消费配额监控方法及装置、存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通讯领域,特别是涉及一种消费配额监控方法及装置、存储介质。
背景技术
随着策略和计费控制(Policy and Charging Control,PCC)架构不断演进,如图1所示,PCC架构包括以下功能实体:策略控制与计费规则功能实体(Policy and Charging Rules Function,PCRF)、策略和计费执行功能实体(Policy and Control Enforcement Function,PCEF)、承载绑定和事件上报功能(Bearer Binding and Event Reporting Function,BBERF)、应用功能(Application Function,AF)、流量监测功能实体(Traffic Detection Function,TDF)、用户签约数据库(Subscription Profile Repository,SPR)、离线计费系统(Offline charging system,OFCS)、在线计费系统(Online charging system,OCS)。
PCRF主要负责策略和计费规则的制定,通过Gx接口将制定的PCC策略和计费规则下发给PCEF,PCEF安装、执行PCC策略,并上报相关事件,与计费系统交互计费信息。PCRF通过Gxx接口将业务服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)规则下发给BBERF,BBERF不和计费系统交互计费信息,只负责承载绑定和相关事件的上报。PCRF通过Sd接口把需要监控的业务信息下发给TDF,TDF执行业务监控,并上报给PCRF。AF通过Rx接口向PCRF提供业务信息。SPR保存了用户签约的业务信息,PCRF可以通过Sp接口向SPR查询用户签约的业务信息。OCS通过Sy接口向PCRF报告与用户消费相关的策略计数器状态信息。PCEF通过Gy 接口将在线计费信息发送给OCS进行在线计费的统计,通过Gz接口将离线计费信息发送给OFCS。TDF通过Gyn接口将基于业务的在线计费信息发送给OCS,通过Gz n接口将基于业务的离线计费信息发送给OFCS。
PCRF与OCS在Sy接口上传递的信息可以分为两个方向:从PCRF向OCS主要传递用户的消费信息,例如消费计数器、消费计数器对应的消费配额状态,这些信息用作为PCRF实施PCC的决策输入条件和PCRF向OCS订阅用户消费计数器对应的消费状态。从OCS向PCRF主要传递订阅的消费计数器所对应的消费配额的状态,这个状态可以用在PCRF实施PCC的决策输入条件。
PCRF使用消费配额请求(Spending-Limit-Request,SLR)/消费配额响应(Spending-Limit-Answer,SLA)流程发起Sy会话用于消费信息的获取和订阅,也可以使用SLR/SLA流程对消费信息订阅进行修改。PCRF根据获取的消费信息和本地配置的业务策略、用户属性作出策略判断,将生成的规则下发给PCEF。PCRF使用STR/STA流程发起Sy会话的终止,取消订阅的消费计数器的消费配额状态。用户消费状态发生变化的时候不会再通知PCRF。OCS使用消费配额状态通知请求消息(Spending-Status-Notification-Request,SNR)/消费配额状态通知响应消息(Spending-Status-Notification-Answer,SNA)发起Sy会话用于通知消费配额信息状态变化,PCRF将根据新的消费状态作出策略判断,并生成规则下发给PCEF。
OCS检测到PCRF订阅的计费计数器所对应消费配额状态发生变化时,会根据消费计数器所关联Sy会话,使用SNR通知PCRF配额状态改变。
当前PCRF系统有这样的应用场景:PCRF对在线限速用户跨月时能够主动查询消费配额状态,因而会主动发起SLR请求查询该用户的消费配额状态,此类用户非跨月时可能不需要OCS通过OCS主动推送消费配额状态。 另外,目前取消用户的某些消费配额订阅,必须通过会话终止请求(Session-Termination-Request,STR)触发释放会话的操作才能取消消费配额订阅,缺少不释放会话直接取消订阅的方法。
如上所述,目前的订阅方式,存在如下缺陷:1、缺少直接查询用户消费配额且不需要OCS推送消费配额状态的查询方法,在不需要后续订阅推送消费配额状态的情况下,增加了系统间负荷水平;2、缺少不释放会话直接取消订阅消费配额状态的方法,目前系统在暂时不需要订阅消费配额状态时,只能通过释放会话来取消订阅,后续需要订阅该用户的其它消费配额状态时,重新建立会话并重新订阅消费配额状态。释放会话和重新建立会话的过程降低了PCRF/OCS系统的处理能力,也增加系统间的负荷水平。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中不能够直接查询用户消费配额且不需要OCS推送消费配额状态的问题,提出了本发明实施例以便提供一种克服上述问题的消费配额监控方法及装置、存储介质。
本发明实施例的技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种消费配额监控方法,包括:策略控制与计费规则功能实体PCRF通过消费配额请求SLR消息向在线计费系统OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;PCRF接收OCS发送的消费配额响应SLA消息,从SLA消息中获取相应的用户消费额度状态。
在本发明的一种实施例中,上述方法进一步包括:触发启动条件,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有订阅操作指示、以及需要订阅的用户消费额度信息;PCRF接收OCS通过SLA消息发送的订阅成功响应,并在订阅的用户消费额度状态发生变化时,接收OCS发送的消费配额状态通知请求SNR消息,从SNR消 息中获取用户消费额度状态变化信息。
在本发明的一种实施例中,上述启动条件包括:由于用户签约数据库SPR修改配置、或者策略和计费执行功能实体PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要使用OCS控制的用户消费额度状态作为策略条件。

在本发明的一种实施例中,上述方法进一步包括:PCRF在确定后续不再需要获取某用户所有的用户消费额度状态时,向OCS发送会话终止请求STR消息,请求释放会话;PCRF接收OCS通过会话终止响应STA消息发送的会话释放响应。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种消费配额监控装置,设置于策略控制与计费规则功能实体PCRF,具体包括:查询请求模块,配置为通过消费配额请求SLR消息向在线计费系统OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;获取模块,配置为接收OCS发送的消费配额响应SLA消息,从SLA消息中获取相应的用户消费额度状态。

在本发明的一种实施例中,上述装置进一步包括:会话释放模块,配置为在确定后续不再需要获取某用户所有的用户消费额度状态时,向OCS发送会话终止请求STR消息,请求释放会话;第三接收模块,配置为接收OCS通过会话终止响应STA消息发送的会话释放响应。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明第一方面实施例提供的消费配额监控方法。
本发明实施例有益效果如下:
借助于本发明实施例的技术方案,解决了现有技术中不能够直接查询用户消费配额且不需要OCS推送消费配额状态的问题,查询用户消费配额状态时仅一次操作,不再要求OCS后续通过SNR继续通知该用户消费配额状态,减少了系统间消息负荷。

为了解决现有技术不能够直接查询用户消费配额且不需要OCS推送消费配额状态的问题,本发明提供了一种查询、订阅、取消订阅用户消费配额状态的方法及系统,包括:直接查询用户消费配额状态且不需要OCS推送消费配额状态的查询方法,不再订阅OCS推送消费配额状态;取消订阅用户消费配额状态而不释放会话的方法,以下结合附图以及实施例,对本 发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
方法实施例
根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种消费配额监控方法,图2是本发明实施例的消费配额监控方法的流程图,如图2所示,根据本发明实施例的消费配额监控方法包括如下处理:
步骤201,策略控制与计费规则功能实体PCRF通过消费配额请求SLR消息向在线计费系统OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;
步骤201之后,4、OCS查看该用户查询相关的消费额度状态,通过SLA消息返回;

本发明实施例的技术方案进一步包括如下处理:触发启动条件,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有订阅操作指示、以及需要订阅的用户消费额度信息;OCS查看该用户订阅的消费额度状态,通过SLA消息返回,同时记录下订阅的消费额度信息,在这些消费额度信息状态发生变化时,后续通过SNR消息通知PRCF消费额度信息状态变化;PCRF接收OCS通过SLA消息发送的订阅成功响应,并在订阅的用户消费额度状态发生变化时,接收OCS发送的消费配额状态通知请求SNR消息,从SNR消息中获取用户消费额度状态变化信息。其中,上述启动条件包括:由于用户签约数据库SPR修改配置、或者策略和计费执行功能实体PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要使用OCS控制的用户消费额度状态作为策略条件。在上述条件下的订阅是重新订阅,即PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS 重新订阅用户消费额度状态。在重新订阅时,OCS查看该用户消费额度相关状态,通过SLA消息返回,同时记录下重新订阅的消费额度信息,在这些消费额度信息状态发生变化时,后续通过SNR消息通知PRCF消费额度信息状态变化。
在实际应用中,由于SPR修改配置、或者PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要取消订阅用户某些类型的用户消费额度状态时,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS取消订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有取消订阅操作指示、以及需要取消订阅的用户消费额度信息;OCS通过SLA消息返回取消订阅成功,同时在本地取消订阅该用户相应的消费额度信息,后续不再通过SNR消息通知PRCF消费额度信息状态变化。PCRF接收OCS通过SLA消息发送的取消订阅成功响应。需要说明的是,在实际应用中,用户消费额度包括多种类型,例如,时间、流量等。
PCRF在确定后续不再需要获取某用户所有的用户消费额度状态时,向OCS发送会话终止请求STR消息,请求释放会话;PCRF接收OCS通过会话终止响应STA消息发送的会话释放响应。即PRCF发现后续都不再需要获取该用户所有的消费额度状态,则向OCS发出STR消息,要求释放Sy会话;OCS收到STR消息后,回复STA消息,同时也释放本地Sy会话信息。
以下结合附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行详细说明。
图3是本发明实施例的消费配额订阅释放处理的流程图;如图3所示,PCRF在决策过程中发现需要使用OCS控制的用户消费状态作策略条件,此时PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS订阅用户某些消费额度状态,OCS查看该用户消费额度相关状态,通过SLA消息返回。PRCF发现需要获取取消订阅该用户的消费额度状态,则向OCS发出STR消息,OCS收到STR消 息后,回复STA消息释放Sy会话信息。
图4是本发明实施例的消费配额查询订阅取消订阅释放处理的流程图;PCEF、SPR或PCRF等功能实体触发授权流程,PCRF发现需要向OCS订阅用户的消费状态,通过SLR向OCS订阅,OCS回复SLA标识接受此用户消费配额状态监控订阅。PCRF由于运营策略等原因通过SLR消息向OCS查询用户某些消费额度状态,OCS通过SLA消息返回。PCRF进行策略决策过程中发现需要重新订阅该用户的其它消费额度信息状态,通过SLR消息向OCS重新订阅用户的其它消费额度状态,OCS通过SLA消息返回。PRCF发现后续都不再需要获取该用户所有的消费额度状态,则向OCS发出STR消息,OCS回复STA消息。如图4所示,具体包括如下处理:
步骤401,PCEF、SPR或PCRF等功能实体触发授权流程,PCRF发现需要使用OCS控制的用户的消费状态作为策略决策的输入条件,并且PCRF本地也没相关的信息,通过SLR消息向OCS订阅相关的用户消费提醒;其中SLR消息的Subscription-Id AVP用来携带用户的标识(例如:IMSI或MSISDN)。SLR消息里会携带消费计数器操作类型Policy-Counter-Operate-Type,类型值为订阅,同时携带订阅的这些消费计数器的标识Policy-Counter-Identifier AVP。如果没有携带Policy-Counter-Identifier AVP则表示获取/订阅该用户所有可用的消费计数器所对应的消费配额状态;
步骤402,OCS收到PCRF订阅请求后,注册用户相应的消费通知。OCS使用SLA消息的Policy-Counter-Status-Report AVP来通知PCRF注册的用户消费计数器的状态;
步骤403,PCRF由于运营策略等原因通过SLR消息向OCS查询相关的用户消费提醒。SLR消息里会携带消费计数器操作类型Policy-Counter-Operate-Type,类型值为查询,同时携带查询的这些消费计 数器的标识Policy-Counter-Identifier AVP。如果没有携带Policy-Counter-Identifier AVP则表示查询该用户所有可用的消费计数器所对应的消费配额状态;
步骤404,OCS收到PCRF查询请求后,查询用户相应的消费通知。OCS使用SLA消息的Policy-Counter-Status-Report AVP来通知PCRF查询的用户消费计数器的状态;
步骤405,PCEF、SPR或PCRF等功能实体触发重新授权流程,PCRF发现需要使用OCS控制的用户其它的消费状态作为策略决策的输入条件,通过SLR消息向OCS重新订阅相关的用户消费提醒。SLR消息里会携带消费计数器操作类型Policy-Counter-Operate-Type,类型值为订阅,同时携带重新订阅的这些消费计数器的标识Policy-Counter-Identifier AVP;
步骤406,OCS收到PCRF重新订阅请求后,重新注册用户相应的消费通知。OCS使用SLA消息的Policy-Counter-Status-Report AVP来通知PCRF重新注册的用户消费计数器的状态;

步骤408,OCS收到PCRF取消订阅请求后,注销用户相应的消费通知,并通过SLA消息返回取消订阅成功,后续不再通过SNR消息通知PRCF消费额度信息状态变化。
步骤409,PRCF发现后续都不再需要获取该用户所有的消费额度状态,则向OCS发出STR消息,要求释放Sy会话;
步骤410,OCS收到STR消息后,回复STA消息,同时也释放本地Sy 会话信息。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例需要在SLR消息中扩展Policy-Counter-Operate-Type,AVP则表示需要如何操作用户消费计数器所对应的消费配额状态。如表1所示:用户消费配额状态操作类型Policy-Counter-Operate-Type(0:查询;1:订阅;2:取消订阅)。

综上所述,本发明实施例提供的查询、订阅、取消订阅用户消费配额状态的方法及系统,在查询用户消费配额状态时仅一次操作不再要求OCS后续通过SNR继续通知该用户消费配额状态,减少了系统间消息负荷。取消订阅用户某些消费配额状态而不释放会话的方法,对于后续该用户又要继续订阅其它消费配额状态时,不需要释放会话然后又重建会话这样一个反复过程,节省了系统间消息负荷,也提升了PCRF/OCS系统自身的处理能力。

根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种消费配额监控装置,设置于PCRF,图5是本发明实施例的消费配额监控装置的结构示意图,如图5所示,根据本发明实施例的消费配额监控装置包括:查询请求模块50、获取模块52,以下对本发明实施例的各个模块进行详细的说明。
查询请求模块50,配置为通过消费配额请求SLR消息向在线计费系统OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;
获取模块52,配置为接收OCS发送的消费配额响应SLA消息,从SLA消息中获取相应的用户消费额度状态。
上述装置进一步包括:
订阅请求模块,配置为触发启动条件,通过SLR消息向OCS订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有订阅操作指示、以及需要订阅的用户消费额度信息;上述启动条件包括:由于用户签约数据库 SPR修改配置、或者策略和计费执行功能实体PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要使用OCS控制的用户消费额度状态作为策略条件。
第一接收模块,配置为接收OCS通过SLA消息发送的订阅成功响应,并在订阅的用户消费额度状态发生变化时,接收OCS发送的消费配额状态通知请求SNR消息,从SNR消息中获取用户消费额度状态变化信息。
取消订阅模块,配置为在由于SPR修改配置、或者PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要取消订阅用户某些类型的用户消费额度状态时,通过SLR消息向OCS取消订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,SLR消息中携带有取消订阅操作指示、以及需要取消订阅的用户消费额度信息;
第二接收模块,配置为接收OCS通过SLA消息发送的取消订阅成功响应。
会话释放模块,配置为在确定后续不再需要获取某用户所有的用户消费额度状态时,向OCS发送会话终止请求STR消息,请求释放会话;
第三接收模块,配置为接收OCS通过会话终止响应STA消息发送的会话释放响应。
本发明实施例中各个模块的具体操作可以根据上述方法实施例中相应的描述进行理解,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的查询、订阅、取消订阅用户消费配额状态的方法及系统,在查询用户消费配额状态时仅一次操作不再要求OCS后续通过SNR继续通知该用户消费配额状态,减少了系统间消息负荷。取消订阅用户某些消费配额状态而不释放会话的方法,对于后续该用户又要继续订阅其它消费配额状态时,不需要释放会话然后又重建会话这样一个反复过程,节省了系统间消息负荷,也提升了PCRF/OCS系统自身的处理 能力。
本发明实施例提供的消费配额监控装置中的查询请求模块、获取模块、订阅请求模块、第一接收模块、取消订阅模块、第二接收模块、会话释放模块和第三接收模块等模块,都可以通过PCRF中处理器来实现;本发明实施例提供的无线网络控制器中的接收模块和分配模块,都可以通过无线网络控制器中处理器来实现;在具体实施例的过程中,处理器可以为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,如果以软件功能模块的形式实现上述的消费配额监控方法,并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应地,本发明实施例再提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明实施例中的消费配额监控方法。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

工业实用性
本发明公实施例中,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;PCRF接收OCS发送的消费配额响应SLA消息,从SLA消息中获取相应的用户消费额度状态。由于SPR修改配置、或者PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要取消订阅用户某些类型的用户消费额度状态时,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS取消订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,SLR消息中携带有取消订阅操作指示、以及需要取消订阅的用户消费额度信息;PCRF接收OCS通过SLA消息发送的取消订阅成功响应。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种消费配额监控方法,包括:
    策略控制与计费规则功能实体PCRF通过消费配额请求SLR消息向在线计费系统OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,其中,所述SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;
    PCRF接收所述OCS发送的消费配额响应SLA消息,从所述SLA消息中获取相应的用户消费额度状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    触发启动条件,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,所述SLR消息中携带有订阅操作指示、以及需要订阅的用户消费额度信息;
    PCRF接收所述OCS通过SLA消息发送的订阅成功响应,并在订阅的用户消费额度状态发生变化时,接收所述OCS发送的消费配额状态通知请求SNR消息,从所述SNR消息中获取用户消费额度状态变化信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述启动条件包括:
    由于用户签约数据库SPR修改配置、或者策略和计费执行功能实体PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要使用OCS控制的用户消费额度状态作为策略条件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    由于SPR修改配置、或者PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要取消订阅用户某些类型的用户消费额度状态时,PCRF通过SLR消息向OCS取消订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,所述SLR消息中携带有取消订阅操作指示、以及需要取消订阅的用户消费额度信息;
    PCRF接收所述OCS通过SLA消息发送的取消订阅成功响应。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    PCRF在确定后续不再需要获取某用户所有的用户消费额度状态时,向所述OCS发送会话终止请求STR消息,请求释放会话;
    PCRF接收所述OCS通过会话终止响应STA消息发送的会话释放响应。
  6. 一种消费配额监控装置,设置于策略控制与计费规则功能实体PCRF,所述装置具体包括:
    查询请求模块,配置为通过消费配额请求SLR消息向在线计费系统OCS查询未订阅的用户消费额度状态,其中,所述SLR消息中携带有查询操作指示、以及需要查询的用户消费额度信息;
    获取模块,配置为接收所述OCS发送的消费配额响应SLA消息,从所述SLA消息中获取相应的用户消费额度状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置进一步包括:
    订阅请求模块,配置为触发启动条件,通过SLR消息向OCS订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,所述SLR消息中携带有订阅操作指示、以及需要订阅的用户消费额度信息;
    第一接收模块,配置为接收所述OCS通过SLA消息发送的订阅成功响应,并在订阅的用户消费额度状态发生变化时,接收所述OCS发送的消费配额状态通知请求SNR消息,从所述SNR消息中获取用户消费额度状态变化信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述启动条件包括:由于用户签约数据库SPR修改配置、或者策略和计费执行功能实体PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要使用OCS控制的用户消费额度状态作为策略条件。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置进一步包括:
    取消订阅模块,配置为在由于SPR修改配置、或者PCEF请求消费相关额度导致PCRF进行策略决策,并在策略决策过程中发现需要取消订阅用户某些类型的用户消费额度状态时,通过SLR消息向OCS取消订阅预定类型的用户消费额度状态,其中,所述SLR消息中携带有取消订阅操作指示、以及需要取消订阅的用户消费额度信息;
    第二接收模块,配置为接收所述OCS通过SLA消息发送的取消订阅成功响应。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置进一步包括:
    会话释放模块,配置为在确定后续不再需要获取某用户所有的用户消费额度状态时,向所述OCS发送会话终止请求STR消息,请求释放会话;
    第三接收模块,配置为接收所述OCS通过会话终止响应STA消息发送的会话释放响应。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至5任一项所述的消费配额监控方法。
