그러나, 상기 종래기술은 퍼프(1) 보관 시 퍼프(1)가 외부로 노출되기 때문에 외부의 먼지에 의해 퍼프(1)가 오염되고, 상기 퍼프(1)를 화장품용기와는 별도로 휴대 및 보관하여야 하는 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록특허 제10-1392980호가 개시되었는데, 이는 퍼프(3)를 가지는 화장품용기의 내용물 토출장치에 관한 것으로서, 펌프형 화장품용기에 퍼프(3)를 일체로 형성시키고, 버튼을 눌러 퍼프(3)에 화장료가 토출될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 버튼을 눌러 화장료를 퍼프(3)에 토출시킨 후에 피부에 도포하여야 하는 번거로움이 있었으며, 퍼프(3) 오염을 방지하는 뚜껑(4)을 분실할 염려가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 퍼프를 지지판에 부착하고 화장료를 배출하는 배출펌프를 상기 퍼프 내부에 형성함으로써, 퍼프를 피부에 두드려서 화장할 때에 두드림 동작에 의해 상기 배출펌프가 작동되고 펌프용기 내의 화장료가 배출판을 통해 상기 퍼프에 배출되어 피부에 곧바로 도포될 수 있도록 한 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 펌프용기 내의 화장료가 배출판을 통해 배출될 때 배출판 중앙의 배출홀은 크기를 작게 하고 중앙과 멀어질수록 배출홀의 크기를 점점 크게 형성하여 배출펌프로부터 배출되는 화장료가 골고루 배출될 수 있도록 한 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 배출펌프로부터 배출되는 화장료가 골고루 퍼져서 나오도록 배출판을 넓게 형성하는 동시에 배출판본체와 배출홀이 형성된 배출분배판이 언더컷 결합되도록 형성함으로써 배출판 결합구조를 단순화시켜 생산성을 향상시키도록 한 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 지지판 양측에 손잡이겸용뚜껑을 힌지 결합하되, 퍼프를 사용할 때에는 손잡이겸용뚜껑을 열고 회동시켜 뒤집어서 이를 손으로 모아 잡은 상태로 퍼프를 사용할 수 있게 함으로써, 퍼프를 손으로 직접 잡지 않아도 퍼프로 용이하게 화장료를 피부에 도포할 수 있도록 한 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 지지판 양측에 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 힌지 결합됨으로써, 퍼프를 보관 시에는 퍼프 하부에 손잡이겸용뚜껑을 덮고 후크로 체결하여 외부의 먼지로 인하여 퍼프가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑의 분실을 방지할 수 있도록 한 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 양측에 힌지부(11)가 형성된 지지판(10)과;
상기 지지판(10) 일측면에 부착되는 퍼프(20)와;
상기 지지판(10)의 힌지부(11)에 힌지 결합되는 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)과;
상기 지지판(10)에 고정 결합되며 퍼프(20) 내부에 장착되고 화장료가 저장되는 펌프용기(50)와;
상기 퍼프(20) 내부에 결합되며 펌프용기(50) 일측에 결합되어 화장료를 배출하는 배출펌프(60)와;
상기 배출펌프(60) 일측에 결합되며 배출홀(721)이 형성된 배출판(70);으로 구성되되,
상기 퍼프(20)를 피부에 대고 두드리면 상기 배출판(70)에 의해 상기 배출펌프(60)가 눌려서 작동되어 펌프용기(50) 내부에 저장된 화장료가 배출판(70)을 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 힌지부(11)는 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)로 구성되며, 상기 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)는 상기 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 상기 제2손잡이 겸용뚜껑(35)에 형성된 제1힌지돌기(32)와 제2힌지돌기(33)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)은 반구 형태로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35) 중 어느 한쪽에는 걸림돌기(37)가 일체로 형성된 후크(36)가 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 후크(36)의 걸림돌기(37)와 대응되는 걸림홈(38)이 형성되어 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 지지판(10)에는 퍼프(20)가 지지판(10)으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 고정시켜주는 고정부재(40)가 더 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 고정부재(40)는 지지판(10)에 나사 결합 또는 언더컷 결합되는 결합부(41)와 상기 결합부(41) 내측으로 연장 형성되는 고정부(42)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 배출판(70)은 배출판본체(71)와 상기 배출판본체(71)에 결합되고 다수의 배출홀(721)이 형성된 배출분배판(72)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 배출홀(721)은 중앙과 멀어질수록 직경이 점점 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 배출판본체(71)는 테두리에 결합환홈(712)이 형성되고, 상기 배출분배판(72)은 테두리에 결합돌륜(722)이 형성되어 상기 결합환홈(712)에는 결합돌륜(722)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프는 퍼프를 지지판에 부착하고 화장료를 배출하는 배출펌프를 상기 퍼프 내부에 형성함으로써, 퍼프를 피부에 두드려서 화장할 때에 두드림 동작에 의해 상기 펌프가 작동되고 펌프용기 내의 화장료가 배출판을 통해 상기 퍼프에 배출되어 피부에 곧바로 도포될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 펌프용기 내의 화장료가 배출판을 통해 배출될 때 배출판 중앙의 배출홀은 크기를 작게 하고 중앙과 멀어질수록 배출홀의 크기를 점점 크게 형성하여 배출펌프로부터 배출되는 화장료가 골고루 배출될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 배출펌프로부터 배출되는 화장료가 골고루 퍼져서 나오도록 배출판을 넓게 형성하는 동시에 배출판본체와 배출홀이 형성된 배출분배판이 언더컷 결합되도록 형성함으로써 배출판 결합구조를 단순화시켜 생산성을 향상시키도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 지지판 양측에 손잡이겸용뚜껑을 힌지 결합하되, 퍼프를 사용할 때에는 손잡이겸용뚜껑을 열고 회동시켜 뒤집어서 이를 손으로 모아 잡은 상태로 퍼프를 사용할 수 있게 함으로써, 퍼프를 손으로 직접 잡지 않아도 퍼프로 용이하게 화장료를 피부에 도포할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 지지판 양측에 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 힌지 결합됨으로써, 퍼프를 보관 시에는 퍼프 하부에 손잡이겸용뚜껑을 덮고 후크로 체결하여 외부의 먼지로 인하여 퍼프가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑의 분실을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명의 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프는 양측에 힌지부(11)가 형성된 지지판(10)과, 상기 지지판(10) 일측면에 부착되는 퍼프(20)와, 상기 지지판(10)의 힌지부(11)에 힌지 결합되는 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)과, 상기 지지판(10)에 고정 결합되며 퍼프(20) 내부에 장착되고 화장료가 저장되는 펌프용기(50)와, 상기 퍼프(20) 내부에 결합되며 펌프용기(50) 일측에 결합되어 화장료를 배출하는 배출펌프(60)와, 상기 배출펌프(60) 일측에 결합되며 배출홀(721)이 형성된 배출판(70)으로 구성된다.
상기 지지판(10)은 양측에 힌지부(11)가 형성되며, 일측면에는 퍼프(20)가 부착된다.
상기 힌지부(11)는 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)로 구성되며, 상기 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)는 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)의 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)에 형성된 제1힌지돌기(32)와 제2힌지돌기(33)에 힌지핀(14)에 의해 결합된다.
상기 지지판(10)은 가운데 장착홀(15)이 형성되며, 상기 장착홀(15)에는 펌프용기(50)가 관통되어 결합된다.
상기 퍼프(20)는 면, 직물지, 발포NBR, 루비셀, 신축성을 갖는 스펀지나 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화 비닐, 폴리에틸렌, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 라텍스, 실리콘, SIS(Styrene Isoprene Styrene), SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene), PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 실리콘제 엘라스토머, 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질을 포함하는 것을 바람직하다.
상기 퍼프(20)는 테두리에 고정홈(21)이 형성되고, 가운데 장착홈(22)이 형성된다.
상기 퍼프(20)는 고정부재(40)에 의해 지지판(10)에 고정 결합된다.
상기 고정부재(40)는 퍼프(20)가 지지판(10)으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 고정시켜주는 역할을 하며, 결합부(41)와 상기 결합부(41) 내측으로 연장 형성되는 고정부(42)로 이루어진다.
상기 고정부재(40)가 지지판(10)에 결합되어 퍼프(20)를 고정시키면 상기 퍼프(20)에 별도의 접착제 또는 양면테이프를 사용할 필요가 없게 되는 장점이 있다.
상기 결합부(41)는 지지판(10)에 나사 결합 또는 언더컷 결합되어 고정부재(40)를 지지판(10)에 고정시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 고정부(42)는 퍼프(20)의 고정홈(21)에 끼워져 상기 퍼프(20)를 고정부재(40)에 고정시킨다.
상기 퍼프(20)의 장착홈(22)에는 지지판(10)의 장착홀(15)을 관통한 펌프용기(50)와 상기 펌프용기(50)에 결합되는 배출펌프(60)가 장착된다.
상기 퍼프(20)는 지지판(10)의 일측면에 접착제 또는 양면테이프에 의해 결합될 수도 있다.
상기 지지판(10)의 힌지부(11)에는 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)이 힌지 결합되며, 상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)은 지지판(10)에 부착된 퍼프(20)를 감쌀 수 있도록 반구 형태로 형성된다.
상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)으로 퍼프(20)를 덮어서 외부로부터 먼지가 유입되어 상기 퍼프(20)가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)은 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)으로 이루어지며, 양측에 힌지돌기(31)가 형성된다.
상기 힌지돌기(31)는 제1힌지돌기(32)와 제2힌지돌기(33)로 이루어진다.
상기 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)은 상면에 제1힌지돌기(32)가 형성되고, 상기 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)은 상면에 제2힌지돌기(33)가 형성된다.
상기 제1힌지돌기(32)와 제2힌지돌기(33)는 지지판(10)의 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)에 힌지 결합되어 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)을 회동가능하게 한다.
상기 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35) 중 어느 한쪽에는 걸림돌기(37)가 일체로 형성된 후크(36)가 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 후크(36)의 걸림돌기(37)와 대응되는 걸림홈(38)이 형성되어 서로 결합된다.
상기 지지판(10)의 장착홀(15)에는 펌프용기(50)가 장착된다.
상기 펌프용기(50)는 연질의 내용기(51)와 경질의 외용기(52)로 이루어진다.
상기 내용기(51)는 내부에 화장료가 충전되고, 유연한 재질의 필름으로 형성되며, 상기 필름은 PET(Polyethylene phthalate) 수지 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene), 열가소성 엘라스토머(elastomer), 나일론(nylon) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된다.
상기 내용기(51) 안에 충전된 화장료는 외부에 노출되지 않기 때문에 상기 화장료의 오염을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 외부 공기와의 접촉이 차단되어 변질을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 외용기(52)에는 공기구멍(53)이 형성되어 공기가 유통된다.
상기 내용기(51)와 외용기(52)는 이중사출 성형 또는 블로우 성형으로 형성되되, 서로 접착되지 않는 성질의 상이한 재질로 성형된다.
또는, 내용기(51)와 외용기(52)를 성형한 후 조립하여 구성할 수 있다.
*상기 펌프용기(50)의 상단에는 패킹(55)이 결합된다.
상기 패킹(55)은 펌프용기(50)의 밀폐력을 높여 주는 역할을 하며, 재질은 NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber) 또는 발포 PE(polyethylene)로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 펌프용기(50)의 일측에는 배출펌프(60)가 결합되며, 상기 배출펌프(60)는 펌프용기(50)에 충전된 화장료를 배출시킨다.
상기 배출펌프(60)는 피스톤(63)과 상기 피스톤(63)이 삽입되는 실린더(61)와, 상기 피스톤(63)의 외주면과 실린더(61)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(64)과, 상기 실린더(61)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(62)와 실린더(61)의 상부에 체결되는 밀폐부재(65)와 상기 밀폐부재(65)와 피스톤(63) 사이에 결합되는 승강부재(67) 및 상기 승강부재(67)와 밀폐부재(65) 사이에 형성되는 탄성부재(66)로 이루어진다.
상기 실린더(61)는 펌프용기(50)의 개구부 내측으로 결합되며, 피스톤링(64)이 끼워진 피스톤(63)이 삽입되어 승하강하고, 하부에는 펌프용기(50)에 충전된 화장료가 유입될 수 있도록 제2유입구(611)가 형성된다.
상기 실린더(61)의 제2유입구(611)에는 체크밸브(62)가 설치되어 일단 실린더(61)로 유입된 화장료가 펌프용기(50)쪽으로 역류하는 것을 방지한다.
상기 피스톤(63)은 내부에 중공(631)이 형성되며 상기 중공(631)의 하측에는 차단벽(634)이 형성되고, 측면에는 상기 중공(631)으로 화장료가 유입될 수 있도록 제1유입구(632)가 형성되며 하단에 플랜지(633)가 형성된다.
상기 피스톤(63)의 상부에는 밀폐부재(65)가 체결되며, 상기 밀폐부재(65)의 내측으로는 피스톤(63)의 중공(631)과 연통하는 승강부재(67)가 결합 조립되어 상기 승강부재(67)의 승강에 따라 피스톤(63)도 함께 승강된다.
상기 피스톤링(64)은 피스톤(63) 외주면에 끼워져 설치되며 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633) 상부에 배치된다. 따라서 상기 피스톤(63)이 하강함에 따라 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)와 피스톤링(64) 사이에 간극이 생겨 화장료 배출통로가 생기게 되고, 상기 피스톤(63)이 상승함에 따라 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)와 피스톤링(64)이 밀착되어 화장료 배출통로가 폐쇄된다.
상기 밀폐부재(65)는 내측으로 실린더(61)가 끼움 결합된다.
상기 밀폐부재(65)의 상면에는 탄성부재(66)가 위치하며, 상기 탄성부재(66)는 승강부재(67) 외주면에 끼워져서 상기 승강부재(67)의 펌핑 동작을 탄발지지한다.
상기 승강부재(67)는 내측으로 피스톤(63)이 끼움 결합되며, 중공(631)을 통해 배출되는 화장료가 승강부재(67) 내부를 통과하여 배출판(70)으로 배출된다.
상기 배출판(70)은 배출판본체(71)와 상기 배출판본체(71)에 결합되는 배출분배판(72)으로 이루어진다.
상기 배출판본체(71)는 중앙에 관통된 결합부(711)가 형성되고, 테두리에 결합환홈(712)이 형성된다.
상기 결합부(711)는 배출펌프(60)의 승강부재(67)에 결합되어 화장료가 배출되는 통로 역할을 한다.
상기 배출분배판(72)은 다수의 배출홀(721)이 형성되고, 테두리에 결합돌륜(722)이 형성된다.
상기 배출홀(721)은 중앙과 멀어질수록 직경을 점점 크게 형성하여 배출펌프(60)로부터 배출되는 화장료가 골고루 배출될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 결합돌륜(722)은 배출판본체(71)의 테두리에 형성된 결합환홈(712)에 언더컷 결합되어 배출분배판(72)이 배출판본체(71)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 배출판본체(71)와 배출분배판(72)이 언더컷 결합되도록 형성함으로써 배출판(70)의 결합구조를 단순화시켜 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 조립하기 위해 가운데 장착홀(15)이 형성된 지지판(10)에 장착홈(22)이 형성된 퍼프(20)를 부착하되, 상기 퍼프(20)는 접착제 또는 양면테이프에 의해 결합될 수도 있고, 본 발명에서처럼 별도의 고정부재(40)에 의해 부착될 수도 있다.
이후, 상기 지지판(10)에 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)을 회동 가능하게 힌지 결합한다.
그 다음 상기 지지판의 장착홀(15)에 배출펌프(60)가 결합된 펌프용기(50)를 장착하되, 상기 펌프용기(50)의 내측에는 화장료가 충전되고, 상기 펌프용기(50)와 배출펌프(60)는 장착홀(15)을 관통하여 퍼프(20)의 장착홈(22)에 위치시켜 조립을 완료한다.
본 발명의 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프는 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프(20)가 부착된 지지판(10)에 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)으로 이루어진 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)이 결합되어 있어 사용하지 않을 때에는 상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)에 의해 퍼프(20)가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 사용하기 위해 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35)을 회동시켜 손잡이 역할을 하게 한다.
이후, 도 7과 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프(20)를 피부에 두드려서 화장을 할 때, 상기 배출판(70)이 눌려져서 배출펌프(60)가 작동하여 상기 퍼프(20)의 내부에 장착된 펌프용기(50)의 화장료가 배출펌프(60)를 통해서 배출된다.
상기 배출펌프(60)를 통해 배출되는 화장료는 배출판(70)의 배출분배판(72)에 형성된 크기가 다른 배출홀(721)을 통해 퍼프(20)로 골고루 분배되어 배출된다.
상기 화장료는 퍼프(20)로 배출되어 피부에 곧바로 도포할 수 있어 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 양측에 힌지부(11)가 형성된 지지판(10)과;
    상기 지지판(10) 일측면에 부착되는 퍼프(20)와;
    상기 지지판(10)의 힌지부(11)에 힌지 결합되는 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)과;
    상기 지지판(10)에 고정 결합되며 퍼프(20) 내부에 장착되고 화장료가 저장되는 펌프용기(50)와;
    상기 퍼프(20) 내부에 결합되며 펌프용기(50) 일측에 결합되어 화장료를 배출하는 배출펌프(60)와;
    상기 배출펌프(60) 일측에 결합되며 배출홀(721)이 형성된 배출판(70);으로 구성되되,
    상기 퍼프(20)를 피부에 대고 두드리면 상기 배출판(70)에 의해 상기 배출펌프(60)가 눌려서 작동되어 펌프용기(50) 내부에 저장된 화장료가 배출판(70)을 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 힌지부(11)는 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)로 구성되며, 상기 제1힌지부(12)와 제2힌지부(13)는 상기 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 상기 제2손잡이 겸용뚜껑(35)에 형성된 제1힌지돌기(32)와 제2힌지돌기(33)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이겸용뚜껑(30)은 반구 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1손잡이겸용뚜껑(34)과 제2손잡이겸용뚜껑(35) 중 어느 한쪽에는 걸림돌기(37)가 일체로 형성된 후크(36)가 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 후크(36)의 걸림돌기(37)와 대응되는 걸림홈(38)이 형성되어 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지판(10)에는 퍼프(20)가 지지판(10)으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 고정시켜주는 고정부재(40)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재(40)는 지지판(10)에 나사 결합 또는 언더컷 결합되는 결합부(41)와 상기 결합부(41) 내측으로 연장 형성되는 고정부(42)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 배출판(70)은 배출판본체(71)와 상기 배출판본체(71)에 결합되고 다수의 배출홀(721)이 형성된 배출분배판(72)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 배출홀(721)은 중앙과 멀어질수록 직경이 점점 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 배출판본체(71)는 테두리에 결합환홈(712)이 형성되고, 상기 배출분배판(72)은 테두리에 결합돌륜(722)이 형성되어 상기 결합환홈(712)에는 결합돌륜(722)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 배출펌프가 형성되고 손잡이겸용뚜껑이 구비된 퍼프.
