一种检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法及腕上移动终端,专利信息提示方法包括:检测人体脉搏跳动情况(S101);判断脉搏跳动情况是否正常(S102),若正常则保持现状(S103);若跳动频率过快或过慢则发出提示,并推送专利信息(S104);若未检测到脉搏跳动则向预设的信息接收终端发送信息(S105)。通过将产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使发明创造的价值最大化。

Description

检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法以及腕上移动终端 技术领域
本发明属于人体健康监测领域,尤其是涉及一种检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法以及腕上移动终端。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种检测脉搏跳动后的响应方法以及腕上移动终端》)的应用,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法,目的在于解决部分老年人得不到及时救助和安葬的问题的同时,充分保护技术创造者的权益。
本发明是这样实现的:一种检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法,包括以下步骤:
检测人体脉搏跳动情况;
判断脉搏跳动情况是否正常;
若正常则保持现状;
若跳动频率过快或过慢则发出提示,并推送专利信息;
若未检测到脉搏跳动则向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种腕上移动终端,包括:
检测单元,用于检测人体脉搏跳动情况;
判断单元,与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于根据检测单元的检测结果判断脉搏跳动是否正常;
提示单元,与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在跳动频率过快或过慢时发出提示;
专利信息推送单元,与所述提示单元的输入端连接,用于在发出提示的同时推送专利信息;
发送单元,与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在未检测到脉搏跳动时向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。
在本发明中,用户可以将产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,检测人体脉搏跳动情况。一般地,根据用户佩戴在手腕上的装备进行脉搏的实时检测。
在步骤S102中,判断脉搏跳动情况是否正常。此处判断依据可以基于医学的常识或者用户自身的情况设定脉搏跳动的阈值,具体而言,当脉搏跳动的频率高于某一阈值或低于某一阈值为不正常,在此期间则为正常,如果正常,则进入步骤S103保持现状。
在步骤S104中,若跳动频率过快或过慢则发出提示,并推送专利信息。所述提示可以为声音提示,也可以为光电提示。在本发明提供的一个实施例中,在用户心脏病突发,需要身边的人及时救助时,则可以发出声 音或光电的提示,请身边的人及时救助。
此外,所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的显示方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
在步骤S105中,若未检测到脉搏跳动则向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。在本发明提供的一个实施例中,当长期检测不到用户的脉搏跳动时,很有可能表示用户已经死亡,在这种情况下,向用户的相关亲人的手机/电视等终端发送提醒,需要相关亲人及时确认。
在本发明中,用户可以将产品的优点与专利权/申请人等信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。
图2是本发明实施例提供的腕上移动终端的结构示意图,其包括:
检测单元201,用于检测人体脉搏跳动情况;
判断单元202,与所述检测单元201的输出端连接,用于根据检测单元201的检测结果判断脉搏跳动是否正常;
提示单元203,与所述判断单元202的输出端连接,用于在跳动频率过快或过慢时发出提示;
专利信息推送单元205,与所述提示单元202的输入端连接,用于在发出提示的同时推送专利信息;
发送单元204,与所述判断单元202的输出端连接,用于在未检测到脉搏跳动时向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。
其工作原理是:用户将检测单元201佩戴在手腕上,检测单元201实时检测人体脉搏跳动情况;并将跳动情况实时发送至判断单元202,判断单元202则根据预设的阈值判断脉搏是否正常,若正常,则保持原状;否过快或过慢,则启动提示单元203,及时发出提示,并同时推送专利信息;若未检测到脉搏跳动的信息,则向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。
在本发明中,用户可以将产品的优点与专利权/申请人等信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

  1. 一种检测脉搏时的专利信息提示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    检测人体脉搏跳动情况;
    判断脉搏跳动情况是否正常;
    若正常则保持现状;
    若跳动频率过快或过慢则发出提示,并推送专利信息;
    若未检测到脉搏跳动则向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。
  2. 一种腕上移动终端,其特征在于,所述腕上移动终端包括:
    检测单元,用于检测人体脉搏跳动情况;
    判断单元,与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于根据检测单元的检测结果判断脉搏跳动是否正常;
    提示单元,与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在跳动频率过快或过慢时发出提示;
    专利信息推送单元,与所述提示单元的输入端连接,用于在发出提示的同时推送专利信息;
    发送单元,与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在未检测到脉搏跳动时向预设的信息接收终端发送信息。
