本发明通过网络医院平台在一个监控周期内监控药品库中药品的存放时间,当药品的存放时间达到对应的养护提醒周期时,生成提醒消息以提醒用户对药品进行养护,并确定药品对应的养护规则,输出提醒消息和养护规则,供用户根据养护规则对药品进行养护。通过对存放时间的监控,在其达到养护提醒周期时向用户提醒,从而保证了对药品库中的药品进行定期养护,避免了因养护不及时导致药品变质或失效等问题,并且减小了医护人员的工作负担,在很大程度上提高了工作效率。

本发明提供的药品养护方法,通过网络医院平台监控药品的存放时间,在达到养护提醒周期时向用户提醒进行养护,能够保证对药品库中的药品进行定期养护,避免因养护不及时导致药品变质或失效等问题,并且可减小医护人员的工作负担,提高工作效率。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于网络医院平台的药品养护方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中,基于网络医院平台的药品养护方法包括:
步骤S10,在一个监控周期内监控药品库中药品的存放时间;
本实施例药品养护方法基于网络医院平台,网络医院平台可对与其建立连接的所有医院、诊所和药店等机构的药品库中的药品进行监控和管理。网络医院平台对每一种药品的整个周期进行监控,即从每一种药品进货时开始进行监控,例如进货时的数量、根据处方所统计的销售数量,以及当前该药品所剩余的库存数量;当然,本实施例中网络医院平台还监控每一种药品在药品库中的存放时间,以根据该存放时间确定是否需要对药品进行养护,对药品的存放时间的监控是周期性的,也就是说,在医护人员每一次对药品进行养护后,本周期的监控即结束,而重新开始下一个周期的监控。
步骤S20,当药品的存放时间达到对应的养护提醒周期时,生成提醒消息,并确定药品对应的养护规则;
网络医院平台根据每一种药品的药物特性,如药品的存放方式和药品成分等特点,设置该药品的养护提醒周期,该养护提醒周期为针对每一种药品所设置的养护间隔时间,以提醒用户对药品进行养护。在一个监控周期内,当监控到的药品的存放时间达到该药品对应的养护提醒周期时,网络医院平台生成提醒消息,用于提醒医护人员对相应的药品进行养护,同时,网络医院平台在养护规则库中确定该药品对应的养护规则,该养护规则中包括对药品进行养护的方法或者养护的条件。
步骤S30,输出提醒消息和养护规则,供用户根据养护规则对药品进行养护。
在药品的存放时间达到该药品对应的养护提醒周期时,生成提醒消息并确定了药品的养护规则后,输出提醒消息和养护规则,即向用户发送提醒消息以提醒对相应的药品进行养护,同时将养护规则发送至用户,药品库的医护人员可在接收到提醒消息后,根据养护规则对相应的药品进行养护。
本实施例通过网络医院平台在一个监控周期内监控药品库中药品的存放时间,当药品的存放时间达到对应的养护提醒周期时,生成提醒消息以提醒用户对药品进行养护,并确定药品对应的养护规则,输出提醒消息和养护规则,供用户根据养护规则对药品进行养护。通过对存放时间的监控,在其达到养护提醒周期时向用户提醒,从而保证了对药品库中的药品进行定期养护,避免了因养护不及时导致药品变质或失效等问题,并且减小了医护人员的工作负担,在很大程度上提高了工作效率。

在一个监控周期内,当监控到的药品的存放时间达到该药品对应的养护提醒周期时,网络医院平台生成提醒消息,该提醒消息中至少可包括所需养护的药品名称、该药品在药品库中的位置,以及对该药品进行养护的时间限值,以用于提醒医护人员对需要养护的所有药品进行养护。在生成提醒消息后,网络医院平台还根据需要养护的药品的药物特性,如该药品的存放方式和药品成分等特点,在预设的养护规则库中匹配药品的药物特性对应的养护规则,该养护规则库中预先存储有根据药品的存放方式和药品成分对不同类型的药品所设置的养护规则,每一种养护规则可对应一种或多种药品的名称,具体地,在监控到药品的存放时间达到养护提醒周期时,根据该药品的名称在养护规则库中进行匹配,匹配该名称对应的养护规则。
在生成用于提醒对药品进行养护的提醒消息的同时,匹配不同药品对应的养护规则并输出,从而方便医护人员高效、准确地对药品进行养护,进一步提高了医护人员的工作效率。

网络医院平台在进货后,可根据每一种药品的药物特性,如该药品的存放方式和药品成分特点将药品分类存放在药品库中,并且可根据药品的药物特性设置每一种药品对应的养护提醒周期,即从对每一种药品在一个监控周期内的监控时间开始起,当监控的时间达到养护提醒周期时,提醒医护人员对该药品进行定期养护。例如,许多中药由于其本身的药品成分,导致长期放置会与空气或其他药物发生反应而变质,或者在存放时需要通风干燥的存放环境,因而在放置一段时间后需要对这些药品进行通风、干燥或者其他处理,对于这些药品,则可根据其药品成分或存放方式设置间隔时间适当的养护提醒周期。
在进货后根据每种药品的药物特性,设置每一种药品的养护提醒周期,并且在每一个监控周期监控药品的存放时间,以便于在药品存放到一定时间时对其进行适当的养护,保证了药品的使用时间,并且可在一定程度上降低药品的使用成本。

步骤S50,根据药品的药物特性设置药品的存放规则,以供按照存放规则存放药品库中的药品。
在将进货的药品存放至药品库中时,网络医院平台根据不同药品的药物特性对药品进行分类,如根据药品的存放方式和药品的成分特点将存放方式相同或成分特点相同的药品分为一类,然后针对每一种类别的药品设置相应的存放规则,根据每一种药品所对应的存放规则将其存放至药品库中对应的位置。例如,药品在存放时需要通风、干燥的存放环境,则这类药品的存放规则即可设置为通风干燥,在存放时,将这类药品存放至药品库中相对通风干燥的位置,或对药品进行通风干燥处理;或者,药品与其他药品或空气接触会发生反应,则这类药品的存放规则可设置为密封存放,在存放时,采用相对密封的方式将这类药品存放至药品库中对应的位置。
在进货时根据每一种药品的药物特性将药品进行分类,并设置每一类药品的存放规则,根据该存放规则存放药品至药品库中相应的位置,在保证每一种药品的药效充分发挥的同时,进一步保证了药品的使用时间。

在进货时,网络医院平台记录每一种药品的有效期,并且针对每一种药品设置一提醒时间,该提醒时间用于提醒用户优先使用相应的药品,可根据药品的需求量和有效期,自定义设置提醒时间的长短。网络医院平台在记录药品的有效期的同时即监控该药品的存放时间和该药品的库存量,在药品的存放时间与该药品的有效期的时间差到达提醒时间时,向用户发送进行提醒消息,提醒用户优先使用该药品。该步骤S60可在药品存放至药品库中后的任何时候开始执行,本实施例优选在上述步骤S30之后执行。
医护人员在接收到提醒消息后,可获取存放时间与有效期的时间差达到对应的提醒时间的药品的库存量,根据库存量的大小确定是否优先使用该药品,通常情况下对于库存量大的药品应优先使用,但是,如药品的库存量较大,而该药品的市场需求量也很大,则可无需优先使用该药品,反之,通常情况下对于库存量较小的药品可以不优先使用,但是,如药品的库存量较小,而该药品的市场需求量也很小,则也可优先使用该药品。
监控每一种药品的存放时间是否达到为其设置的提醒时间,对于达到提醒时间的药品,医护人员可根据库存量以及市场需求量确定是否优先使用,保证了药品库中药品的使用时间,并且进一步降低了药品的使用成本。
本发明还提供一种网络医院平台。

在本发明第一实施例中,网络医院平台包括:
监控模块10,用于在一个监控周期内监控药品库中药品的存放时间;
生成及确定模块20,用于当药品的存放时间达到对应的养护提醒周期时,生成提醒消息,并确定药品对应的养护规则;
输出模块30,用于输出提醒消息和养护规则,供用户根据养护规则对药品进行养护。
本实施例药品养护方法基于网络医院平台,网络医院平台可对与其建立连接的所有医院、诊所和药店等机构的药品库中的药品进行监控和管理。网络医院平台通过监控模块10对每一种药品的整个周期进行监控,即从每一种药品进货时开始进行监控,例如进货时的数量、根据处方所统计的销售数量,以及当前该药品所剩余的库存数量;当然,本实施例中网络医院平台还监控每一种药品在药品库中的存放时间,以根据该存放时间确定是否需要对药品进行养护,对药品的存放时间的监控是周期性的,也就是说,在医护人员每一次对药品进行养护后,本周期的监控即结束,而重新开始下一个周期的监控。
网络医院平台根据每一种药品的药物特性,如药品的存放方式和药品成分等特点,设置该药品的养护提醒周期,该养护提醒周期为针对每一种药品所设置的养护间隔时间,以提醒用户对药品进行养护。在一个监控周期内,当监控到的药品的存放时间达到该药品对应的养护提醒周期时,网络医院平台的生成及确定模块20生成提醒消息,用于提醒医护人员对相应的药品进行养护,同时,网络医院平台在养护规则库中确定该药品对应的养护规则,该养护规则中包括对药品进行养护的方法或者养护的条件。
在药品的存放时间达到该药品对应的养护提醒周期时,生成提醒消息并确定了药品的养护规则后,通过输出模块30输出提醒消息和养护规则,即向用户发送提醒消息以提醒对相应的药品进行养护,同时将养护规则发送至用户,药品库的医护人员可在接收到提醒消息后,根据养护规则对相应的药品进行养护。

在一个监控周期内,当监控到的药品的存放时间达到该药品对应的养护提醒周期时,网络医院平台的生成及确定模块20生成提醒消息,该提醒消息中至少可包括所需养护的药品名称、该药品在药品库中的位置,以及对该药品进行养护的时间限值,以用于提醒医护人员对需要养护的所有药品进行养护。在生成提醒消息后,生成及确定模块20还根据需要养护的药品的药物特性,如该药品的存放方式和药品成分等特点,在预设的养护规则库中匹配药品的药物特性对应的养护规则,该养护规则库中预先存储有根据药品的存放方式和药品成分对不同类型的药品所设置的养护规则,每一种养护规则可对应一种或多种药品的名称,具体地,在监控到药品的存放时间达到养护提醒周期时,根据该药品的名称在养护规则库中进行匹配,匹配该名称对应的养护规则。
在生成用于提醒对药品进行养护的提醒消息的同时,匹配不同药品对应的养护规则并输出,从而方便医护人员高效、准确地对药品进行养护,进一步提高了医护人员的工作效率。

医护人员在接收到提醒消息后,可获取存放时间与有效期的时间差达到对应的提醒时间的药品的库存量,根据库存量的大小确定是否优先使用该药品,通常情况下对于库存量大的药品应优先使用,但是,如药品的库存量较大,而该药品的市场需求量也很大,则可无需优先使用该药品,反之,通常情况下对于库存量较小的药品可以不优先使用,但是,如药品的库存量较小,而该药品的市场需求量也很小,则也可优先使用该药品。
监控每一种药品的存放时间是否达到为其设置的提醒时间,对于达到提醒时间的药品,医护人员可根据库存量以及市场需求量确定是否优先使用,保证了药品库中药品的使用时间,并且进一步降低了药品的使用成本。
