随着各种智能终端的发展与普及,智能看护设备的应用也越来越广泛,逐渐成为人们日常生活的一部分。
目前的智能看护系统,如市面上已存在的Sproutling智能婴儿脚环+手机APP看护系统中,Sproutling脚环在基于监测被看护人的生理、睡眠及环境状况,判别出发生了需由看护人进行看护的某种事件(如婴儿体温不正常等)时,向看护人的手机终端发送提醒信息,手机终端接收到信息时以一定方式,如响铃来提醒看护人及时对被看护人进行看护。现有看护系统提醒看护人进行看护的提醒功能较为单一,无法根据看护人的状态或场景信息对提醒方式进行控制,用户体验较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能看护提醒方法、看护端设备及智能看护系统,旨在解决现有看护系统提醒功能较为单一,无法根据看护人的状态或场景信息对提醒方式进行控制这一问题。
为此,本发明公开如下技术方案:
一种智能看护提醒方法,应用于看护系统中的看护端设备,所述看护系统还包括被看护端设备,所述看护端设备及被看护端设备分别绑定于看护对象及被看护对象,所述方法包括:

由以上方案可知,本发明在接收到被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据,并依据所述预设相关参数项的当前数据,确定实现看护提醒所需的目标提醒方式,最终控制看护端设备以所述目标提醒方式发出提醒信号,实现看护提醒。实际应用本发明时,可预先基于看护对象的状态及场景信息制定与看护对象相关的侦测参数项(即所述预设相关参数项),后续通过侦测所制定参数项的当前取值来确定合适的提醒方式,从而实现了根据看护人的状态、场景信息对提醒方式进行控制,用户体验较好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
本发明实施例一公开一种智能看护提醒方法,该方法应用于看护系统中的看护端设备,所述看护系统还包括被看护端设备,所述看护端设备及被看护端设备分别绑定于看护对象及被看护对象,参考图1,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
S101:接收到所述被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取所述看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据。
本发明适用于婴儿看护、病人看护或老人看护等各种看护场景,应用本发明时,可将本发明方法的处理逻辑集成在看护系统的看护端设备中,使看护端设备可基于看护对象的状态及场景信息执行不同形式的看护提醒。
为便于将看护端设备、被看护端设备分别与看护对象、被看护对象进行绑定,在实际应用场景中,可优选将看护端设备及被看护设备设计为智能手环、脚环等智能穿戴设备的产品形式,以实现为绑定操作的实施提供便利。
当被看护端设备侦测出被看护对象发生了需被看护、照顾的相关事件时,例如,当侦测出婴儿体温较低可能发生了踢被事件、或侦测出室内环境温度不合适需要调节,或侦测出婴儿运动幅度/范围较大表征婴儿存在掉落床下的风险等事件时,被看护端设备会向看护端设备发送一看护指令,以通知看护端设备看护事件的发生。
当看护端设备接收到来自被看护端设备的看护指令时,实时侦测看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据,其中,看护端设备需侦测的相关参数项可由技术人员预先基于看护对象的状态及环境信息自行制定,本实施例中,所述预设 相关参数项包括当前时间、看护对象的当前状态以及看护对象与被看护对象间的当前距离。
S102:依据所述当前数据,确定实现看护提醒需采用的目标提醒方式。
具体地,如果看护端设备监测出当前时间为夜晚或监测出看护对象处于睡眠状态,基于看护对象的舒适性体验,为避免在夜晚场景或看护对象睡眠状态下,提醒信号太过突兀,较适宜采用振动形式的提醒方式,如果监测出看护对象与被看护对象间的当前距离(相当于看护端设备与被看护端设备间的当前距离)较小,低于一定阈值,则看护对象、被看护对象可能处于同一房间,为了避免打扰或惊吓婴儿等被看护对象,同样适宜采用振动形式的提醒方式。
相反,在检测出当前时间为白天、看护对象未处于睡眠状态且看护对象与被看护对象间的当前距离较大时,可采用响铃方式发出提醒信号。
基于此,本步骤首先判断侦测出的预设相关参数项的当前数据是否满足如下条件中的任意一项:当前时间的取值为夜晚、看护对象的当前状态为睡眠状态、看护对象与被看护对象间的当前距离小于预设阈值;如果判断结果为是,则确定所述目标提醒方式为振动方式;如果判断结果为否,则确定所述目标提醒方式为响铃方式。
S103:控制所述看护端设备以所述目标提醒方式发出相应的提醒信号,以提醒所述看护对象及时对所述被看护对象进行看护。
在确定出所需的目标提醒方式之后,本步骤控制看护端设备以所确定的目标提醒方式发出相应的提醒信号,实现对看护对象进行看护提醒。例如,假设当前看护人与婴儿距离较近,则本步骤以振动方式提醒看护人对婴儿进行看护、照顾。
需要说明的是,所述预设相关参数项及提醒信号的具体形式并不局限于本发明所公开的内容,应用、实施本申请时,可由技术人员依据实际需求在不脱离本申请思想的前提下,对所述预设相关参数项及提醒信号的具体形式进行自行设定。
由以上方案可知,本发明在接收到被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据,并依据所述预设相关参数项的当前数据,确定实现看护提醒所需的目标提醒方式,最终控制看护端设备以所述目标提醒方式发出提醒信号,实现看护提醒。实际应用本发明时,可预先基于看护对象 的状态及场景信息制定与看护对象相关的侦测参数项(即所述预设相关参数项),后续通过侦测所制定参数项的当前取值来确定合适的提醒方式,从而实现了根据看护人的状态、场景信息对提醒方式进行控制,用户体验较好。
实施例二
本实施例二中,参考图2,所述方法还包括以下的预处理步骤:
S201:在看护端设备上以预设扫描方式进行设备扫描;
S202:接收看护对象从扫描出的N个设备中所选择设置的P个目标设备,N、P为自然数,P≤N;
S203:将看护对象选择设置的P个目标设备作为与所述看护端设备相匹配的被看护端设备,以实现看护端设备与被看护端设备间的配对。
本实施例提供对看护端设备及被看护端设备进行配对,使两者之间具备看护与被看护关系的预处理过程。
具体地,用户可在看护端设备上以蓝牙或NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通讯技术)等方式扫描查找设备,在此基础上,用户可根据实际需求在扫描出的各个设备中,选择出相应的目标设备,并将所选择的设备设置为被看护端设备,从而实现看护端设备与被看护端设备间的配对。
一个看护端设备可匹配一个或多个被看护端设备,基于此,一个看护对象可实现对一个或多个被看护对象进行看护,例如,参考图3,P1为看护端设备,在扫描查找设备的基础上,用户将扫描出的设备A、B同时设置为P1的被看护端设备,从而持有P1的看护对象可同时对A、B所绑定的被看护对象进行看护。
实施例三
本实施例中,参考图4,所述方法还可以包括以下步骤:
S401:接收到被看护端设备的看护模式启动指令时,控制看护端设备进入看护模式;
S402:接收到被看护端设备的看护模式结束指令时,控制看护端设备退出看护模式。
其中,S401同样为本申请方法的预处理步骤,在基于实施例二的方案对 看护端设备及被看护端设备进行配对后,被看护端设备实时侦测被看护对象的状态,当侦测出被看护对象进入睡眠后,被看护端设备启动看护模式开始对被看护对象进行看护侦测,并同时向与之配对的看护端设备发送一看护模式启动指令,看护端设备接收到该指令后,启动并进入看护模式,之后,通过与被看护端设备间的协作完成对被看护对象进行看护。
相应地,当被看护端设备侦测出被看护对象退出睡眠状态时,结束看护模式,并同时向与之配对的看护端设备发送一看护模式退出指令,告知看护端设备,看护端设备接收到该指令后,则退出看护模式,结束看护。
实施例四
本实施例四公开一种看护端设备,该设备应用于看护系统,所述看护系统还包括被看护端设备,所述看护端设备及被看护端设备分别绑定于看护对象及被看护对象。本实施例公开的看护端设备与以上各实施例公开的智能看护提醒方法相对应。
相应于实施例一,参考图5,所述看护端设备包括获取模块100、确定模块200和提醒控制模块300。
获取模块100,用于在接收到所述被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取所述看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据。
其中,所述获取模块100包括获取单元,用于获取当前时间、所述看护对象的当前状态以及所述看护对象与所述被看护对象间的当前距离。
确定模块200,用于依据所述预设相关参数项的当前数据,确定提醒信号所对应的目标形式。
所述确定模块200包括判断单元、第一确定单元和第二确定单元。
判断单元,用于判断所述预设相关参数项的当前数据是否满足如下条件中的任意一项:所述当前时间的取值为夜晚、所述看护对象的当前状态为睡眠状态、所述看护对象与所述被看护对象间的当前距离小于预设阈值;
第一确定单元,用于在所述判断单元的判断结果为是时,确定提醒信号的形式为振动形式;
第二确定单元,用于在所述判断单元的判断结果为否时,确定提醒信号的形式为响铃形式。
提醒控制模块300,用于控制所述看护端设备以所述目标形式发出提醒信号,以提醒所述看护对象及时对所述被看护对象进行看护。
相应于实施例二,参考图6,所述看护端设备还包括预处理模块400,该模块包括扫描单元、接收单元和配对单元。
其中,扫描单元,用于在所述看护端设备上以预设扫描方式进行设备扫描;
接收单元,用于接收所述看护对象从扫描出的K个设备中所选择设置的P个目标设备,K、P为自然数,P≤K;
配对单元,用于将所述看护对象选择设置的P个目标设备作为与所述看护端设备相匹配的所述被看护端设备,以实现所述看护端设备与所述被看护端设备间的配对。
相应于实施例三,参考图7,所述看护端设备还包括模式控制模块500,该模块包括第一模式控制单元510和第二模式控制单元520。
第一模式控制单元510,用于在接收到所述被看护端设备的看护模式启动指令时,控制所述看护端设备进入看护模式;
第二模式控制单元520,用于在接收到所述被看护端设备的看护模式结束指令时,控制所述看护端设备退出看护模式。
对于本发明实施例四公开的看护端设备而言,由于其与实施例一至实施例三公开的智能看护提醒方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关相似之处请参见实施例一至实施例三中智能看护提醒方法部分的说明即可,此处不再详述。
实施例五
本实施例公开一种智能看护系统,该系统包括M个如实施例四所述的看护端设备,以及N个被看护端设备,其中:
每个所述看护端设备及所述被看护端设备分别绑定于相应的看护对象及被看护对象;
每个所述看护端设备匹配X个所述被看护端设备;
每个所述被看护端设备匹配Y个所述看护端设备;
相互匹配的所述看护端设备及所述被看护端设备具有看护与被看护的关系;
所述M、N、X、Y为自然数,并且满足:X≤N,Y≤M。
即,具体地,每个看护端设备NE可与一个或多个被看护端设备ENE进行配对,同时每个被看护端设备ENE亦可与一个或多个看护端设备NE进行配对,看护端设备NE与被看护端设备ENE间的一对多或多对一的配对情况,可分别参考图8(a)及图8(b)所示,从而应用本申请可实现基于看护端设备与被看护端设备间配对关系的多对多看护,其中,看护与被看护关系的设置可通过实施例二提供的方案实现。
以病人看护场景为例,通过将看护端设备与医护人员进行绑定、将被看护端设备与病人进行绑定,并设置看护端设备与被看护端设备间的配对关系,可实现一个医护人员对多个病人进行看护,同时也可实现一个病人被多个医护人员看护,应用本申请可使看护对象更为方便、轻松地照顾被看护对象。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
为了描述的方便,描述以上系统或装置时以功能分为各种模块或单元分别描述。当然,在实施本申请时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种智能看护提醒方法,其特征在于,应用于看护系统中的看护端设备,所述看护系统还包括被看护端设备,所述看护端设备及被看护端设备分别绑定于看护对象及被看护对象,所述方法包括:
    接收到所述被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取所述看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据;
    依据所述当前数据,确定实现看护提醒需采用的目标提醒方式;
    控制所述看护端设备以所述目标提醒方式发出相应的提醒信号,以提醒所述看护对象及时对所述被看护对象进行看护。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据,包括:
    获取当前时间、所述看护对象的当前状态以及所述看护对象与所述被看护对象间的当前距离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述当前数据,确定实现看护提醒需采用的目标提醒方式包括:
    判断所述预设相关参数项的当前数据是否满足如下条件中的任意一项:所述当前时间的取值为夜晚、所述看护对象的当前状态为睡眠状态、所述看护对象与所述被看护对象间的当前距离小于预设阈值;
    若判断结果为是,则确定所述目标提醒方式为振动方式;
    若判断结果为否,则确定所述目标提醒方式为响铃方式。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收到被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取所述看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据之前,还包括如下的预处理过程:
    在所述看护端设备上以预设扫描方式进行设备扫描;
    接收所述看护对象从扫描出的N个设备中所选择设置的P个目标设备,N、P为自然数,P≤N;
    将所述看护对象选择设置的P个目标设备作为与所述看护端设备相匹配的所述被看护端设备,以实现所述看护端设备与所述被看护端设备间的配对。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收到所述被看护端设备的看护模式启动指令时,控制所述看护端设备进入看护模式;
    接收到所述被看护端设备的看护模式结束指令时,控制所述看护端设备退出看护模式。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设扫描方式为蓝牙扫描。
  7. 一种看护端设备,其特征在于,应用于看护系统,所述看护系统还包括被看护端设备,所述看护端设备及被看护端设备分别绑定于看护对象及被看护对象,所述看护端设备包括:
    获取模块,用于在接收到所述被看护端设备的看护指令时,获取所述看护对象的预设相关参数项的当前数据;
    确定模块,用于依据所述当前数据,确定实现看护提醒需采用的目标提醒方式;
    提醒控制模块,用于控制所述看护端设备以所述目标提醒方式发出相应的提醒信号,以提醒所述看护对象及时对所述被看护对象进行看护。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的看护端设备,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    获取单元,用于获取当前时间、所述看护对象的当前状态以及所述看护对象与所述被看护对象间的当前距离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的看护端设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述预设相关参数项的当前数据是否满足如下条件中的任意一项:所述当前时间的取值为夜晚、所述看护对象的当前状态为睡眠状态、所述看护对象与被所述看护对象间的当前距离小于预设阈值;
    第一确定单元,用于在所述判断单元的判断结果为是时,确定所述目标提醒方式为振动方式;
    第二确定单元,用于在所述判断单元的判断结果为否时,确定所述目标提醒方式为响铃方式。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的看护端设备,其特征在于,还包括预处理模块,所述预处理模块包括:
    扫描单元,用于在所述看护端设备上以预设扫描方式进行设备扫描;
    接收单元,用于接收所述看护对象从扫描出的K个设备中所选择设置的P 个目标设备,K、P为自然数,P≤K;
    配对单元,用于将所述看护对象选择设置的P个目标设备作为与所述看护端设备相匹配的所述被看护端设备,以实现所述看护端设备与所述被看护端设备间的配对。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的看护端设备,其特征在于,还包括模式控制模块,所述模式控制模块包括:
    第一模式控制单元,用于在接收到所述被看护端设备的看护模式启动指令时,控制所述看护端设备进入看护模式;
    第二模式控制单元,用于在接收到所述被看护端设备的看护模式结束指令时,控制所述看护端设备退出看护模式。
  12. 一种智能看护系统,其特征在于,包括M个如权利要求7-11任意一项所述的看护端设备,以及N个被看护端设备,其中:
    每个所述看护端设备及所述被看护端设备分别绑定于相应的看护对象及被看护对象;
    每个所述看护端设备匹配X个所述被看护端设备;
    每个所述被看护端设备匹配Y个所述看护端设备;
    相互匹配的所述看护端设备及所述被看护端设备具有看护与被看护的关系;
    所述M、N、X、Y为自然数,并且满足:X≤N,Y≤M。
