本发明实施例的设备连接的方法可以应用于包括客户端以及服务提供设备的系统中,其中,服务提供设备可以向客户端提供各类服务。例如,智能电视系统;其中,所述智能电视系统包括:至少一个服务器、至少一个客户端、至少一个服务提供设备;其中,所述服务器用于向所述客户端分配服务提供设备;所述客户端设置在智能电视中,所述服务提供设备设置在网络侧,用于通过网络为建立连接的客户端提供互联网服务。
可选地,所述智能电视系统,还可以包括至少一个用户数据信息存储设备;所述至少一个用户数据信息存储设备包括:至少一个用户分区;其中,所述至少一个用户分区分别用于存储不同客户端对应的用户数据。

实施例一
参照图1,示出了本发明实施例一中一种设备连接的方法的步骤流程图。
在本实施例中,以上述智能电视系统架构中的服务器的角度,对本实施例的设备连接的方法进行说明。本实施例的所述设备连接的方法具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤102,接收客户端上报的用于请求分配服务提供设备的请求信息。
本实施例采用服务提供设备和客户端为智能电视终端提供网络数据服务,其中,服务提供设备可以是设置在网络侧的硬件终端,由服务提供设备提供网络服务所需的各种数据,客户端的一种呈现形式可以是安装于智能电视终端的APP(Application,应用程序),客户端对网络提供的数据进行解码并显示。其中,每个服务提供设备和客户端可以不具有唯一的对应关系,而是在客户端请求由服务提供设备提供网络服务器时为客户端临时分配一个服务提供设备,在分配了服务提供设备且与客户端建立连接后,在连接期间服务提供设备为该客户端提供数据服务。
在本实施例中,服务器可以接收客户端上报的用于请求分配服务提供设备的请求信息。
步骤104,根据所述请求信息,获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息。
在本实施例中,所述设备能力信息可以包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息。例如,服务器可以根据所述客户端的历史连接记录,确定与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备,进而获取所述确定的至少一个服务提供设备各自对应的设备能力信息。其中,所述历史连接记录可以是携带在所述请求信息中上报给所述服务器的,也可以是服务器在接收到所述请求信息之后主动获取得到的,例如,服务器每次为客户端分配服务提供设备后,保存相应的客户端与分配的服务提供设备的记录,本实施例对此不作限制。
步骤106,根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备。
在本实施例中,所述设备能力信息可以理解为指示服务提供设备所能提供服务的设备能力的信息。一般地,服务提供设备的设备能力的高低可以根据其所能提供的服务确 定,例如,若服务提供设备A的设备能力高于服务提供设备B的设备能力,则一般地可以认为,服务提供设备A所能提供服务除了包括服务提供设备B所能提供的所有服务之外,还可以进一步包括其他服务。
在本实施例中,根据所述设备能力信息确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述设备能力信息所指示的设备能力。换而言之,所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于与所述客户端建立过连接的任意一个服务提供设备的设备能力。这样,当基于客户端的请求向该客户端分配服务提供设备后,分配的服务提供设备能够为客户端提供不低于本次之前分配的服务提供设备提供的服务的服务质量,提高用户体验。
步骤108,将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至所述客户端。
其中,所述设备信息用于指示所述客户端根据所述设备信息建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
也即,将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至客户端后,所述客户端可以根据所述设备信息建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
在本实施例中,设备信息包括但不限于:服务提供设备的UUID(通用唯一识别码,Universally Unique Identifier)、服务提供设备的IP(网络之间互连的协议,Internet Protocol)地址和服务提供设备的端口中的至少一种。例如,服务器将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至所述客户端之后,所述客户端根据所述确定出的服务提供设备对应的UUID、IP地址和端口,建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
综上所述,在本实施例中,服务器在接收到客户端上报的请求信息之后,可以获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息,其中,所述设备能力信息包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息;然后,根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备。换而言之,确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息所指示的设备能力,当所述客户端与所述确定出的服务提供设备成功连接之后,所述确定出的服务提供设备可以正常为客户端提供服务。
可见,通过本实施例所述的设备连接的方法,客户端与服务提供设备的连接并不唯一,可以根据实际情况选择一个设备能力满足为客户端提供服务的服务提供设备与所述客户端进行连接,以适应应用的不断更新变化,保证智能电视系统的正常运行。
实施例二
本实施例基于上述实施例一的设备连接方案,并对实施例一的设备连接方案进行了 进一步的优化。
参照图2,示出了本发明实施例二中一种设备连接的方法的步骤流程图。
在本实施例中,仍以上述智能电视系统架构中的服务器的角度,对本实施例的设备连接的方法进行说明。本实施例的设备连接的方法具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤202,服务器接收客户端上报的用于请求分配服务提供设备的请求信息。
步骤204,服务器根据所述请求信息,获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息。
其中,设备能力信息包括:与客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息。进一步地,在本实施例中,所述设备能力信息可以包括用于表征服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息。其中,所述应用信息包括但不仅限于服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号;或者,所述应用信息包括但不仅限于服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号。其中,服务提供设备中安装的应用集合中的元素可以是:服务提供设备中安装的各个应用(包括但不仅限于各个应用的应用信用);所述应用集合可以对应有一个版本号,当应用集合中的元素发生改变(如,新增应用,应用版本升级等)时,应用集合的版本号也随之更新,如,在原有的版本号基础上递增:原版本号为1.0,新版本号更新为2.0。
步骤206,服务器根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备。
在本实施例中,确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述设备能力信息所指示的设备能力。
在实际应用过程中,由于客户端可能与多个服务提供设备建立过连接,因此,所述获取的与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息可以包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息。服务器可以依次比较所述至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息,进而确定出一个服务提供设备。优选地,由于客户端与服务提供设备进行连接时,前一次连接时选择的服务提供设备的设备能力一般是小于或等于后一次连接时选择的服务提供设备的设备能力,因此,可以根据最后一次与所述客户端进行连接的服务提供设备的设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备,从而减少比对次数,提高处理效率。
一种可行的确定出一个服务提供设备的方式可以如下:
服务器根据所述服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用与所述应用的标识信息匹配、和/或,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用的版本号不低于所根据的 所述应用的版本号;
或者,
服务器根据所述服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用集合的版本号不低于所根据的所述应用集合对应的版本号。
下面以服务器根据所述服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备为例,对所述确定出一个服务提供设备的具体步骤流程进行详细说明。
如前所述,服务提供设备中安装的应用集合可以有一个对应的版本号,服务器可以获取所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备中的应用集合的版本号(如,1.0),然后,服务器可以从至少一个满足第一设定要求的服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述至少一个满足第一设定要求的服务提供设备可以是指:所述至少一个满足第一设定要求的服务提供设备中的应用集合的版本号大于或等于1.0。
这里需要说明的是,服务器也可也根据所述服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备。
例如,服务器可以获取所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,然后,服务器可以从至少一个满足第二设定要求的服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述至少一个满足第二设定要求的服务提供设备可以是指:所述至少一个满足第二设定要求的服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息与所述最近一次连接过的服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息一一匹配(一致)。
又例如,服务器可以获取所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备安装的各应用的应用的版本号,然后,服务器可以从至少一个满足第三设定要求的服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述至少一个满足第三设定要求的服务提供设备可以是指:所述至少一个满足第三设定要求的服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的版本号不低于对应的所述最近一次连接过的服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的版本号。
进一步地,在本实施例中,各个服务提供设备可以各自有一个对应的版本号,以服务提供设备A为例,某时刻,所述服务提供设备A对应的版本号为1.0,当服务提供设备A中安装的应用发生改变时(如,新增应用、卸载应用或应用升级等),所述服务提 供设备A对应的版本号也随之更新,如,所述服务提供设备A对应的版本号可以从1.0更新至2.0。基于此,一优选地,服务器也可以获取与所述客户端建立过连接的所有服务提供设备的版本号,然后选择一个版本号大于或等于任意一个与所述客户端建立过连接的服务提供设备的版本号的服务提供设备,以作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备,本实施例对此不作限制。
例如,服务器可以获取所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备的版本号(如3.0),然后,服务器可以从版本号大于或等于3.0的至少一个服务提供设备中选择一个具备服务能力的服务提供设备作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,具备服务能力的服务提供设备可以理解为能够被分配使用的服务提供设备,如,处于空闲状态的服务提供设备;与之相对应的,不能被分配使用的服务提供设备则可以视为不具备服务能力的服务提供设备,如,处于工作(busy)状态的服务提供设备,其中,空闲状态指该服务提供设备当前没有被分配出去,也即没有为客户端提供服务;工作状态指该服务提供设备当前已被分配出去,也即已经在为客户端提供服务,不能被进一步分配。
步骤208,服务器将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至所述客户端,以使所述客户端根据所述设备信息建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
其中,所述设备信息用于指示客户端根据所述设备信息建立与确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
可选地,在本实施例中,还可以通过如下步骤对服务提供设备中的应用进行实时更新,保证各个服务提供设备可以为客户端提供高质量的服务,提高用户体验。

例如,以一个设定应用列表为例进行说明,所述设定应用列表中可以是指:截止到目前为止,各个服务提供设备中理论上应该安装有的所有应用的集合;然而,在实际应用中,各个服务提供设备的更新并不完全同步,可能一部分服务提供设备中安装的应用与所述设定应用列表中的应用是匹配,另一部分则不匹配,故,所述设定应用列表可以视为:用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息。

一优选地,所述设定应用列表可以有一个版本号3.0,一服务提供设备A中安装的应用集合的版本号为2.0;则可以根据版本号为3.0的设定应用列表对所述服务提供设备A中安装的应用进行更新:如,根据版本号为3.0的设定应用列表中的应用信息对所述服务提供设备A中安装的应用进行更新。
又一优选地,所述设定应用列表中可以记录有多个应用的标识信息(如,应用名称),如,所述设定应用列表中可以包括如下信息:应用A、应用B和应用C。则可以根据所述设定应用列表中记录的的标识信息对服务提供设备A中安装的应用进行更新:如,可以将设定应用列表中记录的标识信息(应用A、应用B和应用C)分别与所述服务提供设备A中已安装的应用的应用名称进行比较,确定出所述服务提供设备A中已安装有应用A和应用B,但是未安装应用C,则可以更新所述服务提供设备A中的应用(新增应用C)。

在本实施例中,为用户提供服务的应用是在不断更新变化的,服务器可以记录并保存服务提供设备中各个时刻对应的应用的应用信息。优选地,为了减少资源占用,也可以在记录当前时刻智能电视系统中的应用的应用信息之后,将所述当前时刻的之前时刻 智能电视系统中的应用的应用信息删除。
在本实施例中,优选地,可以以应用列表的形式对智能电视系统中各个时刻的应用的应用信息进行记录,每当智能电视系统中有应用更新(如,新增应用、应用版本升级和应用删除等),则应用列表也随之更新:应用列表中维护的应用的应用信息根据应用的更新而更新。更优选地,当应用列表更新之后,可以对更新后的应用列表的版本号也进行更新(如,版本号增加)。需要说明的是,所述用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息可以包括:当前时刻智能电视系统中的应用的应用信息(如,服务器中维护的最新版本号的应用列表)。
在本实施例中,服务器可以将获取的服务提供设备中已安装的应用与所述用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息进行比较,进而生成待更新应用信息。其中,所述待更新应用信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:用于指示卸载应用的卸载信息、用于指示安装应用的安装信息、和用于指示升级应用的应用版本的升级信息。

综上所述,在本实施例中,服务器在接收到客户端上报的请求信息之后,可以获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息,其中,所述设备能力信息包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息;然后,根据所述设备能力信息确定 出一个服务提供设备。换而言之,确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息所指示的设备能力,当所述客户端与所述确定出的服务提供设备成功连接之后,所述确定出的服务提供设备可以正常为客户端提供服务。可见,通过本实施例所述的设备连接的方法,客户端与服务提供设备的连接并不唯一,可以根据实际情况选择一个设备能力满足为客户端提供服务的服务提供设备与所述客户端进行连接,以适应应用的不断更新变化,保证智能电视系统的正常运行。
进一步地,在本实施例中,应用可以是安装在服务提供设备中,由所述服务提供设备为所述客户端提供服务,而所述服务提供设备是设置在网络侧的,因此,服务器可以在云端对服务提供设备中的应用进行统一的更新管理,维护方便;不占用用户的时间和下载资源,提高了更新效率,节约了用户成本。
此外,服务器可以在服务提供设备处于空闲状态(未提供服务)时,随时对服务提供设备中的应用进行更新,进一步提高了资源利用率和更新效率。
实施例三
在本实施例中,可以采用如下的智能电视系统:该智能电视系统可以包括:至少一个客户端、至少一个调度服务器和至少一个服务提供设备。其中,客户端是一种可以使用服务提供设备提供的APP应用程序的终端,如,机顶盒、智能移动终端、PAD(Portable Android Device平板电脑)、具有解码功能的智能电视等。所述服务提供设备可以作为服务端设置在云端,远程为所述客户端提供服务。调度服务器在接收到客户端申请服务提供设备的请求之后,可以根据设定分配策略从云端的多个服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备分配给所述客户端。
这里需要说明的是,在本实施例中,服务提供设备可以作为硬件设备设置在云端,软件(应用程序)可以安装在服务提供设备中,服务提供设备可以在云端将各类应用程序的用户界面(User Interface,UI)进行压缩编码,客户端需要有基本解码能力即可向用户展现应用程序的用户界面,实现对各类应用程序的操作。换而言之,与传统的智能电视系统所不同的是,在本实施例中,软件(应用程序)可以不安装在机顶盒中,可以安装在服务提供设备中,通过服务提供设备为用户提供服务。由于可以不再需要将软件安装在机顶盒中,故可以不再单独设置机顶盒。例如,若所述客户端为智能移动终端、或具有解码功能的智能电视时,则可以直接将智能移动终端(或具有解码功能的智能电视)与所述服务提供设备进行连接,用户可以不需要单独购买/设置机顶盒,节约了用户 成本;同时,智能移动终端(或具有解码功能的智能电视)与所述服务提供设备直接进行交互,提高了交互效率,减少了对机顶盒的维护步骤,降低了对资源的占用。当然,对有现有机顶盒来说,其具有基本解码能力,本发明的方案也仍然适用。进一步地,所述调度服务器可以是指一个服务器,也可以是指等同于所述调度服务器功能的多个服务器组成的服务器群组。
本发明实施例中,客户端侧所显示的用户界面是能够为用户提供各种网络服务,例如在用户界面上可以包括各种菜单选项或图标等服务功能,例如包括:高清视频,超清电视、软件下载、游戏、生活服务(如缴费、购物等)等,从而通过该客户端用户可在电视上免费观看高清电影电视、玩体感游戏、热门大型3D游戏、网络购物、支付水电煤费用等等功能。在用户选择某一功能的图标或菜单后,可以继续进入相应的UI界面执行操作,例如播放高清视频时可以选择本地或网络资源等。
针对客户端所显示的UI界面,用户可以通过遥控器的外置设备进行控制,如选择某个功能,进入下一级界面等,而由于UI界面是基于服务提供设备的传送流解析显示的,因此对UI界面的控制响应也由服务提供设备执行。本实施例中服务提供设备在与客户端建立连接后,预先在用户空间虚拟一输入设备,通过该虚拟输入设备模拟硬件输入信号,在系统注入用户的输入信号对应输入事件并进行分发,从而实现服务提供设备对用户控制的响应。
本实施例中,一种优选的智能电视系统的架构如图3所示,参照图3,示出了本发明实施例三中的一种智能电视系统的架构图。在本实施例中,所述智能电视系统具体可以包括:至少一个设备服务器(如图3所示的设备服务器301)、至少一个调度服务器(如图3所示的调度服务器302)和至少一个客户端(如图3所示的客户端303)。其中,每个设备服务器中包括至少一个服务提供设备(如图3所示的设备服务器301中的服务提供设备304)。
此外,优选地,所述智能电视系统还可以包括:至少一个管理服务器(如图3所示的管理服务器305)和至少一个用户数据信息存储设备(如图3所示的用户数据信息存储设备306)。需要说明的是,所述用户数据信息存储设备用于存储用户数据信息,一个用户可以对应一个专用的用户数据信息存储设备,多个用户也可以共有同一个用户数据信息存储设备,本实施例对此不作限制。其中,所述用户数据信息存储设备可以是物理设备,也可以是逻辑设备,还可以是物理和逻辑相结合的设备。例如,所述用户数据信息存储设备中可以包括至少一个用户分区(如图3所示的用户分区307),每个用户 分区对应存储一个用户的用户数据信息。
在本实施例中,客户端303可以是如上所述的硬件设备,如,机顶盒、智能移动终端、PAD、具有解码功能的智能电视等。优选地,所述客户端303也可以是位于智能电视终端侧,其可以呈现为智能电视终端中装载的APP(应用程序,Application)的形式,这里的智能电视终端具体可以包括:机顶盒、移动终端、智能电视机等。一方面,客户端303可用于播放服务提供设备304发送的传送流(Transport Stream,TS)所解析出的用户界面,以及播放从其他网络服务器中获取的多媒体数据(如视频信号、音频信号等);另一方面,客户端303可用于监听用户通过遥控器等输入装置产生的输入消息,并将该输入消息发送给服务提供设备304或者调度服务器302。从而客户端303所显示的用户界面由服务提供设备304推送,客户端303仅解析并显示,且客户端303所接收的用户对用户界面控制的输入消息,也会转发给服务提供设备304以使其据此调整用户界面。
服务提供设备304位于网络侧,其中,每个服务提供设备具体可以包括:硬件板卡和硬件板卡所承载的软件模块。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,各类应用程序可以直接安装在服务提供设备中,用户可以通过客户端303展现的应用程序对应的用户界面,对服务提供设备304中的应用程序进行各项操作,不再需要在客户端303中单独安装应用程序,便于技术人员对所述智能电视系统进行统一维护,减少了工作量,提高了维护效率。
用户分区307位于网络侧,一般地,每个用户对应用一个用户分区,各个用户的用户数据信息被保存在对应的用户分区下。进一步地,每个用户分区具有唯一一个地址信息,所述地址信息可以指示对应的用户分区的具体地址,通过所述地址信息可以快速查找到用户分区,完成用户数据信息的调用。换而言之,调度服务器302(或,管理服务器305)可以仅对地址信息(数据量较小)进行维护,而不用对整个用户数据信息(数据量较大)进行维护,降低了维护的数据量,减少了资源占用,提高了系统运行速度,且,数据信息便于查找。
调度服务器302位于网络侧,主要用于依据客户端303发送的请求消息,分配一个空闲的、状态良好的服务提供设备304与客户端303对接;同时,可以将用户ID对应的用户分区挂载到所分配的服务提供设备304上,也即,每个用户分区可以与唯一的用户ID相对应,如用户分区A对应用户A等等,这样,用户A在客户端303在与上次分配的、编号为001的服务提供设备断开连接后,即使下次连接的是编号为002的服务提供设备,用户A仍然可以使用用户分区A,并且可以使用之前的历史记录等数据。
管理服务器305位于网络侧,可用于对所有的服务提供设备进行管理,所述管理具体可以包括:状态上报、心跳管理、设置属性、获取属性、网络唤醒、软重启、硬重启等;可见,管理服务器305可以作为远程服务器,采用本发明的技术方案在广域网实现对服务提供设备的网络唤醒。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述的设备连接的方法可以应用于基于图3中所示的智能电视系统中。但本领域技术人员应当明了,任意需要类似设备连接的系统或服务器,均可参照本实施例实现设备连接的方案,而不仅限于上述架构下的应用场景。
本实施例中,在智能电视系统中,服务提供设备采用的是可复用机制,即是一个服务提供设备服务完一个客户端重置后继续服务另一个客户端。即在服务提供设备与客户端建立连接后二者是唯一对应交互的关系,而当完成服务两者断开后,服务提供设备与客户端并不具有直接的对应关系,而是要等待系统为其分配其他客户端。因此,服务提供设备同一时间能服务一个客户端,如果服务提供设备在设定时间长度内未被使用,将进入省电休眠状态。
基于服务提供设备的上述特征,可以为服务提供设备设定几个状态以进行管理分配:
Idle状态,即空闲状态,处于该状态的服务提供设备系统可将其直接分配给需要的服务提供设备;
Busy状态,即忙碌状态,处于该状态的服务提供设备已经与客户端连接并在服务客户端,无法再进行分配;
Sleep状态,即睡眠状态,当系统中没有多余空闲状态的服务提供设备可分配时,系统可唤醒处于该状态的服务提供设备并为其分配客户端;
Exception状态,即异常状态,处于该异常状态无法进行配分;
Management状态,即管理状态,表征该服务提供设备处在被服务器管理状态,无法进行分配。
结合前述实施例,本实施例以对智能电视系统中的客户端与服务提供设备之间的连接流程为例,对所述设备连接的方法进行详细说明。
在本实施例中,服务器可以对所述智能电视系统中的各个服务提供设备进行更新,包括但不限于,对各个服务提供设备中安装的应用进行更新。
具体地:
服务器可以获取服务提供设备中已安装的应用的应用信息;然后,根据所述已安装的应用的应用信息和用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息生成待更新应 用信息;最后,通知所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息更新所述服务提供设备中的应用。
例如,一种可行的实现方式可以如下:服务器中维护有一个应用列表,所述应用列表可以用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息;服务器可以将获取的服务提供设备中的已安装应用的应用列表进行比较,确定两者的差异部分,并将两者的差异部分作为待更新应用信息发送给服务提供设备。需要说明的是,服务器中维护的应用列表的版本号也是在不断变化的,例如,应用列表更新后,则应用列表的版本号也随之加1,本领域技术人员应当明了的是,在选择应用列表时,一般选择版本号最高的应用列表作为对服务提供设备进行更新时的应用列表。
进一步地,服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息完成应用的更新之后,所述服务提供设备的设备能力信息也将随之更新。如,可以包括但不仅限于使用服务提供设备的设备版本号作为所述设备能力信息,来表征所述服务提供设备的设备能力。
参照图4,示出了本发明实施例三中一种智能电视系统中客户端与服务提供设备的连接的步骤流程图。
在本实施例中,以具体实例的形式,对通过服务器建立所述客户端与服务提供设备之间的连接的方案进行说明,但本领域技术人员应当明了,在实际使用中,可参照本实例,实现前述多个实施例中的多个可选或优选方式下的设备连接方案。
本实施例的智能电视系统中客户端与服务提供设备的连接可以包括如下步骤:
步骤402,服务器接收客户端上报的用于请求分配服务提供设备的请求信息。
在服务器接收到客户端上报的请求信息后,可以采用下述步骤404、步骤406、步骤408、和步骤410中的至少一个,以确定出一个服务提供设备,进而执行步骤S412。
一优选地,在步骤402之后可以执行下述步骤404:
步骤404,服务器根据所述请求信息,获取服务提供设备A中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息;并,根据所述服务提供设备A中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息确定出一个服务提供设备。
在本实施例中,所述服务提供设备A可以是所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备。服务器可以从智能电视系统中的至少一个服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备B作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述服务提供设备B中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息与所述服务提供设备A中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息相匹配;同时,所述服务提供设备B是一个具备服务能力(如,处于空闲状态)的服务提供设备。
又一优选地,在步骤402之后可以执行下述步骤406:
步骤406,服务器根据所述请求信息,获取服务提供设备A中安装的各应用的应用的版本号;并,根据所述服务提供设备A中安装的各应用的应用的版本号确定出一个服务提供设备。
在本实施例中,所述服务提供设备A可以是所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备。服务器可以从智能电视系统中的至少一个服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备B作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述服务提供设备B中安装的各应用的应用的版本号不低于所述服务提供设备A中安装的各应用的应用的版本号;同时,所述服务提供设备B是一个具备服务能力(如,处于空闲状态)的服务提供设备。
再一优选地,在步骤402之后可以执行下述步骤408:
步骤408,服务器根据所述请求信息,获取服务提供设备A中安装的应用集合对应的版本号;并,根据所述服务提供设备A中安装的应用集合对应的版本号确定出一个服务提供设备。
在本实施例中,所述服务提供设备A可以是所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备。服务器可以从智能电视系统中的至少一个服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备B作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述服务提供设备B中安装的应用集合对应的版本号不低于所述服务提供设备A中安装的应用集合对应的版本号;同时,所述服务提供设备B是一个具备服务能力(如,处于空闲状态)的服务提供设备。
另一优选地,在步骤402之后可以执行下述步骤410:
步骤410,服务器根据所述请求信息,获取服务提供设备A的设备版本号;并,根据所述服务提供设备A的设备版本号确定出一个服务提供设备。
在本实施例中,所述服务提供设备A可以是所述客户端最近一次连接过的服务提供设备。服务器可以从智能电视系统中的至少一个服务提供设备中选择一个服务提供设备B作为所述确定出的一个服务提供设备。其中,所述服务提供设备B的设备版本号不低于所述服务提供设备A的设备版本号;同时,所述服务提供设备B是一个具备服务能力(如,处于空闲状态)的服务提供设备。
可见,本实施例的方案可以从上述步骤404-410中选择至少一个步骤执行,确定出一个服务提供设备。在确定出一个服务提供设备之后,可以继续执行下述步骤412。
步骤412,服务器将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至所述客户端,以使所述客户端根据所述设备信息建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
在本实施例中,所述设备信息包括但不仅限于所述确定出的服务提供设备的UUID、IP地址和端口中的至少一种。客户端可以根据所述确定出的服务提供设备的UUID、IP地址和端口中的至少一种建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
综上所述,在本实施例中,服务器在接收到客户端上报的请求信息之后,可以获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息,其中,所述设备能力信息包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息;然后,根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备。换而言之,确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息所指示的设备能力,当所述客户端与所述确定出的服务提供设备成功连接之后,所述确定出的服务提供设备可以正常为客户端提供服务。
可见,通过本实施例所述的设备连接的方法,客户端与服务提供设备的连接并不唯一,可以根据实际情况选择一个设备能力满足为客户端提供服务的服务提供设备与所述客户端进行连接,以适应应用的不断更新变化,保证智能电视系统的正常运行。
需要说明的是,对于方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种设备连接的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收客户端上报的用于请求分配服务提供设备的请求信息;
    根据所述请求信息,获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息;其中,所述设备能力信息包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息;
    根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述设备能力信息所指示的设备能力;
    将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至所述客户端,其中,所述设备信息用于指示所述客户端根据所述设备信息建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设备能力信息,包括:用于表征服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息;
    所述方法还包括:
    根据用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息,更新服务提供设备中的应用。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息,更新服务提供设备中的应用,包括:
    获取服务提供设备中已安装的应用的应用信息;
    根据所述已安装的应用的应用信息和所述用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息,生成待更新应用信息;
    通知所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息更新所述服务提供设备中的应用。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在通知所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息更新所述服务提供设备中的应用的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述服务提供设备上报的指示信息后,更新所述服务提供设备的设备能力信息;其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息成功完成所述服务提供设备中的应用的更新。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待更新应用信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:用于指示卸载应用的卸载信息、用于指示安装应用的安装信息、和用于指示升级应用的应用版本的升级信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应用信息,包括:
    服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号;或
    服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备,包括:
    根据所述服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用与所述应用的标识信息匹配、和/或,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用的版本号不低于所根据的所述应用的版本号;或
    根据所述服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用集合的版本号不低于所根据的所述应用集合对应的版本号。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设备连接的方法应用于智能电视系统;其中,所述智能电视系统包括:至少一个服务器、至少一个客户端、至少一个服务提供设备;其中,所述服务器用于向所述客户端分配服务提供设备;所述客户端设置在智能电视中,所述服务提供设备设置在网络侧,用于通过网络为建立连接的客户端提供互联网服务。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视系统,还包括至少一个用户数据信息存储设备;所述至少一个用户数据信息存储设备包括:至少一个用户分区;其中,所述至少一个用户分区分别用于存储不同客户端对应的用户数据。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务提供设备包括:网络机顶盒;所述互联网服务,包括如下中的至少一个:
    电视直播、音视频服务、网页服务、游戏服务。
  11. 一种设备连接的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收客户端上报的用于请求分配服务提供设备的请求信息;
    获取模块,用于根据所述请求信息,获取与所述客户端相匹配的设备能力信息;其中,所述设备能力信息包括:与所述客户端建立过连接的至少一个服务提供设备的设备能力信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述设备能力信息确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备的设备能力不低于所述设备能力信息所指示的设备能力;
    发送模块,用于将所述确定出的服务提供设备的设备信息发送至所述客户端,其中, 所述设备信息用于指示所述客户端根据所述设备信息建立与所述确定出的服务提供设备之间的连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的设备连接的装置,其特征在于,所述设备能力信息,包括:用于表征服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息;
    所述设备连接的装置还包括:
    更新模块,用于根据用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息,更新服务提供设备中的应用。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的设备连接的装置,其特征在于,所述更新模块,包括:
    应用信息获取模块,用于获取服务提供设备中已安装的应用的应用信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述已安装的应用的应用信息和所述用于表征要求服务提供设备中安装的应用的应用信息,生成待更新应用信息;
    通知模块,用于通知所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息更新所述服务提供设备中的应用。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备连接的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    能力信息更新模块,用于在所述通知模块通知所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息更新所述服务提供设备中的应用之后,在接收到所述服务提供设备上报的指示信息后,更新所述服务提供设备的设备能力信息;其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述服务提供设备根据所述待更新应用信息成功完成所述服务提供设备中的应用的更新。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的设备连接的装置,其特征在于,所述待更新应用信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:用于指示卸载应用的卸载信息、用于指示安装应用的安装信息、和用于指示升级应用的应用版本的升级信息。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的设备连接的装置,其特征在于,所述应用信息,包括:
    服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号;或
    服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的设备连接的装置,其特征在于,
    所述确定模块,用于根据所述服务提供设备中安装的各应用的应用的标识信息,和/或应用的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用与所述应用的标识信息匹配、和/或,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用的版本号不低于所根据的所述应用的版本号;或
    根据所述服务提供设备中安装的应用集合对应的版本号,确定出一个服务提供设 备,其中,确定出的服务提供设备中安装的应用集合的版本号不低于所根据的所述应用集合对应的版本号。
  18. 一种智能电视系统,其特征在于,包括:至少一个服务器、至少一个客户端、至少一个服务提供设备;其中,所述服务器包括权利要求11至17任一项所述的设备连接的装置;所述服务器用于向所述客户端分配服务提供设备;所述客户端设置在智能电视中,所述服务提供设备设置在网络侧,用于通过网络为建立连接的客户端提供互联网服务。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的智能电视系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视系统,还包括至少一个用户数据信息存储设备;所述至少一个用户数据信息存储设备包括:至少一个用户分区;其中,所述至少一个用户分区分别用于存储不同客户端对应的用户数据。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的智能电视系统,其特征在于,所述服务提供设备包括:网络机顶盒;所述互联网服务,包括如下中的至少一个:
    电视直播、音视频服务、网页服务、游戏服务。
