Description

手持式杀菌消毒器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌消毒器,特别是一种手持式杀菌消毒器。
背景技术
病菌及病毒的传播途径非常之广,除人体的皮肤之外,更可依附在头发、衣服、鞋袜中,也可以依附在墙壁、用具甚至周围空气之中,虽然消毒剂可对皮肤上的细菌进行消毒,但是若在衣物上使用会损害布料以及颜色,另外,消毒剂也会破坏墙壁上的油漆,导致使用并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手持式杀菌消毒器,要解决的技术问题是杀菌效果好,不会对被杀菌物品本身造成损害,而且使用简单。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:一种手持式杀菌消毒器,包括手持器本体,所述手持器本体设有内部具有空腔的前壳,在前壳的后端连接有手柄,所述前壳内设有臭氧发生器,所述前壳上设有与前壳的空腔连通的臭氧出口,所述手柄内设有电源,电源经设置在手柄中的升压器与臭氧发生器连接,所述手柄上设有开关,开关分别与电源以及升压器连接。
本发明所述前壳的空腔内设有风扇,所述风扇分别与开关和电源连接,在前壳上设有与前壳的空腔连通的入气口。
本发明所述的开关与电源之间设有设置在手柄内的时间控制器。
本发明所述的手柄上设有风扇转速控制器,所述风扇转速控制器分别与风扇以及电源连接。
本发明所述的手柄上设有指示灯,所述指示灯分别与开关以及电源连接。
本发明所述的手柄上设有内凹的电池仓,所述电池仓上设有可开启的电池盖,电源设置在电池仓内。
本发明所述的电源为电池。
本发明所述的入气口上设有过滤网。
本发明所述的风扇设置在臭氧出口的后方、前壳内。
本发明所述的手柄的后端设有与电池仓连通的电源插入口,在电池插入口的内壁上设有内螺纹,电池盖的前端设有与电池插入口形状和大小相适配的圆形凸块,圆形凸块的外周壁上设有外螺纹。
本发明与现有技术相比,在前壳内设置臭氧发生器,使得能够在不同的物品上使用,通过臭氧杀死依附在物品上的细菌,不仅使用简单方便,而且还不会对物品本身造成损害,从而提高杀菌效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的手持式杀菌消毒器包括手持器本体1,该手持器本体1设有内部具有空腔的前壳2,在前壳2的后端连接有手柄3,前壳2的壳壁上设有与前壳2的空腔连通的臭氧出口5,臭氧出口5设置在靠近前壳2与手柄3的连接处,在前壳2的空腔中左侧设有臭氧发生器4,手柄3内设有电源6,电源6经设置在手柄3中的升压器7与臭氧发生器4连接,在手柄3上设有开关孔17,开关孔17内设有开关15,开关15分别与电源6以及升压器7连接。
为了能够提高臭氧发生器4的消杀效果,在前壳2的空腔内设有风扇9,风扇9设置在臭氧出口5的后方、前壳2内,风扇9分别与开关15和电源6连接,在前壳2的左侧设有与前壳2的空腔连通的入气口8,入气口8上可设有过滤网13,当风扇9转动时,可将臭氧发生器4产生的臭氧经臭氧出口5排出前壳2外,实现提高消杀的效果。
在开关15与电源6之间设有设置在手柄3内的时间控制器14,用于对使用时间进行控制,防止臭氧发生器4超负荷运行,导致电源过热。
为了能够控制臭氧排出的速度,在手柄3上设有控制器孔18,控制器孔18内设有风扇转速控制器10,所述风扇转速控制器10分别与风扇9以及电源6连接,通过对风扇转速进行控制,实现控制臭氧的排出速度和消杀的力度。
在手柄3的后端设有内凹的电池仓12,手柄3的后端设有与电池仓12连通的电源插入口19,在电池插入口19的内壁上设有内螺纹20,所述电池仓12上设有可开启的电池盖16,电池盖16的前端设有与电池插入口19形状和大小相适配的圆形凸块21,圆形凸块21的外周壁上设有外螺纹22,电源6设置在电池仓12内,电池盖16与电池仓12之间通过设置在电池插入口19内壁上的内螺纹20与设置在圆形凸块21上的外螺纹22螺纹连接,从而使电池盖16与电池仓12固定连接。本发明的电源6可采用电池,不仅可以方便使用,而且使得续航得到保证,也可以在手柄3上设有与电源6连接的充电口23,使得电源6能够重复使用。
本发明的手柄3上还可以设有指示灯11,所述指示灯11分别与开关15以及电源6连接,能够更直观的查看手持式杀菌消毒器是否在工作状态。
作为最佳实施例,本发明的臭氧发生器4采用国际创新科技有限公司生产的型号为0G-001的臭氧发生器;风扇转速控制器10采用国际创新科技有限公司生产的型号为FS-12-1型风速控制器;升压器7采用国际创新科技有限公司生产的 型号为HV12-200的升压器;时间控制器14采用国际创新科技有限公司生产的型号为TM-001和型号。
本发明的工作过程如下,打开开关15,指示灯11亮起,电源6经升压器7升压后为臭氧发生器4供电,同时电源还直接为风扇9进行供电,通过对时间控制器14进行设置,可实现对臭氧发生器4以及风扇9的工作时间进行控制,防止过热,当按下风扇转速控制器10后,可以对风扇9的转速进行调节,控制臭氧的排出速度。
本发明使用臭氧进行杀菌,可在极短时间之内将依附在不同物品及身体上能够接触到的细菌杀死,也可以利用臭氧在室内循环,将空气中的飘浮的病菌杀死。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手持式杀菌消毒器,包括手持器本体(1),所述手持器本体(1)设有内部具有空腔的前壳(2),在前壳(2)的后端连接有手柄(3),其特征在于:所述前壳(2)内设有臭氧发生器(4),所述前壳(2)上设有与前壳(2)的空腔连通的臭氧出口(5),所述手柄(3)内设有电源(6),电源(6)经设置在手柄(3)中的升压器(7)与臭氧发生器(4)连接,所述手柄(3)上设有开关(15),开关(15)分别与电源(6)以及升压器(7)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述前壳(2)的空腔内设有风扇(9),所述风扇(9)分别与开关(15)和电源(6)连接,在前壳(2)上设有与前壳(2)的空腔连通的入气口(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述开关(15)与电源(6)之间设有设置在手柄(3)内的时间控制器(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述手柄(3)上设有风扇转速控制器(10),所述风扇转速控制器(10)分别与风扇(9)以及电源(6)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述手柄(3)上设有指示灯(11),所述指示灯(11)分别与开关(15)以及电源(6)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述手柄(3)上设有内凹的电池仓(12),所述电池仓(12)上设有可开启的电池盖(16),电源(6)设置在电池仓(12)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述电源(6)为电池。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述入气口(8)上设有过滤网(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述风扇(9)设置在臭氧出口(5)的后方、前壳(2)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式杀菌消毒器,其特征在于:所述手柄(3)的后端设有与电池仓(12)连通的电源插入口(19),在电池插入口(19)的内壁上设有内螺纹(20),电池盖(16)的前端设有与电池插入口(19)形状和大小相适配的圆形凸块(21),圆形凸块(21)的外周壁上设有外螺纹(22)。
