Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de sélection de cellule. Le procédé consiste : à acquérir des informations de base concernant un opérateur correspondant à chaque numéro de téléphone mobile d'une pluralité de numéros de téléphone mobile qui sont liés à un module d'identité d'abonné en même temps ; à rechercher une cellule d'une zone dans laquelle un dispositif électronique est situé selon les informations de base concernant l'opérateur, de façon à obtenir une liste de cellules préliminaire ; à réguler le classement des cellules dans la liste de cellules préliminaire selon une politique de classement de priorité de cellule préétablie, de façon à obtenir une liste de cellules finale ; et selon la cellule ayant la priorité la plus élevée dans la liste de cellules finale, à réaliser une opération de secours dans un mode hybride. Le procédé fait en sorte que des informations de base concernant un opérateur correspondant à chaque numéro de téléphone mobile d'une pluralité de numéros de téléphone mobile qui sont liés à un module d'identité d'abonné en même temps soient obtenues par l'intermédiaire d'une recherche, et ainsi, une cellule appropriée est sélectionnée à partir des opérateurs recherchés pour fournir des services ayant la qualité la plus élevée à un abonné.
