Description

压电扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种压电扬声器。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,便携式电子装置受到人们的广泛关注,扬声器装置作为便携式电子终端主要的发声单元,直接影响着便携式电子装置的使用效果。
随着便携式电子装置越来越薄,扬声器装置的厚度越来越成为业界关注的重点。压电扬声器以其厚度薄而越来越成为业界关注的重点。为了提高压电扬声器的应用效果,在压电扬声器内设置有助听音圈,现有技术的带有助听音圈的压电扬声器,需要单独放置助听音圈,工艺复杂,助听音圈占用压电扬声器内部空间,影响压电扬声器的性能,并且提高了生产成本。
因此,有必要提出一种改进,以克服现有技术设置助听音圈的压电扬声器的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种薄型化设计好,工艺简单,性能好的压电扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明压电扬声器采用以下技术方案:
一种压电扬声器,包括导电端子、框架、与所述框架固定的振膜以及固定于所述振膜的压电片,并且:所述压电扬声器还包括助听音圈,所述助听音圈为平面音圈,所述平面助听音圈蚀刻设置于所述压电片表面;所述压电片与所述助听音圈分别与所述导电端子电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述导电端子对应所述压电片及所述 助听音圈分别设置有焊盘,所述压电片与所述助听音圈通过所述焊盘与所述导电端子电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述压电片设置有电极,所述压电片电极与所述导电端子电连接。作为进一步的优选,所述助听音圈避让所述电极设置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述压电片包括两部分压电片,所述两部分压电片分别设置于所述振膜的两侧,所述助听音圈设置于所述两部分压电片的任一一部分上。
作为以上方案的优选方案,所述助听音圈可以为银、钯、镍、钼-锰合金中的任意一种。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述框架包括前盖及后壳,所述前盖设置有出声孔。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振膜与所述压电片通过垫环连接固定。作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述垫环为聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述导电端子为柔性线路板。
本发明压电扬声器,助听音圈为平面音圈,助听音圈蚀刻设置于压电片的表面,将助听音圈与压电片一体设置,助听音圈不占用压电扬声器内部空间,不增加压电扬声器厚度,有利于产品的薄型化设计。并且,助听音圈蚀刻于压电片上,降低了压电扬声器组装时的生产难度,简化生产工艺;助听音圈不会对压电扬声器性能产生影响,有利于提升产品性能。因此,本发明压电扬声器具有薄型化设计好,工艺简单,性能好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1及图2所示,本发明压电扬声器,包括框架,与框架固定的振膜2以及与振膜2固定结合的压电片3,框架包括前盖11和后壳12,振膜2收容固定于前盖11和后壳12之间。本发明压电扬声器还包括导电端子5,压电片3与导电端子5电连接。导电端子5将压电片3与外部电路电结合,外部驱动信号通过导电端子5进入到压电片3,压电片3产生逆压电效应而振动,带动振膜2振动,振膜2振动策动空气发声。
如图2所示,本发明压电扬声器还包括助听音圈6,助听音圈6为平面音圈,蚀刻设置于压电片3的表面,助听音圈6提高了压电扬声器与助听器配合使用时的性能,提高压电扬声器应用的广泛性。设置于压电片3表面的平面助听音圈6,避免了助听音圈对压电扬声器内部空间的占用,有利于压电扬声器的薄型化设计,同时,在压电扬声器装配过程中,不必单独放置助听音圈,简化生产工艺,助听音圈不会对压电扬声器性能产生影响,有利于提高压电扬声器性能。
如图2所示,导电端子5上对应压电片3设置有第一焊盘51,对应助听音圈6设置有第二焊盘52,压电片3与助听音圈6分别通过独立的焊盘与导电端子5电连接,不会相互干扰,有利于提升产品性能。
本实施例的压电扬声器,压电片3上设置有电极,电极与导电端子5电连接。助听音圈6避让压电片3的电极设置,以保证助听音圈6与压电片3的电极相互不干扰,提高产品性能。
在实际应用中,压电片3也可以设置为两片,两片压电片分别设置于振膜2的两侧,以提高压电扬声器的声学性能,助听音圈6可以设置于任一压电片上,均不影响本发明压电扬声器的优点体现。
在实际应用中,助听音圈可以为银、钯、镍、钼-锰合金中的任 意一种,也可以为其他材料的金属或合金,确保平面的助听音圈导电通畅,起到助听作用,提高产品性能和用户体验。
如图1所示,本实施例的压电扬声器,前盖11上设置有供声音出射的出声孔。
如图1所示,压电片3与振膜2之间设置有垫环4,压电片3通过垫环4与振膜2连接固定,垫环4可以提高振膜2振动的一致性,提高压电扬声器声学性能。作为一种优选方案,垫环4可以为聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
在实际应用中,振膜2可以采用高分子材料振膜。导电端子可以为柔性线路板。均可体现本发明压电扬声器优点。
本发明压电扬声器,助听音圈为平面音圈,助听音圈蚀刻设置于压电片的表面,将助听音圈与压电片一体设置,助听音圈不占用压电扬声器内部空间,不增加压电扬声器厚度,有利于产品的薄型化设计。并且,助听音圈蚀刻于压电片上,降低了压电扬声器组装时的生产难度,简化生产工艺;助听音圈不会对压电扬声器性能产生影响,有利于提升产品性能。因此,本发明压电扬声器具有薄型化设计好,工艺简单,性能好的优点。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种压电扬声器,包括导电端子、框架、与所述框架固定的振膜以及固定于所述振膜的压电片,其特征在于:所述压电扬声器还包括助听音圈,所述助听音圈为平面音圈,所述平面助听音圈蚀刻设置于所述压电片表面;所述压电片与所述助听音圈分别与所述导电端子电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述导电端子对应所述压电片及所述助听音圈分别设置有焊盘,所述压电片与所述助听音圈通过所述焊盘与所述导电端子电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述压电片设置有电极,所述压电片电极与所述导电端子电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述助听音圈避让所述电极设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述压电片包括两部分压电片,所述两部分压电片分别设置于所述振膜的两侧,所述助听音圈设置于所述两部分压电片的任一一部分上。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述助听音圈可以为银、钯、镍、钼-锰合金中的任意一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述框架包括前盖及后壳,所述前盖设置有出声孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜与所述压电片通过垫环连接固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述垫环为聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述导电端子为柔性线路板。
