在本发明实施例中,一个电子货架标签的显示装置被划分为多个显示区域,以用于显示对应的多个商品的标签信息,当接收到输入的显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息时,电子货架标签控制显示区域标识符标识的显示区域显示输出商品更新信息,从而完成对所述显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新,简化了标签信息的更新过程,提高了商品标签信息更新时的通讯效率。
实施例二:
图4示出了本发明实施例二提供的用于电子货架标签系统的标签信息更新方法的实现流程,详述如下:
在步骤S401中,商品管理系统接收输入的商品信息更新请求,获取商品信息更新请求中的商品标识符,根据商品标识符获取关联的显示区域标识符,所述商品标识符用于标识关联的商品。
在本发明实施例中,当用户需要对电子货架标签中某一显示区域显示的商品标签信息进行更新时,可通过商品管理系统提供的输入装置输入对应的商品信息更新请求,该商品信息更新请求中包括有商品标识符以及对应关联的商品更新信息,其中,该商品标识符为标签信息待更新商品的标识符,作为示例地,商品更新信息可以为商品价格、名称、重量等信息。
在步骤S402中,商品管理系统根据显示区域标识符获取关联的电子货架标签标识符。
在本发明实施例中,商品管理系统包括有存储单元或存储装置,以用于存储电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品标签信息之间的关联关系。这样,可通过输入的商品标识符获取对应的电子货架标签标识符以及显示区域标识符。
在本发明实施例中,商品管理系统接收到输入的商品信息更新请求后,更新所述电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系并存储,以保持商品管理系统存储的信息和更新后电子货架标签信息一致。
在步骤S403中,商品管理系统根据显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求,并发送给电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签。
在本发明实施例中,商品管理系统根据显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求,将显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息封装到标签信息更新请求中,并发送给获取的电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签。
在本发明的另一实施例中,当电子货架标签为每个显示区域配置有一检测装置时,对商品标签信息的更新可由电子货架标签触发,即用户通过电子货架标签手动请求对电子货架标签上的某一商品的标签信息进行刷新,而不是由商品管理系统提供的输入装置输入。其中,触发商品标签信息更新的事件可以是用户手持设备发送的更新请求、显示区域上的用户触摸动作等。
当检测装置检测到来自外部的标签信息更新触发事件时,电子货架标签将对应显示区域的显示区域标识符发送给商品管理系统,以使所述电子货架标签系统根据存储的电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系完成对该显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新。优选地,检测装置可包括一NFC模块,以用于通过NFC无线连接方式接收外部标签信息更新触发事件对应的事件信息,从而提供一种轻松、安全、迅速的无线通信方式,简化单个商品标签信息的更新过程。
作为示例地,商品管理系统在接收到电子货架标签发送的显示区域标识符以及该电子货架标签标识符后,获取存储的对应商品更新信息,根据显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求,并发送给电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签,更新过程可参考前述的步骤S101和S102,从而统一更新处理过程。
在本发明实施例中,商品管理系统和电子货架标签之间的通信可基于数字增强无绳通信-超低能耗(Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications Ultra Low Energy,缩写为DECT ULE)或WiFi协议/连接进行,从而有效降低通信过程中电子货架标签的能耗。
在步骤S404中,电子货架标签接收商品管理系统发送的标签信息更新请求,获取标签信息更新请求中的显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息,其中,显示区域标识用于标识显示装置的一显示区域。
在步骤S405中,电子货架标签控制显示区域标识符标识的显示区域显示输出所述商品更新信息,以完成对显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新。
在本发明实施例中,步骤S404与S405与实施例一中的步骤S101、S102对应相同,在此不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中,一个电子货架标签的显示装置被划分为多个显示区域,以用于显示对应的多个商品的标签信息,在减少电子货架标签数量、降低部署成本的同时,简化了标签信息的更新过程,提高了商品标签信息更新时的通讯效率,降低了通信过程中电子货架标签的能耗。另外,商品管理系统和电子货架标签之间的通信可基于DECT ULE协议/连接进行,从而进一步降低了通信过程中电子货架标签的能耗。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,如ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。
实施例三:
图5示出了本发明实施例三提供的电子货架标签系统5的结构,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
该电子货架标签系统5包括多个电子货架标签2以及商品管理系统51。如图6所示,单个电子货架标签2包括显示装置21、数据收发器22、主控单元23以及电源24,其中:
数据收发器22用于与商品管理系统51之间的通信,例如,接收商品管理系统51发送的标签信息更新请求,标签信息更新请求中包括显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息,显示区域标识用于标识显示装置的一显示区域;
主控单元23,用于获取标签信息更新请求中的显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息,控制显示区域标识符标识的显示区域显示输出商品更新信息,以完成对显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新;
在本发明实施例中,显示装置21被划分为多个显示区域,例如,显示区域211、显示区域212、显示区域213、显示区域214,以用于显示对应的多个商品的标签信息。在本发明另一实施例中,如图7所示,显示装置21可由多个独立的显示模组组成,例如,显示模组311、显示模组312、显示模组313、显示模组314,其中每个显示模组形成一显示区域。
在具体实施中,单个电子货架标签2可具有一较大尺寸,以显示排列在一个货架层上的多个商品的标签,例如,可以为一长条形的电子货架标签,其长度刚好与一货架层长度相同。数据收发器22可以为一DECT ULE或WiFi通信模块,以通过DECT ULE或WiFi连接与商品管理系统通信,优选地为DECT ULE通信模块,从而降低电子货架标签2通信时的能耗,提高通信的安全性。主控单元23可以为一微处理器,电源24可以为电池,也可以为外部电源,在此不用以限制本发明。
实施例四:
图8示出了本发明实施例四提供的商品管理系统系统51的结构,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
商品管理系统系统51包括输入装置511、数据处理装置512、存储单元513以及数据收发装置514,其中:
输入装置511用于输入的商品信息更新请求,所述商品信息更新请求包括商品标识符;
数据处理装置512,用于获取商品信息更新请求中的商品标识符,根据商品标识符获取关联的显示区域标识符,商品标识符用于标识关联的商品,根据所述显示区域标识符获取关联的电子货架标签标识符,并根据所述显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求;
存储单元513,用于存储电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系;
数据收发装置514,用于将生成的所述标签信息更新请求发送给电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签。
在本发明实施例中,商品管理系统根据显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求,将显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息封装到标签信息更新请求中,并发送给获取的电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签。
在本发明的另一实施例中,电子货架标签可包括多个检测装置,每个检测装置与每个显示区域一一对应,对商品标签信息的更新可由电子货架标签触发,触发商品标签信息更新的事件可以是用户手持设备发送的更新请求、显示区域上的用户触摸动作等(即用户手动刷新电子货架标签上的某一商品的标签信息)。当检测装置检测到标签信息更新触发事件时,电子货架标签将对应显示区域的显示区域标识符发送给商品管理系统,以使电子货架标签系统根据存储的电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系完成对该显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新。
优选地,每个检测装置包括一NFC模块,以用于通过NFC无线连接方式接收所述标签信息更新触发事件对应的事件信息,从而提供一种轻松、安全、迅速的无线通信方式,简化单个商品标签信息的更新过程。
在本发明实施例中,一个电子货架标签的显示装置被划分为多个显示区域,以用于显示对应的多个商品的标签信息,减少了电子货架标签数量,降低了商品管理系统和电子货架标签之间对无线通讯资源的需求,提高了通讯效率,同时,降低了通信过程中电子货架标签的能耗,降低了电子货架标签的部署成本。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于电子货架标签系统的标签信息更新方法,所述电子货架标签系统包括电子货架标签以及商品管理系统,所述电子货架标签包括显示装置,其特征在于,所述方法包括下述步骤:
    所述电子货架标签接收所述商品管理系统发送的标签信息更新请求,获取所述标签信息更新请求中的显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息,所述显示区域标识用于标识所述显示装置的一显示区域;
    所述电子货架标签控制所述显示区域标识符标识的显示区域显示输出所述商品更新信息,以完成对所述显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新;
    其中,所述显示装置被划分为多个显示区域,以用于显示对应的多个商品的标签信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子货架标签接收商品管理系统发送的标签信息的更新请求的步骤之前,还包括:
    所述商品管理系统接收输入的商品信息更新请求,获取所述商品信息更新请求中的商品标识符,根据所述商品标识符获取关联的显示区域标识符,所述商品标识符用于标识关联的商品;
    所述商品管理系统根据所述显示区域标识符获取关联的电子货架标签标识符;
    所述商品管理系统根据所述显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求,并发送给所述电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述商品管理系统根据所述显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求的步骤之前,还包括:
    所述商品管理系统更新所述电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系并存储。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子货架标签为每个显示区域配置有一检测装置,所述方法还包括:
    当所述检测装置检测到标签信息更新触发事件时,所述电子货架标签将对应显示区域的显示区域标识符发送给所述商品管理系统,以使所述电子货架标签系统根据存储的电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系完成对该显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括一NFC模块,以用于通过NFC无线连接方式接收所述标签信息更新触发事件对应的事件信息。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述商品管理系统通过DECT ULE或WiFi连接将所述标签信息更新请求发送给所述电子货架标签。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示装置由多个独立的显示模组组成,每个显示模组形成一显示区域。
  8. 一种用于电子货架标签系统,所述系统包括电子货架标签以及商品管理系统,所述电子货架标签包括显示装置,其特征在于,所述电子货架标签包括:
    数据收发器,用于接收所述商品管理系统发送的标签信息更新请求,所述标签信息更新请求中包括显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息,所述显示区域标识用于标识所述显示装置的一显示区域;
    主控单元,用于获取所述标签信息更新请求中的显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息,控制所述显示区域标识符标识的显示区域显示输出所述商品更新信息,以完成对所述显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新;
    其中,所述显示装置被划分为多个显示区域,以用于显示对应的多个商品的标签信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子货架标签系统,其特征在于,所述商品管理系统包括:
    输入装置,用于输入的商品信息更新请求,所述商品信息更新请求包括商品标识符;
    数据处理装置,用于获取所述商品信息更新请求中的商品标识符,根据所述商品标识符获取关联的显示区域标识符,所述商品标识符用于标识关联的商品,根据所述显示区域标识符获取关联的电子货架标签标识符,并根据所述显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息生成标签信息更新请求。
    数据收发装置,用于将生成的所述标签信息更新请求发送给所述电子货架标签标识符对应的电子货架标签。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子货架标签系统,其特征在于,所述商品管理系统包括一存储单元,以用于存储所述电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的电子货架标签系统,其特征在于,所述电子货架标签包括多个检测装置,每个检测装置与每个显示区域一一对应,当所述检测装置检测到标签信息更新触发事件时,所述电子货架标签将对应显示区域的显示区域标识符发送给所述商品管理系统,以使所述电子货架标签系统根据存储的电子货架标签标识符、显示区域标识符、商品标识符以及商品更新信息之间的关联关系完成对该显示区域关联的商品的标签信息的更新。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子货架标签系统,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括一NFC模块,以用于通过NFC无线连接方式接收所述标签信息更新触发事件对应的事件信息。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的电子货架标签系统,其特征在于,所述商品管理系统的数据收发装置为DECT ULE或WiFi通信模块,以通过DECT ULE或WiFi连接将所述显示区域标识符以及关联的商品更新信息发送给所述电子货架标签的数据收发器。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的电子货架标签系统,其特征在于,所述显示装置由多个独立的显示模组组成,每个显示模组形成一显示区域。
