Abstract
The present invention is an anchor assembly, intended for fixing structural elements, for mounting to the wall anchor, through appropriate sliding of the base mounting element attached to the wall anchor. This solves the problem of inconvenient assembly and subsequent disassembly of the fixing device from the wall. The anchor includes a base (1), in the form of bent sheet metal, a mounting member (2), a hook (4) and a mobile element (8), wherein the mounting member (2) consists of a flat rectangular cutout (10) measuring the axis of the anchor base, with holes (11), the deflection of the mobile element (8) being allowed until the intended position of the mounting member, whereby the hook (4) is determined to prevent the exit.
Description
Mounting anchor adapted for suspending the device on a wall
The present invention is an anchor assembly, intended for fixing structural elements, for mounting to the wall anchor, through appropriate sliding the base mounting element attached to the wall anchor. This solves the problem of inconvenient assembly and subsequent disassembly of the fixing device from the wall.
Known anchor assembly solutions have several disadvantages including lack of protection against slipping out of the clamping device mounted to the anchor, problematic and cumbersome to install the device to anchor and its subsequent dismantling.
The clue anchor the anchor base structure and the mounting element in the form of a hook which in the extreme position is blocked, preventing accidental sliding out of the anchor.
The design of the anchor according to the invention solves the problem of cumbersome assembly and dismantling of the wall, and eliminates the danger of protrusion of the element mounted on the anchors. Another advantage is the simplified installation target device, which can be done only by one person. The design of the anchor causes the spontaneous secured when the mounting member is in its destination on the basis of the anchor during its insertion into the base mounting element mounted in the wall.
The anchor according to the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows a front view of the anchor; Figure 2 is a side view of a clip in Figure 3 a side view of Figure 4 latch end view, Figure 5 shows the anchor with hook end view, Figure 6 shows the anchor with a detent in a side view, Figure 6 shows the anchor with a hook in a perspective view.
The anchor according to the invention composed of the base / 1 / in the form of a bent plate / 5 /, and the mounting member 1 2 1, and the coupling / 4 / with the mobile element / 8 /. The assembly consists of a flat / 9 / z rectangular cutout / 10 / measuring the axis of the anchor base. The base has openings / 11 /, on the bolt for mounting the element to the wall.
Base / 1 / is fitted to the wall / 3 /. Sheet 1 1 1 has a centering recess, which allows the deflection of the movable / 8 /, towards the wall 1 3 1, until the intended position of the mounting 1 2 1, whereby coupling / 4 /, is determined to prevent the exit of the coupling fixture element.
Unlocking the anchor in the assembled order is possible by manually sliding the movable element / 8 / to the wall. During the insertion of the mounting member / 2 / in the base / 1 / mobile element / 8 / repealed until the extreme position of the mounting member 1 2 1, whereby element / 8 / slows down and prevents the mounting member / 2 / from slipping. This design enables easy disassembly by moving the movable element / 8 / and draw a mounting 1 2 1. This solves the problem of cumbersome assembly and disassembly and prevents the risk of falling mounted device.
