Description
DESCRIPTION
SOAP BAR COMPRISING A LIQUID FILLING
Field of the Art
The invention relates to soap bars having a liquid filling introduced during the production stage.
In particular, the invention relates to soap bars, in which the liquid filling (shower gel, liquid soap, lotion, cream, essence, perfume, etc.) found in the centre is carried to the surface through passages or may be extracted by squeezing towards the end of the soap finishing.
State of the Art
As present soap bars are used, the soap does not lather towards it finishing and thus they remain unused. The soap not being used 100% leads to financial loss and wastage. Additionally, throwing it away damages the environment. This is due to the soap taking a long time to melt, other than while in contact with water.
As present soap bars are used, only the specific scent of the soap itself is picked up. For soaps used for long durations, this situation leads to familiarity of the scent and causes the consumer to want to change it.
Nowadays, soaps only serve cleaning purposes. Apart from providing cleanliness, a soap to serve other purposes (moisturising, providing treatment, etc.) is not present within the present art.
The abstract of the patent application no. 2002/01436 titled "Bath and hand soaps with various fillings" states "With this invention, bath and hand soaps produced with techniques and methods still known today are put into use with the detergency being increased a lot more than before by placing therein various additives providing a mechanical effect during production. After the fillings used for this purpose have been sieved and ground, they are moulded by being homogeneously mixed prior to moulding during the formation, or in the case of liquid soaps, they are added into the soap during production. The ratio of these used additives may vary between 5% and 50% depending on the property and intended use of the material. Fillings varying according to the soap's area of use may be paper fibres, various mineral particles, flower petals
or seeds or shells, various polymeric particles and fibres thereof and homogeneous particles of sea products.". This invention does not mention a structure with a space within the soap or a form filled with liquid placed within this space. On the contrary, it mentions solid substances homogeneously dispersed into the soap. Therefore this invention does not possess a structure or novelty to provide a solution to the above mentioned disadvantages.
In conclusion, due to the disadvantages mentioned above and the insufficiency of the present solutions regarding the subject, a need for making a development in the related field of the art was rendered necessary.
Object of the Invention
The invention has been constituted by being influenced from the present cases and aims to resolve the above mentioned disadvantages.
The primary object of the invention is to enable the soap to be used more efficiently. Towards the end of the soap finishing, it will be possible to be used with the liquid therein and to lather.
The object of the invention is to increase variety which is limited in the production of soap and to provide different products to the consumer. Suring the consumption of soap bars, towards the end of the soap finishing; shower gel, liquid soap, lotion, cream, essence or perfume found within the soap may also be used. As a separate function other than soap, this is a reason for preference among people. The invention also contains other products used for hands and body other than soap. As it not only contains hand and body soap, but also liquid soap, shower gel, lotion, cream and perfume, it will also have different functions in terms of personal care and cleanliness. Additionally, when hands are washed with the soap bar, the liquid substances (liquid soap, shower gel, perfume, lotion, essence, cream, etc.) extracted through passages extending outwardly from within the soap add a further feature to its use. Thus, both the soap and the product placed within are simultaneously used as two separate features.
Another object of the invention is to prevent wastage and financial losses and to reduce damage to the environment.
A further object of the invention is to also enable the soap to be used for different objects with liquid fillings such as shower gel, cream, lotion, liquid soap, etc. to be placed into the soap.
An even further object of the invention is to provide incentive features to soap for washing hands, especially for children, by rendering the use of soap fun.
In order to carry out the above mentioned objects, the invention is a solid soap/soap bar used as a cleaning material and comprises a space formed in the centre of the soap and a filling material placed within the mentioned space.
In order to carry out the objects of the invention, the invention comprises a filling chamber which is placed within said space and in which the filling material will be filled, and at least one hole allowing the filling material to be extracted from said filling chamber. The invention comprises at least one passage opened within the soap, allowing the filling material found within the soap to reach the outside of the soap.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the passages are of a length for the mentioned filling material to reach from the soap's outer surface to the filling material found in the soap's centre to enable the filling material to be extracted from the soap from its first use, or a length for the filling material to be extracted from the soap after the soap has been used for a certain time.
The structural and characteristic properties and all of the advantages of the invention will become clearer with the written detailed description by means of the following figures and the references to these figures and therefore the evaluation needs to be made taking these figures and detailed description into account.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention are disclosed only for the better understanding of the subject and should not be considered as limiting to the scope of the invention.
In its simplest form, the invention is comprised of a soap (1 ) which is a cleaning tool, a space (2) of various sizes, formed during the production stage in the mentioned soap's (1 ) centre, a filling material (4) placed into the mentioned space (2) also in the production stage.
In preferred embodiments of the invention, there are passages (3) which are opened within the soap (1 ) and enable the mentioned liquid filling material (4) to be extracted from the soap (1 ).
As the mentioned passages (3) may be of a length to extend to the soap's (1 ) surface from the space (2) in order to enable the liquid filling material (4) to be extracted outside of the soap (1 ) from its first use, they may also comprise short passages (3) to enable the material to be extracted outside of the soap (1 ) after the soap (1 ) has been used for a certain time. The lengths of the passaged (3) may vary.
In all embodiments with or without passages (3), the filling material (4) within the soap (1 ) may be reached by squeezing as a result of the soap (1 ) becoming thinner after use and gaining elasticity with the effect of water and heat.
In other preferred embodiments of the invention, the liquid filling material (4) may also be placed within the filling chamber (5) into a space (2) found in the centre of the soap (1 ). As this filling chamber (5) may have a function such that the liquid filling material
(4) therein is used by being popped/opened by the user after the soap (1 ) has been completely used, it is also suitable to be used such that it allows the liquid filing material (4) to be extracted during the use of the soap (1 ) with the above mentioned structures with passages (4). In order to enable this, the filling chamber (5) comprises at least one hole (6) allowing the filling material (4) to exit the filling chamber (5). The mentioned holes (6) are positioned so as to allow the filling material (4) to be extracted from the passages (3). This filling chamber (5) placed in the centre of the soap (1 ) may be plastic. The mentioned filling chamber (5) may also have a perforated bag or mesh-like structure.
In other embodiments of the invention, a filling material (4) which may rapidly and easily become liquid with the effect of water and heat, and may remain solid at other times to prevent the filling material (4) within the soap (1 ) from leaking from the passages (3) when not in use.
