Abstract
Comprising the characteristics of both prayer beads and jewellery, the present invention relates to an embodiment (1) which comprises a fixed part (10) so as to be used as a prayer beads or bracelet; and a changeable part (11) having a characteristic of being affixed-removed which is connected to said fixed part (10) so as to be used as a necklace.

An Embodiment Comprising a Characteristic To Be Used Both As a Prayer Beads and
Jewellery
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a product which can be used both as a prayer beads and a jewellery such as necklace and bracelet. The present invention especially relates to a product which will be used as a prayer beads or bracelet, comprising a fixed part and a changeable part which can be connected with said fixed part so as to be used as a necklace, wherein that changeable part comprising a characteristic to be affixed-removed. Prayer beads is a hoop which is composed by aligning 33 or multiples of 33 beads on a rope. It is an product which is commonly used by the males. However, when said prayer beads is not used commonly, it may be lost or stolen. Another product used by the males currently is the jewelleries. Said jewelleries can be named as necklace or bracelet.
In the state of the art, these 3 products that the males use are used as different types of products. It is not possible to have all of them in one single embodiment. Therefore this situation causes the products to occupy more space. Consequently, customer satisfaction cannot be provided.
During the research in the literature, one of the applications that we have encountered related with this subject is the utility model application with publication numbered TR201103180 and titled "Novelty in Prayer beads". That invention relates to a prayer beads composed of imame (it is a large bead through which the two ends of a string of prayer beads are passed and then tied to a tassel), beads and a rope. Said prayer beads includes an advertisement piece as a novelty. On the advertisement piece, there is a hole-1, hole-2 and advertisement surface. On the advertisement surface, on the other hand, it is possible to put everything such as writing, logo, shape. Therefore, the prayer beads is used for promotional purposes. Said piece of advertisement can be of different geometrical shapes such as square, triangular.
Another application is the utiliy model application with publication numbered TR201312230 and titled "Prayer beads Indicating Kiblah". That invention relates to a prayer beads which comprise a compass so as to allow the people who will perform prayer to easily find the kiblah.
Consequently, because of the abovementioned problems and the insufficiency of the present solutions for these problems, it has become necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field with the embodiment comprising the prayer beads and jewellery characteristics all together.
Objects of the Invention
The present invention relates to an embodiment which meets all the necessities mentioned above, eliminating all of the disadvantages and offering some additional advantages, wherein said embodiment comprises the characteristics of both prayer beads and jewellery.
The primary object of the invention is to be an embodiment which comprises a fixed part so as to be used both as a prayer beads or bracelet, and a changeable part having a characteristic to be affixed-removed that can be connected to said fixed part so as to be used as a necklace.
An object of the invention is to provide using more than one jewellery such as bracelet and necklace in one single embodiment. Another object of the invention is to provide customer satisfaction as it comprise more than one characteristic in one single embodiment.
Another object of the invention is to eliminate the cases such as being lost or stolen as it can be used as a bracelet or necklace when it is not actively used as a prayer beads.
In order to fulfill the abovementioned objects, the embodiment comprising the chracateristics of a prayer beads and jewellery all together, characterized in comprising;
• A fixed part so as to be used as prayer beads or bracelet; and
· A changeable part having the characteristic to be affixed-removed which can be connected to said fixed part so as to be used as necklace.
The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the present invention wili be more clearly understood thanks to the figures below and the detailed description written with reference to those figures. Therefore, the evaluation needs to be done by taking said figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the embodiment comprising prayer beads and jewellery characteristics all together is disclosed only for the subject to be understood beter without posing any limiting effect.
The present invention is an embodiment (1) comprising both prayer beads and jewelleries such as bracelet or necklace all together. (Figure 1). In order to provide that, it comprises a fixed part (10) so as to be used as a prayer beads and bracelet; and a changeable part (11) having a characteristic of being affixed-removed that can be connected to said fixed part (10) so as to be used as a necklace.
At one end of said fixed part (10) a connecting point (101) is located whereas on the other end thereof the connector (100) is located. (Figure 2). When said embodiment (1) is wanted to be used as a prayer beads or bracelet; the connector (100) formed at one end of said fixed part (10) is connected to the connecting point (101) which is formed on the other end of said fixed part (10).
Said changeable part (11) on the other hand, as in the fixed part (10), has the connecting point (111) at one end, and the connector (110) on the other end thereof. When said embodiment (1) is wanted to be used as a necklace, first of all, it is needed to discard its characteristic to be used as a prayer beads or bracelet. Therefore, the connector (110) formed at one end of the fixed part (10) should be removed from the connecting point (101) where it is connected. Then, two connections are needed so as to use it as a necklace. The first one is that the connector (100) formed at one end of the fixed part (10) is connected to the connection point (111) formed at one end of the changeable part (11); and the second one is that the connecting point (101) formed at one end of the fixed part (10) is connected to the connector (110) formed at one end of the changeable part (11).
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, said changeable part is made of chain or bead.
Claims
1. An embodiment (1) comprising prayer beads and jewellery characteristics all together, characterized in comprising;
• A fixed part (10) so as to be used as prayer beads or bracelet; and
• A changeable part (11) having a characteristic of being affixed-removed which is connected to said fixed part (10) so as to be used as necklace.
2. An embodiment (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising a connecting point (101) to which the connector (100) formed at one end of the fixed part (10) is connected, and which is formed at the other end of the fixed part (10), so as to be used as prayer beads or bracelet.
3. An embodiment (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising, so as to be used as a necklace;
• A connecting point (111) formed at one end of the changeable part (11), to which the connector (100) formed at one end of said fixed part (10) is connected
• A connector (110) formed at one end of the changeable part (11), which is connected to the connecting point (101) formed at one end of said fixed part (10).
4. An embodiment (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that said changeable part (11) is made of chain or bead.
5. An embodiment (1) by using the items mentioned in Claims 1-4, characterized incomprising the process steps of;
a) Connecting the connector (100) formed at one end of the fixed part (10) to the connecting point (101) formed at the other end of said part (10) so as to be used as a prayer beads or bracelet,
b) Removing said connector (100) from the connecting point (101) so as to be used as a necklace, and
• Connecting the connecting point (111) formed at one end of the changeable part (11) to the connector (100) of the fixed part (10),
· Connecting the connector (1 0) formed at one end of the changeable part (11) to the connecting point (101) of the fixed part (10).
