Application of the known equipment (published under number WO2013050882, according to claim 1) for structurization and polarization of fuel, combustion mixture or water, as an equipment for extracorporeal treatment of blood of human or animal by the influence of electric field at the time of flowing in the channel between the electrodes made of gold and/or platinum and titanium or coated therewith, followed by reinfusion of blood into the patient's circulatory system.

Description

USE OF THE EQUIPMENT FOR STRUCTURIZATION AND POLARIZATION OF FUEL, COMBUSTION MIXTURE OR WATER AS AN EQUIPMENT FOR EXTRACORPOREAL PROCESSING OF BLOOD
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to medicine, namely to transfusion medicine and equipment for extracorporeal improving (processing) of transfused human or animal blood by exposing it to an electric field and reinfusion with the view to treat various diseases, including leukemia, as well as inactivation (deactivation) of viruses in the blood of infected patients.
PRIOR ART
There is a well-known method of purification of blood from AIDS virus (please see RU2070059) without the use of chemical drugs. This method provides for ozone saturation of blood in a sealed vacuum chamber with the simultaneous formation of a constant electric field and subsequent injection of donor blood to the patient. In this method, current with a voltage of not more than 60 mV is used. When a constant electrical field is in the range of 20-50 mV the molecules in the blood exhibit properties of polarization, excitability and conduction, and all the blood cells retain their own electrical activities, which are accumulated. Negative electric field in the vacuum chamber provides charging of the blood purified from AIDS virus. The surface of red blood cells has a negative value, whereas inside them the charge is positive.
It is also known that for therapeutic purposes contaminated blood can be positively affected by electromagnetic field generated between two electrodes (anode and cathode) or by placing blood among a large number of such electrodes (see German patent application DE10201 1 106547). This method and equipment are designed for inactivation of the E. colibacteria, and the blood-inert materials, such as - gold, platinum, titanium are used in the electrodes. The blood taken from the circulatory system and added to the discharge duct of the patient is affected and the processed blood is returned (reinfused) back. Characteristics of the current used in this method - within the voltage of 0.05- 10V at low amperage 0.1 - 1 Ampere.
Another known method of virus deactivation is described in Japanese Patent Application JPH0838167, wherein the blood flowing through the electrodes is influenced by the electrical field, and positive therapeutic effect is obtained thanks to contact of blood j^th=¾ftultiple surfaces of globulous pellets made of gold, platinum and other materials at the time of flow path in the offtake channel. In this method the applied current is defined as follows: the voltage and electric current within the range, which does not break the cell of erythrocyte, leukocyte, platelet, etc.
At least based on the above prior art (and the plurality of information sources referred to the classes A61 M1/36 and A61N1/18 of the International Classification of Inventions) we can conclude that under the influence of an electromagnetic field, in certain way and in conjunction with certain materials of electrodes, among which the blood is placed or flowing through and there by contacting, we can obtain significantly positive therapeutic effect against certain diseases of blood, infecting bacteria or virus. This effect is clearly conditioned by the temporary ionization (polarization) of the molecules of blood contacting with gold and platinum in extracorporeal flow path, which, after returning (reinfusion) to the circulatory system of living organism, positively affects the immune system and thereby facilitates self-treatment before returning to the original ion-free state. We would like to note that the methods and equipment for treating the human blood by electric field are widely known.
Also commonly known is the equipment from a completely different field of technics and with a completely different purpose -for structurization and polarization of fuel, combustion mixture or water (see the patent publ. WO2013050882, the embodiment according to claim 1), which is able to ionize efficiently the said flowing fluids thanks to the multiple cascade effects due to its construction. An important feature of this equipment is its ability to structure and ionize liquids so that they can maintain a relatively long ion polarization.
Subject of this invention, as its name implies, is a transfer of already common equipment into the other field of technics and its use for other purposes, as this equipment possesses the properties that are suitable for such application. Such a use with a new purpose in itself is novelty, and the use of equipment from the field of internal combustion engines in medicine for the treatment of blood is so unexpected that it provides (in author's opinion) satisfaction of the invention's criterion "Inventive step". AIM OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is the use of an equipment known from the prior art of the aforementioned equipment for structurization and polarization (see patent application publ. WO2013050882) in order to increase therapeutic effect. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The task of the invention is disclosed and the goal of the invention is achieved by the fact that the common device for structurization and polarization of fuel, combustion mixture or water, containing a body in a form of a hollow cylinder, with a smooth inside surface and a centrally mounted rod installed therein by means of a leak proof insulation spacer - both connectable to an electrical circuit, a battery of current-conducting discs interleaved with insulating ones positioned on the rod, known according to claim 1 of the patent application PCT/IB2012/002851 on invention, published on 2013-04-1 1 , publication number WO2013050882,
-is used as an equipment for extracorporeal treatment of blood of human or animal with electric field, including inactivation (deactivation) of viruses therein, while passing in the channels between the electrodes of the said equipment followed by reinfusion of blood into the blood circulatory system of the patient;
- is used, wherein the electrodes - the body and the rod with conducting disks are made of blood-inert materials or covered therewith;
- is used, wherein the electrodes - the body and the rod with conducting disks are made of gold and/or platinum or covered therewith.
We would like to note that we transfer this equipment to apply it in other field of technics without adding new features thereto.
The equipment according to claim 1 of the patent application PCT/IB2012/002851 on invention published on 2013-04- 1 1, publ. WO2013050882, does not specify concrete materials of component parts, i.e. as per claim 1, the invention deserves to be and is generalized, but for use in purposes of present invention, the materials and parts may and must be specified by us in order to get better effect. At this, no new essential features and further use for other purposes are added to the common equipment, but specification of its embodiment of concrete materials which were covered by the common equipment anyway. The novelty and the object of the invention is only the use of possible, already known embodiments of this common equipment in completely different field of techniques and in new designation.
There is a cause-effect connection between the distinctive features of the claimed invention and achieved results.
Presented equipment has a system of electrodes creating a quasi-stationary heterogeneous electric field, which provides:
1) high intensity of electric field in the space between the electrodes; 2) strong inhomogeneity of the electric field between the electrodes, having the trend of growth from one electrode to the other;
3) sufficient amount of time in which any portion of blood remains between the electrodes, from its entrance into the sphere of field action until its exit from the equipment.
Furthermore, in the invented equipment:
1.It is chosen such a ratio of gaps between the cathode (internal surface of the body) and the anode (tops of current conducting disks) towards their dimensions, that influence of the electric field on passing fluid is at most intensive at minimal energy spend;
2. The influence takes place step-by-step and repeatedly because of presence of the battery of current conducting disks;
3. After passing each disk, in the cavities there takes place "curling effect", appears stream turbulence and forced electrical convection of blood. Due to difference between the diameters of anode aluminum disk and anode insulation there appears curling of blood that leads to structurization and preparation for polarization by electric field;
4. Energy rings radiate from cuts of aluminum disks towards the cathode, structure blood and polarize its molecules;
5. An "effect of needlepoint" takes place - passing over the surface of sharp cuts of aluminum disks, blood molecules break up into atoms.
All of these measures in the design of the equipment also provide that the structurized and polarized blood becomes more active and "live" and thus better receives oxygen, which is important to enhance immunity.
EXAMPLES OF EMBODYMENTS OF THE INVENTION
(Industrial applicability) The equipment known according to claim 1 of the patent application PCT/IB2012/002851 on invention, published on 2013-04-1 1 , publication number WO2013050882, comprises a body
1 (cathode), which is a hollow cylindrical pipe with a smooth inside surface 2 made of all-metal cylinder. In the back part the cylindrical pipe passes into molded bottom with outlet connection
3. In the cut face part body 1 has attaching points and place for insulation spacer 4.
The anode of the equipment is executed in a form of a rod 5 on which there are mounted alternately current conductive aluminum discs 6 with thickness "t" from 1.01 to 3 mm (depending on capacity of equipment), and also dielectric insulating discs 7 with thickness "T" from 0.05 to 10mm (depending on capacity of equipment).
Cuts of tops 8 of aluminum disks 6 have an even circuit and conduct current.
The internal opening of each disk 6 should have diameter 0.01 -0.05mm less than diameter of the anode rod 5. It is necessary for tight adjoining of contact area of disk 6 and the rod 5. The internal opening of the insulating disk 7 has diameter bigger than the rod for handy assemble with spacing on works.
The gap "a" between the tops 8 of disks 6 and internal surface 2 (cathode) of body 1 should have size from 1 to 5 mm (depending on capacity of the equipment). At this, the said gap is to be not less than 10 times smaller than size "D" of the internal surface 2 of body 1.
Radius of tops 8 of disk 6 should exceed radius of tops 9 of insulating disk 7 on drop "A" equal to l-5mm (depending on capacity of the equipment).
The rod is threaded for a screw tightening of anode disks 6 and insulating disks 7.
On the rod 5 there is a toe with ports for passing blood. On the flange part 10 of the rod a connection 1 1 for supply of processing blood is arranged.
The rod 5 by its flange part 10 is attached via spacer to the body 1.
Holes for fixing body 1 to flange 10 are supplied with dielectric plugs having end plane for their insulation from fixing ring-screw and bolt.
On the body 1 and flange 10 of the rod 5 terminals 12 are installed and connected to the power supply.
Centering plugs 13 serve for exact centering of the rod 5 in the body 1 at assemble.
The number of currency conductive anode disks 6 can range from 5 to 100 pieces.
All parts of the equipment for medical use are made of blood-inert materials, at that the body and the rod with conductive disks are made of gold and / or platinum or coated therewith (for example, the internal surface of the body is coated with one or more layers of gold with total thickness of gold up to 0,03 mm, the outer surface of the rod is coated with platinum in the same way) and conductive disks are made of platinum, and their side surfaces are covered with a layer of titanium with top uncoated. The use of the known equipment for structurization and polarization of fuel, combustible mixture or water for medical purposes as an equipment for processing blood is carried out in extracorporeal channel by passing blood through it with its successive reinfusion into blood circulatory system in a continuous mode. The voltage at which the equipment will be operating (as per information sources of the known methods) can range from 0.02 to 12 volts and the amperage in the range from 0.001 to 1 Ampere.
Duration, regularity and regimes of treatment should be established by the attending medical doctor depending on the nature of disease and the patient's condition. The blood taken from a living organism forcedly (under pressure or by gravity) enters the equipment via inlet connection 1 1 and the hole in the rod 5. Then it flows through the circular gap between the inside surface 2 of the body 1 and the conductive tops of disks 6 to output connection 3 and leaves the equipment to return to the human body. The body 1 and the disks 6 are charged- the body 1 is under negative charge and disks 6 - are under positive charge. In the aforementioned gap between the tops 8 of disks 6 and the body 1 there is electric field, which influences the flowing stream of blood. During flow in the said field, the following process occurs repeatedly to the blood:
- while passing over each top of disks 6 the stream mechanically curls, gets turbulence that promotes better molecule structurization and polarization;
- under the influence of electric field the stream passing through lines of electric field directed from the tops 8 of disks 6 towards the body 1 , becomes more and more structurized and polarized. Thus the molecule structure becomes more homogeneous for better further oxygen "assimilation" At this, while passing tops of charged disks, the atom spins are more and more aligned in ordered direction, i.e. are polarized. Such arrangement of spins is unnatural and atoms try to return in original state that makes blood more active and improves the immune system of the organism.
