,每一个指示位置对应电器开关的一种状态,在每一个指示位置指示部件显示一种指示标记。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    指示部件(101),转动安装在电器开关的壳体上,指示部件(101)对准电器开关的面板(104)上的指示孔(141),指示部件(101)上具有数个指示标记;
    驱动零件(103),安装在电器开关的壳体内,驱动零件(103)驱动指示部件(101)转动至一个指示位置,指示部件(101)上的其中一个指示标记对准指示孔(141);
    卡位零件(102),安装在电器开关的壳体内,卡位零件(102)与指示部件(101)配合,使得指示部件(101)上指定的指示标记对准指示孔(141)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,所述指示部件(101)包括:
    本体(116),本体(116)呈弯折形,本体(116)的第二端分叉形成第一臂和第二臂;
    轴(114),位于本体(116)的中部;
    指示面板(115),安装在本体(116)的第一端,指示面板(105)上具有指示标记,指示面板(115)的一端具有向两侧延伸的限位卡脚(113);
    第一支脚(111),安装在本体的第二端的第一臂上;
    第二支脚(112),安装在本体的第二端的第二臂上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,
    所述本体(116)的第一臂和第二臂具有弹性;
    第一支脚(111)与驱动零件(103)配合;
    第二支脚(112)与卡位零件(102)配合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,所述卡位零件(102)具有限位脚(121),限位脚(121)与指示部件(101)的第二支脚(112)配合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,
    所述指示部件(101)具有三个位置:正常接通位置、正常分断或者非短路故障分断位置、短路分断位置;
    所述卡位零件(102)具有三个位置,卡位零件(102)在三个位置之间转动;
    所述驱动零件(103)具有两个位置,驱动零件(103)在两个位置之间移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,所述指示面板(115)设置有三个指示标记:指示电器开关正常接通的指示标记、指示电器开关正常分断或者非短路故障分断的指示标记、指示电器开关短路分断的指示标记。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电器开关的指示装置,其特征在于,
    卡位零件(102)具有位置A、位置B和位置C,位置C位于位置A和位置B之间,卡位零件(102)位于位置C时,驱动零件(103)与第一支脚(111)配合,限位脚(121)与第二支脚(112)配合,第一臂与 第二臂产生形变,指示部件(101)停留在短路分断位置。
