背景技术
铰链是平开窗常用五金配件,市面上常用的铰链有三连杆、四连杆或多连杆,不同连杆受力不同,最常见为四连杆结构铰链包括固定座、托臂和三根悬臂,三根悬臂和托臂形成四连杆结构,四连杆结构连接固定座的两个点,其中一个点固定铰接,另外一个点通过滑块连接,但这种连接方式在受力结构上存在不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种加强受力的门窗铰链。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,门窗铰链,包括固定座、第一悬臂、第二悬臂、第三悬臂和托臂,第一悬臂和第二悬臂的两端分别与固定座和托臂铰接,固定座上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装滑块,第三悬臂一端连接滑块,另一端连接第二悬臂。第一悬臂、第二悬臂、第三悬臂和托臂构成四连杆结构,第一悬臂和第二悬臂与固定座固定铰接,两个固定铰接点大大加强了铰链受力,
在一些实施方式中,固定座上设有定位孔。定位孔用于安装时定位。
在一些实施方式中,第二悬臂设有至少一个凸起。凸起加强受力。
在一些实施方式中,固定座一端设有角包。角包起到分左右作用。
在一些实施方式中,托臂与第一悬臂连接端设有尖角结构。尖角结构配合角包控制。
本实用新型的有益效果为:两个固定铰接的悬臂,大大强化了铰链的承重,不易变形,本实用新型门窗铰链的四连杆结构简单,效果突出,方便推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,门窗铰链,包括固定座1、第一悬臂2、第二悬臂3、第三悬臂4和托臂5,第一悬臂2和第二悬臂3的两端分别与固定座1和托臂5固定铰接,固定座1上开设滑槽6,滑槽6内安装滑块7,第三悬臂4一端铰接滑块7,另一端铰接第二悬臂3。第二悬臂3冲压一个凸起,冲压后的凸起能够加强承重。
固定座1上设有定位孔8,铰链安装时,使用螺丝通过定位孔8与窗框和窗扇固定。
固定座1一端焊接角包9,托臂5与第一悬臂2连接端为尖角结构,角包9和尖角结构配合,防止铰链在打开时往错误方向转动,起到分左右的效果。

  1. 门窗铰链,其特征在于,包括固定座(1)、第一悬臂(2)、第二悬臂(3)、第三悬臂(4)和托臂(5),所述第一悬臂(2)和第二悬臂(3)的两端分别与固定座(1)和托臂(5)铰接,所述固定座(1)上设有滑槽(6),所述滑槽(6)内安装滑块(7),所述第三悬臂(4)一端连接滑块(7),另一端连接第二悬臂(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门窗铰链,其特征在于,所述固定座(1)上设有定位孔(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的门窗铰链,其特征在于,所述第二悬臂(3)设有至少一个凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门窗铰链,其特征在于,所述固定座(1)一端设有角包(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的门窗铰链,其特征在于,所述托臂(5)与第一悬臂(2)连接端设有尖角结构。
