Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel article of clothing for sun protection and ventilation, which comprises an upper fabric layer disposed on top of a lower layer fabric, each layer being formed by a plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads interwoven with a plurality of perpendicular weft threads that define square open spaces (gaps). The open spaces (gaps) of the upper fabric layer are concealed by the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and/or the plurality of perpendicular weft threads of the lower fabric layer, and vice versa, the upper and lower fabric layers being joined together only in the peripheral areas which define the seams that give the article of clothing shape. The article of clothing thus made serves as a blocking system for inhibiting the incidence of sun rays directly on the human body while simultaneously creating a ventilation system by allowing the free passage of air, enabling a space to be made between both layers and ventilating underneath or inside the garment towards the body, thereby cooling same with air at a lower ambient temperature.

CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the textile industry in general; In particular, it relates to the manufacture of clothing and more specifically refers to a novel garment for sun protection.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the field of the textile industry and specifically in the field of clothing, it is common to make different garments made of various materials used to cover and protect the body from adverse environmental conditions; knowing clothes such as pants, shirts, blouses, shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters and an infinity of garments tending to cover the different parts of the body and also serve as aesthetic, embellishment and fashion purposes.
There is a diversity of clothing, as already mentioned and a diversity of material (natural, synthetic and combinations thereof) that are used to make and manufacture the clothing according to the body's own needs, the climatic conditions, according to the geographical areas where people live and according to other factors such as aesthetics, adornment, fashions, etc. As for garments made and conceptualized for the purpose of protecting the body from climatic conditions; in particular for the protection of the body from the incidence of the sun's rays, which is where the field of the present invention falls, a search was carried out to be able to finish the closest state of the art, yielding the following results.
Patent US8,853,107 of October 7, 2014 was found, whose inventor is Ikuo Ueda, which protects a two-layer industrial fabric that is committed to each other in its construction and / or manufacture, of the fabric in its weft micrometric
This fabric is compromised in its manufacture and in its two layers, as they are intertwined with one another, following a pattern; the points of intersection between the two layers, making an analysis of columns and lines the pattern is repetitive and interlaced between the two layers; committing in its manufacture and its construction, by the points of intersection indicated and concurrent.
Analyzing the construction and manufacturing framework, there are several major differences between this already registered invention and the proposed invention, when building and / or manufacturing the industrial fabric by superimposing one layer with the other, the sun's rays are blocked, avoiding the direct contact with the human body, but creating a greenhouse effect, trapping the remaining heat after blocking the sun's rays and due to its micrometric weave that is compromised with another layer, does not allow the passage of air, and thereby eliminates the possibility of ventilation. The only thing that it achieves is the deflection of the sun's rays because between its layers it has points of intersection and its union of one with the other layer it is impossible to perform the ventilation function not allowing the free entry or circulation of fresh air, between the frames, and free spaces, a situation that is not achieved with respect to the patent document to which refers.
Unlike or in comparison to the new invention that is intended to protect where the human body is protected, since the sun's rays are blocked and inhibited, and with its independent double layer with open weft of millimeter measurements that creates a shadow on the human body and also a ventilation system inside the garment, due to the over position of the completely independent layers in its manufacture and / or construction; effect that allows it to cool, maintaining a much lower ambient temperature than outside and under the sun's rays. Having the technical criterion of measuring ambient temperature in the sun or in the shade, making that big difference.
US Patent 6,920,902 of July 26, 2005, whose inventors are Brian G. Majaury et al; which protects a multilayer fabric consisting of an industrial manufacturing of two sheets, which are committed to each other in their construction and / or manufacture, of the fabric in its micrometer pattern. Creating a greenhouse effect by trapping the heat inside the garment that is made.

This fabric is compromised in its manufacture and in its two layers, as they are intertwined with each other, since following a pattern, the points of intersection between the two layers, making an analysis of Columns and lines the pattern is repetitive and intertwined between the two layers, committing in its manufacture and its construction, by the points of intersection indicated and concurrent. Having the technical criteria of measuring ambient temperature in the sun or in the shade, making a difference.

BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DEL INVENTO BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In general, the garment for sun protection, in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the invention, consists of an upper woven layer superimposed on a lower woven layer; each layer formed by a plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads interwoven with a plurality of perpendicular weft threads defining open spaces (clear) of square shape; wherein said open (clear) spaces of the upper woven layer are occluded by the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and / or the plurality of perpendicular weft threads of said lower woven layer, and vice versa; and the upper woven layer being joined with the lower woven layer only in the perimeter zones that define the seams that shape the garment.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention the junction and intersection points between the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and the plurality of perpendicular weft threads of the lower woven layer coincide with the open spaces (clear) defined by the separation of the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and the plurality of weft perpendicular threads of the upper woven layer and vice versa; preventing the open spaces (clear) of both woven layers coincide with each other, to define a garment that avoids the direct incidence of the sun's rays on the skin of the user's body; the upper woven layer being joined with the lower woven layer only in the perimeter zones that define the seams that shape the garment.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the area defined by each point of attachment and intersection between the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and the plurality of perpendicular weft threads of the lower woven layer is equal to or greater than the area defined by each space open (clear) defined by the separation of the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and the plurality of weft perpendicular threads from the upper woven layer and vice versa. The upper woven layer is completely independent in its construction from the lower woven layer, which is also independent in its construction; that is, they are not engaged (intertwined) with each other with any thread, filament or seam in any internal area of their surface; they are only superimposed; being joined only by seams on the perimeter edges of the sections that define the garment.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention the open spaces (clear) of both upper and lower woven layers are square and these never coincide once the upper woven layer is superimposed on the lower woven layer, so that open spaces on both outer faces are avoided and internal of the ready-made garment, which prevents the sun's rays from passing and making direct contact with the skin of the user's body. In another embodiment of the invention, the open (clear) spaces of the upper woven layer are occluded by the longitudinal or transverse sections of the plurality of parallel longitudinal warp threads and / or the plurality of perpendicular weft threads of said layer lower fabric, and vice versa; the measurement of the diameter of said threads of the lower layer being greater than the area of said open spaces (clear) of said upper layer or vice versa, in order to cover said open spaces (clear) and prevent the passage of solar rays.
The garment for sun protection, thus made, serves as a blocking system to inhibit the incidence of the sun's rays directly on the human body, making and achieving at the same time a ventilation system, allowing the free passage of the air making a space between both capable and ventilating below or inside the garment towards the body, managing to cool it with air at a lower ambient temperature.
