本发明实施例提供一种基于WLAN的终端定位方法和装置,旨在解决如何提高终端定位的准确性的技术问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于WLAN的终端定位方法,所述基于WLAN的终端定位方法包括以下步骤:
当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻;
在所述终端联网时,根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息;
根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终 端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
可选地,所述根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息包括:
当有搜索时刻对应的WLAN信息为多个时,分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息;
根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息。
可选地,所述WLAN位置信息包括所述WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息,所述根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息包括:
将所有的WLAN位置信息中的经度值和纬度值分别取平均值,并将得到的经度和纬度的平均值作为目标位置信息。
可选地,所述根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位包括:
当保存有所述终端的位置轨迹时,将所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻添加至保存的所述位置轨迹,形成新的位置轨迹,并根据所述新的位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于WLAN的终端定位装置,所述基于WLAN的终端定位装置包括:
获取模块,设置为当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻;并在所述终端联网时,根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息;
定位模块,设置为根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
可选地,所述获取模块包括:
获取单元,设置为当有搜索时刻对应的WLAN信息为多个时,分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息;
确定单元,设置为根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息。
可选地,所述WLAN位置信息包括所述WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息,所述确定单元是设置为通过如下方式实现根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息:将所有的WLAN位置信息中的经度值和纬度值分别取平均值,并将得到的经度和纬度的平均值作为目标位置信息。
可选地,所述定位模块包括:
更新单元,设置为当保存有所述终端的位置轨迹时,将所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻添加至保存的所述位置轨迹,形成新的位置轨迹,并根据所述新的位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述的方法。
本发明实施例在终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻,并在终端联网时,根据所记录的WLAN信息及搜索时刻获取终端在搜索时刻的目标位置信息。然后根据得到的目标位置信息及目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成终端的位置轨迹,并根据生成的位置轨迹对终端进行定位。从而能够实现记录终端断网时搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻,并在终端联网时获取所记录的终端在搜索时刻的目标位置信息,使得获取终端的目标位置信息比较全面,提高了对终端进行定位的准确性。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,示出了本发明实施例一种基于WLAN的终端定位方法。该实施例的基于WLAN的终端定位方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10、当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻;
在本实施例中,该终端可以是手机、平板电脑、车载电脑等移动终端。当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,则获取该搜索到的WLAN信息,同时记录该搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻,并将该搜索时刻与搜索到的WLAN信息进行关联存储。
需要说明的是,该WLAN信息包括服务集标识(Service Set Identifier,SSID)和硬件地址(Media Access Control,MAC)。终端搜索WLAN信息的方式可以是每隔预置的时间段对周围区域的WLAN信息进行搜索,该预置的时间段可以是5分钟,也可以根据具体情况进行灵活设置。终端搜索WLAN信息的方式也可以是,当终端从联网状态切换至断网状态,或者终端从断网状态切换至联网状态时,触发终端对周围的WLAN信息进行搜索。当然,终端搜索WLAN信息的方式还可以是其他的搜索方式。
可以理解的是,终端在同一搜索时刻搜索到的WLAN信息可以为一个,也可以为多个,从而得到搜索时刻与WLAN信息的对应关系如表1所示:

由上表1可知,终端在时刻1搜索到的WLAN信息为3个,在时刻2搜索到的WLAN信息为1个,在时刻3搜索到的WLAN信息为2个。可以理解的是,终端在同一搜索时刻搜索到的多个WLAN信息还可以为6个,也可根据具体情况进行灵活设置,并不限定本发明。
步骤S20、在所述终端联网时,根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息;
本实施例中,该目标位置信息为终端的经纬度信息。当终端通过接入WLAN或者打开数据流量等手段而处于联网状态时,根据记录的WLAN信息通过查询预置的数据库中与该WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息,从而得到该WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息,并将得到的WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息作为终端的目标位置信息。由于终端能够搜索到该WLAN信息,则表示终端在该WLAN信息覆盖范围内,因此可以用WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息来代表终端的目标位置信息。可以理解的是,该预置的数据库可为:由于每个WLAN信息都自己的经纬度信息,因此所有的WLAN信息与本身匹配的经纬度信息进行一一对应存储而形成数据库,该预置的数据库存储于服务器端。
步骤S30、根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
上述目标位置信息为多个,且每个目标位置信息对应有搜索时刻。根据该多个目标位置信息及对应的搜索时刻,生成终端的位置轨迹。本实施例中,该位置轨迹可通过轨迹分析软件生成,生成方法可包括:一个目标位置信息及对应的搜索时刻确定一个位置点,将所有的目标位置信息及对应的搜索时刻确定的所有位置点,按照时间的先后顺序依次用直线连接起来,从而形成终端的位置轨迹。可以理解的是,轨迹分析软件还可以对形成的终端的位置轨迹进行滤波等处理,以使得到的位置轨迹比较平滑。
得到终端的位置轨迹后,将根据位置轨迹对终端进行定位。对终端定位 的方式可为:获取所述位置轨迹中每个所述目标位置信息对应的位置点密集度最大的区域;将获取的所述区域作为所述终端对应的位置信息。该密集度最大的区域可为:在位置轨迹中,单位面积内存在位置点的个数最多的区域。该密集度最大的区域可以是终端的位置轨迹中的一个位置点,也可以是一个区域。可选地,在得到终端的位置轨迹中,若在一天中在某一个位置点上占据的时刻比较多,则将该位置点作为终端对应的位置信息。或者是,在得到的位置轨迹中,将目标位置信息较为集中的区域作为终端对应的位置信息。以上所列举出的两种根据位置轨迹获取终端对应的位置信息的方式仅仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员利用本发明的技术思想,根据其具体需求所提出的其他根据位置轨迹获取终端对应的位置信息均在本发明的保护范围内,在此不进行一一穷举。
本发明实施例可应用于对用户的活动区域进行定位。假设该终端为手机,用户随身携带手机,则手机对应的位置信息可以代表用户的活动区域。如图2所示,假设用户在早上7:00出门,7:10到达附近的超市买菜,买好菜之后,7:30到达附近的公园跟朋友聊天,然后在9:00就回到家。得到用户的位置轨迹为图2中的箭头所示,由此可知,可以将由家、超市和公园构成的区域作为用户的活动区域。当然,由于用户在家的占用了的两个时刻,相对于超市或公园占用的时刻比较多,用户的活动区域也可以是家。在确定用户活动的区域后,有利于地域性的超市、商场、影院、旅游等信息推送商,有针对性地对用户进行信息推送,不仅可以提高信息推送效率,很好匹配用户的需求,而且可以减少成本。
本发明实施例在终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻。在终端联网时,根据所记录的WLAN信息及搜索时刻获取终端在搜索时刻的目标位置信息后,生成终端的位置轨迹并对终端进行定位。从而能够实现记录终端断网时搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻,并在终端联网时获取所记录的终端在搜索时刻的目标位置信息,使得获取终端的目标位置信息比较全面,提高了对终端进行定位的准确性。
可选地,如图3所示,基于上述实施例,上述步骤S20可包括以下步骤:
步骤S21、当有搜索时刻对应的WLAN信息为多个时,分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息;
步骤S22、根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息。
当终端在同一搜索时刻搜索得到的WLAN信息为多个时,通过查询服务器中预置的数据库分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息,该WLAN位置信息包括WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息。根据获取的WLAN位置信息确定目标位置信息,可选地,将所有的WLAN位置信息中的经度值和纬度值分别取平均值,并将得到的经度和纬度的平均值作为目标位置信息。当然,也可以从获取的WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息中任意选取其中的一个WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息作为终端在该搜索时刻的目标位置信息。可以理解的是,目标位置信息的确定也可根据具体情况进行灵活设置,并不限定本发明。
可选地,基于上述实施例,上述步骤S30可包括:
当保存有所述终端的位置轨迹时,将所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻添加至保存的所述位置轨迹,形成新的位置轨迹,并根据所述新的位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
终端可能会循环处于联网或断网状态,在上述生成终端的位置轨迹后,当终端断网时,会保存上述生成终端的位置轨迹。当保存有终端的位置轨迹时,在后续得到的目标位置信息及目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻后,将添加至所保存的位置轨迹,以根据形成新的位置轨迹对终端重新定位。可选地,终端按照上述的搜索方式不断地对WLAN信息进行搜索。当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,则继续获取当前搜索到的WLAN信息,同时记录当前搜索到WLAN信息的当前搜索时刻,并将该当前搜索时刻与当前搜索到的WLAN信息进行匹配存储。当终端通过接入WLAN或者打开数据流量等手段重新联网时,根据当前搜索到的WLAN信息通过查询服务器中预置的数据库获取WLAN的经纬度信息,并将得到的WLAN的经纬度信息作为终端的当前目标 位置信息。然后将当前目标位置信息及当前搜索时刻添加到已保存的终端的位置轨迹,即轨迹分析软件在已保存的位置轨迹的基础上,根据当前目标位置信息及当前搜索时刻确定的位置点,按照时间的先后顺序依次连线,从而形成新的位置轨迹,并根据新的位置轨迹对终端进行定位,即重新获取位置点或者区域作为终端对应的位置信息。从而实现了持续获取终端的目标位置信息,并对终端的位置轨迹不断更新,进一步提高了对终端定位的准确性。
举例说明,如图4所示,在上述用户在9:00回到家后,就去公司上班。在9:20~19:50内,用户都呆在公司,然后20:00达到电影院看电影,在23:10才回到家,从而得到了图4中用户新的位置轨迹。在这一天内,用户呆在公司的时间比较多,在公司的这段时间手机将会多次搜索到WLAN信息,并在公司这个位置点累加了多个搜索时刻,且相对于其他位置点的搜索时刻比较多,因此可以将公司的位置点最为用户的活动区域。从而实现了长期对用户的活动情况进行跟踪,并更新得到用户的活动规律,即用户频繁活动的区域。从而能够采集到比较完整的用户的位置信息,进一步提高了对用户活动范围定位的准确性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述的方法。
对应地,如图5所示,提出本发明实施例一种基于WLAN的终端定位装置。该实施例的基于WLAN的终端定位装置包括:
获取模块100,设置为当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻;并在所述终端联网时,根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息;
在本实施例中,该终端可以是手机、平板电脑、车载电脑等移动终端。当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,则获取模块100获取该搜索到的WLAN信息,同时记录该搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻,并将该搜索时刻与搜索到的WLAN信息进行关联存储。

由上表1可知,终端在时刻1搜索到的WLAN信息为3个,在时刻2搜索到的WLAN信息为1个,在时刻3搜索到的WLAN信息为2个。可以理解的是,终端在同一搜索时刻搜索到的多个WLAN信息还可以为6个,也可根据具体情况进行灵活设置,并不限定本发明。
本实施例中,该目标位置信息为终端的经纬度信息。当终端通过接入WLAN或者打开数据流量等手段而处于联网状态时,将得到的WLAN信息传递到获取模块100,获取模块100设置为根据记录的WLAN信息通过查询预置的数据库中与该WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息,从而得到该WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息,并将得到的WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息作为终端的目标位置信息。由于终端能够搜索到该WLAN信息,则表示终端在该WLAN信息覆盖范围内,因此可以用WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息来代表终端的目标位置信息。可以理解的是,该数据库可为:由于每个WLAN信息都自己的 经纬度信息,因此所有的WLAN信息与本身匹配的经纬度信息进行一一对应存储而形成数据库,该数据库存储于服务器端。
定位模块200,设置为根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
上述目标位置信息为多个,且每个目标位置信息对应有搜索时刻。定位模块200设置为根据该多个目标位置信息及对应的搜索时刻,生成终端的位置轨迹。本实施例中,该位置轨迹可通过轨迹分析软件生成,生成方法可包括:一个目标位置信息及对应的搜索时刻确定一个位置点,将所有的目标位置信息及对应的搜索时刻确定的所有位置点,按照时间的先后顺序依次用直线连接起来,从而形成终端的位置轨迹。可以理解的是,轨迹分析软件还可以对形成的终端的位置轨迹进行滤波等处理,以使得到的位置轨迹比较平滑。
得到终端的位置轨迹后,定位模块200设置为将根据位置轨迹对终端进行定位。定位模块200对终端定位的方式可为:获取所述位置轨迹中每个所述目标位置信息对应的位置点密集度最大的区域,并将获取的所述区域作为所述终端对应的位置信息。该密集度最大的区域可为:在位置轨迹中,单位面积内存在位置点的个数最多的区域。该密集度最大的区域可以是终端的位置轨迹中的一个位置点,也可以是一个区域。可选地,定位模块200设置为在得到终端的位置轨迹中,若在一天中在某一个位置点上占据的时刻比较多,则将该位置点作为终端对应的位置信息。或者是,在得到的位置轨迹中,将目标位置信息较为集中的区域作为终端对应的位置信息。以上所列举出的两种根据位置轨迹获取终端对应的位置信息的方式仅仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员利用本发明的技术思想,根据其具体需求所提出的其他根据位置轨迹获取终端对应的位置信息均在本发明的保护范围内,在此不进行一一穷举。

本发明实施例在终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻。在终端联网时,根据所记录的WLAN信息及搜索时刻获取终端在搜索时刻的目标位置信息后,生成终端的位置轨迹并对终端进行定位。从而能够实现记录终端断网时搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻,并在终端联网时获取所记录的终端在搜索时刻的目标位置信息,使得获取终端的目标位置信息比较全面,提高了对终端进行定位的准确性。
可选地,如图6所示,基于上述实施例,上述获取模块100包括:
获取单元110,设置为当有搜索时刻对应的WLAN信息为多个时,分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息;
确定单元120,设置为根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息。
当终端在同一搜索时刻搜索得到的WLAN信息为多个时,获取单元110设置为通过查询服务器的数据库分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息,该WLAN位置信息包括WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息。然后确定单元120设置为根据获取的WLAN位置信息确定目标位置信息,可选地,确定单元120设置为将所有的WLAN位置信息中的经度值和纬度值分别取平均值,并将得到的经度和纬度的平均值作为目标位置信息。当然,确定单元120也可以设置为从获取的WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息中任意选取其中的一个WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息作为终端在该搜索时刻的目标位置信息。可以理解的是,目标位置信息的确定也可根据具体情况进行灵活设置,并不限定本发明。
可选地,基于上述实施例,上述定位模块可包括:
更新单元,设置为当保存有所述终端的位置轨迹时,将所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻添加至保存的所述位置轨迹,形成新的位置轨迹,并根据所述新的位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
终端可能会循环处于联网或断网状态,在上述生成终端的位置轨迹后,当终端断网时,会保存上述生成终端的位置轨迹。当保存有终端的位置轨迹时,更新单元设置为在后续得到的目标位置信息及目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻后,将添加至所保存的位置轨迹,以根据形成新的位置轨迹对终端重新定位。可选地,终端按照上述的搜索方式不断地对WLAN信息进行搜索。当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,更新单元设置为继续获取当前搜索到的WLAN信息,同时记录当前搜索到WLAN信息的当前搜索时刻,并将该当前搜索时刻与当前搜索到的WLAN信息进行匹配存储。当终端通过接入WLAN或者打开数据流量等手段重新联网时,更新单元设置为根据当前搜索到的WLAN信息通过查询服务器中预置的数据库获取WLAN的经纬度信息,并将得到的WLAN的经纬度信息作为终端的当前目标位置信息。然后更新单元设置为将当前目标位置信息及当前搜索时刻添加到已保存的终端的位置轨迹,即轨迹分析软件在已保存的位置轨迹的基础上,根据当前目标位置信息及当前搜索时刻确定的位置点,按照时间的先后顺序依次连线,从而形成新的位置轨迹,并根据新的位置轨迹对终端进行定位,即重新获取位置点或者区域作为终端对应的位置信息。从而实现了持续获取终端的目标位置信息,并对终端的位置轨迹不断更新,进一步提高了对终端定位的准确性。
举例说明,如图4所示,在上述用户在9:00回到家后,就去公司上班。在9:20~19:50内,用户都呆在公司,然后20:00达到电影院看电影,在23:10才回到家,从而得到了图4中用户新的位置轨迹。在这一天内,用户呆在公司的时间比较多,在公司的这段时间手机将会多次搜索到WLAN信息,并在公司这个位置点累加了多个搜索时刻,且相对于其他位置点的搜索时刻比较多,因此可以将公司的位置点最为用户的活动区域。从而实现了长期对用户的活动情况进行跟踪,并更新得到用户的活动规律,即用户频繁活 动的区域。从而能够采集到比较完整的用户的位置信息,进一步提高了对用户活动范围定位的准确性。

    当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻;
    在所述终端联网时,根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息;
    根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于WLAN的终端定位方法,其中,所述根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息包括:
    当有搜索时刻对应的WLAN信息为多个时,分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息;
    根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于WLAN的终端定位方法,其中,
    所述WLAN位置信息包括所述WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息;
    所述根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息包括:
    将所有的WLAN位置信息中的经度值和纬度值分别取平均值,并将得到的经度和纬度的平均值作为目标位置信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于WLAN的终端定位方法,其中,所述根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位包括:
    当保存有所述终端的位置轨迹时,将所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻添加至保存的所述位置轨迹,形成新的位置轨迹,并根据所述新的位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
  5. 一种基于无线局域网WLAN的终端定位装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为当终端搜索到WLAN信息时,记录搜索到的WLAN信息及搜索到WLAN信息的搜索时刻;并在所述终端联网时,根据所记录的所述WLAN信息及搜索时刻,获取所述终端在所述搜索时刻的目标位置信息;
    定位模块,设置为根据所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻生成所述终端的位置轨迹,并根据所述位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于WLAN的终端定位装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为当有搜索时刻对应的WLAN信息为多个时,分别获取每个WLAN信息对应的WLAN位置信息;
    确定单元,设置为根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于WLAN的终端定位装置,其中,
    所述WLAN位置信息包括所述WLAN信息对应的经纬度信息;
    所述确定单元是设置为通过如下方式实现根据获取的所述WLAN位置信息确定所述目标位置信息:
    将所有的WLAN位置信息中的经度值和纬度值分别取平均值,并将得到的经度和纬度的平均值作为目标位置信息。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的基于WLAN的终端定位装置,其中,所述定位模块包括:
    更新单元,设置为当保存有所述终端的位置轨迹时,将所述目标位置信息及所述目标位置信息对应的搜索时刻添加至保存的所述位置轨迹,形成新的位置轨迹,并根据所述新的位置轨迹对所述终端进行定位。
  9. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1~4中任一项所述的方法。
