现代电视购物也称家庭购物,是以电视台的专门购物频道为平台,全天候不间断的以直播或录播的方式播出物品信息,用户从中获得多种产品信息,通过电话或互联网直接订购自己喜欢的产品,通过电视台播出的物品信息选择真实物品,并接受配送到家的服务。因此,物品供应者需要建立电视台播出的物品信息与真实物品之间的关联关系,便于用户根据电视台播出的物品信息搜索并选择真实物品。然而,关联关系建立的过程中需要消耗运维人员大量的工作量,导致建立关联关系的成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种图像数据处理方法和装置,旨在解决建立关联关系的成本高的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种图像数据处理方法,所述图像数据处理方法包括以下步骤:
在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据所述关联指令捕获待关联图像;
搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息;
显示包含搜索到的所述物品信息以及所述待关联图像的关联界面,以供用户基于所述关联界面建立所述物品信息与所述待关联图像的关联关系;
在接收到用户基于捕获的所述图像发送的截取指令时,根据所述截取指令在捕获的所述图像中截取待关联图像。
优选地,所述在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据所述关联指令捕获待关联图像的步骤包括:
在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,捕获当前显示的图像;
在接收到用户基于捕获的所述图像发送的截取指令时,根据所述截取指令在捕获的所述图像中截取待关联图像。
优选地,所述搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息的步骤包括:
显示包含所述待关联图像的搜索信息输入界面,以供用户基于所述搜索信息输入界面输入与所述待关联图像对应的搜索信息;
在接收到搜索信息时,基于所述搜索信息搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息。
优选地,所述在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据所述关联指令捕获待关联图像的步骤包括:
在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,捕获当前显示的图像;
显示预设时间间隔内包括捕获的所述图像的视频图像,以供用户对当前显示的视频图像进行截取操作;
在接收到基于当前显示的视频图像触发的截取指令时,基于所述截取指令截取相应的视频,将截取的所述视频作为待关联图像。
优选地,所述图像数据处理方法在所述在接收到用户基于所述关联界面发送的关联关系时,根据所述关联关系关联保存所述物品信息与所述待关联图像之后,还包括:
在接收到用户发送的关联关系编辑指令时,确定待编辑关联关系;
显示包含所述待编辑关联关系的编辑界面,以供用户基于所述编辑界面编辑所述待编辑关联关系;
将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,以供所述服务器审核所述编辑后的关联关系并反馈审核结果;
在接收到的审核结果为审核通过时,采用编辑后的所述关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种图像数据处理装置,所述图像数据处理装置包括:
捕获模块,设置为在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据所述关联指令捕获待关联图像;
搜索模块,设置为搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息;
第一显示模块,设置为显示包含搜索到的所述物品信息以及所述待关联图像的关联界面,以供用户基于所述关联界面建立所述物品信息与所述待关联图像的关联关系;
存储模块,设置为在接收到用户基于所述关联界面发送的关联关系时,根据所述关联关系关联保存所述物品信息与所述待关联图像。

第二截取单元,设置为在接收到基于当前显示的视频图像触发的截取指令时,基于所述截取指令截取相应的视频,将截取的所述视频作为待关联图像。

确定模块,设置为在接收到用户发送的关联关系编辑指令时,确定待编辑关联关系;
第二显示模块,设置为显示包含所述待编辑关联关系的编辑界面,以供用户基于编辑界面编辑所述待编辑关联关系;
发送模块,设置为将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,以供所述服务器审核所述编辑后的关联关系并反馈审核结果;
替换模块,设置为在接收到的审核结果为审核通过时,采用编辑后的所述关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系。

在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据关联指令捕获待关联图像;用户可以在需要建立关联关系时发送关联指令捕获待关联图像。
步骤S20,搜索所述待关联对应的物品信息;
基于捕获的待关联图像搜索与待关联图像相关的物品信息;该物品信息可以包括物品的图片、名称、产地等信息。
步骤S30,显示包含搜索到的所述物品信息以及所述待关联图像的关联界面,以供用户基于所述关联界面建立所述物品信息与所述待关联图像的关联关系;
显示包含搜索到的物品信息以及待关联图像的关联界面,用户基于关联界面建立物品信息与待关联图像的关联关系;关联界面可以在发送关联指令的用户终端显示,也可以在其他终端显示。

待关联图像搜索待关联图像对应的物品信息,并显示包含搜索到的所述物品信息以及所述待关联图像的关联界面,以供用户基于所述关联界面建立物品信息与待关联图像的关联关系,在接收到用户基于所述关联界面发送的关联关系时,根据所述关联关系关联保存所述物品信息与所述待关联图像;实现了用户根据需求或兴趣主动选择图像与物品信息建立关联关系,大大降低了关联关系建立的过程中运维人员的工作量,进而降低了建立关联关系的成本。

本实施例的图像数据处理方法,在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据所述关联指令捕获当前显示的图像,并在接收到用户基于捕获的所述图像发送的截取指令时,根据所述截取指令在捕获的所述图像中截取待关联图像;通过截取捕获图像保留捕获图像中用户感兴趣或者要求保留的部分,即能够避免图像中出现多个与物品信息相关的信息,又使得搜索待关联图像对应的物品信息更加准确,进而提高在建立关联关系时的准确率。

本实施例的图像数据处理方法,通过显示预设时间间隔内包括捕获的所述图像的视频图像,以供用户基于对当前显示的视频图像进行截取操作,并在接收到基于当前显示的视频图像触发的截取指令时,基于所述截取指令截取相应的视频;实现了图像数据处理方法采用视频与物品信息建立关联关系,增加了建立的关联关系的多样性,并提高了关联关系以及关联关系对应的关联关系的准确率。

步骤S70,将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,以供服务器审核编辑后的关联关系并反馈审核结果;
将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,服务器在审核编辑后的关联关系后反馈审核结果;在审核结果为审核通过时,服务器向用户账户反馈资源信息。

审核结果为审核通过是指编辑后的关联关系通过了服务器的审核,即编辑后的关联关系准确无误。
在审核结果没有通过,即编辑后的关联关系错误时,不采用编辑后的所述关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系。
本实施例的图像数据处理方法,通过在接收到用户发送的关联关系编辑指令时,确定待编辑关联关系,显示包含所述待编辑关联关系的编辑界面,以供用户基于编辑界面编辑待编辑关联关系,将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,以供服务器审核编辑后的关联关系并反馈审核结果;在接收到的审核结果为审核通过时,即编辑后的关联关系准确无误时,采用编辑后的所述关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系;实现了对已有的关联关系进行编辑,并采用正确的编辑后的关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系,提高了已有的关联关系的准确率。
为便于方案的理解,以下以电视购物为例对上述实施例进行具体说明,在建立电视购物的关联关系时的流程具体如下:
在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据关联指令在播放模块播放节目或视频中捕获待关联图像;
用户可以使用移动终端(手机、PAD或电脑)或者遥控器发送的关联指令以及基于关联界面将捕获的待关联图像及与待关联图像对应的物品信息建立关联关系。
在捕获图像中包含多个物品信息时,可以通过接收到用户发送的截取指令截取捕获的图像为待关联图像;即截取后的图像只保留用户感兴趣或者要求保留的部分。
在用户感兴趣商品在节目或视频中持续出现一段时间时,可以通过上述步骤S10的细化流程进行截取一段时间内包含该图像的视频为待关联图像。
基于待关联图像搜索待关联图像对应的物品信息;
在电视购物中,物品信息存储在数据库中。
为了提高搜索到的物品信息的准确率,显示包含所述待关联图像的搜索信息输入界面,以供用户基于所述搜索信息输入界面输入与所述待关联图像对应的搜索信息;在接收到搜索信息时,基于所述搜索信息搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息。
显示包含搜索到的所述物品信息以及所述待关联图像的关联界面,以供用户基于所述关联界面建立所述物品信息与所述待关联图像的关联关系;
在接收到用户基于所述关联界面发送的关联关系时,根据所述关联关系关联保存所述物品信息与所述待关联图像。
在实际应用中,可以基于关联关系对关联关系对应的用户账户进行返利操作,并将返利后的用户账户信息存的方式提高了用户建立图像与数据库中的商品关联关系的积极性。
用户还可以采用第二实施例的图像数据处理对已有的关联关系进行纠错、评价、删除或者增加相关信息等编辑操作,服务器接收用户的编辑信息进行审核并反馈审核结果,在审核结果通过时即编辑后的关联关系准确无误时对用户账户进行相关返利等;提高了用户对数据库中已有的关联关系进行编辑的积极性,进而提高了数据库中已有的关联关系的准确率。

- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的图像数据处理方法,其中,所述图像数据处理方法在所述在接收到用户基于所述关联界面发送的关联关系时,根据所述关联关系关联保存所述物品信息与所述待关联图像之后,还包括:在接收到用户发送的关联关系编辑指令时,确定待编辑关联关系;显示包含所述待编辑关联关系的编辑界面,以供用户基于所述编辑界面编辑所述待编辑关联关系;将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,以供所述服务器审核所述编辑后的关联关系并反馈审核结果;在接收到的审核结果为审核通过时,采用编辑后的所述关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系。
- 一种图像数据处理装置,所述图像数据处理装置包括:捕获模块,设置为在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,根据所述关联指令捕获待关联图像;搜索模块,设置为搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息;第一显示模块,设置为显示包含搜索到的所述物品信息以及所述待关联图像的关联界面,以供用户基于所述关联界面建立所述物品信息与所述待关联图像的关联关系;存储模块,设置为在接收到用户基于所述关联界面发送的关联关系时,根据所述关联关系关联保存所述物品信息与所述待关联图像。
- 如权利要求6所述的图像数据处理装置,其中,所述捕获模块包括:第一捕获单元,设置为在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,捕获当前显示的图像;第一截取单元,设置为在接收到用户基于捕获的所述图像发送的截取指令时,根据所述截取指令在捕获的所述图像中截取待关联图像。
- 如权利要求6所述的图像数据处理装置,其中,所述搜索模块包括:第一显示单元,设置为显示包含所述待关联图像的搜索信息输入界面,以供用户基于所述搜索信息输入界面输入与所述待关联图像对应的搜索信息;搜索单元,设置为在接收到搜索信息时,基于所述搜索信息搜索所述待关联图像对应的物品信息。
- 如权利要求6所述的图像数据处理装置,其中,所述捕获模块包括:第二捕获单元,设置为在接收到用户发送的关联指令时,捕获当前显示的图像;第二显示单元,设置为显示预设时间间隔内包括捕获的所述图像的视频图像,以供用户对当前显示的视频图像进行截取操作;第二截取单元,设置为在接收到基于当前显示的视频图像触发的截取指令时,基于所述截取指令截取相应的视频,将截取的所述视频作为待关联图像。
- 如权利要求6至9任一项所述的图像数据处理装置,其中,所述图像数据处理装置还包括:确定模块,设置为在接收到用户发送的关联关系编辑指令时,确定待编辑关联关系;第二显示模块,设置为显示包含所述待编辑关联关系的编辑界面,以供用户基于编辑界面编辑所述待编辑关联关系;发送模块,设置为将所述编辑后的关联关系发送至服务器,以供所述服务器审核所述编辑后的关联关系并反馈审核结果;替换模块,设置为于在接收到的审核结果为审核通过时,采用编辑后的所述关联关系替换所述待编辑关联关系。
