本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种会议呼叫方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网以及移动设备的发展,人们对使用移动设备召开视频会议的需求越来越大,现有技术中,如图1所示,一般通过:s11、会议管理员通过MCU(Multi-point Control Unit,多点控制装置)会控页面新建会议草稿,填端(填写会议名称,选定会议能力,添加要呼叫的终端);s12、会议管理员在MCU会控页面召开会议,呼端(呼叫待参加会议的终端);s13、终端在成功加入会议后,进行音视频交流。
但是,由于相关技术是由会议发起者将会议内容告知会议管理员,并由会议管理员通过MCU召开会议,因此,现有技术无法灵活的完成会议的建立。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种会议呼叫方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中无法灵活完成会议建立的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种会议呼叫方法,包括:
SIP(Session Initiation Protocol,会话初始协议)服务器接收呼叫终端发送的会议传输消息,其中,所述会议传输消息包括会议信息和待加入所述会议的外部终端的标识信息;
所述SIP服务器将所述会议信息和所述外部终端的标识信息发送至MCU;
在所述MCU根据所述会议信息和所述标识信息建立会议后,所述SIP服务器通过所述MCU呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述标识信息标示的所述外部终端加入所述会议。

如图4所示,图4为本实施例提供的一种会议呼叫的信令交互示意图,本实施例的流程包括如下处理步骤如下:
第一步:终端1(相当于呼叫终端)按照本发明方式,在INVITE消息中携带要召集会议的信息,如会议名称以及要一同加入会议的其他终端的号码等,发给SIP服务器;
第二步:SIP服务器解析此次召集会议的信息,并发给MCU;
第三步:MCU按照要召集会议的信息召开会议;
第四步:MCU回复SIP服务器,告知会议已召开;
第五步:SIP服务器转发终端1呼MCU的INVITE消息呼通MCU;
第六步:MCU向SIP服务器发出INVITE消息,呼叫终端2(相当于外部终端)上会。
需要说明的是,上述各步骤之间的执行顺序并不限定标示的步骤顺序,本实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行,例如对呼叫终端的呼叫和对外部终端的呼叫并不限定先呼叫呼叫终端再呼叫外部终端,也不限定先呼叫外部终端再呼叫呼叫终端,本实施例对呼叫终端和外部终端的呼叫顺序并不作限定,也可以同时进行呼叫。

在本实施例中提供了一种会议呼叫的方法,图5是根据本发明实施例的一种会议呼叫方法的流程图,如图5所示,本实施例的执行主体为MCU,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S502、MCU接收SIP服务器发送的设置为建立会议的会议信息和待加入该会议的外部终端的标识信息。
其中,由呼叫终端通过会议传输消息将该会议信息和该标识信息发送至该SIP服务器。
步骤S504、在根据该会议信息和该外部终端的标识信息建立该会议后,该MCU通过该SIP服务器分别向该呼叫终端和该外部终端发送呼叫消息。
其中,该呼叫消息设置为通过该SIP服务器呼叫该呼叫终端和该外部终端加入该会议。
通过采用上述实施例,呼叫终端直接通过SIP服务器与MCU完成会议的建立,避免了通过会议管理员建立会议,从而解决了无法灵活完成会议建立的问题,另外,由于不需要在单 独设置会议管理员,从而节省了人力成本。

需要说明的是,在本实施例中,SIP服务器在接收到该第一INVITE消息后,解析该第一INVITE消息得到该会议信息和标识信息,并存储该第一INVITE消息,并通过与MCU之间的传输消息将该会议信息和标识信息发送至MCU。
S603、MCU根据该会议信息和标识信息建立会议,并向SIP服务器发送会议建立响应消息。
S604、SIP服务器在接收到该会议建立响应消息后,将该第一INVITE消息发送至MCU。

第一步:终端1(相当于呼叫终端)按照本发明方式,在INVITE中携带要召集会议的信息,如会议名称以及要一同加入会议的其他终端的号码等,发给SIP服务器;
第二步:SIP服务器解析此次召集会议的信息,并发给MCU;
第三步:MCU按照要召集会议的信息召开会议并呼叫终端;
第四步:MCU回复SIP服务器,告知会议已召开;
第五步:SIP服务器转发终端1呼MCU的INVITE消息呼通MCU;
第六步:MCU接受终端1的呼叫回200OK,SIP服务器转发200OK给终端1,终端1正常上端;

第五步:SIP服务器转发终端1呼MCU的INVITE呼通MCU;
第六步:MCU挂断终端1的呼叫回BYE消息(相当于呼叫挂断消息),SIP服务器转发BYE给终端1,挂断终端1;
第七步:MCU向SIP服务器发出INVITE,呼叫终端1上会;
第八步:MCU向SIP服务器发出INVITE,呼叫终端2(相当于外部终端)上会。

在本实施例中提供了一种会议呼叫的方法,图10是根据本发明实施例的另一种会议呼叫方法的信令交互示意图五,该图描述了一种会议呼叫方法的流程,如图10所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
S1001、呼叫终端向SIP服务器发送INFO消息。
其中,该INFO消息包括会议信息和待加入该会议的外部终端的标识信息。
S1002、SIP服务器将该会议信息和标识信息发送至MCU。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,SIP服务器在接收到该INFO消息后,解析该INFO消息得到该会议信息和标识信息,并存储该INFO消息,并通过与MCU之间的传输消息将该会议信息和标识信息发送至MCU。

S2,将该会议信息和该外部终端的标识信息发送至多点控制装置MCU;
S3,在该MCU根据该会议信息和该标识信息建立会议后,通过该MCU呼叫该呼叫终端和该标识信息标示的该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
该会议传输消息包括第一邀请INVITE消息;接收该呼叫终端发送的该第一INVITE消息;
将该第一INVITE消息发送至该MCU;接收该MCU根据该第一INVITE消息发送的200OK消息,并将该200OK消息发送至该呼叫终端,其中,该200OK消息设置为呼叫该呼叫终端加入该会议;接收该MCU发送的第二INVITE消息;所将该第二INVITE消息发送至该外部终端,其中,该第二INVITE消息设置为呼叫该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
该会议传输消息包括第一邀请INVITE消息;接收该呼叫终端发送的该第一INVITE消息;
将该第一INVITE消息发送至该MCU;接收该MCU根据该第一INVITE消息发送的呼叫挂断消息;将该呼叫挂断消息发送至该呼叫终端,其中,该呼叫挂断消息设置为指示挂断该呼叫终端;在接收到该MCU发送的第三INVITE消息后,向该呼叫终端发送该第三INVITE消息,其中,该第三INVITE消息设置为呼叫该呼叫终端加入该会议;在接收到该MCU发送的第四INVITE消息后,向该外部终端发送该第四INVITE消息,其中,该第四INVITE消息设置为呼叫该外部终端加入该会议。

接收该呼叫终端发送的该INFO消息,接收该MCU发送的第五INVITE消息,并将该第五INVITE消息发送至该呼叫终端,其中,该第五INVITE消息设置为呼叫该呼叫终端加入该会议;接收该MCU发送的第六INVITE消息,并将该第六INVITE消息发送至该外部终端,其中,该第六INVITE消息设置为呼叫该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收呼叫终端发送的会议传输消息,其中,该会议传输消息包括会议信息和待加入该会议的外部终端的标识信息;将该会议信息和该外部终端的标识信息发送至多点控制装置MCU;在该MCU根据该会议信息和该标识信息建立会议后,通过该MCU呼叫该呼叫终端和该标识信息标示的该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收该呼叫终端发送的该第一INVITE消息;将该第一INVITE消息发送至该MCU;接收该MCU根据该第一INVITE消息发送的200OK消息,并将该200OK消息发送至该呼叫终端,其中,该200OK消息设置为呼叫该呼叫终端加入该会议;接收该MCU发送的第二INVITE消息;将该第二INVITE消息发送至该外部终端,其中,该第二INVITE消息设置为呼叫该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收该呼叫终端 发送的该第一INVITE消息;将该第一INVITE消息发送至该MCU;接收该MCU根据该第一INVITE消息发送的呼叫挂断消息;将该呼叫挂断消息发送至该呼叫终端,其中,该呼叫挂断消息设置为指示挂断该呼叫终端;在接收到该MCU发送的第三INVITE消息后,向该呼叫终端发送该第三INVITE消息,其中,该第三INVITE消息设置为呼叫该呼叫终端加入该会议;在接收到该MCU发送的第四INVITE消息后,向该外部终端发送该第四INVITE消息,其中,该第四INVITE消息设置为呼叫该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收该呼叫终端发送的该INFO消息;接收该MCU发送的第五INVITE消息,并将该第五INVITE消息发送至该呼叫终端,其中,该第五INVITE消息设置为呼叫该呼叫终端加入该会议;接收该MCU发送的第六INVITE消息,并将该第六INVITE消息发送至该外部终端,其中,该第六INVITE消息设置为呼叫该外部终端加入该会议。

图13是根据本发明实施例的会议呼叫装置的结构框图,如图13所示,该装置应用于一种MCU,该装置包括:
接收模块131,设置为接收会话初始协议SIP服务器发送的设置为建立会议的会议信息和待加入该会议的外部终端的标识信息;其中,由呼叫终端通过会议传输消息将该会议信息和该标识信息发送至该SIP服务器;
发送模块132,设置为在根据该会议信息和该外部终端的标识信息建立该会议后,通过该SIP服务器分别向该呼叫终端和该外部终端发送呼叫消息;其中,该呼叫消息设置为通过该SIP服务器呼叫该呼叫终端和该外部终端加入该会议。
采用本实施例提供的装置,呼叫终端直接通过SIP服务器与该装置完成会议的建立,避免了通过会议管理员建立会议,从而解决了无法灵活完成会议建立的问题,另外,由于不需要在单独设置会议管理员,从而节省了人力成本。

S1、接收会话初始协议SIP服务器发送的设置为建立会议的会议信息和待加入该会议的 外部终端的标识信息;其中,由呼叫终端通过会议传输消息将该会议信息和该标识信息发送至该SIP服务器;
S2、在根据该会议信息和该外部终端的标识信息建立该会议后,通过该SIP服务器分别向该呼叫终端和该外部终端发送呼叫消息;其中,该呼叫消息设置为通过该SIP服务器呼叫该呼叫终端和该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收会话初始协议SIP服务器发送的设置为建立会议的会议信息和待加入该会议的外部终端的标识信息;其中,由呼叫终端通过会议传输消息将该会议信息和该标识信息发送至该SIP服务器;在根据该会议信息和该外部终端的标识信息建立该会议后,通过该SIP服务器分别向该呼叫终端和该外部终端发送呼叫消息;其中,该呼叫消息设置为通过该SIP服务器呼叫该呼叫终端和该外部终端加入该会议。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
另外,本实施例还提供一种如图14所示的会议呼叫系统包括终端1(相当于呼叫终端)、终端2(相当于外部终端)、SIP服务器和MCU,其中,SIP服务器包括上述图12描述的会议呼叫装置,MCU包括上述图13描述的会议呼叫装置,此处不再赘述了。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种会议呼叫方法及装置,具有以下有益效果:呼叫终端直接通过SIP服务器与MCU完成会议的建立,避免了通过会议管理员建立会议,从而解决了无法灵活完成会议建立的问题,另外,由于不需要在单独设置会议管理员,从而节省了人力成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种会议呼叫方法,包括:
    会话初始协议SIP服务器接收呼叫终端发送的会议传输消息,其中,所述会议传输消息包括会议信息和待加入所述会议的外部终端的标识信息;
    所述SIP服务器将所述会议信息和所述外部终端的标识信息发送至多点控制装置MCU;
    在所述MCU根据所述会议信息和所述标识信息建立会议后,所述SIP服务器通过所述MCU呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述标识信息标示的所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会议传输消息包括第一邀请INVITE消息;所述SIP服务器通过所述MCU呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述标识信息标示的所述外部终端加入会议包括:
    所述SIP服务器将所述第一INVITE消息发送至所述MCU;
    所述SIP服务器接收所述MCU根据所述第一INVITE消息发送的200OK消息,并将所述200OK消息发送至所述呼叫终端,其中,所述200OK消息设置为呼叫所述呼叫终端加入所述会议;
    所述SIP服务器接收所述MCU发送的第二INVITE消息;
    所述SIP服务器将所述第二INVITE消息发送至所述外部终端,其中,所述第二INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会议传输消息包括第一INVITE消息;所述SIP服务器通过所述MCU呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述标识信息标示的所述外部终端加入所述会议包括:
    所述SIP服务器将所述第一INVITE消息发送至所述MCU;
    所述SIP服务器接收所述MCU根据所述第一INVITE消息发送的呼叫挂断消息;
    所述SIP服务器将所述呼叫挂断消息发送至所述呼叫终端,其中,所述呼叫挂断消息设置为指示挂断所述呼叫终端;
    所述SIP服务器在接收到所述MCU发送的第三INVITE消息后,向所述呼叫终端发送所述第三INVITE消息,其中,所述第三INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述呼叫终端加入所述会议;
    所述SIP服务器在接收到所述MCU发送的第四INVITE消息后,向所述外部终端发送所述第四INVITE消息,其中,所述第四INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会议传输消息还包括INFO消息;所述SIP服务 器接收呼叫终端发送的会议传输消息包括:
    所述SIP服务器接收所述呼叫终端发送的所述INFO消息;
    所述SIP服务器通过所述MCU呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述标识信息标示的所述外部终端加入所述会议包括:
    所述SIP服务器接收所述MCU发送的第五INVITE消息,并将所述第五INVITE消息发送至所述呼叫终端,其中,所述第五INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述呼叫终端加入所述会议;
    所述SIP服务器接收所述MCU发送的第六INVITE消息,并将所述第六INVITE消息发送至所述外部终端,其中,所述第六INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  5. 一种会议呼叫方法,包括:
    多点控制装置MCU接收会话初始协议SIP服务器发送的设置为建立会议的会议信息和待加入所述会议的外部终端的标识信息;其中,由呼叫终端通过会议传输消息将所述会议信息和所述标识信息发送至所述SIP服务器;
    在根据所述会议信息和所述外部终端的标识信息建立所述会议后,所述MCU通过所述SIP服务器分别向所述呼叫终端和所述外部终端发送呼叫消息;其中,所述呼叫消息设置为通过所述SIP服务器呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  6. 一种会议呼叫装置,应用于一种会话初始协议SIP服务器,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收呼叫终端发送的会议传输消息,其中,所述会议传输消息包括会议信息和待加入所述会议的外部终端的标识信息;
    发送模块,设置为将所述会议信息和所述外部终端的标识信息发送至多点控制装置MCU;
    呼叫模块,设置为在所述MCU根据所述会议信息和所述标识信息建立会议后,通过所述MCU呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述标识信息标示的所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述会议传输消息包括第一邀请INVITE消息;
    所述接收模块,设置为接收所述呼叫终端发送的所述第一INVITE消息;
    所述呼叫模块设置为:
    将所述第一INVITE消息发送至所述MCU;
    接收所述MCU根据所述第一INVITE消息发送的200OK消息,并将所述200OK消息发送至所述呼叫终端,其中,所述200OK消息设置为呼叫所述呼叫终端加入所述会议;
    接收所述MCU发送的第二INVITE消息;
    将所述第二INVITE消息发送至所述外部终端,其中,所述第二INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述会议传输消息包括第一INVITE消息;
    所述接收模块,设置为接收所述呼叫终端发送的所述第一INVITE消息;
    所述呼叫模块设置为:
    将所述第一INVITE消息发送至所述MCU;
    接收所述MCU根据所述第一INVITE消息发送的呼叫挂断消息;
    将所述呼叫挂断消息发送至所述呼叫终端,其中,所述呼叫挂断消息设置为指示挂断所述呼叫终端;
    在接收到所述MCU发送的第三INVITE消息后,向所述呼叫终端发送所述第三INVITE消息,其中,所述第三INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述呼叫终端加入所述会议;
    在接收到所述MCU发送的第四INVITE消息后,向所述外部终端发送所述第四INVITE消息,其中,所述第四INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述会议传输消息还包括INFO消息;
    所述接收模块,设置为接收所述呼叫终端发送的所述INFO消息;
    所述呼叫模块设置为:
    接收所述MCU发送的第五INVITE消息,并将所述第五INVITE消息发送至所述呼叫终端,其中,所述第五INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述呼叫终端加入所述会议;
    接收所述MCU发送的第六INVITE消息,并将所述第六INVITE消息发送至所述外部终端,其中,所述第六INVITE消息设置为呼叫所述外部终端加入所述会议。
  10. 一种会议呼叫装置,应用于一种多点控制装置MCU,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收会话初始协议SIP服务器发送的设置为建立会议的会议信息和待加入所述会议的外部终端的标识信息;其中,由呼叫终端通过会议传输消息将所述会议信息和所述标识信息发送至所述SIP服务器;
    发送模块,设置为在根据所述会议信息和所述外部终端的标识信息建立所述会议后,通过所述SIP服务器分别向所述呼叫终端和所述外部终端发送呼叫消息;其中,所述呼叫消息设置为通过所述SIP服务器呼叫所述呼叫终端和所述外部终端加入所述会议。
